Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis is currently walkign down the street talkign on a cell phone, "I know Max, but after the stuff tonight, I am gonna unwind," he says over the phone. "Yea, I have a test tomorrow in class, and I'll pass it. What about you? You heading home or to Wayne Manor?" he asks her. "Alright, if anything comes up, let me know," and he puts the phone away and yawns as he stretchs. Smiling, he sees a cafe that just opened and heads to it, sitting down outside at a table and orders some coffee.

Yunomi Stadler (272) has posed:
And in walks a figure, smelling slightly of singed hair, wearing black cargo pants, a red jacket and sandals, azure and scarlet bangs framing her face. She gives off an air of warmness as she breezes by the table McGinnis is sitting at, and collapses into a seat at one of the tables, takes out a tattered notebook, and sets it down. She gives a smile, and orders a hot chocolate -- no coffee (and when the barrista gives her a puzzling look, she gives an embarrassed sound, and rubs at the back of her head.

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis looks up as he smells somethign and blinks as the lady walks past. "..." and he blinks as he looks at the barrista and talks to him as he nods to Terry. Standing, he walks over to Yunomi, "Hello," he says to her. "Mind if I join you?" he asks her as he stands across from her.

Yunomi Stadler (272) has posed:
Yunomi looks up. She's short, but she's college-age. Her eyebrows rise up, and she gives a small smile, and motions to the seat across from her.
"Have a seat." she replies in an amiable tone, shifting her notebooks a little as she politely makes room. She pulls some of her red and blue hair behind her ears, and gives a slightly embarrassed smile. "I must look terribly out of place with these, huh?" she gives a laugh.

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis grins as he nods his thanks and sits down, "Not really," he says. "I have seen a lot worst," he adds as he grins. "Although, the order of burnt hair is not that hard to miss," he comments as he looks. "Looks liek yoou got homework for class there," he mentions as he gets a new cup of coffee. "Name is Terry McGinnis," he says to her.

Yunomi Stadler (272) has posed:
"Ugh. Minor incident with a straightener." she replies, and covers her face embarrassedly. "I thought I had that covered..." she trails off. She glances over at him, looking him up and down a moment and she gives a small shrug. "Yunomi Stadler." she introduces herself, and she motions down "And... yeah. Homework for class. A lot of engineering theory."

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis looks and winces, "I was not that good with engineering," he states. "I am more medical then anything," he adds as he takes a drink of his coffee. "Ah, well I have a decent nose, but in Gotham City, it is not that odd to find odd smells," as he gestures to the city. "Granted, Gotham her eis a mix of 2040 tech and 1940 and everythign in between." Thinking, he ponders something, "I think I might have heard you on the chatter a few times..."

Yunomi Stadler (272) has posed:
Yunomi gives a shrug. "It doesn't come as naturally to me as I would have liked, but it's interesting work." she replies, "I'm great with first aid and... well, burns." she holds up a hand, showing a long, healing burn mark as proof, and she gives a bit of a shrug. "Every city has a unique smell to it, and, hey, in the Multiverse, cities are weirdly.... combined." she shrugs, and accepts the cocoa when the barrista returns.... and then she pauses, and glances to Terry, and gives a wry little smile. "Aaah, yeah. I'm ... kinda a long-time multiverser...." she trails off again.

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis smiles, "So am I," he says to her. "Been here about .... 6 or 7 years," he says as he figures in his mind. "Took some time off and worked on my college classes and stuff." and he looks around. "Would be nice to find my mom and brother had arrived here, but nothing yet," he comments as he looks. "Something bothering you?" he asks her.

Yunomi Stadler (272) has posed:
"Typically when someone recognizes me, it's because they've either heard me over the broadband or know me from the Union. I've been... kinda running low key recently. Most of the new recruits aren't as famliar." she explains, taking up a pencil and sketching a few equations down in her book. "... so, wait, your city arrived, but you haven't found your your family yet? Lost in the shuffle?"

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis nods, "Yea," he states. "And not just the Gotham I know, but all of Gotham from the 1940s to the 2040s," he states. "My boss... well many versions of my boss arrived, all the creeps that are common to Gotham have arrived, some that were dead." he mentions. "But other then that, things are busy with college and getting my degree, plus helping a friend of mine with a small problem and any others that need help," he adds as he thinks . o 0 (And Gotham City as Batman.)

Hoshi Amakasu (901) has posed:
Not long ago, Hoshi Amakasu had thrown her hands up in exasperation. Her feeble attempts to unravel the mysteries that had been presented to her in the Mirror Forest hadn't really born much fruit, so she'd skipped out of her house in the middle of the night, telling her parents that she was going to spend the night over a friend's house. They'd bought it, smiles that their daughter was getting used to the town. She felt her stomach twisting for lying. Her wandering had lead her to the warpgate, and she chose the first place she saw that looked familiar--Gotham.

Now Hoshi was wandering through the streets in a black hoodie, a blue skirt, and leggings, idly fiddling with a silver hairtie in her hand as she looked around the area. "... Yeesh, this place is pretty scary, isn't it?" She mumbled under her breath. Luckily, she had more than a few ways to deal with any potential problems. Still...

"Where am I, anyway?" She asks out loud. "Maybe I should have told McGinnis--..." Wait... Was that him, there? Talking to someone. "McGinnis?" She calls out incredulously, starting to come over.

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis blinks as he looks over his shoulder at "Hoshi and blinks that she is here. He sees what she is wearing and stands up, knowing that what she is wearign here can get her into a lot of trouble. Although he has a feelign she could hold her own... He turns to look at Yunomi and blinks as she has left, "Wow, she left quickly," he comments as he turns and heads over to her,"Hey, what are you doign here?" he asks her as he puts an arm around her and looks, "You look cold, comeon, lets get you warmed up," he comments to her as he leads her over to the table he was at.

Hoshi Amakasu (901) has posed:
When Hoshi blinked, the person that Terry had been talking to disappeared. She stops outright, startled for a second--but Terry's apparent nonchalance on the matter made her simply shake her head before bowing to Terry in greeting. "Good evening, McGinnis. No offense, but please--call me Amakasu." She gives him a tired smile. "It's a Japanese thing."

She blinks in surprise as Terry puts his arm around her, but goes with him to the table. She has a seat and slips her hands into her pockets, offering Terry a wry smile. "I had to leave Albrichstadt for awhile. So I wandered to the warpgate and kind of just randomly chose here." She shrugs. "Not too cold, but thank you. Osaka in the winter can get a bit dicey at times. So... How about you?" Her smile turns mischeviously. "Picking up girls?"

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis blinks as he nods, "What?" he says and looks, "No, not picking up girls. Kind of hard with my job outside of school," he comments as he sits down. "Oh yea, Amakasu...I forgot that the family name is used mainly," he comments as he thinks. "It is sometimes good to get out of a town and explore, gives you a chance to see what other people live," he comments as he looks. "Gotham is also not the best nor safest place," he adds. "Would you like a drink?" he asks her.

Hoshi Amakasu (901) has posed:
Hoshi's grin doesn't fade. "I bet it would, but I'm also betting it doesn't really stop it completely either." Regardless, she lets the matter drop as she gets comfortable, leaning back in the chair and crossing her legs. As to the why of her leaving... Hoshi's smile dims. "I wish I could say that was my reason. I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out the stuff that happened last night, and I wasn't getting far. So I... left."

Gotham wasn't safe? Makes sense. Hoshi helplessly shrugs. "Not to be rude, but you're kind of right. Good thing I have the sword Staren gave me." She pulls a hand from her pocket to show him the silver hairtie she was holding. "Why is this place so unfriendly?... Yes please. I'm... not sure what's good here."

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis nods and waves the waiter over and orders some hot choclate, "The simple reason, not enough people to fight the godo fight," he states. "A lot people live day to day and are more or less set in the way things are. A few, like maybe four go out and help. Gotham PD is not strogn enough as most of the bad guys have more firepower and better backing. Basically out powered and outgunned. A lot of gangs are here, both from the time of the original Batman, and from my time, so about 100 years worth more or less," he mentions.

"I am from the year 2043 and this Gotham is a mix of different Gothams form the 1940s to the 2040s, if not further. The multiverse tends to screw with people and all. The gangs I know of are The Jokerz, a group that believe the Joker is the best and follow his lead, granted he is, or was dead before I was born. However I did fight him and beat him. But they idolize him. And there are many jokerz gangs, not just a single big one and they tend to have disagreements between each other. Then you have the normal issues within the high school and all. Not including the people with money and power and the political people that are corrupt," and he sighs. "Somethign I deal with on a daily... well nightly bases."

"Now onto your problem, Other then the Tin Man reference, I am still looking for the other parts on gold and copper. But I think if one guy is called a tin man, then two others are the reference to gold and copper. As for the second part, giving somethign up, no matter how big or small shows to others that you are willing to help."

Hoshi Amakasu (901) has posed:
That's... Wow. The more he goes on, the deeper the frown that comes to her face. Was it actually that bad here? Nevermind the Multiversal weirdness that was added into the mix. In Japan, gangs were pretty simple things: either they were random fools and punks trying to act tough, or they were Yakuza. At least the Yakuza dealt with people honorably--mostly. The idea of a bunch of psychos and monsters constantly attacking a city... "I didn't know it was so bad. Good thing you have the Union to step in. I'm not sure how this place is still standing..."

Hoshi brings her hands up to her temples, rubbing slowly with a peeved expression. "I told Kohler about the idea. I think you may be onto something with our Personas, but I'm not sure if this is the riddle that fits them. Either way, Kohler and I are going over to the girl's house to see if we can find something that'll help." She scowls. "Not that we're going to get any help from anyone in Albrichstadt. It's like everybody knows, but nobody cares."

Terry McGinnis (867) has posed:
Terry McGinnis nods, "A lot like Gotham," he mentions. "Gotham survives like any city, those that do help her do what they can. Some even have enough pull to get things moving, but it is not that much and sometimes it is adding a band-aid to a wound that requires a cast," he comments. Listening as she talk, he thinks, "I think I know of a way to help you on that," and he stands and pays for the drinks and the girl who left and gets the drinks to go. "I'll be able to help you and already got it set up with Mr. Wayne to attend school and find out info. I have good detective skills," and he puts on his helmet once he walks over to his bike and hands another to Hoshi, "Hop on," he says to her.
