Scene #2213: It's a Morphin' Grid!

Ziggy Grover	After a meeting of minds between Dr. K and Zordon, -something- had apparently been settled to the satisfication of the mentors of the Power Rangers, somehow reassuring the other that neither was up to no good. Dr. K's description of how that agreement went down consisted of a long-winded explanation about the universal bio-electric field that unified the Power Ranger suits overall, as well as -some- sort of explanation about how there was a fairly consistent utilization process across the universe. Ziggy was not quite sure, as he'd fallen asleep in his bowl of cereal. Nonetheless, he'd been up, as the Garage prepared for a visitor. And then the Power Rangers were -on- the clock, fighting back some grinders. And while the rest of the crew remained to clear up the situation with Colonel Truman, Ziggy had trudged back, because he was -so- not cut out for paperwork. Then again, neither was Dillon, but -that- broody dude had just waved Ziggy's invitation off and gone for a drive somewhere. A man and his car. Wonderful. So when he arrives, he's pausing, looking at the visitors. "What're you guys doing here?"
Tommy Oliver	"Just thought I'd swing by and check out the digs. Or whatever you wanna' call it." Tommy Oliver flashes a big ol' smile in the midst of making sure that his presence is known very well. He's got his loose fitting black pants on and another one of his green tank tops. He has quite a few of these in his wardrobe. That hair is styled something perfectly because it doesn't move at all. Talk about helmet hair. "I gotta' say it's..." Tommy looks around. "Somethin'." Definitely more teasing just to make sure that Ziggy stays on his toes. He's wearing a smile to ensure that his jokes are understood.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa had finally got a chance to come to the Ranger's garage, she was a mechanic after all and might be able to help with some mods on their ground craft. Though she knows toucheth not the Black Ranger's muscle car. She so dearly wants to, that car just gets her car nerd bouncing about like a terrier. She looks normal enough, well Ziggy knows about Kotones nature, Tommy? He might notice something's abit off, little things missing that a person would have. Such as little flaws here and there in their body and something up with her eyes too. Still she seems pretty chipper as she arrives. "So this is humm the place huh I came to visit for one Ziggy and two maybe I could help with your rides." Tommy gets a look over for a moment from her and she smirks. "Friend?"
Ziggy Grover	"Uh... sorry...?" Ziggy responds, before blinking. "Oh hey, we met already, at the juice bar in..." Slapping his head, Ziggy holds up a hand. "Wait, wait, it'll come to me. You're the..." "The Green Ranger," a young woman in a lab coat says, indicating Tommy. Doctor K, clearly. "Have you not been paying attention to the briefing?" "Uh, briefing...?" Ziggy responds, a bit groggily. "Doc, I just got back from taking down the latest Monster of the Week. Speaking of which... Ko... Flynn's taking care of the paperwork, so you'll have to catch him at another time. Dillon took his car for a ride... and don't think about touching Scott's car, he'll kill us all."
Tommy Oliver	Tommy offers just a slight nod but doesn't really indicate if he is this Green Ranger or not. Nope. There are other ears around and it is against his own Ranger Rulebook to be giving out that kind of information. Instead, he just sort of throws his attention in the direction of Ko and offers a winning smile. Or a smile that could be considered winning back in the 90s. It just happens to be the kind of smile that melts the hearts of pink clad gymnasts with ease. Tommy can't help it. It's natural. "Hey, I'm Tommy." He extends a hand in Kotone's direction as a token of friendly greetings. "And yeah, I guess you could say I'm a new friend of the Zigg-man's here." Tommy flashes another one of his signature smiles. "Work friend."
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa gets a very confused look on her face as she looks to Ziggy and then to Tommy. She shakes Tommy's hand and grins a bit. She nods a little bit and says "I know how that goes. Also hello Doctor. I'm Kotone Yamakawa." She is wondering wait what Two Green Rangers? How does that even work?! Is it now Forest Green Ranger and Lincon Green Ranger? Also the talk of monster. "They just keep coming, don't they Ziggy?"
Ziggy Grover	"They do," Ziggy sighs, rubbing his mouth, and then his chin, before looking at Dr. K. "So like, he's here to give us a hand, is he? We could've used him a bit earlier... maybe teach the grinders a lullaby song while they're trying to grab kids off the street... is he going to come help us fight grinders?" "That's something to be discussed, Ranger Series Operator Green," Dr. K responds coolly. "In the meantime, the allies you've managed to bring us in your fumbling ways are welcome to explore." "Don't join the training," Ziggy responds, before motioning to Kotone. "And she wants to help be a mechanic. You got no problems with that?" "As soon as I give her the firewall to prevent Venjix takeover," Dr. K says flatly. "Come along."
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa says "I already have some pretty hefty defence barriers but ... Given that thing's an virus with a Ghost of it's own? There's a reaosn I kept thing in Autistic mode." She then make sa bit of a face at Ziggy for a moment. "Hey I can pull off the suit you know. !" She then follows after Dr. K.
Tommy Oliver	Tommy is attempting to keep up with everything that is going on right now. He's honestly just sponging up the information that's being offered from both Ziggy and the Doctor of K. He's still keeping his face as smiling as humanly possibly during this entire non-official debriefing. "Hey, some of us can handle training. And then, well, some of us are you, Ziggs." It seems like Tommy's already decided he's going to be teasing this guy on a regular basis. But he's falling in line behind the others to follow after Doctor K without hesitation. He kind of wants to check this place out.
Ziggy Grover	"You really don't want to see the training she puts us through," Ziggy grumbles, as he follows Dr. K, along with everyone else. The sight of Dr. K's lab is pretty stark - mostly tables, the five stalls with primary colors where the Rangers suits were stored, and various items, including a sonic gun of sorts, were set up. As Dr. K sits at her computer, offering Kotone a cable to attach to herself, Ziggy glances at Tommy. "You were doing this karate thing, right, like Bruce Lee? You got any special tricks or anything to show off?"
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa says "Heh, I had to deal with some pretty insane stuff I'm tough I can take it." With that she'll move into the lab for the momentand she'll take the tabl which she jacks into one of the four ports in the back of her neck. She closes her eyes to focus on any thing realted to the update. While the other two rangers talk. "Bruce Lee was a heck of a fighter and martial arts actor. A movie night could be good for moral, you know, Ziggy."
