Allan Bodily (123) has posed:
    New York City 3092, it's a hell of a town that's going to hell.R
The city looks like any other when you get down to it, tall spires of metal and glass, hugs ads for sugar-water and the latest electronic device that nobody can understand quite what it does. outside of the prices looking oddly steep and more bums that would seem normal for a large city milling about, nobody would really notice this place is circling the drain.

Tonight is the big night. This world is about to get it's first megacorp! The players? Clearsky Enterprise and Stonetower Industries. What do they do? Well, what don't they? As rapidly growing corporations they've got their hands in just about everything. As the locals might put it: Apples to air plains, soda to sandpaper, and most of those dealings are known monopolies. one could argue these two are already way too big for their own good. and now they want to join forces.

But there is some good news: While the signing would be a simple matter of a few emails, and a couple papers moved between the bean counters and pencil pushers. But for such a big event, the heads of both companies have decided to oversee things personally.

It's not a grand party mind. Throwing up a big target like that would be stupid. Instead, they've opted to take over an unassuming office building downtowm. Inside? Several CEOs, department heads, Marketing experts... and a small army of hired security, just in case.

Good thingo n the security too, there's a motor convoy heading towards the building, a few patched together trucks belching smoke and fire, and all of thme bearing hte logo of the Red Union.

Sombra has posed:
It appears that there are companies everywhere who intend to unjustly rise to power.

Up on the rooftop of the office building a shadow arrives, leaping from the next building with relative ease. Rising to her feet, the woman brushes herself off, all while she raises her hand and touches the empty air, bringing up a screen in front of her as she walks. Not only is this a chance to mess with some questionable companies, but perhaps there is some useful information here that she can grab at the same time... And just maybe she can work with the convoy that's making their towards this place as well. Let's see if she can keep things under the radar for now...

Sombra smiles for herself, all while she checks the blueprints for the building, checking to see whether there are any easy ways to get inside the building, and most importantly what security systems there are, as well as other tech inside. If she can do this without being seen, the better.

Metal Man (11) has posed:
One might think Metal Man may hate humanity? He does not, he is not like Sigma, he just honestly thinks longer lived machines like himself should rule. It stops things like this, and with a tip off from some old contacts. Sombra was not alone, Metal Man had come, he had th sense to put on a cloak to somewhat hide his features for the moment and he he got himself up to a good perch.

<<Backroom deals like this, is how my kind is kept as little more than hardware by the Robotics Couile back home. So what's the plan? I don't want to frag anything your planning. Though lets try to avoid crossing blades with the Red Union, if they are here. Allan's and old buddy of mine and a damn reliable contact.>>

Yup Metal considers allen a friend, bizzarly.

Allan Bodily (123) has posed:
he Convoy comes to a halt at the front of the building. as men in patchwork armor and rifles climb out of the building, one of them, carrying a surprisingly well kept for shotgun, speaks up. "Ya see any janitors, clerks? Leave 'em alone. Everyone else? #$^* em up! our goal is the heads of both companies, along with as many higher ups as possible. with a little luck, this place gets a little reprieve."

The inside of the building has mostly security cameras, LOTS of security cameras actually, and electronic locks for security. This world clearly hasn't reached the "a gun turret aimed at every cubicle" levels of bad yet, but hoo boy does it like to keep an eye on people. Otherwise, The blueprint would show mostly standard stuff for the building, a few doors around the base of the building, some fire escapes of questionable stability... maybe there's a windwo open? Or a hacker like Sombra could probably pop the door for roof access open.

While the building itself is mostly uninteresting, the people are a different story. There's a lot of security in there. Not quite full-blown paramilitary but a lot better armed and trained than some mall rent-a-cop. Whatever everyone has planned? They would have a least a little time before the Red Union broke through and reached it's target.

Everyone likely REALLY doesn't want to be in the room once that happens.

Sombra has posed:
The fact that they have digital equipment for a lot of things here certainly make things easier, as Sombra discovers upon having good luck with the roof access door. As the door swings open, Sombra smirks for herself, satisfied as she brings her hand up towards her face... and then her thermoptic camouflage kicks in. With that many cameras inside it's better to be careful, and quick.

"My plan? Let's get to the place where they are holding the meeting. I plan to shut off the lights so we can attack them in the cover of darkness. And fine, I have no reason to mess with the Red Union."

Quickly the hacker makes her way down the halls, making sure to stay light on her feet as she sneaks past security guards. Better not take them out just yet and alert the rest of the place. After all, the others might prove a useful distraction as well as firepower, giving her a chance to strike. For now she focuses on getting near to where the meeting is taking place, all while on the lookout for any terminals or tech that might allow her to close off any doors to the meeting room, interact with the AC and light inside it.

Metal Man (11) has posed:
<<Sounds good to me.>>

Metal Man will follow Sombra's lead on this, she's better at him than sneaking after all so he's not so prideful that he'd try to out do her. He figures she could likely teach Shadow Man a few things. He creeps behind her as he keeps his blades ready for if things go to hell. He'll just keep it cool for the moment.

<<We should wait till Allen really gets going though.>>

Allan Bodily (123) has posed:
There's some good news and some bad news.

The good news is Sombra and Metal are closer to where the meeting is then the Red Union. It's a few floors down yet, somewhere near the center of the building. The bad news is-"#^* this place up boys! Make their blood flow!"

The ground floor is now murder town and judging by the rather extreme amounts of noise coming from down there, you do NOT want to visit murder town. Even if the Red Union isn't interested in messing with the Concord right now, it's pretty obvious from all the gunfire and screams that sharing a floor with them right now is a REALLY bad idea! Worse, the noise is slowly getting louder, They must be starting to climb already. Better act quickly!

On the upside, the sudden arrival of the Red Union has basically forced security downstairs towards the meat grinder and away from the upper floors Sombra and Metal are trying to sneak through There's still the matter of the cameras and locks but otherwise it's pretty empty up there.

Sombra has posed:
Murder time has arrived, by the sounds of it. Sombra frowns, all while she reaches out to hack any doors in their way. While she can't deal with all the cameras, she's certain Metal Man can deal with any guards if they think they can follow her in the same way without being found.

Maybe he can serve as a distraction that way.

Sombra hurries to the nearest stairway, then quickly jumps over the railing, making her way down with practiced ease and to the floor in question.

And upon arriving on the correct floor, the hacker arrives at the room... ready to take out any guards there by surprise if she has to after hacking the cameras.

Metal Man (11) has posed:
<<Looks like the party's started down there, Allen works fast.>>

MEtal mena keeps moving and he'smore than reayd to deal with any guard that try to jump em. HJe moives with Sombra and keep an eye out for anything else as they make it to the floor? Metal's ready to take down any of the guardfs hw omight think to attack them.

Allan Bodily (123) has posed:
The guards are missing. Apparently they ALL went downstairs, In fact, there seems to be a lot of arguing coming out of the meeting room. It's hard to make out, but the basic gist seems to be that while they expected perhaps some trouble, they weren't expecting something like The Red Union and things are a tad desperate right now because how do you STOP these madmen?!

hepeaking of, judging by the volume of noise coming from below, The Red Union are at most perhaps 2 floors Below Sombra and Metal. Not much time left before this floor becomes uninhabitable.

Sombra has posed:
"I say it's time to break up the party. Follow my lead, make sure they don't escape," Sombra asides to Metal Man, all while she readies her submachine gun.

With that the hacker opens the door leading into the room, pointing her gun at the people gathered around the table, her eyes keen as she watches them. "Gentlemen..." she begins, her voice calm. "I suggest you think quickly, because time is of the essence here. A deal is on the table, but only for one of you," she states, then looks at one of them. Then points to one of them. "You. You come with me." Here she glances at Metal Man. "Kill the rest."

Metal Man (11) has posed:
Metal Man nods to Sombra.

"Right none of the suits are getting out of here." If the catering sorts the clerks and such want to run, he'll let them. It's the big ones he's after and Metal man moves to step in besides Sombra his clock clutting but his eyes glow from witin the hood.

"I am the paymaster, your wages of sin are due. Time to choke upon them."

With that Metal Man will spring into action. He does not enjoy killing humans, there is no real pleasure in this, no joy. This is a task that must be done, to cut a cancer out to give a strumbling world a chacnce;. One that the concord might be able to make use of sure, but he would far more trust his allies to rule this place, as they wouldn't run into the ground.

With that he moes he's quick, he's got a ense of mercy, his kills are design to kill as quickly and efficently as possible.

Allan Bodily (123) has posed:
The inside of the room? mostly suits, though some clerks and aids are present, they bolt for the door once the fighting starts, running upstairs. The lucky winner of the Sombra blackmail lotto also makes a run for it. taking advantage of the chaos to get to her. "Whatever you've got planned, it can't be worse than this!"

Metal man would find his job very easy. none of these men are fighters and with all the guards thrown at the Red Union, there's really nothing to stop him.

Oh wait! There's a guard! A few of them even! They're running... right past the room and further upstairs... Uh-oh.

There's the sound of a door being smashed down, along with mad screams and gun fire down the hall. The Red Union has arrived. Sombra and Metal have at best a few moments to book it with their cargo before the room and everything in it suffers a fate perhaps best not thought about.

Sombra has posed:
... is the man really so certain about that?

Sombra grabs onto the man's arm, leaving Metal Man behind to slaughter the room. Most likely they will need time to get this man with them. Good thing she didn't choose one of the rather unfit men who would most likely only slow them down. "Vamanos!" she says, pushing him out of the room. "Now hurry up, and perhaps you will survive. And if you do... I'm sure you will be real grateful to us for saving your life." He better be.

With that Sombra leads the man to the closest way out of the building, hopefully a fireescape of some sort. If not, a tumble to a lower roof top will also suffice.

"Make sure you deal with them quickly so you get out of there," she mentions on the radio to Metal Man.

Metal Man (11) has posed:
Metal is quickl he does let the remaininf guards and such /run/. He does not target them. Soon he's done as he looks over the carnage, he'll move to leave shorly after Sombra he's fast to catch up, with her and once he does.

"Wet work's never enjoyable but it's a better fate than what the Union did, I was clean."

He also didn't use any throwing weapons least he leave things for the cops, or anyone else.

<<Your not like most humans from my world Sombra. Your not afraid to do your own work.>>

Allan Bodily (123) has posed:
Sombra Metal and their new meal ticket all manage to get out moving out of sight just before the Red Union goes smashing their way into the room. There's a worryingly loud roar of gun fire, before everything suddenly goes quiet.

"Wait... why the #$^* is everyone dead already? Bah, #-1 ARGUMENT OUT OF RANGE^* it, it's what we wanted. BOYS! Search the place! Start gathering anything that's viable scrap, search the bodies for tech and #$&#! Whoever was in here got just about everyone. Don't know who, how or why they beat us to the punch but #$^& it, don't care how they died, just that they died."

"Should we set a banner?" one of the troops asks.

"Nah, this mess ain't ours and I ain't about to scavenge credit. Let's just get to cleaning the room out."

With the Red Union newly distracted, escaping the building is easy. Everyone who fled upstairs is way too scared to do anything and the Red Union has no interest in searching the upper floors.

Eventually, The Red Union will file out of the ground floor, taking anything of interest from the meeting room with them. The Survivors, what few there are, will likely leave sometime after the that, once they think the coast is clear.

The morning news is likely going to be.... interesting.
