+The world of Galianda is a world with seven magical continents attached to vaguely-defined “Spars” that connect to the mysterious clockwork core of the planet. Its sun is a phoenix. A giant magical bridge stretches across every continent and reaches the moon. It is a modern world of magical technology based on the simple principle that if you put magic in, you get an effect.
-Legend holds that Galianda was forged by the First Gods in the ancient days. They say that Chaos was driven back by the forging of Galianda; that the First Gods banded together, pouring their essence and will into nothingness to produce a barricade against the nightmare of all Creation. The ancient texts proclaim the races of Galianda to be the offspring of those gods, placed upon it to guard the ancient seal, to maintain it and be a part of it, and forever watch for Chaos’s influence.
