Alternatively, breaking the device or rendering it inoperable would cut off off their escape. Finally, the random nature of its teleportation means that it might shunt the two, say, only 10 feet to the left, instead of allowing them to escape.

'''TERMINAL GETAWAY:''' The one constant in how the two work can be the pair's undoing. |Profile=A pair of Chasers unaligned with the Guild. Irvine Lune and Molly Crescent are always trying to emulate the legendary bandit pair Typhoon Bill and Hurricane Jane. However, their hearts are too soft, and their heads too thick to ever pull off a heist to the same degree as they. Though they often attempt to steal claims from official Chasers, as well as engage in more basic forms of thievery, their bizarre behaviour, the lavish (and sometime garish) outfits they wear in doing so, and their spectacular lack of subtlety means they are regarded as bemusing crackpots by other Chasers, and embarrassingly uncatchable by law enforcement. The latter is not at all helped by their Terminal Getaway, old technology that enables random teleportation. However, their wanderlust and lack of foresight makes the 'random' part just another perk. And while they do behave like a pair of fools, they are fools armed with dual-purpose firearms. However, underlying all that is the fact that the two actually fool most everyone they meet. They are actually Greaver, animalistic demihumans passing as regular humans.
|Powers='''GREAVER PHYSIOLOGY:''' Though they present themselves as human, the two are actually Greaver demihumans. Much of Irvine's body is clad in chitinous body armour and what appear to be his eyebrows are actually lids on a second set of compound eyes, granting him increased perceptiveness. A pair of wings grant him fast aerial movement, and he bears folding armblades and ankle spurs that secrete corrosive venom. Molly is covered in fur, and her nails are strong, razor-sharp and retractable claws. Her teeth are pointed and her jaw is capable of exerting immense force. She is also incredibly strong and enduring, allowing her to shrug off blows and send opponents flying.
|Skills='''UNPREDICTABILITY:''' The strongest weapon in the pair's arsenal is how thoroughly capricious they are in their actions and planning. They can appear from nowhere, dropping in via teleportation or simply entering through entrances that others may not consider. In battle, they fight in a way that can be described as 'ridiculous' and even 'suicidal,' and yet make it work. This behaviour extends to all other things in their lives also, for better or worse.

'''ROUGH LIVING:''' The Starlight Bandits live on the road, and that breeds a certain set of skills. They can pitch a camp, hunt and scavenge for food, and haggle prices. In a barroom brawl, they are also (unsurprisingly) handy at using improvised weapons.

'''MUSICIANS:''' The two are decent players of a wide variety of musical instruments. Sometimes they need to busk if they don't feel like stealing. But mostly, it's so they can play their own entrance music. The music is different every time.

|Assets='''SIGNATURE WEAPONS:''' The two each carry a multi-purpose weapon they are semi-well known for. Irvine carries the 'Playing Mantis,' a kukri with a short-range pistol built into the hilt. Molly carries the 'Lumberjill,' a powerful revolver with a detachable hatchet as a stock.

'''TERMINAL GETAWAY:''' One half of a Code from before the disaster that befell the world. It appears to be a short, silvery staff, but it functions as a teleporter for whoever is touching it when activated. It lacks the capability to teleport to a specific point, making it suitable for quick escapes or breaking into a random room of a large structure.

'''THEIVES' TOOLS:''' Though the two are foolish, they at least come prepared, most of the time. They are known to carry lockpicks, rope, pliers, smoke bombs and other things one may need to break into something.

|NPCs='''IRVINE LUNE:''' One half of the Starlight Bandits, Irvine is the thinker of the two. Or at least, he thinks he is. He's prone to trying to explain things, and either going wildly off-base, or starting there and going even further. Workshops all of the dynamic entries and over-the-top introductions of the pair on his own, to make sure they're safe for Molly.

'''MOLLY CRESCENT:''' The other half of the Starlight Bandits, Molly is the doer of the two. At least, when she hasn't forgotten how to do the thing. Quite the forgetful sort, which is why she greets everyone she meets like an old friend, just in case they are. When on a job, she tends to take point so any danger or traps happen to her first.
|Disadvantages='''SOFTIES:''' For bandits, the two are incredibly kind-hearted and gullible. If they're stealing or attacking something, all it will take is a sob story from those trying to protect it to make them stop, and perhaps even join forces with them against any other threats.

'''UNRELIABLE:''' Though their fickle nature makes them dangerous foes, it also makes them unpredictable allies. One never knows if they will get distracted from the main point of the job, help the opposition, or even just wander off. This can potentially make them enemies, or at least demand constant babysitting by allies.

'''LOUD:''' Thievery typically demands some degree of stealth. These two (literally) don't know the meaning of the word. Their extravagant garb and attention-grabbing behaviour practically screams 'look at us!' when they're too busy to do it themselves. They are even loud in the olfactory sense, typically wearing lots of perfume and cologne, which marks them for anyone with a strong sense of smell.

'''TERMINAL GETAWAY:''' The one constant in how the two work can be the pair's undoing. Terminal Getaway is a weak, undirected teleporter, and those with some degree of control in the same field could easily block it or ensure they arrive somewhere unfavourable. Alternatively, breaking the device or rendering it inoperable would cut off off their escape. Finally, the random nature of its teleportation means that it might shunt the two, say, only 10 feet to the left, instead of allowing them to escape.

'''PARTNERS:''' Irvine and Molly are a pair. As such, separating them or taking one out will reduce their combat capability (PL: 33 -> 29). Secondly, being separated will drive the two to reunite with each other before any other objective. If one is seriously hurt, the other will drop everything to see to them, and most likely teleport out right away to seek treatment if none is available.
