| Synopsis: | Jayale comes to the Batcave to talk to Terry about the antidote he made from one of HK-47s attacks. |

The Batcave is the normal setting as it always is. The hum of machines can be heard echoing as the lights are one aroudn the various stuff here; the batmobile, the crime lab, workshops, gymnasium, the various batsuits of Batman, Robin and Batgirl. The memorabilia of the rogues of he Batman, both original and current. The noise of bats can be heard int he dark as the massive colony lives and one every now and then flies and gets food.
Sitting at a massive computer screen is a figure in black, in a chair as he types and reads at information ont he screen about people within the Multiverse, and he sits back as he looks at the information. Pulling over an old folder with paperwork inside of it, he looks over it as he looks at the screen.
Right now, he is workign and has no idea he is aobut to have a guess.

Normally Jayale is not one to make house calls, or visit others. As a trader, she tended to business associates and generally that meant going to businesses or other places similar. However, here she was at a new land in the Multiverse. A city that seemed relatively low-tech by comparison. Then again there were some places like this in her own Galaxy, but this world... it was different. She could /feel/ the emotions of the place around her. It was something of a cesspool, Gotham. There was good in it, but there was certainly a /lot/ of bad. This place, however, where she went to see one Terry McGinnis, was calm. Somewhat tranquil by comparison. Could also be because it was so damned large. Once inside, however, and going where she was supposed to go, it was only when she finally got towards the bottom that the older Miraluka began to look around. Not that it appeared that she was looking around, no eyes, face covered in a blindfold. She looked without turning her head. A strange concept for those that aren't used to it. "Terry." she called out. It wouldn't have been terribly hard for her to see him, no matter the walls or things that would block vision. Her own sight was different. But of course it was still polite not to just walk up on someone.

Blinking, Terry looks up from the file and turns to look over his shoulder, "Huh?" he says as he stands and sees Jayale, "Hey Jayale," he states to her as he approaches and stops. "What brings you all the way to Gotham City?" he asks her as he walks over to her and stands there. He does not move to help her, as he knows that she is blind, but it is not thenormal blindness like what Ella has, but one that her race has in that no eyes are formed. "How are you doing after your bout with HK?" he asks her as he gets a chair for her and him.

"I am perfectly well. Well, as well as one can expect to be. I was not terribly injured, simply incapacitated. Perhaps I was lucky by comparison. I imagine if I was younger or naturally healthier than I am, it would have been less a problem." She moved rather simply closer towards where Terry was before stopping a bit away, standing casually though with her arms crossed, the white silken cloak-looking ensemble she had on keeping most of her form covered. "I had heard at one point you were trying to look into finding a compound or something similar that can deal with the HK-47 units toxins. Is this still the case?"

Terry McGinnis nods as he listens, "Well, your in good health, that's what matters," he states. "Yea, I came up with a antidote for one of his poisions, but I am still waiting on getting samples of others to work on antidotes," he states. "I figured that was a good use of my skills, since my other activites are not one that I talk much about," he mentions. "Plus working on being a Doctor, this is somethign that will help people and I have a feelign that HK will attack Gotham at some point and that more then just Union elites will get caught int he attack."

So he had done such. "Such is nice to hear. Could you tell me about this antidote as you put it? What is the method of release? Time of activation? How does it work? While I do not know terribly much about biological medicines, it would be quite useful to know ahead of time."

Terry McGinnis nods, "Basically, there are two ways for it to spread within the body," he states. "The first is how it is delivery, in this case gas. The gas is an extremely high concentration of Cyanogen gas, probably about five hundred percent concentrate. This is the gas form of Cynide and does not just attack by being inhaled, but by skin contact. If it is breathed in, the effects are quick once it gets to your lungs, maybe .. a few hours, five tops," he says as he looks and types on the computer.
"The second way it attacks, is by skin contact, and that is much slower, say probably 24 hours to two days tops. In order to be fully protected, you need full body protection, head to toe and not just a gas mask," he comments. "Although, I believe this is just one chemical that HK uses, and odds are that as he does more attacks, like what has happened recently, there will be other types of chemical used," he adds. "But best rule of thumb, is 2 to four hours if breathed in, 24 to 48 hours if skin contact."

Jayale listens to what Terry has to say, then asks, "That... yes, from what I understood I garnered that, however that is still good to know. I had meant more your method of dealing with that. You said you had found an antitode, I was asking about the Antidote. Also, of mention, the gas is extremely flammable. If one is capable of igniting it, the entire supply will violently explode. That very situation happened when I first encountered the HK unit aboard its' own ship."

Terry McGinnis looks, "AS it is a form of cynide, it is fatal and used by the Nazis during Earths Second World War. To counteract is, I came up with a way to actually take the cynide apart from its carbon and nitrigon bonds. The two are triple bonded and are hard to break down. Antother is called sodium cyanide, an inorganic compund of that is considered a salt of hydrocyanic acid. The chemicals used work to break up the compiounds, as all bodies have both Carbon and Nitrigon within them in some form. By attack the airways, the person is more or less suffocated due to the carbon poisoning. The body is not really able to fight it."

A lot of the finer points of this is lost on the older Jedi, though the basis of what he was explaining was still grasped. "And how would one go about delivering the antidote? Is it something that can be kept with the Union elites when they are moving about, or is it something that would have to be administered by medical professionals?"

Terry McGinnis walks over and pulls out a vial, "I have it set ina vial that can be deliver by either shot or IV. If it is inhaled, then by a resperator directly into the lungs. however, with the tech of those within the Multiverse, just placing it in the machine, will let it be delived the best way," he says as he looks and grabs a few more vial. "One of Batman's rivals, The joker created a gas that killed people and left them with a smile on their face. This was called Joker Gas and the Joker created it. Batman figured out the chemicals and made an antidote that he keeps, and I have access to all of those files," he mentions. "Joker Gas is deadly in a matter of minutes if you do not have a strong will to fight it off till the antidote is given. I look at the gas HK has in the same manner and worked on the antidote the saem way. submitted it to tests with clean blood samples till I found the correct mixture," he says to her. "Here are some vial I have stored," Terry says to Jayale as he hands them to her. "These are set up to be delived like a shot to a person who is allergic to stuff," he adds.

When Terry offers over the samples, Jayale takes them and looks them over in her own way, examining the containers, the injection mechanism and nodding, only for a whistling beep to sound from her person. She sighed a bit. "It would seem something has come up that I need to take care of in person. Unavoidable, really." She shook her head and turned to leave the same way she came. "Unavoidable, really, living a life of being hunted. The animal that survives the hunt is the one the hunter never knew was there after all. Gotta keep it that way." Just what she meant was hard to say, though perhaps Terry knew enough of the situation from the Galaxy she was from to put two and two together.

Terry McGinnis looks, "You know Jayale, there is room here if you need a place to lay your head alright. Becareful out there, Gotham at night can be dangerous and deadly." he says to her as she leaves. "Thanks you for coming by and if you need anythign, give me a call and I'll be right there." he adds.
