An old member of organized crime hailing from Brazil, Tubalcain Alhambra was given a second chance by the shadowy group known as Millennium after assisting their flight from Europe following the second world war. Deemed as 'useful' due to his sorcerous powers of magic playing card manipulation, he was recruited and upgraded into an Artificial Vampire, becoming part of the Letzte Bataillon and one of it's 3 First Lieutenants. He is the only member of Millennium not ethnically German, and unbeknownst to him was meant to be a pawn to announce their presence to Alucard. Dodging that fate by sheer luck of the draw, he's become embroiled in the events unfolding after his world's unification. Known as 'The Dandy Man' by his friends, he dresses impeccably at all times, obsessively so, and carries himself with an air of elegance and good-manners, that is until it's time to bring the hammer down. A sly and oily sort, he's capable of putting on a clever facade and tricking his enemies and others alike, not just with words, but with his deadly magic playing cards, as well as his medley of magical and vampiric powers.

Fake Vampire: While Millennium's artificial vampirization process is leagues above what was possible in the labs of the 1940s and they are startlingly close to perfecting the vampire, their abilities still do not match those of a 'true vampire'. They possess the weaknesses of an authentic vampire such as vulnerability to silver or holy relics, but none of the awesome powers of regeneration, transformation, flight, supernatural familiar summoning, ect of a real one. They have no hope of becoming a 'true' vampire from this state, as that process requires someone who is still wholly human and also a 'pure' virginal individual of the opposite sex of the vampire that creates them. They are in short, ersatz knock-offs.

Liar: Owing in part to his personality and background, Tubalcain is a pathological liar. While in his line of work pre-Millennium it might have been more of a strength, he comes off slippery to others especially where he has no trouble lying right to other people's faces without betraying his true intentions. This is not just the ability to keep a poker face in a high stakes game or a battle, but including matters of life and death. Since this is trait he's somewhat known for, it may make others distrust him.

Cruel: While to his allies he tries to play the part of the suave gentleman, Tubalcain's exterior hides a playfully cruel side. He is not above using his cards and various abilities to trick his opponents and to mercilessly kill his enemies, all the while toying with them. He also has little compassion seemingly, and innocent bystanders getting involved in conflicts will not stay his hand from his target. He is a cold-blooded killer when a mission or job is involved.

Lazy: While his appearance is kept meticulous, Alhambra is known be a bit of a layabout, oftentimes letting others do hard work for him. It's not uncommon to find him doing other things while there ought to be hard, dangerous work going on, either just trying to get a nap or shirking drudgework. He's the kind of guy that tends to think such things are below him.

Vain: A great way to make Tubalcain quite angry is to damage his clothing or get him covered in mud, gunk, ect. He strives to keep his suits clean and in tact and his appearance immaculate at all times, so ruining his suit or getting his person dirty is a sure fire way to get his attention and get him steamed. (This is moreso accidentally or intentionally getting splashed with a puddle, or oil, or other such phenomena, rather than just oh I got shot so now I have a hole in my suit.)
