Juri Han     It is a warm summer's day, birds are flitting through the trees and there's enough space through the broadly mundane space to move comfortably through them. This place is beautiful, in its way. Out here, it is easy to imagine that this world has never seen human contact. Indeed, the various animals here are alternatively amazingly skittish, or completely unafraid of human contact.

And then a voice rings out across the public broadband frequency...

"Hey. Alexandra Knox, right? You're that girl with god's blood, right?"

    A pause.

    "Head's up."

And then the tree in front of her explodes in a burst of brilliant purple flame, and Juri Han walks forwards through the sound of splinters and sudden violence, grinning lopsidedly as she looks at the girl. "If I were you, I'd start running. Not that it's going to help~."
Alexandra Knox Lex doesn't wait when the tree explodes, immediately reacting. She intones the word "Thorax" while removing a big, round abstractum shield from her backpack. Her necklace expands into a bronze breastplate, the plates just growing out of her pendant. There's a Little Owl design on the chest. She grabs her spear, a long piece of solid bronze. "We'll see about that." She warns, but as she says it, she's already looking for exit paths.
Juri Han     Juri laughs, walking forwards with slow, deliberate paces. "That's cute! You're a CANNED hero, with a STICK." Her grin hasn't faded one bit at all as she stalks forward, each pace bringing her closer - though she stops just before it would be easy for the girl to stab her with the spear. Perhaps a hint that she's being more wary than her casual demeanor would suggest.

"I'll tell you what. I don't really like fighting little brats like you anyway. So. Just tell me where Camp Halfblood is, and I won't have to break every bone in your body first. It'll save us both a lot of trouble. What do you say?"
Alexandra Knox Lex has a pretty long spear, so there's still some distance left. "You know, that would almost be a good deal." Lex answers, her eyes narrowing in fury, and her mouth twisting into thin line, "But there are a couple problems with it. To begin with, I have no reason to give up that kind of knowledge without a fight." She suddenly rushes forward, but she doesn't stab, she merely twists the end of her spear, trying to get a scratch in on Juri's pretty face.
Juri Han     Juri's right eye flickers as the girl comes in at her. Reading all manner of information off for the cruel fighter, who simply steps neatly to the side of the lunging demigod and the stab, twirling, and smiling her infuriating smirk. As she comes around behind the girl, her elbow comes lashing out, aiming to connect painfully with the girl's armored back - aiming for a testing strike to see just how tough that material actually is...

"Don't you?" She says, "Ara ara, I don't know. Kids these days. You're so quick to throw away the use of your legs."
Alexandra Knox Lex stumbles when hit, and crashes into a tree. The armor doesn't look much different, it's clearly quite sturdy. Lex's face is another matter, it's bruised and scratched. She turns around quickly, using the abstractum shield she has strapped to her left arm as a bludgeoning instrument, "I am not going to tell you where that camp is, why don't you go look for it yourself? It would be faster."
Juri Han     Juri gets overconfident. Moving in towards Alexandra without much in the way of a guard, she raises her arm at the last moment, intending to push the shield to the side and continue her assault. Instead, the Korean woman takes the full force of the blow straight on her arms, and stumbles with a grunt.

"Oh, so you DO have some fight in you."

Suddenly, Juri is all motion. Lashing up from the ground, her feet cartwheel in an arc laced with blazing purple power as she twists upwards. Her heel leads the way, the kick aiming to juggle the girl up into the air and let gravity add some extra punch to the landing.

"Let me explain something to you, girl." She growls, regardless of whether the attack is successful. "I was playing nice. You're the ENEMY. Now, you're GOING to get beaten to a pulp... and then, I'm going to hear you beg for the pain to stop before I LET you sell out your camp of FREAKS!"
Alexandra Knox The rising, flaming kick lands, Lex fies up, and twists in the air, barely managing to land on her feet. Ignoring the burn wound on her chin, she moves back from Juri, but not far enough back she can't stab. She keeps her shield in front of her as she makes an underhanded stab, changing the direction of her spear at the last moment, suddenly it's an overhand stab. The movement robs the stab of a bit of speed, but not a lot. Lex looks pale, but she doesn't bother to dignify the taunts with a response.
Juri Han     "Oh? What's the matter? Scared?~"

Juri's teasing voice is matched by her movements, the woman twisting so that the spear stabs into the earth, rather than her. The shield is annoying, hindering her attack from the front, but she throws out a couple of kicks anyway... fully intending for them to go wide or be blocked, before she leaps into the air.

Coming back down behind the girl, hands move to try and grasp her by the shoulders surprisingly gently... but if she gets a grip, she'll brutally hurl her into a nearby tree with enough force to crack the bark. "I have to admit, you're braver than I expected. Most kids would be blubbing for their Mom already."
Alexandra Knox Lex dutifully blocks the kicks while working her spear out of the ground, she just has it free when she's flung into a tree. More bruises and scratches, but she turns around, and she looks angry. "Are you sure you want me to pray for mom to help me?" She challenges, "She's a lot stronger than me, and lot scarier than you." Suddenly her spear arm moves forward, an overhead stab, she aims for Juri's belly, "Thank you for the kind words."
Juri Han     "HRK."

The spear punches into Juri's side. The Street Fighter's body tough enough that it is only a few inches deep, but it is enough to make the horn-haired woman back off for a second. Pain flares through her and blood oozes from the wound. There's no fear in her eyes, though. No. Now, the fun and games stop.

"DO IT." She shrieks, "Let her WATCH what I DO TO YOU."

The woman's anger boils over, and purple flames run across her body. Her right eye flares with brilliant light, and her lips curl up in an animalistic sneer. When she moves, it is with a lightning speed which is so DIFFERENT to the calm, relaxed pace she'd taken before.

And she's hitting harder, too. Her foot comes lashing around for Alexandra's side, before the other whips up aiming to connect a heel with the girl's face. Regardless of whether that hits or not, she's already moving into the next motion, both hands aiming to punch heavy into Alexandra's center mass before she leaps into the air, and brings her foot swinging down for the teenager's skull.

It looks like Alexandra has really managed to rile the beast with that one. Not just the pain, but the thanks!
Alexandra Knox Lex is unbalanced by the first kick, giving Juri free reign for those followups. When the pain train finally reaches the station, she looks like she's been in a car accident. Lex doesn't have to do a lot of calculating to know she's losing this fight, and so she starts walking backwards. using her spear in an attempt to force Juri to stay distant, until the girl just turns around and runs. She goes towards a river, and uses her spear as pole to help her vault across.
Juri Han     "Oh no you don't. You aren't getting away THAT easy!"

Juri's voice is a snarling growl as she gives chase, and the woman is... fast. She's not afraid of the spear, either, and as the girl goes to vault the river, she leaps up into the air and swings her foot around, a blazing purple fireball streaking across the distance to slam into the girl's back.

Which knocks the poor, bloodied thing right into the water. In just a couple of seconds, she's whisked away, and Juri is left standing on the bank, staring downriver. "Well that's just PERFECT." In her frustration, the dangerous fighter slams her foot into the ground, smashing the earth under her heel. And then she flinches, touching the wound in her side and narrowing her eyes.

"IF YOU'RE STILL ALIVE, THIS ISN'T OVER!"
