Owner Pose
Fuki     The Techno Urbania Shinki Shop, usually a quiet place for new owners and even veteran owners to get their hands on the latest and greatest Shinki's and Shinki accessories. Today, and for the next forseeable future, the place has been converted from a small store to a very large bustling arena, people lining up all over the place to get in and watch the tournaments take place. The sky is lit up in fan fare and dazzle, the arena is bright and monitors are all over the place focused on each Shinki 'table', the very large visualizer table that allows them to fight without worry.

The stands are packed, the long line of competetors standing, awaiting their entrance and the main stage where one would see an elderly man an an Arnval upon his shoulder. He holds a mic, giving it a few taps to silence the crowd and he smiles. "Welcome ladies, gentlemen and Shinki of all walks to the Busou Shinki Battle Rondo!" he starts, the crowd erupting in cheers and screams, clapping resounds in the stadium and he goes on, "It's been a wonderful year long wait for this time that everyone has been looking forward to. With the first year a resounding success in the Multiverse and some of our own Shinki even entering the World's Martial Arts Tournament, it's only created an even better competition this year!"

The Arnval floats up and has her own mic, a smile on her face as she speaks. "We are very glad to have everyone here today and, with my Master's permission, we'll begin by introducing all the competetors!"
Guest Lizbet     Lizbet is here. Possibly with Nasa. possibly not. Either way she's currently working on one of her Options with a teeny tiny screwdriver and not paying that much attention to the announcer, or the crowd. She's also breathing deeply to stay calm. Sure, she may give off the air of being an old hand at this sort of thing... but she's still not really used to it after her four-year retirement.
Kaede     Kaede is here too! Maybe with Sakura, or maybe not. Either way, the blue clad Shinki is watching the crowd, waving from her little perch, while also tinkering with her Rifle, adjusting the settings and trying to squeeze a little extra oomph out of the internal battery. Being a new Shinki, and being the first time she's entered any kind of tournament, she's excited, to say the least.
Aurora     Aurora's currently sitting upon her Master's shoulder, a smile upon her face as she wiggles her legs back and forth in an anxious and nervous manner. "Master, thank's for letting me compete! This is going to be fun isn't it?" she takes a look at all the competetors around her, most of them... she hasn't seen before. "Master, will you get me a lot of jelly cans if we win? I mean, I'll do my best to get far for you. And I wonder where Miss Jinx is? I bet she's in the crowd or watchin git on TV! What do you think, Master?"
Tesla Armadia Prepping for appearing on stage seems to be a thing, because Saiga is giving one of her exo-frame arms a final buffing with a polish rag. "Master I understand if you can't stay for the actual show. Your friends on Reptilon really need you too."

To which Tesla just shook her head a bit. "It would be poor sport if I didn't at least come make sure you are properly set. Besides, I needed to pick up some... project stuff before heading back."
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Nasa is presently at the opening of the Shinki Battle Rondo! She is standing wherever Masters are supposed to when their shinki are entering the battle. Which might just be in the crowd, somewhere! Mostly, she is here to be moral support for Lizbet, because while she could theoretically enter in her tiny form, that would probably count as cheating!
Speaking of cheating, Nasa is totally hovering just above the ground, because being short makes it hard to see things, and she very much wishes to be able to see her Shinki when the time comes for introductions! Bwa ha ha~! After a few moments of that, Nasa flutters her way over to Lizbet, landing next to her and settling in rather unceremoniously. She almost looked lazy, but in reality she was watching Lizbet's efforts VERY intently. She had to learn to do things like this, in case there was a time Lizbet couldn't do it herself. "Can calm down, Lizbet. You will doing fine, you are strong, yes." Nasa says, reaching a hand to lightly rub a single finger down Lizbet's back in what she hopes is a calming gesture.
Ariah      Ariah stands quietly, having had enough of huge crowds during the WMAT herself. She looks to the Arnval MkII on her shoulder and blinks. "If she is not here, then I am sure she is observing it on tv, yes. She hasn't give you any... unauthrized upgrades, recently, has she? I wouldn't want you to be disqualified from the Battle Rondo." She turns to look back at the gathering, "...and I would prefer she ask me if she has anything special to upgrade you or your gear with. I find her methods to involve more unstable means of pacification... And I think I would give you jellycans even if you do not win." A ghost of a smile tugs at the corners of her mouth as she looks to Aurora again, "...but you never know what you will get as first prize now, do you."
Nathan Hall     Nathan Hall is here. He is among his people: Generic bespectacled everyman anime looking types. They are probably everywhere nearby, and he, for his part, is similarly around them, in the area designated for competing Masters and Shinki. He recalls Lizbet very well, for one, and has made sure to give her an appropriate greeting. "Lizbet. Good to see you again, good to see you with another master this time. Probably a little better at cheering than I am. And good to see you as well, Nasa, been some time. Been too long, really, we ought to be in touch more."

Vervi is likely nearby. Nathan remains as stoic as ever, completely unfeeling in expression and motion, but by now, Vervi will have long since recognized his stoic way of expressing a bit of nervousness, constantly double-checking systems, re-examining parts, and doing similar quick maintenance gestures to make sure everything's okay. After the last WMAT, he is very intent on not being absent for her, and is wordlessly making sure he puts as much attention to her as he can.
Revan      It was a little-known quirk of the Prodigal Knight that she was something of a robot fangirl. She had been anticipating seeing these 'shinkis' in action ever since she had learned about them. So there she was, seated in the potential Master's area, with what could only be a sense of wonder.

However, today, the Guardian is not alone. Accompanying her is a squat, steel-coloured droid, none the worse for wear after all he'd been through with his master. Warbling with a note of uncertainty, the 'head' of the diminutive robot swivelled around to Lowri, the single bluish light set into its front blinking almost balefully.

"Look, I'm telling you, I'm not intending to replace you," the pale-haired Jedi half-reassured, half scolded T3-M4. "Think of it as adding to the crew, and that's assuming I even decide to buy. That's what the tournament's for, you know."

Revan was answered with a series of electronic chirps which might have sounded sceptical. "You were the one who said I could use some more cover fire because you don't like being shot at," she argued back. "Not only that, maybe we can upload some programs to help fly the Ebon Hawk. That'll take some of the workload off you, right?"

There was an answering grunt-like noise from the droid. "Well, you know our options are limited....unless you want me to reactivate HK?" A sharp bark-like sound of clear alarm and refusal said all that anyone would need to know about T3's thoughts on the assassin droid. "So you see my point? We need some extra help, and neither one of us wants one that'll shoot first and ask questions later....er, if he even asked at all, really."

A soft series of chirps sounded like an acquiescence before the announcement came over the loudspeakers. "Looks like it's starting," Lowri observed as she shifted forward slightly. she was definitely going to enjoy this!
Vervi     To her credit, Vervi shares her Master's nervousness regarding the upcoming Battle Rondo tournament. With Nathan investigating her flight pack, Vervi sits cross-legged on his shoulder, meticulously inspecting her beam rifle for the tenth time. After a few moments, she closes her eyes with a little sigh, the pods on her head leveling out briefly. When they perk up, she glances up towards Nathan's face, "Master, I think it's as good as it's going to get now."

With a flash of the Slipway, she dismisses her weapon and rises to her feet. Steadying herself with one hand, the shinki raises the other to wave, "Lizbet! You're here! Hi, Nasa! I think I saw Kaede earlier, too!"

She hadn't seen Fuki though. Could it be the confederate shinki decided not to attend the tournament? Or maybe she's just avoiding the opening ceremony this time through... The thought calms her down, though she cracks a bit of a laugh at herself. Why did she feel disappointed? The Fubuki type is still an enemy, after all.

Shaking her head, Vervi glances back up, "There's so many shinki here today, just like last year. It'll be a good turnout!"
Fuki     The competetors are continually called, making their rounds at the stadium, showboating and generally hamming up the crowd to get them even more excited and soon, the crowd of competetors trickle down to a few more. Some of them have already been entered, a name that was there last year, with the same model. Kiki, a Kyknos. Then another dramatic entrance from Fassad's own Shinki, Serafina. And a Howling model, Kari with her Master as well.

"We come to the tail end of the competetors this season!" Notably, Fuki's name was never mentioned at all, there's not even a Fubuki or Mizuki entered this year, "And while last, they are definately not the least. We have Kaede! The Rapitas model with her master, the Union's own Sakura Kinomoto!"
Kaede     Kaede blinks as her name is called. She looks around for Sakura, but doesn't take too long on that. The girl's probably around somewhere! She lifts off her perch, and does a circuit of the arena, showboating like all the others. "Thank you! Thank you all! It's great to be here!" she shouts as loud as she can, before landing back with the rest of the Shinki. Vervi catches her attention, and the Raptias trots over. "Hey! Glad you could make it! Lets make this a Rondo to remember!"
Fuki     The Arnval smiles and cheers on the Rapitas, "And next, we have a wonderful model of a Shinki! A Lir Biete model named Lizbet along with her owner, ..." a bit of stumbling is present, before "MISS FANG!"
Guest Lizbet     Lizbet closes her eyes as her Master strokes a finger down her back. She turns to Nasa, and gives her an uncharacteristic smile - one that really does match the adorableness of her design. She waves to Nathan and Vervi, but then her name is called. She hops up onto her feet, and walks out onto the stage - not actually putting on her armour.

Then, when she reaches the middle, she summons her armour and gives the crowd a V-sign while looking away.

    So cool. Maybe.
Fuki     While the crowd erupts from the display of Lizbet's entrance, the gentleman speaks up once more, "Such an amazing display and we are glad to have her here! The next up belongs to Tesla Armadia and her Grapprap Saiga! Come to the stage!"
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      "Nasa greets Hall-person! Yes, Nasa did to end up becoming Lizbet's Master-Mistress-thingy! Does seem to make her happy, so makes Nasa happy. ... We should to being in touch more, does miss your teaching some, yes. Will probably need more of them." Nasa says, giving a firm nod. That Nathan seems to be as stoic as ever was pretty reassuring for Nasa. Vervi is flashed a grin. "Nasa greets, Vervi! You do to seem to being well. Hopes that the shield did get made for you has been helping, yes." Nasa says with flashed grin.

As the Arnval stumbles over Nasa's name, she just kind of ... giggles, a tinkling little noise. "Miss fang, huh?" Nasa murmurs lightly, looking mildly amused. She stands a bit straighter, doing her best to look impressive, rather than small and arguably cute. "Go get 'em." Nasa says with a firm nod, as Lizbet heads out to go and present herself! Nasa walks out after, flashing a grin -- before heading off the stage quickly with Lizbet. This may or may not have been according to plan. But her name was called too, right?
Tesla Armadia And there's the cue. Tesla walks out on the stage like every other year they've done this. Saiga is standing on her shoulder, using one of her larger Grapprap arms to wave at the audience so it's easy to see.
Fuki     The Arnval speaks up in turn now, "And we have a sister of my own heart with a wonderful Master to boot!" the bias is palatable in that one, "An Arnval Mark Two Tempesta named Aurora! Followed by her Master in crime, not real crime, Ariah!"
Aurora     Aaaand, there's the panic setting in. They called her. They called on Aurora here. She shakes her head and gives a light nod, launching off her Master's shoulder in a blaze of purple with wave's going to all the crowd in time, smiling, "Thank you, thank you! I'll do my best here today!" and with a bow in mid air, she moves off to land back at her Master's shoulder.
Ariah      Ariah watches her shinki take flight as she steps out herself. The well-uniformed Confederate bows her head politely to the crowd, not at all taking the spotlight away from the purple bolt that is her Shinki as she glows bright for all to see. She speaks loud and clear, even if her tone is cold, "Fight well, all of you." A simple statement, and that ghost of a smile is still present. When Aurora takes her place back on that shoulder, she bows her head again and moves off, staff in hand tapping faintly on the gruond.
Fuki     Vocal control passes back to the gentleman who speaks up with almost authorative sounding voice. "And back again this year was a wonderful competetor with a very interesting Master! Welcome the Union's general, Nathan Hall and his VerVietta, Vervi!"
Vervi     Vervi enters the stage in full armor, circling, trailing blue exhaust from the twin ports of her flight unit. Rolling, she banks towards her position and swings her legs forward to brake her momentum. Hovering, Vervi swings her rifle forward, then sweeps it back to bring up her energy blade. After a moment, those disappear and she settles down on the knifepoints of her armor's boots. With her engines spinning down, Vervi folds her hands primly in front of herself and bows towards the audience, "I'll do my best again this year, please root for me!"
Guest Lizbet     Lizbet cheers Vervi on rather more animatedly than she appealed to the crowd. Woo. Go Vervi!
Nathan Hall     "Right." Nathan says, in his new sort of quiet, whispery tone. "Right. Right, good as it gets for now." He seems to accept that, and focus on other fidgeting to do here. "Well. Are you ready? Might as well make a bit more of a show, bit more of a show than the last time we came around here. Might as well."

He'll bring Vervi to the stage, letting her stay perched on his shoulder, and then keeps back, where Masters ought to stay, when she gets to the stage itself. He will, of course, cheer. It's a stoic, quiet sort of cheering, a very expressionless sort, but he does it with a kind of energy that makes his rooting for her very apparent. And then it's back to talk to Nasa... "I've been needing protection. Protection from a lot of things, all sorts of protection. That sort of thing helps, yeah."
Fuki     Both the Master and the Arnval give a smile, cheering for the entire crowd of Shinki, "Last, but definately not least, we have a brand new competetor with a model not often seen to the Battle Rondo! We have Lowri Shan here today with the Waffebunny, Ulaire!"
Revan      Ulaire entered the stage in her characteristic special forces armour, her face composed with all the military bearing one would expect from a human soldier. Circling around and giving a good view of her propulsion system, the Waffebunny made an elegant stop bringing herself into a standing position mid-air. Her heels clicked together as she rendered a smart salute to the audience.

"Thank you for having me. I'll do my very best, so I appreciate all your support!"

In the stands, Lowri grinned. "Not bad at all."
Fuki     As a few more competetors are introduced, the screens all around the stadium light up and display brackets. "As usual, the Battle Rondo will be a single elimination tournament, fought with the Visualizer tables that we have installed here at the Shinki Shop. All competetors have been checked for legal weaponry and armor and have been tuned or detuned as nessecary to compete. Now! Shall we begin?!" The crowd goes wild once more as the brackets start filling in with various Shinki names and Models. "Good luck to you Shinki and your Master's, have a good battle and do your best!"
