The halfbreed child of a Muse and a human, Chrysanthemum's life was harsh, as she was unable to tap into the powers that most everyone in her world could. However, she discovered a unique power of her own: she could solidify concepts and powers of others, and use them in that way, depriving them of the effect while copying it herself. Using this ability, she steadily gathered power and eliminated those who opposed her, taking her vengeance by conquering province after province... until her entire world was under her sway. Then, she was incredibly bored. Tired and restless, Chrys still holds a certain dislike for those with the ability to create, and she uses her vast array of stolen powers and magic to show them up if it annoys her overmuch. Yet normally she is polite and calm, seeing no reason to prove herself against those she now sees as inferior.

Magical Incompetence: Aside from crystallizing magic and imprinting it into herself, Chrysanthemum has no means of learning or using magic of any kind. While arguably what she has is better and thus this is not much of a flaw, she is extremely sensitive to the fact that she can only copy, never innovate herself in this regard. In addition, she can not develop new techniques and magics, but must instead steal them from others, no matter how much she may want to create a specific effect. This means that magic which requires on-the-fly adjustment, such as most illusions or 'open-ended' shapeshifting or the like are impossible for her to use effectively, as well.

Boredom: Chrys is easily bored and prone to distraction. If she is not challenged properly, she tends to not use her full potential, and she can also be goaded into doing things that are not tactically sound so long as it is 'fun' for her.

Gambler: Relying upon chance is a fascination for Chrys, and if someone can offer even odds or close to it, she is likely to limit herself or agree to unfavorable terms simply to make the wager more interesting. She can also be tricked into returning things she has stolen in this manner, so long as she thinks the contest was fair.

Mother Issues: Don't dis her mom. Seriously. She will mess you up. It is likely the only thing that can make her lose her cool and act rashly without elaborate setups.

Seven Seals: Most of Chrys's power is located in various crystals hidden throughout her world, then locked behind seals so that she can funnel it remotely. Should any of these seals be found and disabled, she will need to rebuild that portion of her power, and until then will be weakened.

In theory, Chrys can crystallize any concept she can comprehend in the most basic fashion. She does not need to know how it works, only imagine its raw effect and apply enough willpower. Normally, this only allows her to grab single powers from others, and usually only in specific uses. For example, in battle she will be able to steal a specific spell from a mage, but not that magician's use of magic. With luck, extreme power behind her attempt, or extra time(and, obviously, consent), she can steal the entire ability to use magic, but this will only grant her the mage's known spells at the time. If the mage uses an extremely fluid or dynamic system, she can only replicate effects that she has witnessed or knows to exist, even if she is later told it can do something further.

Normally these thefts are not stable, and will last the duration of the scene, but at the victim's option they may last up to a week without applying for upgrades/downgrades or a TP. Permanent theft is theoretically possible, but requires an upgrade app for both parties and prior agreement. In addition, powers and skills taken from worlds other than her own will rarely perform as efficiently as a native's use.

The stronger the concept and the stronger the Elite, the more difficult it is to take it. Also, taking detrimental concepts(injury, death, etc) from a person or thing is much more difficult and tiring. Thus it is not practical for her to create an army of unkillable soldiers, for example. In general, if taking a concept would sidestep an apped flaw or cause a general story breakdown, it probably requires too much energy at the time.

TP POWER ONLY: Chrys can theoretically steal larger concepts such as she did to conquer her world, even the concept of death itself, for example. In actuality, she can only do this within her own world under most circumstances. Even then, the setup and execution of this requires months to years of planning, limiting her use of this ability to the above power theft in combat unless a TP is apped for. Given sufficient energy and a way to process it - energy that would take a TP-level entity or source to provide - she could attempt a crystallization of another world's concept or operation, but this is considered a TP Power and is normally far beyond her grasp. Even then, she cannot crystallize larger or more fluid concepts such as death or hope in other worlds, only more specific ones, such as 'moonbeams' or 'rainbows' across the world.
