One of the firstborn of stranded explorers on a primitive world, Winnowill is an ancient, lovely being that is by all accounts an elf. Living her early years in the slowly-stagnating haven known as Blue Mountain, her need to have a purpose as a healer drove her to desperate, and eventually extreme measures that crossed the line into actual evil. Now attempting to reconstruct her ancestral home, Winnowill uses all her wiles, her healing and flesh-shaping magics, and telepathic abilities to manipulate human and elf both, all in a selfish bid to take back the stars on her own terms. She is ruthless, regal, and without an ounce of pity, but her alliances are shaky and her enemies many.
FRAIL: No matter the way she shapes her own flesh, Winnowill is physically weak. She can survive wounds that would instantly kill a normal being, but she has no real ability to stop those wounds from occurring in the first place, and they do often impair her and she can certainly be killed. Most often her bones are hollow, as well, making her more fragile for sharp impacts.
AHEAD OF HERSELF: To say that Winnowill is ambitious is an understatement. She often attempts grandiose plans that are wide and sweeping in scope, and while she is an excellent long-term planner she often overlooks smaller details. Usually this doesn't matter, as she likes to stack the deck in her favor. When it does matter, it really bites her.
LOCKED EMOTIONS: Using her healing abilities on herself, Winnowill has eliminated her ability to feel regret, shame, or the pain of betrayal. She is ruthless and in a word, evil. Should she somehow regain the ability to feel these emotions, even temporarily, it would be distracting at best, devastating at worst.
FEAR ADDICTION: Years of controlling others and manipulating them have given Winnowill a /need/ to cause fear, or at least be around those living in fear. She psychologically feeds on it, possibly literally. This is not something that can immediately cripple her, but taking out her support network, or luring her into a place where it is not important, cripples her power.GROMUL DJUN AND TWO-EDGE: Although the Djun and Two-Edge are nominally allies of Winnowill, neither trusts her. Gromul Djun is aware that she is some sort of magician or conjurer, and restricts her access to some parts of his own fortress, a leash he uses to keep her in check. Two-Edge actively hates her and only grudgingly works with her, and may even indirectly work against her if a good opportunity presents itself.
