The Province of Luanjian is a territory that covers most of the southern region of Nerites. There, people can live normal (if slightly exciting) lives much akin to those who reside in any of the Creation variants. This group is intended for two groups of people: one, those who seek residence, or even employment, in Luanjian and who qualify as Elites; two, those who seek to stay in touch with group number one, or who have established themselves as allies of the province.
