Vegeta is the Prince of Saiyans. He's arrogant, egotistical, ruthless, and often barbaric. But this doesn't stop him from being a tactical thinker, disciplined in his training, and a pragmatic yet indulgent ruler. He's capable of compassion, but makes it quite difficult to detect. He's a master of both energy and hand to hand combat, with the resources and responsibilities of an entire army. Though his arrogance often clouds his judgement when it comes to opponents. He wished for immortality years ago, a gift which enabled him to repeatedly face Frieza. Always coming back from his deaths stronger than before, Vegeta's rage and power increases eventually drove him to the level of Super Saiyan, violently defeating Frieza once and for all. He went on to take over the Planet Trade Organization, taking Earth and renaming it New Vegeta. But shortly after unification he was betrayed by Gohan, his right hand man, and left dying on a barren planet. Now he's returned, angrier and more powerful than ever!

Arrogance: Vegeta is completely arrogant when it comes to most things, especially his opponents. He may not take certain things, including logic, into consideration before taking on a challenge. He simply believes that he's -better-.

Education: While he was highly educated in the art of war and battle, Vegeta lacks Earth schooling and education. He's not -dumb-, but he's very much lacking in traditional book smarts.

Rage: As a saiyan, Vegeta can be very quick to anger, and not the most difficult to goad. But in his Super Saiyan form his rage is increased tenfold, becoming less remorseful and even more brutal than normal. The Super Saiyan form is, without training it otherwise, absolutely fueled on rage.

Pride: Vegeta's pride is something that one can easily threaten and hurt. It can drive him to great and irrational lengths to try to correct anything he perceives as a true attack or threat on it, as he believes his pride is one of the most important things he possesses.

Energy: Ki energy has a limit, and once one runs out of ki, they can no longer retain the Super Saiyan form nor use energy attacks without rest. The Final Flash attack uses all of the ki in the body no matter what the form, which is why it's his most powerful attack. Excessively using high-end ki attacks can burn one out very quickly.

Planet Trade Organization: After Gohan took his own freedom back, the Planet Trade Organization are not exactly friends of Vegeta's anymore. He was in charge of them, but now he holds nothing but bitterness for the entire organization, a feeling that is more than likely mutual.

Immortality: Living forever has its flaws. Vegeta was not specific in his wish for immortality. He can die and come back, but if he's rendered permanently brain dead and the rest of his body is still alive (IE: A vegetable), he is technically still alive and immortal. His form of immortality also means that he can can be decapitated, his body destroyed and head kept alive. There are most likely many more implications, but the lack of full regeneration paired with his immortality is quite dangerous.

Androids 17 and 18: While they may be reprogrammed, the androids have a tendency to break free of their programming. There is no failsafe for this. He would have no way of knowing they've broken their programming, or are plotting their revenge, so no way of actually destroying them before this whole thing backfires. There is also the fact that while they may be reprogrammed, they're still incredibly sadistic, and they have free will outside of their willingness to take commands from Vegeta.
