Brooklyn     You know, New York City is pretty busy any time during the day or night. Night time, however, is right now. It's probably just after midnight, local time. The snow from several nights ago has cleared up, but it's still bitterly cold.

Brooklyn is on one of the rooftops downtown, near Times Square. He is looking across at all the billboards, all of the lights shining in the night. He's mostly watching the news on one of the big billboards. The talking head on the screen going on about something or other. The world is blisfully unaware of being in the Multiverse, which is good for Brooklyn. He doesn't need his world knowing things like him exist. At least not yet, they're not ready.
Deelel It's late at night and honestly? Deelel liked the night better, her world of origin had /no sun/ it was creepy to have a massive gas in the sky really. She was happy howver she's managed to get up to the top of one o te buildings near Time's Square it's a heck of a view and she's got some of her normal art kit out, which is pretty much alien to this world. She's working on the light construct seemingly taking n the images and working on some sort of larger piece in the display, she wouldn't even be thinking about hiding her self and the Gargyole would have no issus spotting the lady with the glowing gear and tattoos doing the same.
Brooklyn Not many people come up to rooftops, especially this late at night and in this weather. She's not on the same roof as him, so he'll have to move over towards her. He rises up and shifts to the edge of the roof, falling off of it as his wings spread. He sails out into the lights of TImes Square for a moment, before his wings catch a thermal updraft from a steam vent and he rises up into the night sky. He circles around a couple of times before he drops down onto the roof behind Deelel, "Evening. Hope I'm not interrupting anything."
Deelel With a swift motion at the sounds of the Gargoyle's arrival the strange charkram like item is unlocked but she halts at Brooklyn's greeting and the clamp snaps back into place. She rises up from her work and turns it off. Eveyrthing vanishes in a cloud of voxels for a second. It's a rather strange effect. She speaks but she has a strange slight digital warble to her voice.

"Greetings, I as simply looking for a good view of the city to do a piece..."
Brooklyn "Uh huh.." Brooklyn watches her closely as that work vanishes away, "Peice of what?" He wonders, "And the best view depends on what part of the city you want a view of...Times Square is nice but doesn't offer a good view of the skyline." The gargoyle says, adjusting his armored vest a bit.
Deelel Deelel looks to the Gargyole for a moment sizing him up and while she does that he would notice at least one thing? She's got no sent. Sht serms plesent enough as she looks at him for a moment longer.

"I see I hadn't thought about going up there just yet honestly there's a lot to see I think this is nearly as larg as the capitol back home."
Brooklyn "Well honestly.." Brooklyn says, "Best view of the skyline is actually from the Statue of Liberty." He hmms, "Though toe best view of the statue is from the waterline..It's probably lit up pretty nice tonight. Sky's clear, despite the weather."

He moves a little closer to her, crouching down, "What's your name?"
Deelel Deelel says "It's always lit up where I'm from and needs to be, we don't have a sun."

She comment seeming like it's the most normal thing in the world at the question about her name she looks a bit embrassed and replies.

"I'm sorry the name is Deelel."

She holds out a hand to Brooklyn, what ever she is? She's not put off by his apperance.
Brooklyn He reaches out a hand to take her own, "I think I've heard you on the radio, Deelel." He says, "I'm Brooklyn, the...temporary leader of the Manhattan Clan.." He smiles faintly, "Welcome to my home."
Deelel Deelel grins a little bit.

"Thank you Brooklyn, and your named after the district in the city by the same name I take it?"

She pauses to bend over and pick up the strange tools she was working with uit's now like it's just a box no seams no nothing too it.

"Still it's a nice looking city. Even with all the clutter it has."
Brooklyn "Yeah...Elisa told us we should take names, so we all took ones based on the city." Brooklyn replies, "And yeah, it is a nice looking city, though I haven't really seen a whole lot of places other than it, at least not outside of TV and movies.." He muses, "or the Multiverse as a whole."
Deelel Deelel says "Hey it works right? I also have to ask so can you fly or do you just glyde with your wings I'm curious. I need to use some addtional hardware to do so."

She pats a rod attached to her leg oddly with no signs of being secured.
Brooklyn "Just glide...But a city provides more than enough thermals that I can get pretty high and pretty fast." He replies, "What do you fly with? Don't take it the wrong way but you don't have wings. Jetpack?"
Deelel Deelel laughs at the comment about wings.

"No I do not and nothing so crude. I have a one person lightjet."

She reaches for the rod on her leg and pulls it off her leg.

"Want to see?"
Brooklyn "We should move a little further away from all the people." Brooklyn says, "Times Square is still pretty crowded even this late. C'mon." He motions for her to follow him as he starts leading her away from the central square and towards a less populous part of this part of town
Deelel Deelel is going to follow after Brooklyn and she's moving at a fairly good clip, she seems to be no stranger to moving arcross roof tops and the like, she's also pretty bold when it comes to jumps as well.
Brooklyn Once they're far enough away from the prying eyes of the city, Brooklyn turns around to face Deelel, "Alright, show me." He says, "I wanna see what this thing can do."
Deelel Deelel takes the baton out gestures for Brooklyn to get back and once he is she presse the button wire frames form out from the baton into hte outline of some sort of small jet and Deelel';s hutting it as it rapidly takes form fills in and is quitely hovering there with Deelel huggint it much like one does a sports bike. She's also got a big old grin on her face.

"Neat huh?"
Brooklyn "Huh." Brooklyn admires the vehicle as it takes shape, and reaches out one of his hands to touch it, seeing that it is in fact solid. "So you can fly with this thing, huh? Okay. Give me a ride.." He points to the top of the Freedom Tower, "Lets head up there. Should be abandoned this time of night."
Deelel Deelel smirks a bit.

"It's a one person craft but we can squeeze two just don't let go and ... don't dig your talons into me, please."

She'll wiat for a moment for him to get on board and once he's secured she's going to take off the engines only make a faint whine as the craft rises up and takes off towards Statue in the harbour, at worst there might be a new post or two on the conspiracy blogs...
Brooklyn "Oh I wasn't planning on riding inside." Brooklyn replies as he jumps onto the craft and very lightly digs into the craft with his talons. He figures he won't be able to do too much damage to it. Once they're off and on their way, he makes sure to hold on tight so he doesn't get thrown off into the harbor
Deelel Deelel flies towards the statue and moves to come in for a landing well at the base of it and will take a moment for Brooklyn to get off before she banishes the raft it vanishes in reverse of how it formed all in a matter of seconds and then DEelel steps to the ground and grabs the baton.

"These are pretty handy but not techincally civilianb issue where I'm from."
Brooklyn Brooklyn hops off of the vehicle just before it disappears, and looks up at Deelel after he lands back on the ground, "That was interesting." He says, "Haven't gone that fast in a long time.." He grins, and then turns around, "There you go. Check out the city scape."
Deelel Deelel takes a moment to look up at the city scape for a moment musing to her self.

"This wasn't even rezzed, they just repurosed what they could cut down or pull from the planet's crust."

She shakes her head a bit.

"Humans often create things andf sometimes don't even have a clue of what they truely made...Sometimes I think on my world they'd be lost without my people."

She starts setting up her gear again.

"I saw the report so there's not many of your people left...? Is your clan the only surivors?"
Brooklyn "As far as I know.." Brooklyn says, "There's five of us...Goliath is our leader, Hudson...Myself, Lexington and Broadway. There's Bronx, but he's...Well, he's kind of like a gargoyle dog." He replies, though a frown crosses his beak.

"Goliath and Bronx have been gone for a while...We're not quite sure where they went, but I know they're fine..Elisa is with them."
