Kakarot (723) has posed:
REPTILON, SERPENT'S SPINE

The Citadel of Reptilon is a massive affair, a mountain converted into a capital city for the Tyrrano Empire. The pride of their people, this is the place where the Tyrranos rule from the caves, the underground a marvel of technological engineering and achievement. This is where the heads of the Empire coordinate the lives of the people under their rule, trying to find a way to navigate the twists and turns of their daily lives... As well as resisting the Neo-Saiyan incursion. One would think only a madman would attack such a place.

Kakarot may, in fact, be considered a madman. Much like in Fern Valley, a golden, green, and blue star light up over the Citadel. There, the three Super Saiyans hang again in formation, their power levels spiking. All three of them are building ki in their hands, much like before... But this time, they don't seem intent on simply raining blasts down on the area in general. "COMBINED KI FORMATION!" Kakarot barks. "SPECTRUM BUSTER!"

At this point, Zuki and Gaplan fire their beams at an intersecting point, fusing theit beams into the golden blast Kakarot releases, creating a multicolored, spiralling coruscating blast that punches down towards the top of the mountain with a hellish crack of thunder and destruction. The impact flares in a bright flash moments before the full brunt of the ki blast strikes with full fury. What a way to knock. In the meantime, radar indicates a large number of incoming aerial targets in capsule ships... More Saiyans?

Today, Kakarot does not care about niceties like 'leaving buildings intact' or 'avoiding triggering potentially major geological shifts'. He is here to destroy the leadership of the Tyrranos. The Reptilonians need the vision of their leaders to succeed.

And if a man cannot see...

He cannot fight.

Toph Beifong (20) has posed:
If a blind little teenager can fight, then a man who cannot see needs to stop whining and get back up!

Mountains are somewhere an earthbender feels at home, and with the ongoing conflict Toph has taken a personal interest in seeing this entire mess cleared up. So when it was clear that something was going on on Reptilion the bender was not slow to head out. Not that she has been here before, but with all the destruction and noise it's pretty hard to miss exactly where and what is going on, now is it?

Arriving in her usual manner, which is quite noisy on its own, Toph surfs on a small earthen wave up from the valley leading to the mountain, which might not be too difficult to miss. Dust and sand whirls up around her, and the earth rumbles as Toph kicks down into the earthen wave, causing it to flatten out as she skids to a halt. It's easy to tell where the damage has been caused, and she frowns. She can't 'see' the neo-Saiyans on the ground... are they in the air? Just freaking great, exactly what she needed...

Rather than being an open target, Toph raises her arms and performs a bending movement, causing the ground to open up. Slipping down underground might be better to not leave herself an open target while she waits for the others.

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
The concentrated Ki blast crashes against the central area of the Tyranno Imperial City, reducing a handful of smaller buildings to dust and sending a shockwave through the interior of the mountain range. However, the Tyrannos have been at war a very long time and most of their surface dwellings are more surveillance stations, watch towers, with a few residential areas scattered here and there. The heart of the Tyranno empire lies deep beneath the mountain's surface and pounding against the rocky surface might eventually yield paydirt and it may very well exhaust the Saiyans in the process.

Huge turrets begin rising out of the rocky crevesaes of the mountain and begin turning toward the comparatively tiny targets. Energy blasts leap into the sky, tearing through the debris cloud caused by the Ki blasts as Tyranno Artillery troops begin the process of protecting their home.

Deep within the repair hangar, the shattering roar jolts Rex and causes him to shoot upright and bang his head against the bulkhead he was working on, "GUH!"

"What was THAT?" Rex hollers, rubbing his head and trying to focus his vision.

Terrible Dactyl runs to Rex's side, "We appear to be under attack!"

"That arrogant piece of mammal excrement DARES to attack the Citadel?"

Dactyl nods, "It would seem that way, yes ..."

"Plesio! What is the status of Tarpits 3?" Rex shouts into his radio.

"We are at Approksssssimately 83 persssssent effisssssientssssyyy, My lord."

"It will have to do, Ready for launch!"

Tesla Armadia (368) has posed:
Tesla Armadia didn't need to rush to arrive. She simply never left the Citadel after helping Genghis Rex with a few preperation projects.

Even deep in the bunker-like depths of the Tyranno base, the impact of combined ki blasts upon the structures above produces a thunderous boom and vibrations that can be heard several levels below. It causes a few of the items sitting on the workbench she was using to rattle around, drawing Tesla's gaze from a component assembly she was working on and glancing up for a moment.

"Typical." Tesla was expecting this, being the mastermind she was. You didn't -need- to be a tactical genius to know Kakarot would keep trying to get to the high priority leadership of Reptilon.

Tesla turned away from the table, grabbing the device she was working on as she does so. With the other hand she keys on her comm. "Give me a few moments." She walked out of the lab Plesio and Styraco had allowed her to use and headed for the hangers she had left the rest of her equipment stored in.

"I need to get properly dressed for the occasion."

Kyra Hyral (626) has posed:
Kyra's first visit to Reptillon-or likely Kyra's only visit to Reptillon. Since arriving she's been profoundly uncomfortable, the novelty of dinosaur-people wearing off extremely quickly. This started around the time she met the velociraptor-people most likely. Still, she had a motive for being here. One that was very simple:

Prevent the deaths of more Elites.

Kyra is here to kick ass and heal people...and she's all out of ass to kick because these are Saiyans way beyond her power level. She arrived today fully decked out to provide aid from carrying the Gleaming Grenadier's Cure-All to hauling around an extra load of potions in case her magic has decided to not cooperate tonight. On top of her bandoliers, holsters, and other gear, Kyra's layered a ragged brown cloak that has a vaguely scaley pattern on it. The length of the Cure-All has been wrapped with strips of brown canvas to cover its usually shiny appearance. Silently, and with an eye to the sky for situational awareness of descending saiyans and ki blasts, she moves in towards the Citadel.

Cell (696) has posed:
     Well, he is being paid.

Commander Green of the Red Ribbon Regiment, the notorious biomonster Cell, has been pretty much constantly on point where Kakarot is concerned. It's not hard for Cell to predict his movements, largely because he's being paid to do exactly that, but on a larger scale because Kakarot happens to think exactly the way Cell does. As has been mentioned repeatedly, they're both soldiers and generals - they both think and lead tactically, working with large-scale military units and stealth, ambush tactics, plus some dirty tricks to even up the score. After all, an even fight is a fight you're fifty percent liable to lose.

Cell intercedes. He floats down into the path the Spectrum Buster followed a moment ago, a cigar in his horrible mandible, his usual Red Ribbon Regiment tuxedo wrapped tight around him. His big three-toed feet flex, as if he's imagining wringing someone's throat with them.

"So," Cell offers slowly to Zuki, Gaplan, and Kakarot, "Toma says /hi/."

His eyes twist upwards into a smile.

Today is the part where he sees if he gets to enjoy another salad.

Lute (188) has posed:
The emergency call goes out. And, the response is swift. Lute, luckily, was training with Mr. Crabs at the Citadel's Field of Trials. So, especially with the crisis being so important right now, it was a short trip through a series of Warp Gates for Lute to arrive. Lute, as usual, is nowhere near alone.

The eighty meter tall Kaiju sticks out like a sore thumb, stomping along the ground. Pavement breaking with each step. Atop the fierce Kaiju, Lute stands. His labcoat flowing behind him. He flips the hair out of his eye with one hand, rather casually. His arms are crossed in front of him. Next to him, his I-Class Destroyer, Imima, floats. Her purple ribbon on as usual. Surrounding him is a sphere of Unown, circling around him. Looking outward. They continue to orbit him constantly. Lute's eyes are closed; he is looking through the multiple Unown eyes, getting a full grasp of the situation around him.

Suddenly, Lute opens his eyes. In a swift motion, he pulls his labcoat off, throwing it aside to the street. He holds his right hand up, palm reaching to the sky. And, suddenly, the pattern of the Unown shift. Each orbitting ring begins to move in towards him. Lute's body is now mostly covered in a layer of black, and numerous unblinking eyes. He is surging with power, as he harnesses the strength of all of his Unown.

And, he stares upwards. Smiling at Kakarot.

And then Lute lifts his middle finger.

Valka (759) has posed:
Following behind Toph is Valka, considerably higher up. Cloudjumper is airborne, following the ripplers of earth caused by the earth bender, nudged in a direction by careful toe taps from her rider. The red-haired viking woman invited herself on Toph's suggestion, thinking that more hands would lighten the load in this conflict. Besides, having a 1200 kilo dragon along with may do wonders for leveling the playing field, as it were since, usually, it's the biggest thing on the field. Except, this time? The Stormchaser dragon isn't the biggest one out there, but he can certainly cause some problems for folks.

Krezentia Einjager (758) has posed:
    Well, back into the fire.

There's only three Saiyans this time. Krezentia expected Kakarot would replace his fallen lieutenant-- well, 'fallen'. He's braving this crowd with one less man, no replacement. That is, until the initial volley is through. Kakarot's armies are coming after all, huh. This could get fun.

The blonde Magi flies over the Citadel of Reptilon, a hoverboard under her, speeding along at reasonable speeds. Her fairy isn't with her today either, and she does not open up with a wall of wormholes this time. Kakarot and his top dogs aren't fools, she'd be wasting energy on a tactic they've already seen.

She makes a beeline up, towards the three incoming Super Saiyans; she swerves around the incoming blasts, if barely, and stays out of the firing trajectories of Reptilon's defenses if she can help it. Is she going straight for Zuki again? Eh. No preference, not this time. If she had to pick, actually, she'd want to shank Gaplan. He did break her arm.

"Yo, yo! Come out to play?"

No attacks, though. She's just flying to meet up with all three of them. Not to worry, she won't stay passive long.

Smaug (689) has posed:
From some distance away, the dragon called Smaug had felt the impact of the saiyan's assault against the citadel. While not asleep, it caused him to change his focus, looking in the distant direction of the Citadel. Once it's confirmed that the invaders were attacking once again, wings spread, legs press im off the ground, and then he takes flight.

It would not take the dragon long to arrive. There was only one target the dragon wanted tonight. Soaring through the sky over the Citadel, the dragon makes a line for Gaplan, wanting nothing more than to incinerate him.

Deelel has posed:
Deelel had promised some to help defend this world, the basic fully intended to deliver. The place, was going to need every one they could get to help. So here the keyblader was once more to do what she could for this. She had to wonder if they had enough firepower to bring down Kakarot.

At the moment she's riding on a light jet above the Citadel and was baking to come in towards the site of the battle. She just hopes she's going to be in time to do some good. This was looking very bad and Deelel's expression became more focused as she banked towards the Citadel.

Kakarot (723) has posed:
Toph isn't blind, she has tremorsense, yo.

Then again, with all the damage being done to the local geology she probably may as well be. Tough break.

Meanwhile, the Citadel manages to resist the initial combined blast of three Super Saiyans. This is not going according to plan. However, the response is not particularly worriesome, as targeting a small, fast-moving target like a flying Saiyan with artillery becomes a question of just how well your ballistics can compensate for something that can stop and reverse direction instantly, or flash-step basically at will. Shells detonate in the ar around them, the shrapnel cutting into their armor and causing shallow lacerations.

Cell's taunt causes Zuki to look over towards him, a baleful glare visible in her single eye as she hisses. "I am going to /obliterate/ you, you sick bastard! You couldn't even have the decency to give him a clean death!" She rears back, and attempts to divebomb Cell-

And Gaplan slams his palm straight into her chest, knocking her backwards. Zuki rages. "YOU!" She yells, before Gaplan moves to block her path, shaking his head.

There is a moment of tension, and Zuki mutters, "Fine. I'd rather kill lizards anyway. Hit you in your damn pocketbook, bugman!"

She turns away and dives towards the Citadel with a scream, Gaplan chasing after her to shield her from incoming fire and intercept close range combatants, to leave Kakarot floating there all by himself.

The King of the Neo-Saiyans looks down across the area with a smile on his face, his gaze falling upon Lute.

There is a pause.

And then Kakarot smiles more widely, lifting up his own hand. His response?

To fire a bright ki sphere up into the air, that explodes in a bright flash of light. What the hell is he doing with that? That only causes-

This is when the Capsules arrive, each of them blasting open as transforming Saiyans drop out of them, shifting to Oozaru form in the middle of freefall. Their impacts against the ground are colossal as the huge apes rage, slamming towards the walls of the Citadel with a singleminded determination and complete lack of self-preservation instinct.

Meanwhile, Krezentia chats up Zuki and Gaplan. Zuki is taking aim at the turrets, and she snaps back, "Yes. I'm /playing/. What do you want?" Gaplan simply grunts in response as he dives down and slams a fist into the support structure, trying to begin tearing the artillery off off its turret. He doesn't seem to care if Smaug is incoming on him or not.

Smaug (689) has posed:
Ignored? Oh that just sets Smaug's rage to the boiling point. Rather than roar and announce his arrival, the dragon greets Gaplan with a massive torrent of fire before trying to 'trample' the flying sayian by trying to just fly through the same space as Gaplan. It's as he starts to bank back around that his head would turn to Gaplan, only now issuing his challenge, "Face me, worm! Leave the surface to those that crawl upon it and fight something more worthy of your attention!"

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
An Oozaru slams its hulking fists into the side of the Citadel, and a Crack opens. Excited by its apparent success, it continues slamming its fists into the side of the Citadel, causing the crack to open, wider and wider and wider, until it becomes clear that it is not the pounding that is opening the side of the mountain, it's a massive hangar bay door opening.

A white horizontal column of light pours out of the opening, engulfing the Oozaru, announcing the arrival of the 300 foot mechanical Tyrannosaurus known as Tarpits 3. It strides out of the hangar and through the ashen remains of the Oozaru.

"Kakarot!" Rex's booming voice cries out over the loudspeaker as the towering red T-rex swings it's tail, clearing out another nearby Oozaru, "I have had enough of your, bullshit!"

Tesla Armadia (368) has posed:
>> Two large power signatures have assaulted the main structure. Multiple incoming signals from high altitude. <<
Not that Tesla needs the computer to tell her this as she settles into the controls. She can hear the mechanical warcries of the capsule engines and the agonized screams of the turrets being ripped from their fixtures. Everything else would just hear roaring jets and wrenching metal, but there was so much more in the sounds to the technopath's senses.

The hanger gates rumble open. With the size of the standard Tyranno spacecraft the hanger bay has little issue making room for the large form that almost literally comes rocketing out of it as soon as the gates are spread and into the air.

Twelve feet tall and several tons of heavy orange and grey armor, crafted into a form resembling something akin to very tall and nearly as wide Reptilon ankylosaur being propelled by several energy jets protuding from the partitions of the 'shell'. Though it's more like a huge rocket propelled jump than actual flight.

Still high and fast enough with intent to slam into one of the decending Capsules and smash it to the ground, hopefully mangling the occupant inside to the point they won't be able to achieve their form change and escape the wreckage.

The hulking machine slams to the ground itself a few moments later, joints hissing from the recoil compensators and the jets retracting as it rumbles up to it's full height again.

"Well that was fun." Tesla's voice finally emits from within. Large metal plated hands clamp into fists as the single digital band that serves in lieu of eyes lights up fully.

"Anyone else want to come say hello?"

Toph Beifong (20) has posed:
With her allies following suit, even if she can't keep track of the airborne ones, Toph waits and listens to the radio, though the main thing that catches her attention is when all the Saiyans drop in and crash into the ground.

The earth shudders, and not just because of the great apes.

Suddenly several sharp earthen spikes shoot out of the ground underneath them over a large area of the ground, an attempt to push them back. And some seconds after a crack forms on the side of the mountain, the earth there hardening and becoming more compact. Hopefully it will be what Valka hoped for.

Some distance away the earth shifts and moves, and up jumps Toph Beifong. There is a determined look on her face as she yells out to the invading force. "YOU MONKEY BRAINS BETTER RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN!" This ought to draw them away from Kyra at least!

With the arrival of Tarpits 3 though, Toph blinks, her eyes going wide in surprise. What the hell is that?! Upon hearing Rex's voice she blinks. Oh yeah, he sounds mad...!

Kyra Hyral (626) has posed:
Suddenly, heading for the Citadel, as it is assaulted by multiple Oozaru, seems like a very, very bad idea to Kyra. She actually balks, which does work in her favor just a little as a discarded Attack Ball slams into the ground about ten feet ahead of her, the impact briefly knocking her off her feet.

She reorients herself and takes a breath. No, she had to be in there. It and the Reptillions within was clearly the target. She murmurs to herself and a flicker of green energy surrounds her as she casts Protect on herself. Some buffer against being hit felt prudent here.

Then the giant robot dinosaurs start happening, mobilized to fight the giant apes. "...nope." Kyra promptly takes cover inside of the Attack Ball that had fallen not too far away. "Nope nope nope."

Krezentia Einjager (758) has posed:
And it begins. The Saiyans are showing up in absurd numbers now, and transformed at that. It's going to get messy; fortunately, Krezentia does not genuinely care about the fate of Reptilon, so much as she cares about not being useless. Therefore, she'll be happy enough focusing on one Saiyan, and getting a FUN fight out of this rather than one where she spreads herself thin.

Krezentia's hair, shirt and eye color all change, turning a caramel shade of brown. In her hands appear curved swords, one white, one black, with the Yin-Yang symbols obvious. She hurls the pair towards Gaplan, and then produces two more swords.

Her hoverboard picks up speed and she makes a charge for the buff, large Saiyan. She intends to cut twice with the swords in her hands, while the ones she threw are spinning, curving, and ultimately coming back to try and cut Gaplan twice as well-- in the back.

Hopefully the Saiyan isn't expecting a fair, frontal fight from her.

Cell (696) has posed:
     Well that was...unexpected.

Kakarot's comment about whether Toma tasted like pudding or not, not the Saiyans being smart enough to avoid him. He actually expected that. After what he did to them, he's actually a little bit impressed by their skill and willingness to discard the Standard Saiyan Atitude and actually go for things tactically.

The monkey pudding comment also leaves Cell sort of hovering there in silence, the beat of his wings the only real noise.

     Well, that was a thing.

It takes Cell a moment to recover. He was a callous sonovabitch, but he hadn't expected Kakarot, of all people, to throw something back at him. With a mumbled 'well played', he peels off and darts away.

He stops by Zuki for a moment, hovering behind her and Gaplan. "Alright. I'll hit you where it hurts, too."

     "The friends."

And then he darts backwards, flicking over to the Oozaru. After all, what is an Oozaru but a great big meal for Cell? And Allo's explicitly given him the OK...

Cell flits over to the Oozaru. If he had teeth, he'd be grinning.

Then he goes right for the eyes, just like a bug ought to, stabbing towards the eyes with his big and nasty tail.

Valka (759) has posed:
With the crack appearing in the side of the mountain from Toph's earthbending, Valka and Cloudjumper, from their elevated position, decide that now is the time to act. "Let's go, big boy! Avoid their fire an give them some of your own!" Valka shouts as the dragon extends its four wings and does a tight turn, screaming into a dive with a roar, his belly starting to glow.

When they are low, Cloudjumper and Valka strafe the ground leading up to the citadel towards the crack, pulling up before impacting the wall, bathing everything in their path with phosphorous-hot fire that sticks tenaciously and is quite difficult to put out. Exposure of this flaming substance to metal causes it to start to melt in a short while. Flesh...well, let's just say it doesn't fare nearly as well. If this works, it should bottle up the forces inside, giving those on the outside a chance to press the advantage. Hopefully.

     Yay for dragons!

Lute (188) has posed:
As the ball goes up into the sky, Lute just keeps his finger lifted up for a second. Though he knows there is little point in continuing to flip off Kakarot, and that Kakarot views him as almost nothing? Well. This doesn't do anything to calm Lute's fury.

Instead, he simply does the only thing he can do. Try to actually get stuff /done/. He starts shouting out orders, rather calmly with all things considered. "Mr. Crabs, snip at tails. Imima, take aim at Kakarot, and fire. I don't /care/ if he thinks we're completely unimportant." But, what goes without saying is that Lute would rather try and draw Kakarot in towards /him/, than him going after any others present. Sadly, though, Lute is unsure /how much good/ that'll do. Kakarot really does not care about Lute, at all.

Either way, his team goes to work. Mr. Crabs starts rushing for the nearest Great Ape, claw leading the way. He's /trying/ to get in from behind, but odds are, they'll see him coming anyways. Mr. Crabs is working, entirely singlemindedly, on trying to cut off Saiyan Tails.

And, the I-Class Destroyer? It opens its mouth, firing cannonfire straight at Kakarot. Even Lute expects Kakarot to blast it out of the air, tank it, or toss it aside. But, Lute still wants to make it known that he wants to take Kakarot out, himself.

Even though he's one of those here with the /least/ reason to want Kakarot dead.

Deelel has posed:
The blast that Kakarot had let lose was nothing to sneeze at such power in the hand of one person? That was a horror to behold, still she's coming in now and she watches as Cell's about to get to i5t again. There's a feeling of dread there about the bioandroid merc. He's admitted often he's a monster and he's damn well proved it too.

She now banks in towards not Kakaort he's above her pay grade, another target presenset it self to Deelel. The basic gets the ideas to go go start harassing the newly arrived Oozaru shock troops. The engines whine becomes almost deafening as Deelel brings things up to full power, as she dives for the front ranks of the siege wave. The crafts Light Machine guns coming to life spaying out a barrage of blue bolts of energy.. The energy bolts fire rapidly but as to how much good it will do against such towers of flesh? Deelel's not honestly sure.

Cory (768) has posed:
WHOOOSH! Someone new's on the way. A white meteor rockets through Reptilon air from the nearest warpgate, curving around... and finally reaches the mountainous citadel region where Great Apes roam and chaos reigns! Cory comes to a screeching halt in midair, panicking briefly. What the hell? Is this what Lute wanted to warn her about?

"But this planet's not experiencing a full moon. How the hell are they all transformed?!"

This could get bad. Very bad.

"Brilliant tactics. Just like the original King Vegeta's strategy." The only question remains: HOW?

Without thinking much, the slim Saiyan glances around and unwittingly comes face to face with the Moon Ball! "That thing--"

BA-DUMP! no sooner has she begun thinking about the matter and how to deal with it than... "Oh..." THUMP. Her whole body bulges. "Sh-i...grrrrrrGGGGGGGGHHH!!"

Thick fur sprouts from her athletic limbs and muscles bulge. Her whole body slouches forward and eyes go empty and white. Soon she's growing, growing, GROWING, body deforming and reshaping, enlarging swiftly into a titanic monkey beast much like all the others with one primary difference.

The tattered remnants of her gi drift to the ground like leaves in the wind. Clad only in fur, the wild beast roars heaven-ward and slams the ground hard enough to send up spires of rock.

Things get weird in the next moment though. Instead of rampaging blindly along with the others... Great Ape Cory takes a flying leap off the mountainside and down into the thick of things, meaty arms swinging like windmills. CLOBBER CLOBBER CLOBBER! All against... the other Great Apes?!?!

It is not in the nature of the Great Ape to harm other Great Apes. Were it, the Saiyans would've long since killed each other off. This should NOT be happening.

    It shouldn't... but it is.

Kakarot (723) has posed:
Smaug dives in towards Gaplan, bathing him in fire. His flesh and armor burn just as it had the last time Gaplan was exposed to dragonfire, his body beginning to blacken. He grunts in pain even as Smaug rams into him. It's somewhat akin to slamming into a boulder.

It's when Smaug banks around to call out his challenge that the dragon might realize that the Saiyan isn't in sight.

This is because Gaplan is clinging to his chest. With a scream of pain and rage. he begins driving his fist straight into Smaug's chest over and over like a jackhammer. Krezentia cleaves into his back, laying open long wounds on his back, but despite a groan of pain he continues to dig his hand into Smaug painfully, refusing to let go. Maybe he has a problem with the dragon too.

Meanwhile, an Oozaru is blasted with the destructive power of the Tarpits III, and falls over, the giant ape smouldering as it crumbles to ash. A second Oozaru is smashed to one side, while a third begins wrestling with Mr. Crabs. While the massive kaiju goes for his tail, it seems to be aware of this tactic, as the massive clamping claws leave painful, long gashes on said tail and body. But the Oozaru gives as good as it gets, smashing into Mr. Crabs with pulverizing force. It seems that the berserking ape is not impressed by the tophatted Kaiju's reputation.

One Oozaru doesn't even make it out of its capsule as it is crushed messily mid-transformation by the hulking Anklyobreaker. This does not go unanswered, as other falling Oozaru slam towards the machine, attempting to use their numbers to their advantage as they brawl the massive machine. Several more Oozaru are repulsed by Toph's spike barrier. They roar in anger for several moments, a couple of them throwing themselves at the spikes without any heed for their own wounds. Others open their gaping mouths, terrible power building within it as they fire blasts of energy into the side of the mountain, at the Tarpits III, or whatever else looks to be in the area. They're not picky.

Valka's napalm attack sets an Oozaru on fire, causing it to reel over, howling in pain as it lashes out with maddened strength at its surroundings. The results are horrific, as evventually it stops moving, crumpling over in a burned, charred mess, the air growing thick with the stench of burning flesh. Deelel's Light Jet begins firing at the Oozaru as well, the blasts raking through them as a few of them fire deadly beams and lash out at this source of pain. Cory too becomes a Great Ape, and slams into the mass of Oozaru. Monkey battles monkey, as massive kaiju battles rumble across the area without pause.

Zuki, in the meantime, stares at the Tarpits III as it appears. She stares, not even bothering to react to the events around her as she shakes, a glare of pure hatred emanating from her. A hatred as pure as sunshine, a hatred that can see for miles.

A hatred that even now aches under that mask she wears. With an incoherent scream, she raises her arms, gathering ki rapidly as her power levels fluctuate. A sphere of power begins to gather, the Super Saiyaness apparently intent on trying to wipe the Tarpits III off the map, should she have the time to gather the needed power.

Kakarot looks over the destruction with stonelike impassivity. All here have made the same commitment he has. They all know what is on the line. And it would be ill of him to not do the same. He begins to draw in power, his power levels rising even higher as he screams, the air beginning to burn around him as he rushes towards that terrible height of power that he possesses. With a thunderous crash of light and fury, the skies crackle and split with electricity as Kakarot burns with terrible light, his golden hair and surging aura announcing the arrival of his transformation to Super Saiyan Level 2.

Smaug (689) has posed:
A sight rarely seen is the baffled look that Smaug gains when Gaplan isn't where he's supposed to be. Of cousre, feeling the impact of the saiyan's fist against the weaker scales of his underbelly lets him know just where Gaplan is. Shortly after Kretzia slices into the sayian warrior, the dragon's wings fold and he starts to dive. As he goes, the dragon starts to spin, rapidly, trying to force the saiyan to let go.

Toph Beifong (20) has posed:
With the plan laid out and the others drawing the aggro off of the monkeys, Toph takes advantage of a quiet moment to go back underground and out of sight. But even in the darkness of the earth her own seismic sense allows Toph to know where to head next in order to evacuate the Tyranno elders. And with the warnings given on the radio she mentally prepares herself during her short trip through the ground and mountain base.

The elders should get a warning even if the Tyrannos didn't give them one, as the earth shifts and rumbles next to them. Then a hole opens up in the wall, and a small and dirty head peeks out. Compared to them Toph must seem even smaller. "Rex sent me to get you guys out," she informs them, then pushes her arms aside to increase the size of the tunnel behind her. "Get moving, we're heading to the escape shoots whether you like it or not. Orders." It seems like the little human girl isn't about to take no for an answer, and she steps aside and gestures to the hole. It will be dark, but it will be as safe as it can get if you're travelling underground!

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
Ankylo opens the doors to the Tyranno Great Hall, followed by Toph.

Kelisk immediately flaps in front of the two and spreads his wings, "Ankylo! What is the meaning of this?!? You can't bring that mammal in here!"

The other members of the council gasp and begin chattering at each other and tossing out various slurs.

Ankylo holds up his hands, "Look, he's coming for YOU! She's gonna help us get you to safety. *snort*snort* Please listen!"

"Listen? I have heard enough." a deep baritone voice comes from Ankylo's right.

The porcine Dinosaur slowly turns his head, eying a rising hulking form clouded in darkness, "Dad, you can't fight him."

Before Ankylo can do anything the hulking monster is upon him, jerking him up off the ground and pulling his face to his own, snarling, "Why? Because Genghis Rex cannot? You're a fool to have faith in that spoiled child!"

Baromous the Adjudicator is at least 3 times the size of his son, black-skinned, a wall of flesh and bone and bears none of the light hearted whimsy of his younger counterpart.

He is largely unarmored, choosing instead to rely on the armored shell and spikes that he was born with. What flesh is not covered in bony plates, is a roadmap of scars that tell the tale of a warrior who has known numerous very REAL and brutal battles. His tiny, bullet shaped head shields steely grey beady eyes that show no fear; merely resolve.

Kelisk yells, "Adjudicator! He is right! Kakarot is coming for us! we should go ... now!"

Baromous flings Ankylo to the side like a ragdoll, "Let him come. Flee if you wish, I will end this where the young fools could not!"

The he lifts his foot to crush Toph!

Krezentia Einjager (758) has posed:
    Oh, well, that's a problem.

Her toy is clinging to a much larger toy.

The Noble Phantasms in Krezentia's hands disappear, as her hair and shirt turn a deep ocean blue, and her eyes a generic shade of it. She'll have no difficulty keeping up with Smaug and Gaplan, speeding alongside them on her overboard, although getting a clear shot is going to be overall more difficult.

"Tch, I'll pry you off if I have to. You break my arm, I break yours, Saiyan! ATOMIC BURN!"

A small white-blue spell circle appears as the Magi extends her hand towards Gaplan-- best as she can-- and the signature spell she took from Lucia flings forth, three large needles of bright blue and white fire and plasma lancing from three different angles towards the Saiyan. They lack firepower to punch clean through, that much is sure, but he'll likely find the tongues of flame a bit tougher a customer than what he's already been exposed to.

She has no interest in killing him, truth told.

Just in making him let go.

Valka (759) has posed:
With mobility being the best thing for her, Valka hangs on to Cloudjumper as he performs a maneuver, flying straight up until he stalls, trading altitude for distance as he rolls over, his wings pulled close to his body as he dives, his belly warming again as another blast of that hellish napalm flame builds in intensity. And in that dive, the woman rises to her feet, a battle cry bursting forth, her staff lifted over her head. "Sons of the hounds, come here and get flesh!" The ape that is Cory has no worry, because her aim is true.

A long gout of flame, heavy and smelling of phosphorous and kerosene, bathes the battlefield in a long, straight line leading up to the mountain, seeming to set the stones themselves aflame, and hopefully catching at least one, if not several of the apes in it's deadly embrace.

She's probably getting some attention at this point, from somewhere. She's moving fast, though. Hopefully too fast for anyone to draw a bead on her.

Cell (696) has posed:
Cell does what he's paid to do: minimize loss of life with tactical commands and brief, clever orders, and clever observations.

He darts away from the Oozaru fray, taking command of the Reptilon forces over the radio. Reptilon forces are advised, rapidly, to spread themselves out and break ranks rather than keep to ranks, force the Saiyans to move in large circles rather than shoot single blasts to wipe out huge groups - basically contrary to everything every military has ever been taught, ever. Cell shouts orders into his headpiece as he flits around the battlefield, moving to stop in front of Kakarot.

Lute is about to charge in and make himself a target, and probably get murdered.

If Cell had a conscience, that might weigh on him.

Instead, Cell darts down to Kyra. The big, horrible man-eating bug in a tuxedo crouches down next to her.

"So," Cell offers, "You need mobility and protection. I need somebody on the soldiers being shot. What say you climb aboard and we put both our skills to use while people less clever than we are get murdered?"

Tesla Armadia (368) has posed:
The first Oozaru that hurtles towards the Ankylobreaker gets a taste in how accurate to its inspiration it is when the machine whirls around to intercept his charge with the massive barbed mace on the end of it's tail. Though even as he's flung away several more give no care as they try to pile in on the exo-armor. Fists and feet slam down, putting ringing dents in the exterior layers of armor. One even grabs onto the head in an headlock even though there's no real neck or breathing to cut off.

Inside Tesla smiles a bit to herself. Oh good, someone else is handling tactics. Thank you Cell, as psycho as you may be, your advice is sound. That means she can loosen up and -enjoy- this. "Computer," she remarks calmly even as she reachs one arm up to grab the monkey grappling with the headpiece in one large hand. "Give me some appropriate fight music, if you would please."
>> Accessing << Somewhere within the armor a media player kicks in, blasting the selection both within the suit and without.

o/~ Rise up, on the floor! Check your guns at the door. You won't need them anyway. o/~

The kinetic amplifiers in the arm charge up, casting an eerie blue-green glow along the limb just before the Ankylobreaker -slams- the monkey in his hand with the same force of a full speed semi in just the span of a few feet into the ground. The impact alone is enough to cause a shockwave to radiate out, throwing aside rock and any other Oozaru that are too close to the machine at the time.

o/~ Gasoline burns as the heads turn, to see what you've got to say... o/~

The Ankylobreaker heaves back upright afterwards, ignoring whatever Oozaru remains that may be dripping off its hand to clench both of them and strike a battle ready pose, more of those energy conduits lighting up across its form.

o/~ So put 'em up, put 'em up! Show me what ya got!
Show me how ya do it, how ya never gonna stop.
Shut 'em down, shut 'em down. It's comin' back around.
This is how we do it and we're gonna do it now! o/~"

By this point Tesla may even be singing along a bit inside, even as the Ankylobreaker swings its fist at the next Oozaru that comes leaping towards it.

Lute (188) has posed:
As the Oozaru crashes into Mr. Crabs, the Kaiju stumbles back. Yes, Kaiju are strong. But, the Great Apes are incredibly powerful creatures of war. It's a fairly decent match, in a lot of ways. But, while Great Apes are creatures of war? Mr. Crabs was built spefifically to remove life from a planet. With its shell cracking, bits of its incredibly toxic blood start shooting out.

It then keeps fighting, even without Lute giving it orders. It lets out a gigantic roar, lifting both of its pincers. Lute would rather these Saiyans be taken alive, or captured. But, Mr. Crabs has no such care. It stabs forward with its giant pincers, aiming straight for the Great Ape's torso. Another roar, and it lets out a burst of acidic bubbles, aimed straight for the Ape itself. These bubbles also start filling the street, making it a /lot/ harder for the other Great Apes to approach him.

Lute glances at Cory. Well. He was planning to keep an eye on her, but. Instead, the last orders he gives to Mr. Crabs, before flying off again? "Keep that Great Ape safe. It's a friend. /Friend/. For now." And, Lute reaches to his belt. He is still surging with power, the horde of Unown merged with him. The same power he used to fight D. The power that lets him fight on his own. The bizarre, alien strength of the Unown. But. It's not enough. It doesn't yet him fly. He considers that it might let him, /one day/. But for now, he'll have to use another great power.

     "Go. Giratina."

And with that, Giratina bursts out of its black Pokeball, with a red stripe. The massive Ghost-type Dragon appears, spreading its wings. It lets out its own menacing roar, leaning over so that Lute can step onto it. And, as Lute stands on the Giratina's back, it starts to fly him straight towards Kakarot.

"...Giratina. Calm Mind. Hone Claws. Double Team. And, Aerial Ace to get us in."

Several things happen at once. Giratina focuses, gathering its energy. Its claws suddenly grow sharper, even the spikes on its wings. And, several duplicates of it appear across the battlefield. The duplicates don't have Lute on them, so they are a /lot/ more obviously copies. But, Lute is hoping to throw Kakarot off. Make him think there are more Giratina than there really are.

And, finally, Giratina zooms in with Aerial Ace, flying at an extremely high speed. Lute clenches his fists. And, despite the fact he is trying to go against a Super Saiyan, despite the fact that the entire city is in danger? Lute has a massive smile on his face, wide enough that his teeth are even showing.

"HEY FUCKTARD! BEING A BLUE-EYED BLONDE HAIRED SUPREMICIST TRYING TO WIPE OUT ANOTHER SPECIES? I'D SAY MORE BUT GODWIN'S LAW."

And as shouting this, Giratina shifts angle of flight. He's coming parralel to the ground, but a bit below Kakarot.

Putting Lute at the right level to punch Kakarot in the crotch. Easily avoided, likely to hit something else anyways. But. The target of his attack is obvious. What's more, Lute is punching with enough force to break steel, due to the boosted power he holds due to the Unown.

It's worth noting that the main purpose of this is to distract Kakarot from whatever he is planning.

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
Genghis Rex catches site of Zuki ... I mean it's kinda difficult to NOT see Zuki at the moment and, turns to face her. He's seen what damage Saiyans can do with that and isn't about to take it lightly.

"Fire main cannon!" Rex commands.

"We can't" Quackpot shouts back, it's only at 60.

"IT WILL HAVE TO DO! FIRE NOW OR WE ALL DIE!" Rex barks.

As Zuki's energy blast drives down toward Tarpits 3, the battle station opens its maw and releases it's limited main cannon attack. The two blasts meet in mid air, but Zuki's pushes Tarpits' blast backwards toward the robo-rex itself. there is a MASSIVE explosion, sending blinding light in all directions.

When the air clears, Tarpits 3 still stands, but most of its 'face' has melted off, revealing bare circuitry that has been fused and sparking. It's jaw dangles floppily, and the main cannon that served it so well has been liquefied from the immense heat.

Aboard Rex says, "Abandon Tarpits 3 ... we are too big of a target."

Cory (768) has posed:
    MONKEY RAGE!

That's the best way to describe the mess that Cory's gotten herself into. The one and only naked monkey among the bunch is quick to gain the ire of others. Huge meaty backhands come her way and are met equal blows. Fist meeting fist is enough to crush the surrounding wildlands, shockwave after shockwave crashing across the battlefield. But Cory's not your typical wild great ape. Although deep and savage rage fuels her every move and she's roaring up a storm across the battlefield, THIS great ape's displaying some semblance of tactics. She ducks down deep under blows and elbows exposed bellows, bites outstretched arms and uses her opponents against each other for a bit of cover here and there!

Then... she takes a mouth blast to the stomach and goes flying back, slamming into the mountainside hard enough to crack it and get herself buried by tumbling boulders.

The ground rumbles and quivers again soon enough though. The hill of debris shifts, then EXPLODES. Cory flexes her arms, raising them high over her head in a display of brutal triumph, roaring primally -- and then...

    *KRAKA-WHOOOOOOOOSH!*

Swirling white Ki engulfs her. In a matter of moments it shifts to furious, howling crimson. The power aura's thick enough that tilt your head the right way and her FUR itself even appears red - for that one brief moment anyways.

One moment is all this beast needs to narrow its eyes and --*BLZZIIIIIIIIIIIP!*

With speed unimaginable she executes a DOUBLE-HANDED SLAM certain to start a domino effect if it strikes its initial target, sending one of the Great Apes bowling over others!

Kyra Hyral (626) has posed:
Since the assault started, Kyra's laid low. She can't hand to hand a Saiyan and doesn't have some giant monster to fight the other giant monsters with. In fact, the danger had shifted quite a bit in the last few minutes of being collateral damage instead of specifically targeted.

Hiding out in the discarded pod seemed to be working out pretty we-"Gah!" she jumps when Cell pokes his head in, startled by the big green MAN EATING BUG. "Um. Yeah, this is true." she says, climbing out of the Attack Ball. "What, so I just jump up on your back and start shooting-er, healing. It's healing. Honest."

Deelel has posed:
Deelel is now in good company with a Dragon Rider backing her up. She's doing her best to get thier attention and she's managed to get some of them? She watch was Cory goes Oozaru mode as well. She's now attemping to get into the mix, seriously is Deelel nuts? She could very well be as she moves her machine into another dives towards one then it vanishes in a flash of light. Deelel is now falling towards an Oozaru and puts the bar that was the jet, on her hip.

As she drops a thing appears in her hand it's looks like grid teck and very much like a key. She'll fall towards the Oozaru and start to fire blasts of ice and wind from the keyblade as she falls attemping to land on it's head and bounce off.

"Come on you think you got game?!"

Cell (696) has posed:
"No," Cell replies, and then just scoops Kyra up in a bridal carry and takes off with his giant horrible wings.

"You may feel free to shoot and draw a whole shitload of aggro," he adds as Kyra is suddenly subjected to Cell's frankly ridiculous speed, "I'm not even being sarcastic, I can handle it."

He tears off into the Reptilon defensive line so Kyra can get where she needs to be. The more targets for the Saiyans, the longer they're delayed, the more time they can buy. This is all about buying time, and, as Cell is well aware, healing is the best way to do it.

Toph Beifong (20) has posed:
    Just great.

Toph looks unamused at the reaction that the elders have, a bored look on her face. "He technically didn't bring me, I came here on my own. And Ankylo is right," she offers.

But it seems the old lizards are turning senile or something. Toph doesn't interfere when Ankylo is grabbed, as it doesn't seem like the older Tyranno is about to harm him more than he can handle. But she does sigh upon hearing the arguing and learning just how out of touch these guys are with the situation. Or at least Baromous, as the others seem to think evacuation is indeed the wisest choice.

When the large Tyranno is trying to step on her though, Toph frowns and immediately reacts.

With one quick movement of her hand she shifts the earth underneath Baromous's other foot, twisting him around mid step. "It will be the end of YOU if you don't shut up and listen, lizard brain!"

What follows is another earthbending movement, and Toph seeks to bend the floor around Baromous's feet, keeping him in place... only to start bending him and the floor he is standing on towards the tunnel if she's successful. "We are leaving. NOW."

The others better follow if they know what's good for them.

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
Baromous topples over and is engulfed by the rock, then flung backwards. The other elders dive for cover to avoid being crushed by the dinosaur bowling ball. Then they start fleeing down the tunnel, Kelisk stands at the entrance, "Adjudicator, please!"

Ankylo shakes his head, having his bell rung by his father. he's had his bell rung before, but this one hurt him somewhere other than his head

Baromous' immense strength shatters the rock surrounding his feet and he kips up with a thunderous slam. He roars at Toph, but suddenly a glowing yellow chain wraps around his face and he falls over backwards. More chains begin flying around him as Ankylo fires his Anklebuster over and over again, draping the older Dinosaur in energy chains

Ankly watches his father struggle and looks down at Toph, "Get him outta here *snort*snort* He can kill me later ..."

Kyra Hyral (626) has posed:
Based on the look on her face and the tone of her voice, Cell can practically /hear/ her visualizing piggybacking on Cell, running around, healing people this way. Though that might have been preferrable to what /actually happens/. "GAH!!" she repeats, this time squirming as she works the very heavy Cure-All off of her back and into her lap. It's still pretty unwieldy here but she seems to manage.

Somehow. It helps that she has it attached to herself via shoulder strap. Grabbing the dial, Kyra turns the MP input to MAX, meaning the alchemized weapon will deal the most powerful AoE heals at the cost of draining more magic particles from the white mage. But hey, right now, it's worth it and Kyra has yet to really zero out on magic particles.

"Hold on to me." Kyra says warily as she starts to bombard the defensive lines with the white blasts of healing energy. Fortunately, it looks different enough from the ki fired by the Saiyans.

Toph Beifong (20) has posed:
It doesn't appear that Toph is afraid of the Tyranno even when he shatters the rock. Though she does offer a nod in Ankylo's direction. "There's been enough killing," she states firmly with a grim expression on her face before she kicks the ground. Underneath Baromous the ground hardens and turns into a big heavy earthen plate, and Toph kicks the floor, sending it towards the tunnels before she follows. "Okay, make way here, I will go first here and drag the angry hot head with me, I will close the tunnel after us just in case! It will be dark, but just follow me and we will get to the escape shoots safely!" Toph says firmly, clapping her hands to get their attention.

And then Toph begins escorting the Tyrannous through the dark tunnels, constantly bending in order to keep them moving and to move Baromous with them. Of course she can't help but snap back at him. "This would have been less degrading for you if you had simply /listened when people are there to help you."

Kakarot (723) has posed:
Gaplan continues to try to hang onto Smaug as he dives into a spinning fall. The problem with this is that Gaplan, being a Super Saiyan, can also fly, and he doesn't need to do things like 'obey basic physics' when he does it. Thus it is that Smaug feels a terrifying yanking sensation as Gaplan simply uses his abilities to halt himself in midair, and then wrench Smaug around in order to try to block the incoming ATOMIC BURN using the dragon.

This... is not entirely successful. The piercing lances blast Gaplan away from Smaug, and he hangs there in the air, blue-white flame joining the dragonfire consuming him already as he howls in pain. Smaug is no longer the main problem here. On fire, bleeding, and in terrible pain, Gaplan rushes Krezentia, attempting to simply grapple her and give her a nice big Super Saiyan bearhug.

Zuki unleashes her terrible hatred towards the Tarpits III, the pair blasting at each other and the beams clashing in midair. The blazing lights surge, a massive sphere growing as the pair pour all of their power into attempting to overwhelm the other. It becomes a question of which will give out first: The Tarpits III's reactor, or Zuki's hatred.

Zuki's hatred wins out as the massive sphere gets pushed back towards the robo-rex. "DIE! DIE DIE DIEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" Zuki shrieks in an unhinged mix of joy and rage as she watches the massive machine take the explosion directly. In the aftermath, she is left hanging there, her Super Saiyan aura guttering from the sheet /volume/ of power she had to dedicate to out-powering the Tarpits. Suddenly, her aura gutters out, the Neo-Saiyan shaking in the air. She should retreat.

She doesn't. With a scream, she rushes towards the Tarpits, punching at it with her bare hands despite the heat, the melting metal sizzling as it hits her flesh. She punches and kicks the mecha over and over again, shrieking curses at it to the exclusion of all else.

In the meantime, the Oozaru are embroiled in a terrible battle with the main defensive lines. Valka drops another line of fire, setting more Oozaru on fire as they try to return fire with blasts of ki from their maws. But Oozaru are large, clunky siege weapons of mass destruction, the Saiyan version of artillery. Their shots have a difficult time coming near the dragon. Meanwhile, Deelel manifests their strange, key-like weapon and supports as Cory unleashes their own surprise. There is a lethal frozen moment in the eyes of the Oozaru Cory smashes into, as if they were wondering what exactly was going on here... And then it is flying, slamming into a pair of others and knocking them down, rendering them wide open for Tesla to hammer the trip with that deadly spiked club tail, scattering them only to combo into their kinetic amplified, slamming one of them into the ground with enough power to crater the ground. It's not getting up. Another Oozaru, perhaps wiser than the others, uses its beam attack on the Anklyobreaker, trying to keep away from the deadly melee weapons. Surely, Tesla has thought of how to handle THIS problem, right?

Kakarot (723) has posed:
Meanwhile, Lute bravely surges through the air, using his Pokemon to propel himself straight into Kakarot's face. The impact is concusiive, the strike loud like thunder as Lute hammers Kakarot with a massive impact. Kakarot takes it in the gut, and he grunts as the impact blasts the armor clean off of him, leaving a painful-looking bruise there on his abs.

There is a pause. Kakarot looks down at it, and then at Lute. There is a sudden blur as he whips a hand out, palming Lute's head and drawing him in. "You know. For all your noise, you're actually trying. That was a good, honest hit. I respect that, Lute."

Then his eyebrows lower, his golden hair waving in the air. "But I have /no/ idea what you're trying to insinuate here." he states.

Then there is an explosion of light as he kicks Lute up into the air at insane speed, blurring as he flash-steps high above where Lute should be juuuuuuuust reaching the apex of his ascent.

His arms are pulled back in that signature stance. Ki roars into his hands, a burning golden star lighting the sky to compete with the ki sphere. "KAME..... HAMEEEEEEEEEE...."

This might hurt a bit.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Kute sees Kakarot shove his hands forward, and then he is propelled at the head of a massive, annihilating golden beam that blasts down into the Citadel with mountain-cracking force.

Perhaps if Toph pays attention she might notice the earth shattering above her. I mean, she doesn't REALLY need to save a bunch of angry racist dinosaurs, does she?

Smaug (689) has posed:
Being wrenched into a stop, while flying, with nothing but a 'small' creature attatched to him, is as baffling a feeling as not seeing Gaplan where he should have been earlier. There's a confused sound, and then Smaug feels Gaplan cut free from the dragon's form. This means, however, the force that was keeping Smaug held in the air is gone! It's not so hard to recover from, at least. The dragon resumes his dive, lets his wings spread, and then begins to turn around, trying to gain altitude so that he can re-introduce the saiyan warrior to another blast of -- nothing? With the warrior giving Krezentia a hug, the dragon thinks better of the fiery blast and lashes out with a set of claws instead.

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute is grabbed. Yeah. He knew that, most likely, he was /completely/ outclassed. And turns out he is right! He was hoping, at least, to distract Kakarot. Buy some time. And at the least, Kakarot has to take the few seconds to grab him, quip with him, and then throw him. This, at least, hopefully will buy some time for at least a few more people to get out. That's Lute's hope, at least.

Lute coughs up blood as he is kicked into the air. And then the beam comes in. Lute looks at the beam. Rather blankly.

And then he just smiles at the Kamehameha coming in. Really, at this point, what use /would/ there be in getting scared? He's going to be hit, one way or another, and spend a long time in medical. Fuck. Maybe he'll die? Eh. He hopes not.

He lifts his arms in front of himself, crossing them in an X in front of him. He'll at least try to block what he can with his arms! His Unown also shoot from their eyes outwards, firing bursts of Hidden Power at the beam. Won't do /much/, but if he at least has a /shot/ of weakening it a bit? Yeah. Might as well.

He does, at least, answer Kakarot right as the beam hits. After all, Kakarot noted he had no idea what Lute was implying.

"I'M IMPLYING YOU ARE A NAZI WHICH IS BASICALLY WHAT FRIEZA IS, DOUCHEBAG!"

And then Lute is blasted into the mountain.

Krezentia Einjager (758) has posed:
Saiyan hugs. Exactly as unpleasant as hugs from bears.

Gaplan has Krezentia perfectly figured out, at least. Firepower? No problem. Melee strength, not quite as available. The much larger man grabs the Magi, right off her hoverboard, and starts squeezing. And squeezing. Something definitely breaks, and it's obviously painful. Thankfully, the girl still has some measure of situational awareness.

    "Get-- OFF! FALSCHESGEWEHR!"

Her hair reverts to blonde, as her eyes turn red and her shirt goes back to its default purple color. Krezentia starts collecting a large quantity of energy, and then just explodes with bright green and purple energy and plasma in every direction. The downside of not using her hands for doing this is that the overcharge fries a few of her-- for a lack of better terms, systems-- as well, but she's hoping it'll be enough to push the Saiyan off her, possible into a dragon's claws, and that her hoverboard can catch her before she hits the ground.

Valka (759) has posed:
     Something /big/ is happening.

After her second gout of flame sends more Oozaru reeling, Valka finds herself sliding around Cloudjumper as he twists and turns to avoid the beams seeking to cut them to pieces, the large dragon surprisingly agile for something that is as large as he is. "One more time, Cloudjumper..." She says, holding tightly to one of the horns jutting from the dragon's head, flying up and away to prepare for another strafing run just as the screaming battle cry starts.

Luckily Valka is on the other side of Cloudjumper when the light becomes momentarily blinding, but when the blast slams into the mountainside with the concussive force of...well....a giant blast like that? The shockwave goes out and stalls Cloudjumper, sending him sliding horizontally through the sky for more than a hundred meters, Valka clinging on for dear life as he regains his equilibrium and starts dodging potential shrapnel by flying high. They do not stop moving, even though the explosion more than likely distracted anyone who was wanting to shoot them down. A fall from this height would not be pleasant so, being careful and looping around the battlefield, Valka gives a quick scan of the carnage and, if anything is left standing after that blast that isn't on the super special Union team or any of her companions need help, they get a blast of fire all their own in the event of baddies, or a rescuing avenging viking in the case of needing support.

Cell (696) has posed:
In the shadow of the mountain, as the Kamehameha hits it, Cell immediately notices something wrong with this situation.

     The rockslide.

The defensive lines are going to get caught under it, and the Oozaru bombardment is going to continue - and that's going to kil a shitload of people.

"Healer-kid, get to that group!" Cell immediately points at several downed soldiers as the rocks from the mountain start falling. He turns to face it.

Why does he keep *doing* this shit?

     Ah right. The money.

Cell holds up his arms as the rocks start falling. He throws them apart, a wave of energy spreading around him as power spreads. It's a makeshift field of energy, enough to protect himself, Kyra, and most of the soldiers.

Then, once he's sure the rocks are gone (which is not much of a feat - Cell isn't blocking the whole mountain, after all), he floats up and locks eyes with Kakarot.

His comment on the radio is enough. He knows where to place force. Knows where to place pressure. Knows how to make efficient use of people.

Today those people saved lives. today those people were put in the right place, and that's good, because it means he'll get paid. If he were a nicer creature - a creature able to feel a conscience - he might even feel like that's a good thing.

As it stands, he just feels that today, a good job was done, and that's good. The defense force needs to start acting like an army, and not like a rabble, or Kakarot would roll right over them. They'd been lucky so far.

They weren't going to stay lucky.

Tesla Armadia (368) has posed:
**KAKTHOOM**

Bits of scorched metal rain down as the beam attack blows a huge chunk out of the Ankylobreaker's shoulder and back while Tesla is pummeling away at other less intelligent Oozarus, rocking the hulking exo-armor forward with the blast. There is a really big plume of acrid smoke billowing upward from the blow.

But don't celebrate just yet! That was certainly a severe blow, but as the smoke is clearing the Ankylobreaker is getting back onto its feet, and while there is a gaping hole in the shoulder and several cracks across the back armor plating, the open damage just makes it clear that the thing is built in several -layers- of armor and redundant mechanical systems.

Clearly Tesla knew what she was bringing this creation in against and constructed it accordingly. That's what a good mastermind does, after all.

The high damage attack does get her specific attention, though. The 'head' turns a bit to look at the damage, then towards the Oozaru that fired it at here. "Oh look, it thinks it can stay out of range. I guess some monkeys can learn. That's kind of cute....

The Ankylobreaker raises its good functional arm towards the beam attacker. The hand fires off at breakneck speed, not quite a 'rocket punch' as for one it's on a magnetic tether, and for another instead of a punch it grabs onto the offending Oozaru.

"But it's WRONG!"

With a heaving movement Tesla whips the detatched hand by the magnetic tether to heave the beam shooting Oozaru off the ground and hurtle him upwards through the air and down into the pack of Oozarus recovering from the previous assaults.

Only then does the remote trigger release the tether and detonate, making sure the explosion takes out as many of the enemies as it can.

Deelel has posed:
Deelel is just trying to do do what she can to deal with the massive Kaiju warriors. There's really no other way to lable these things. She's just bouncing about at this point and trying to not end up well getting splattered all ove the terrain, she's actually glad Cory can do this as there's no giant robots on hand that's she's noticed which could help where she could The attacks are going off fairly well as she moves to support thing soon she's leaping off again, her light rod's back out and once more she's airborn coming about for another pass. Her Keyblade vanishe and now it's raining photon grenades....

Cory (768) has posed:
Once her target goes flying Cory's Kaioken aura dwindles again down to a plain white blaze, but even THAT is rare to see for a Great Ape - although undeniably berserk, she's remained FOCUSED on her enemies.

    Yet...

    "HROOOOOOUUUUUUUUOOOOOAAAA!!!"

WHUNK WHUNK WHUNK! With arms outstretched, she turns an enraged face towards more of her fellow Saiyans, snarling deeply!

Thus far she's somehow avoided anything specifically lethal - no tracking down opponents to finish off, at least. That last opponent however, well, if they can't HANDLE the impact... oh well.

Probably this is because she's only paying attention to things that are STILL MOVING.

When a massive Super Kamehameha splits the heavens Ape Cory turns to look and becomes an easy target. A few Mouth Blasts strike home and detonate with cataclysmic force! When they're over... she's bloodied and scorched, but STILL STANDING!

Seeing another distant apebeast preparing its signature attack, Cory's own maw opens wide, glows within like the core of a star...

    KRAKTHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!!!

Out comes a beam thick as a tree, aiming to smack the same foe Tesla's dealing with!

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
As the Tyranno Elders are lead to safety, Ankylo watches the cave swallow up behind him and radios to the combined forces, "The package has been delivered *snort*snort*."

Inside Tarpits 3, the Tyrannos are evacuating in their personal ships, while Rex pulls out Legion's core to take with him.

*Smack*Smack* Rex hears something smacking against the exterior of the battle station's command center and peers out of the shattered eye only to see Zuki, flailing away pretty ineffectually at the melted armor. He cracks his neck and pulls out his sidearm, "Hey, you!"

Zuki sees the barrel of the gun come to bear on her, held by the Tyranno leader, "Stop breakin my stuff!" and he squeezes the trigger.

Zuki feels the energy flow through her body as joints tighten, skin stiffens, movement becomes sluggish and unresponsive. Her limbs feel like stone then she suddenly realizes they are stone ... and that's the last thing she's gonna remember for about 10 minutes as she is turned into a statue of herself.

The statue falls onto the battered 'snout' of Tarpits 3, then topples over onto it's side. Rex flicks a switch on his sidearm and aims it at the Zuki statue, frowning. He could shatter her, it would be so easy, his finger nestles against the trigger, but he jerks it away at the last minute, letting out a howl of frustrated rage.

.He couldn't do it. He couldn't just kill somebody ... he radios Kakarot, "Come collect your female. She will recover in about 10 minutes ..."

Kakarot (723) has posed:
Gaplan might like being compared to a bear. They have a lot in common. They're large, muscular, hard to put down, and don't talk much. However, Krezentia has a good counter for getting grappled. The plasma blast blows him clear of Krezentia, straight into the waiting arms of Smaug. The claws rake into him, carving deep, bloody wounds to go with the damage from the energy blast. By now, his body is looking like a tattered patchwork of blood and burned flesh, with how often he's been set on fire and carved up tonday. With a scream of pain, he grabs at Smaug's claws...

Meanwhile, Zuki tiredly shrieks incoherent insults and rage against the dino-machine as she punches into it repeatedly. She doesn't even bother reacting to the blast of the Fossilizer, which is to her detriment as she feels her body harden up. Her eyes widen, and she gasps out, yelling as she feels her throat harden in a choked gasp, "GAPLAN!"

Gaplan looks up, suddenly realizing the tactic of Krezentia and Smaug to bait him away from his charge had been successful. His groans of pain becomes a howl of rage as he wrenches himself away from Smaug, taking more long, bloody wounds in the process, and burns a blue trail in the air towards the Zuki statue. Carefully, he picks her up, looking to Anklyo with a gaze full of anger...

But he could have killed her, and he didn't.

Gaplan nods to him, shortly, and just picks the statuesque Zuki up to begin flying off with her.

Meanwhile, the Oozaru are taking terrific losses. Photon grenades go off all over the place, destabilizing a chaotic situation even more as Tesla launches her retributive strike, hurling an Oozaru towards a recovering group and blasting them with a detonating arm, while Cory joins in with their own terrible ape beam! The combined strike causes an eruption of energy that consumes a pair of Oozaru and injures another one.

Kakarot, meanwhile, has nothing to say back to Lute. He destroyed Earth when he was a child, else he might have had a finer appreciation the human capacity for systematic genocide, war crimes, and hatred.

He turns up and gestures to the ki sphere shining in the sky, and a beam of light blasts through it, causing it to collapse and explode noiselessly.

All over the battlefield, those Oozaru who are still alive begin reverting back to their Neo-Saiyan forms. They look surprised, but quickly turn and begin flying away at top speed. They have no desire to remain here.

Kakarot himself looks down at what was wrought here. Dozens of Oozaru corpses and their remains lie on the ground in various states, several Neo-Saiyans lying on the ground on the edge of death.

They all knew what they were getting into and yet the waste, the loss.... He clenches a fist.

He was denied this time. He underestimated the will of his opponents.

He will not make the same mistakes again.

Lute (188) has posed:
Lute, for his part, does not say anythign back to Kakarot either. Mostly due to the fact that really /can't/ do anything right now. He's mostly buried under a pile of rubble. Almost every single bone in his body is broken. There is blood all over the place. He's unconcious, but breathing.

And his right arm is stretched out. His middle finger still errect.

It's unlikely Kakarot will see or notice this. But at the least, Lute kept up his disrespect for the guy as long as he could, it seems.

Cory (768) has posed:
Having burned up plenty of power and now denied the source of energy for her transformation, the great ape Cory became looks skyward and reaches for the heavens, bestially roaring as if reluctant to be denied the world of wrath and violence so soon.... shrinks. It's a rapid process that completes in around seven seconds. The huge limbs and coat of fur shrink down to nothing, revealing ordinary flesh beneath it all. Soon Cory emerges, hunched over partially and tail twitching behind her.

It's kinda hard to recognize her though because she's covered in black scorch marks and crimson blood, and oh yeah, NOTHING ELSE.

She's stark naked but instead of focusing on that is just standing there, breathing. Only has one thing to say, really. "I -HATE- it when that happens."

Smaug (689) has posed:
The sayian was burnt, lashed into, and sent away bleeding in a rage. Yes, Gaplan, they were a distraction, and they succeeded at distracting you! This time, when Gaplan races off, it is expected by the dragon. Rather than rage about it once more, he instead heads toward the ground, landing, and then taking a look about the battlefield. More went on here than he had realized.

Genghis Rex (114) has posed:
A squad of 4 raptors pour out of the Citadel and streak toward the area where Lute was last seen. they converge on the area, sniffing the air and pawing at rocks, "We smell flesh!"

They look at each other cocking their heads, "The air is rich with the blood of mammals."

One presses its head against the ground, it's heavy breaths kicking up tiny dust clouds, "We hear it ... its heart still beats ..."

With that, the raptors rapidly begin removing the debris field atop Lute, one piece at a time.

Tesla Armadia (368) has posed:
They do realize when to cut their losses and run. Or at least Kakarot does when it's pointed out to him. Tesla will give them that much.

"Not bad for the first full field operation. Computer, stabilize all systems until I get back to the hanger."

>> Stabilizing. Mobility is down to 62.432 precent. You will have to walk. <<

"Good enough." The Ankylobreaker turns and starts lumbering back towards the Citadel. "It will give me time to enjoy the moment."

Kyra Hyral (626) has posed:
"Kyra, it's Kyra, damnit!" she finally blurts out after what is probably the second or third instance of being caleld 'healer kid'. It's only a quick correction since she seems too distracted and too...tired(?) to protest it any further. She had more important things to worry about.

She lays down a trio of blasts to blanket the area, her MP draining rapidly in their wake but the healing spells doing as needed when they touch or 'explode' in the vicinity of downed men. They'll rouse soon enough and when they do, Kyra will start yelling at them to move so Cell no longer has to hold back the rocks of the rockslide. It comes as a relief to Kyra when she sees the Neo-Saiyan forces of Kakarot retreating.

Cell (696) has posed:
"And at some point I will care enough to remember it," Cell tells Kyra idly, "No offense, but you people all look alike to me."

He also turns and points at Cory.

CLOTHES BEAM, THE MOST METRO ATTACK.

Cory (768) has posed:
WHOAH! A flash of light and... Cory's wearing... well, whatever Cell saw fit to generate. Probably something plain but who knows?

Unless it's Yardrat or strip club fashion she's unlikely to complain.

She glances Cell's way without any of the previous attitude. Instead there's simple innocent curiosity and a feeling that's very hard to express verbally: gratitude. "How did you... you know that trick?!"

Cell (696) has posed:
"It's almost like I'm part-Namekian," Cell observes with enough dryness to make the Sahara Desert look absolutely soaked.

The outfit in question is a very nice tuxedo. It lacks the Red Ribbon Regiment logo, but it's well-tailored. Cell has apparently used this ability a *lot*.

Deelel has posed:
Deelel pulls back now everything seems to be over for the moment and she looks about at the aftermath and sighs. She doesn't seem too pleased but they held for the most part right? She pulls back and goes to look for allied surivors or prisoners before something like Cell eats them. Seriously she's not forgot about Toma.
