Lute's Post-Wanko Medical Treatment
Date of Scene: 08 February 2016
Location: The Citadel - Medical
Synopsis: Sanary heals Lute after her fight with Wanko.
Cast of Characters: 188, Sanary Rondel

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute is a bit late in getting to the Confederate medical. Coming in? He actually doesn't look all that bad. Some broken bones most likely, some bruises. Nothing too overly bad. His Pokemon are much worse off, but he left them at the Pokemon Center. For Pokemon injuries, he trusts them much more than Confed medical.

He's been brought to a room already, given space to rest. He lays back in his bed, taking a deep breath. As per Sanary's request, he has sent her a message to let her know he has arrived. He lays back, keeping his hands behind his head. He sighs, closing his eyes a little. It won't be too much longer til she arrives, he knows. But, he might as well rest his eyes a bit til then.

Sanary Rondel has posed:
Sanary doesn't take long to arrive in Lute's room, having gotten a room prepared for him ahead of time. She's looking much the same as usual, and there's a worried look on her face as she comes in. When she does see, Lute, though, she lets out a relieved sigh before stepping towards his bed and giving him a light pat on the cheek.

"Hey, Lute. Sorry to hear about the loss." She grabs his chart as she says that, readying some healing magic in her free hand while leaning in to give Lute a light peck on her cheek. "Alright... Where's it hurt? And what happened out there?"

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute's labcoat is, of course, off already. The injuries upon his body are more or less obvious. He makes a motion with his hand, towards the injuries. He shrugs a little, smiling, "Ehhhhn. It's not that big of a deal that I lost. Honestly, the thing was a stupid situation that was forced on me. If it turns out there is a really important reason for me to go back and take a title again? Then I will. Might have to, just to keep up appearances. But... I lost. But didn't lose much. If that makes sense."

He pats the side of his bed, motioning for Sanary to join him and sit next to him. He doesn't seem in all that bad of a mood, at least.

Sanary Rondel has posed:
Sanary sighs lightly when she looks over those wounds on Lute's body, motioning towards one of the passing nurses to have them get some anaesthetics and medication ready. Is she actually learning their names, though, or is she just letting them figure out what she actually needs?

Either way, she does sit on an occupied spot of the bed and holds her glowing hand over Lute's wounds. "I guess. Still... Well, yeah. You've fought worse than them before. I mean, if she's the one that needed you to take her home..."

Sanary pauses. Healing magic does flow into the wounds that won't need bones being re-set, at least, and she eventually gives Lute a sly grin. "... You didn't go all out, did ya? Was she hot? A..." She squints briefly. "... 7, at least?"

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute smirks a little. Sanary knows him far too well. He shrugs a little, closing his eyes as the magic flows through him. He remains calm, breathing slowly, to try and minimize discomfort from this. He stretches a little bit, before looking back at Sanary.

"Seven or eight. Her sister is much hotter than her, but like. She's got her own cute charm. The whole 'little sister' thing, to the extreme. Buuut, got no plans on going after her. The whole thing is enough of a mess as is without me trying to actively hit on them."

He reaches a hand towards Sanary, placing his fingers through her hair, still smiling. "...Besides. I'm dating enough girls right now. Fuck, I don't even have to do anything and more keep hitting on me. ...Plus, if I hit on a bunch more right now, that'd be a /lot/ more Valentine's Day gifts to get."

Sanary Rondel has posed:
Sanary continues moving her hand across Lute slowly, letting the energy trickle out and help to boost his own natural recovery. She's still avoiding the broken bones, but that can be taken care of easily enough once he's unconscious. "Understandable... Ah, that sort. I should probably look for pictures of her, then. Although..."

She pauses, then laughs and nods in response. "Yeah, that'd be too much of a mess. Although Momoyo does have a..." Another pause, and then the cleric slumps a bit. "... W-well, I can at least beat her in healing other people. Probably. Haven't heard of her doing /that/ yet."

Sanary relaxes as Lute touches her hair, leaning her head in a bit. "Hell, if she wasn't so crazy, I'd probably have half a mind to try it. Ah, but... Yeah, that'd be expensive. Especially if you try that dating spree again." Another chuckle, and she smiles warmly with a thoughtful look on her face. "...Shit, has it already been a year since then?"

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute smiles up at Sanary, hand still going through her hair. He closes his eyes as he leans back, whispering a little. "...Yeah. It's been a year. About a full year since you and I started dating. We'll have to do something special. ...I'll have to do some special things with other girls, too. But. Heh. We've come a long way since then, huh?"

He leans up, lifting his head to move his lips towards Sanary's own. A soft, gentle kiss is placed upon her. Soon after, he lays back a bit again.

"...I'll probably still fight Momoyo at some point. And I do find her cuter. But she's too much of a wild card. We gotta make sure we stay on her good side, though, so she doesn't flee to the Union."

Sanary Rondel has posed:
"Could invite 'em over for a big party. Big ol' deep fryer, throw a whole cow in there... Maybe a pig, even." Sanary chuckles and leans in for that kiss, then sits back up to keep tending to Lute's wounds. The nurse comes in not long after to that, providing Sanary with the necessary injections and solutions to get to work on the more troublesome injuries. "It'll be fun. And.. Hey. Fried food."

When was the last time she even ate fried pig, anyway? Hopefully, it won't be too much longer.

"Definitely fight her. She... Seems like the type to respect strength, so kick her ass. And then... We can work on trying to get her to join us, maybe. Especially if she wants to actually /do/ something useful with all that power she's got." Sanary lets out a low grunt as she says that, sounding just a little annoyed about something. She doesn't let it distract her from her work, though, and the needles will be stuck near into Lute soon enough.

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute, being Lute, looks towards the Nurse as well. He probably doesn't even care if Sanary notices. He leans back once she leaves, getting ready for the inevitable medication. He chuckles a little, "Fried food. You always love the fried food. We could do something like that. You, Yari. Ferham, if she feels like coming. ...Sarracenia might be up for coming, too. Though she still is pretty jealous about some of this stuff..." A sigh. A problem he still has to solve.

He nods as Sanary talks about Momoyo, "...Well. She already has some friends in the Union. But as long as we can keep her out of it... At least, we can probably convince the Union she is way too wild for them. One step at a time."

And then, he closes his eyes. It's about time for the needle, and he wants to distract himself with thoughts for a moment.

Sanary Rondel has posed:
"Who doesn't love fried food?" A pause. "... That has teeth?" Sanary's learning! She hums a bit at Lute's suggestion, nodding each time while checking to make sure everything's properly cleaned as well. "Would be a good chance to talk to her a bit myself, actually... Er. Sarra, that is. I think she's still pissed about my not wanting to fly in her ship."

Even Sanary's still not used to that.

"After yesterday's mess... Yeah. The Union's not any better than the nobles back home. It'd be a shame if she joined up with them." Sanary sighs lightly, then gives Lute one more pat on the cheek before getting to work.

"Alright... Time to get you really fixed up. It'll be time for breakfast soon."

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute chuckles a bit, shaking his head, "She doesn't hold grudges for long. But, we can get you over your fear of flying a bit. And ships. Honestly, airships are pretty awesome. Wouldn't mind having one myself."

He lays back, quietly. He doesn't like talking to the Union all that much. Every time he thinks on them, he gets frustrated. Their mindset... He can't understand it. At all. He keeps his eyes closed, just thinking for a bit on it. "...We'll make sure she doesn't fall for their lies."

He stretches one last time as the cheek is patted, bending his feet a little. He smiles, looking up at ceiling. "...Yeah. Apply whatever you need. You've been getting really good at this. A year of practice does a lot, huh? You've done so much."

"I love you," he says somewhat out of the blue.

Sanary Rondel has posed:
"One day. Eeh... Regular ships aren't too bad, at least. It's just the flying ones.. And the closed ones especially." Sanary shivers a bit just thinking about it, although she regains her focus soon enough to make sure she doesn't screw up the injections. "It's not so bad on Mister Crabs or anything that walks, either... Hmm."

An airship on massive stilts? Preposterous.

Sanary's own experiences with the Union have been rather conflicting as well. She's trying not to think too much about it now, at least, but... It's definitely something she'll need to get off her chest sooner or later. Tonight, though? It's a time for healing and recovery.

"Heh... Does, doesn't it? Would've called you a liar last year if you told me I'd know what a..." The cleric pauses to look at the label on the IV she's about to put in. "... Can't even pronounce this. Eh, whatever. I just know it goes in now."

Close enough. She does blush faintly at that sudden proclamation, though, and she squints a little more closely at Lute's arm rather than making eye contact again. "... Love you, too."
