Profile

Proud unicorn warrior in a land devastated by chaos, the alicorn Celestia has been through a rough and rigorous struggle to defeat the mighty Discord, demonic being of disorder. Having gained magic and power greater than any other pony in her time, she is now left with the task of restoring a new order to the world, with only her sister as her aide. Kind, caring, and loyal to a fault to making Equestria a better place, Celestia is not without her playful side... nor her darker, more pragmatic side, thanks to the recent struggles. As a young royal in a new age, she has much ahead of her, and the challenges she faces cannot be solved with stabbing horn, powerful magic, nor even the power of the sun itself that she wields.

Luna: Celestia's dear sister and comrade-in-arms, Luna is slightly weaker and less mentally sturdy than Celestia herself. While not helpless, Luna is open to attacks and threats that would make Celestia protectively interfere when she may have higher priorities. In addition, she trusts Luna implicitly when, perhaps, she should not...

Element Linkage: The Elements of Harmony greaty increase Celestia's already impressive magical abilities, but their stronger effects are tied to the Elements themselves. At times, Celestia may allow others to use one or more of the Elements... but in doing so, she weakens the power of any enchantments or bindings that would otherwise be permanent.

No Hands: Although she possesses fine telekinetic control and flexible hooves which can hold objects, some items are meant to be used in hands and arms, and Celestia does not have those. For example, it may be possible for her to telekinetically hold a sword or a gun, but it would be incredibly inefficient as the sword would lack the weight of a body or footwork integral to swordplay, and a gun would be difficult to aim properly or brace for recoil. In addition fine manipulation, while possible, is extremely time-consuming and cannot be done in a hurry, while more dextrous beings like dragons and humans have that ability.

A Horse Is A Horse: Most of the Multiverse and Equestria is sized for either human or pony-sized individuals. Celestia, having flowered to her full potential recently, is the size of a normal horse. This is a minor inconvenience in a multiverse full of giant robots and the like, but it is still an occasional inconvenience.
