A former member of Clan Dagda with no known family history, Alvira was integrated into Archadean society and rose to prominence as an airship engineer following a failed rebellion in Rabanastre. Founder of Wagner Industries, Alvira's ruthlessly applied skills and business acumen has resulted in a granted contract with the Archadean military and by proxy the Confederacy. Despite being the CEO of the company, Alvira has the unpleasant tendency of getting herself directly involved with military action, seeking the thrill of her long-past clan adventuring days. To perpetuate this obsession, she has had frost magicite embedded in her arms to enhance her ice magic and mystic knight abilities despite the dangers involved in such a procedure. Alvira is cheerful and laid back but ultimately a loyal member of Archades even if her behavior is unbecoming of a wealthy CEO. Still, she's more than a little proud to be New Money and always eager to make further business connections to expand the reach of Wagner Industries.
Dirtied Hands: Alvira has a nasty habit for jumping into the fray of battle herself rather than letting herself sit back and have hired mercenaries or even airships work it all out. She longs to reclaim the thrill of adventure she felt when she was part of an official Clan, finding ship to ship battles boring and impersonal. Unfortunately this means she's putting her company at risk every time she does so-both reputation and very state of existence since it's hard to manage a company if you get killed in battle.
Amoral: The majority of Alvira's long term decisions rely on what is the best for her company's bottom line. If she has to lay off a couple hundred people or let working conditions degenerate at a test site, then that's totally okay! The fact that people try to apply morals to her business decisions annoys her to no end and will eventually cause her to fly into a rage at whoever happens to be harassing her over her decisions.
Fire: Because of the frost magicite treatment she's received she also inherited the flipside of her ice resistance: a weakness to fire magic.Magicite Implants: For all the abilities magicite implants let Avira access, they are not without some serious risks. Were her implants to go out of control or worse, explode, she would be left with significantly less arm to go around. Occasionally they will act up on their own around strongly magical or unusual power sources, such as a chaos emerald, and cause her a good deal of pain. Energy from such a power source directed at her will definitely cause her pain.
