Bridge Carson It's early in the evening, the sun is still kind of out, and Bridge is in the Delta Cruiser, a black and white JEEP with the SPD logos and emblems on it, plus police lights on top. He's outside of Delta Command, a massive facility that almost looks like a robot with the giant dog head on top of it. It dwarfs most of the other buildings in the city but has a very futuristic police motif. Possibly also the most -advanced- looking building in the city.

The COPs crew is actually one camera guy a single robotic drone that looks like a frog head, floating around over the Delta Runner watching Bridge and anyone who arrives. He's got his doors open, looking over the small touch screen computer where a GPS would be on some cars, waiting for people to show up.
Valentha Summers     VROOOOM! ... well no, there is startlingly little sound from the HOVERCYCLE that Valentha uses to ride into the city. What appears to be a motorcycle with two passengers is in fact NOT. Where there should be two wheels, there are instead swiveling JET TURBINES. Strangely, whatever's turning them is itself ridiculously quiet, but the roar of rushing air is unmistkable. This thing flies in low towards the meeting point and swoops in to park easily enough.

Valentha's in front, and she lets go of the handlebars once it touches down. The turbines go silent. Well, maybe that means it's off.

"I hope we're not too late for the tour!"
Taylor Scott Taylor has caught a ride with Summers, because while the young man could have come with his Armored Core, he didn't. There was no reason too after all. He also was in a more standard proper attire. Nice shoes, black slacks, a black silk button shit, however-- it was open and he had a white shirt under that.

He also had his Glock on him, which if someone here of the SPD asls to confiscate it, he'll hand it over till the tour is done. After all, no reason to create a world versus world issue, right? Taylor gives a grin to Bridge, "Hey there." He also will wave to others, including give a big, professional smile to the camera.
Mortimer Balman      Walking down one of the roads comes a colossal wolf, a truly monstrous beast. The sort of thing that makes you think 'Dire Wolf'- though as opposed to some ravenous monstrosity it seems extremely people friendly, and quite careful about little people getting under its tremendous clawed feet. Its eyes shine with an almost human intellect- and with a childishness hinting that it is, perhaps, still a juvenile of its kind. Atop that beast are other beasts. An old and decrepit Absol with a broken head-blade, a tiny and adorable little delibird that waves its flippers incessantly while making happy squeaks and squeals, and of course, Mortimer.

"Easy there, Ulbrecht.. There we are, now halt." The wolf stops in front of Delta Command, and lays itself upon the ground. Its tail begins wagging, which in of itself is probably enough to make people feel the ground tremble a little bit considering the beast's weight. "Attaboy. Learnin' fast, little pup." The wolf made a noisy, pleased rumbling sound. "Glad you "went" afore we left, I don't think they'd appreciate one of yer messes.. So then! Hello."
Deelel There's a strange alien whine as a what looks like a motor cycle is comming up to the gatheirng on the road. It's glowing in places and the damnest thing about it? It has no visable semes it looks like the thing is one entire unit on it's own. It's really strange honestly but one would see a human looking woman almost seemingly melded into the thing as she pulls up.

"Greetings Lifeforms."

She's got a strange digital warble to her voice some's really odd about her. She seems pretty chipper too.
Bridge Carson "Hey, welcome to this episode of COPS... well, I don't think the show's format works like that, but, I said it, too late now! I think the episode is live. I'd ask the camera crew, but they sent a frog drone." Bridge motions his head toward the floating front that seems to stay a constant five feet away from him, though occasionally turns to look at the others when they speak. "There's enough room in the Delta Cruiser for someone else. Maybe you, uh, Taylor?" he asks, right before turning his attention to Deelel, trying to process what exactly she is. "Are you a robot? Not that you have to answer that question!

"Oh, nice puppy! Big puppy, but nice puppy!" he compliments Mortimer, then his eyes widen at Valentha's bike. "Very nice tech! I like her tech too, actually." another not to Deelel.

"Anyway! Here are the rules. Unless the situation gets -really- bad, beyond a routine police situation, you don't have to worry about anything. Obviously don't commit crimes, or I'll have to arrest you! Uhh, don't touch the frog drone, I'm not allowed to touch it either. And I'll answer any questions you have." He's, of course, wearing his typical SPD uniform, unmorphed. and grabs the steering wheel with one hand. "Anyone with a vehicle can follow me, please try to minimize noise to avoid disturbing the peace. But otherwise, you can talk freely and hopefully learn all about official SPD duties!"
Taylor Scott Taylor watches as Mortimer arrives and stares at the big dog, then just /stares/ at Mortimer. So, you know how he said earlier Val that he has been glad his interaction in high communication has been with humans. This is where now he isn't and he isn't sure what to make of what he is seeing.

Deelel doesn't help either and its easy to see on the poor man's face that he is about to hit a blue screen of wall of 'oh god what'. Thankfully he doesn't get that far, because Bridge snaps him out of it as he asks him a question, "Huh? Sure. I'd be more then glad too."

He does extend out his hand to Bridge as well, "Also pleasure to meet you face to face here in your own city." Though before he does get up in the vehicle he inhales deeply when the camera isn't looking and turns to face Deelel and Mortimer. "Nice ride," he says to Deelel, and then he looks to Mortimer. "House trained?" There was an amused smirk there. "But still a really nice, big ol' puppy there."

That is when Taylor hops on up in the jeep with ease and buckles up. Cause that is what you do! "So do you patrol the whole city or just sections of it?" He asks Bridge with a slightly raised eye brow.
Valentha Summers     One sideways glance at Mortimer's mount SHOULD have Valentha flinching. It doesn't. Instead she's quite pleased at the sight. Intrigued, even! An odd look indeed's aimed at Deelel however, whose natureis odd enough to get a double-take!

"Quite a base of operations here! I'd love to tag along and learn how it all works. But this thing's a bit noisy compared to your speeder. Probably noisy!"
Mortimer Balman      Mortimer slides off of the giant wolf, who then makes ready to pounce at Taylor, until Mortimer holds up a hand. "No." Whiiine. "I said no. Yer too big to be pouncin' on normal sized folks now. Be good an' I'll see if we can't get you a treat from the Cakes later." Tailthumping. "Good lad." The sleeping Absol briefly opens tired old eyes to look down at the other bipedal creatures and grunt, then turns his head back down to sleep. "Aye, quite housebroken. Thunderwolves're awful smart critters, thankfully, an' learn damned fast. M'hopin' he won't /grow/ anymore, honestly.."

Eyes turned up at Delta Command. "...Ain't gonna lie, this looks like somethin' out of a video game, so far as designs go."
Deelel Deelel says "Thanks andI like it no I'm not a robot I'm a basic. I am a program a multi media one to be exact. The name is Deelel."

Sounds almost like certain file type. EIther way she seems friendly chipper and she's looking over Velentha with intrest along with everyone else. She's looking to Scott for a moment longer as she takes everyon in she only knew of Mort out of all the people here. She looks at Scott again and grins. She also looks to Valentha grinning at her.
Bridge Carson "Don't worry -too- much about noise, we drive slowly once we reach our destination. I usually start my patrol when I get the first call from Command, but there's not a -particular- section. We have autonomy to patrol and work to our best judgement if we don't have someone of a higher rank around to give orders." Bridge explains while messing around with his computer, looking over complex maps of the city, constantly switching from 2D to 3D grids.

"Oh! The Delta Base is based on the original SPD headquarters, which was created by the dog-like Sirians on Planet Sirius. This Delta Base is a mixture of Sirian technology, reverse engineered Time Force technology, old Light Speed Rescue tech, and the tech created by Doctor Kat Manx, as well as other experts in numerous forms of Power Ranger technology." he answers pretty thoroughly, then tilts his head at Deelel. "That's pretty interesting! Ohhh, I get it, your name is a pun! That's hilarious! I'm a programmer too, but usually programs aren't quite as intelligent as you seem to be."

That's when the comm on his dashboard goes off, and a man in his mid-thirties to early-forties, at least from the sound of it, begins to speak, "Bridge, someone reported a sighting of a man named Doctor Vialle. He's not wanted, exactly, but we try to keep track of what he's doing due to the illicit substances he's been known to experiment with. So go check that out and report back to me."

"Sure thing, Commander! Let's roll out, guys!" He immediately closes the doors with the press of a button, then hits the gas and waits for the others to follow after.
Valentha Summers     "And someone managed to mash all of THAT together? Impressive.... not that I've heard of any of those things until just now!" Val waggles a finger whilst grinning impishly. She's quite happy with the scenario here.

But she tenses ever so slightly at the alert about a 'Doctor Vialle.' "Already on the move. How exciting!"
Mortimer Balman      Mortimer's ears perk and flick to Bridge's direction. "Eh? Alright.. Up, Ulbrecht. We're goin' fer a run. Keep pace with that lad there." He points at Bridge, then jumps back up to his perch on the beast. "Falstaff, wake up. Goin' for a run, old boy." The Absol merely answers with an annoyed grunt and grumbling. "Here Roll, hang onto my leg, okay?" The little bird squees and hugs one of Mort's legs, "<OKAY!>" ^v^ so easily pleased, little birds like her.
Deelel Deelel is looking very impressed at this point she takes a moment before her bike glows becomes transparent, wire frams and cvanishes beocming a simple baton which she slap to her hip for the moment. She nods in agreement with Valentha

"That does soun like quite the feat you pulled off there I have to admit."
Taylor Scott Taylor listens to all the tech talk, but he is more interested in watching all the flipping between 2D and 3D maps. His own Armored Cores can do this with their own mapping, at least some of the more higher ends, so it was interesting comparing some technological notes of what he knew.

As he heard the call he glanced over and smirked gently. "Awesome! Some adventure already." He said with a grin on his face, "So what's up with these illicit substances?" Taylor asks Bridge looking at him, before back to the road.
Bridge Carson "It's been a process. Year after year, team after team. SPD is the culmination of many different teams over many decades, planets, and times. We've experienced so many invasions from robots, space robots, mutants from the future, wizards, witches, space pirates, aliens, and everything else you can think of. We've had to adapt every time, and it's always made society, and the Power Rangers, that much stronger." Bridge explains as they speed through the rather large streets, which gradually become smaller as they get to the more urban areas of the city.

Cars know to get out of the way, some people cheer, one guy yells "A-Squad is cooler!" But by the time they get to their destination, the scene has shifted to a fairly normal looking suburban area, with some trees, large flowery lawns, and both people and aliens doing casual things. Some of them stop what they're doing, including the giant bubblebee alien flipping burgers on the grill, to gawk.

"Oh, you know, magical powders, alien medication that has strange effects on humans, untested artificial elements from the future that found their way into the hands of criminals." Bridge stops the Delta Runner at a convenience store on the corner of a street, very 7-11, and steps out to walk up to a man wearing large goggles and a long flowing labcoat. his hair is slicked back and dyed black, seemingly middle-aged. "Excuse me, Doctor Vialle, can I talk to you?"

The doctor looks at them all, holding a plastic bag in his hand. He seems a bit shaky, his eyes difficult to see under the goggles, and there's a very oily sheen about his skin. He certainly doesn't seem -healthy-. "Oh, sure, sure, I'm always happy to help out an officer... and his allies."
Taylor Scott Taylor notes the "A-Team" line and raises an eye brow, but he'll ask later. His teal blue eyes glance over the citizens. So many alien races, so many strange species. It was-- actually giving him some ideas really.

Once they get to that destination, he was Bridge get out to address the man. He stays back in the car and watches, but with a mild tilt to his head. There was--- something very wrong with this guy. Not just by what Bridge explained but.... Taylor couldn't put his finger on it.
Valentha Summers     Valentha has a good peer at the supposed doctor. "...Say. Are you alright? Not looking teribly hot..." And she is indeed concerned. Unbeknownst to anyone else - unless they're somehow able to detect psionics - Valentha focuses her inner spirit, enhancing her awareness and focusing on the man Bridge's called over!
Bridge Carson Bridge actually removes one of his gloves, waving his hand through the air as he stares at the doctor. Everyone can see how the air seems to sort of wave as if heat moved through it, though it's likely something more than that. It's clearly a psionic ability that he's using as well. Though unlike Valentha, he can't see that the man is apparently extremely malnourished, even though he doesn't -look- like it. There's something strangely off about his biology, like it's being kept artificially functional.

As Bridge puts his glove back on, he asks, "Well first, I'd like to take a look at your eyes. Do you mind taking your glasses off?"

"Do you have probable -cause- to ask me to remove my glasses?" the doctor asks, suddenly seeming a little defensive as he backs up slightly. He runs a hand over his arm, which now seems less oily, and more like there's a bit of slime. "Excuse me, I have a moisture issue..."

"Sir, please remove your glasses. This is a very routine situation." Bridge asserts a little more firmly, though doesn't make any addressive moves. He even holds his hands up a little passively.
Taylor Scott Taylor continues to watch, his instinct is to go for his Glock, but he is keeping his hand away. Be a good boy, Mister Scott. Stay in the fancy tech jeep and don't play hero. There isn't much he can do now but watch after all.
Valentha Summers     "You need some food and sleep. Plenty of it." Valentha declares soundly, as if she's not going to brook an argument over it. There's a resounding firmness to the statement beyond what her apparent age would normally grant.
Deelel Deelel is listening for a moemnt wondeirng about just how many things they have had to deal with. This sounds almost like a mini multiverse with all the things they fought from. She's aware of Ziggy and some o the other power rangers in the multiverse she gets the idea . She pauses for a moment at the mention of an A team. Then the rquest to remove the glasses comes up and that gets an eyebrow raised she does however have as hand being held out low like she's expecting to be holding something.
Bridge Carson "If you want them so badly, -take- them!" The doctor suddenly removes his goggles, then tosses them at Bridge and goes running off as he uses them as a distraction. He runs down a suburban street, running directly through lawns.

"Alright, no one attack him lethally, but if you want to help, try to subdue him!" Bridge says as he's already darting after the guy, jumping over a gate. "Sir, stop running, you're not in any trouble!"
Taylor Scott Soon as Bridge's gives the order, Taylor is out of that jeep quickly. Slack, nice shirt-- he doesn't give a damn. He was in the military for a year, he was always seeking that adventure again, and this was his biggest chance to get it! "Cut him off!" He barks out.

The young man leaped over the fence with ease and tries to go around the corner in hopes to cut off the scientist. If he is even /successful/ in doing so, that Glock comes out of his holster just by instinct. He /will/ point it at the Scientist if he can get around and if he can't cut him off, he'll have it at ready.

If someone takes a good look that knows these kinda guns, they will notice--- the clip isn't loaded, but you have to know the weapon and most civilians, wont know to look.
Valentha Summers     ACK! Off goes the doc. This leavse valentha very confused. Well, it would help if she knew the local law standards and procedures but... "Easy enough. Hopefully!" She rather suddenly lifts off the ground after exiting the ride. Just... flying. Superman style!

Whoosh whoosh, around corners and after him, Valentha tries to swoop in front and start casting another spell. Both hands gesture wildly, combined with some chanting...

A GLOB of blue flies down at the ground in his path. And where it strkes... in a wide area, the ground becomes INCREDIBLY sticky. 'Trying to run means the shoes come off' sticky. It would probably trip ANYONE up.
Deelel Deelel watches as everything goes nuts she springs into action and she's moving like someone whose use d to this. She's fluid in her movments as she goes there's no waste and a strange thing happens a weapon flickers into existance in her hand. It's clearly a thing of magic for those who can sense it the tech looking thing however is like almost a key? In it's shape and Deelel uses it to attmpt to cast a slow spell upon the fleeing man.

"No you don't."
Bridge Carson The doctor starts to struggle to lift his legs when Valentha makes the ground sticky. Then the doctor crouches down on all fours, trying to put even more of his strength into moving. He looks back at Bridge with large purple eyes, smiling with an almost demented look.

"Wait!" Bridge shouts, suddenly changing his trajectory to Taylor. "He's on ooze! Don't touch him!" he tackles Taylor from the waist, but this gives the doctor ample chance to keep trying to crawl away, seeming pretty strong for someone apparently so sick.

But while all of this is happening, Deelel comes out of no where and casts the slow spell, which leaves him going veeery slowly. Not only does he have to walk across a sticky ground, but he's doing so at a snail's pace now. There's no getting away at this point.
Deelel Deelel paues in confusion now but does lower hewr Keyblade as she looks at the man with a godo deal odf concern. She's watching how it plays out and is trying to keep out of the stickey spell's range. If she could learn one spell that didn't rely on her keyblade but for now she's moving in a bit but doesn't move to touch him.

"Wait is this man viral?!"
Valentha Summers     The sudden appearance of Deelel's unique armament draws Valentha's attention. She's fixed with an unnerving stare born of the deepest concentration. It lasts only a second or two though.

Not much to do though with the fleeing doctor so well incapacitated. She lands outside the range of her spell , hands on her hips. "Hopefully not!" She aides to Deelel.
Bridge Carson "Ooze was discovered by scientists thirty years ago. It was a privately funded experiment using magic items recovered during the invasion of the space witch, Rita Repulsa." Bridge stands up, pulling out a pair of rubber gloves to put over his own leather gloves. Then he pulls out a pair of cuffs, waving them inbetween the two women, trying to figure out how to get -those- in -there-, with the spell. "They opened a small hole in reality, and from another dimension came some sort of product. A purple goo called ooze."

"Ooze puts you under a form of hypnosis, but there's no one to control you. Your mind goes into a haze upon contact with ooze, and then you want to do nothing but create more and more of it, even being sustained by it, until finally your body just gives out. We have no idea who created it or where it comes from, but the government didn't even know about it until around 2020, so now we try to catch any scientist who's known to have been involved with the original experiments." He tilts his head at the guy, looking a bit sympathetic. "We'll send him to SPD's magic division to get checked out, since all studies have shown ooze to be a living magical substance."
Deelel Deelel is not speaking viral in the sense that Velentha is likelyt hinking but she seem to agree either is likely a bad idea. She also noticed the look and he's looks back at her after a moment. "Yes is there a problem?"

She pauses for a moment staring.

"So it is viral as my people would understand it. Could it be like some magical von numan machine?"
Valentha Summers     With him slowed, Valentha snaps her fingers. The Carpet of Adhesion vanishes as if it was never there, but he's still under the Slow spell! "Sounds like nasty stuff... why would anyone try even WORKING with it, I wonder..."
Bridge Carson "In a way, that's basically how it's treated. We're sure it -must- have had a purpose where ever it came from, since it came in English product packaging. But uh, how do I get cuffs on this guy without being affected by your magic?!" Bridge asks, a little confused on how to approach that. The carpet vanishes, so Bridge enters the slow spell, veeeery slowly making his way over. "Wweeeelll seeeeee..." he begins to say, speaking as slowly as he's moving. "Soooome sciiiientiiiists caaan geeeeet carriiieeed awaaayyyy!"
Deelel Deelel Says "So you have a mneans to trying to treat it? Humm likely before they knew what it was and what it could do. She gets mad science happsns. Morg Mageee is the god of mad science out there after all, right? She watches and holds back for a bit she wonders if she could do anything to it but she's not sure she knows how to use her Keyblade but she's not got enough mastery with it she realized...to try it.
Valentha Summers     "I don't think he'll be getting far now." Val.. cannot hel but laugh a litle at the way the Slow spell worked out. The glance is once again aimed at Deelel. "That's quite a tool you've got there. Where did it come from?"
Bridge Carson Bridge finally makes it to the doctor, slipping the cuffs onto him as the doctor is still veeery slowly trying to stand up. Then he gives a thumbs up for Deelel to stop the spell. "Whiiiiile IIII hoooold hiiiis haaaand, pleaaase taaaake soooome glooooves froooom myyyyy poooockeeet annnnd cheeeck hiiim foooor aaaa viiiiaaal oooofff ooooozzze!"
Deelel Deelel says "It will wear off in a little bit., I'm sorry!" She does seem to seem to be way about this stuff but she gets the idea she'll pause for a moment and she'll have his strnge glowing field? Armour surround her hands like gloves as she movesw to check the guy over. She'll find the ooze and is holding it very warily.
Valentha Summers     With Deelel getting ahead of her, Valentha instead focuses on scanning the man's surface thoughts, crouching down and putting both hands on her knees. "Someone needs better containment protocols..."
Taylor Scott Some point Taylor got tackled and for the most part seems a touch-- well-- annoyed by this, including as he twirled his Glock by the trigger ring and easily reholstered it. In truth as everyone else went running off to play 'finish this', the dirty blond just decided to walk to play catch up.

"Lets worry about the trillioniar." He quips to himself.

"Lets forget he has a year of military training." He grumbles only to himself.

"Or the fact he has been messing around big thirty two foot machines since he was FIVE."

Not that these grumbles continue once he catches up with everyone. Instead he just leans up against the side of a building wall with his arms crossed over his chest. "You know, hearing slow-mo in real life is kind of hilarious." He says with a mild grin. His eyes go over to the doctor who is cuffed. "But I'd say officer you got your man and stopped a real problem."
Bridge Carson When the slow spell wears off, and he gets a good look at the ooze vial, he stares at the man, who's beginning to cough up some purple stuff. Bridge has already gotten him down on the ground now that the vial is taken, then he stands up and stares down at the man. "Alright, I better contain this guy so that SPD can treat him. Let's see..."

He pulls out what to some might look like a cellphone at first, but when it flips open and is aimed at the man, he calls, "Judgement Mode!" and a red X on the top half alternates with a light green circle on the bottom. "For the crime of transporting ooze and endangering the public, how do you plead?"

The man, when Valentha reads his surface thoughts, seems to be thinking at least semi-coherently, but he's also very much thinking about making ooze. His answer is, "Not guilty! There was never any danger to anyone! Ooze is perfectly safe!"

That's when the scanner stops on a red X. "Guilty!" and fires a beam of bright energy. Anti-matter fusion.

When the light dies down, there's a card on the ground where the man was, as he bangs on the picture as if it were a window. Bridge picks it up, then sighs. "I'll let the magic division deal with this. They'll let him out."
Valentha Summers     "GAH?!" Valentha does something a little bit odd when the BEAM comes out to make the man into a CARD.

    She backflips.

... Backflips so hard she travels about fifty feet and only recovers because of her still-active flight spell. So she moseys back in to peer at the card and purse her lips. "... A little warning would've been great. Hopefully they can untangle him. He's got it baaaad."
Taylor Scott Taylor watches as the device registers them as 'Guilty' and then they are somehow placed into a picture card like-- device-- thing. That causes him to raise both eye brows and whistle gently. "That is impressive." The young man then pushes off the wall.

"How does it actually know who is innocent and guilty? I mean... a device like that with like the DOVE Network System... that could kill crime rate to zero. DNS would find them..." Taylor crosses his arms over his chest. "And that device could confirm accuracy."

Taylor tilts his head to one side, "But still... really impressive that device there. Nicely done, officer."
Deelel Deelel looks sheepish at Taylor and looks a bit sheepish as she says "It really is, and I'm sorry Taylor I was rather focused on the task at hand. Infectious agents like this could destroy an entire city in short older."

She pauses for a moment she looks as the sentance is made and stares.

"I never thought I'd see a organic law officer ... function much like a Basic one. Also wait did you just zip file him?! How can that even be done to Users?!"

DEelel is shaking her head for a moment. She'll hand the band candy off asap seriously. She doesn't want it.
Bridge Carson "All I did was hit him with anti-matter fusion and put him into a containment card. But it wouldn't work in a DOVE system situation." Bridge says with an apologetic frown, slipping the card into his jacket. Then he reaches to take the ooze vial from Deelel.

"See, to use Judgement Mode on a Delta Morpher, you have to actually bring up the charges, specific charges. And you need probable cause or at least a very good reason to use Judgement Mode on someone." He holds the morpher out, showing off the various modes written on the device. One says Change, another says Phone, and the last says Judge. "Once you bring up charges, the Delta Morpher scans every aspect of their biology. Brain chemistry, heart rate, temperature, sweat, brain waves, blood pressure, muscles, nerves. Everything. And using all of this, and more, the Delta Morpher infallibly judges the answer to the charges of any intelligent being."
Taylor Scott Taylor walks up to Bridges, giving a hand wave to Deelel, he wasn't sure why she was saying sorry, but she probably had her reasons. He listens to explain the device and how it would work, which causes the PCI's corp leader to chuckle a little. "Nah, what I mean is... like what you did here."

"See in our system, DNS notifies like a dispatcher of a possible crime, because it picks up on those activities by the Bio-Sig. The Officers then decide of the DNS is accurate on the crime and send someone out." Taylor then motions to the device. "With something like this in our officers hands or a team like yours, working with the DNS, that could kill crime to zero."

"Because there would be no question or having to double check for proof of the crime if isn't clear, but this thing can tell." Taylor looks down at it and back at him. "Which is Ingenious." He gives Bridge a pat on the shoulder. "But that is something to talk about later."

The corporate leader then motions to the card, "Where do these guys go after they get pulled out of the card?"
Valentha Summers     "Trusting justice almost entirely to a machine... well, I suppose the fine details get worked out after capture. This is an excellent way to accomplish said capturing. So long as nobody loses the card." She shudders at the thought.

But make no mistake, she IS listening to Taylor's explanation...
Bridge Carson "That makes a lot of sense. You'd probably have to talk to Commander Cruger about that, who might have to talk to Supreme Commander Birdie. But..." Bridge pats his jacket, with the card inside. "This one will be released quickly. But usually they go to a storage facility where they'll carry out their sentence and rehabilitation."

"But we absolutely make sure that a person is guilty. -Most- crime is pretty... blatant. But we only have a 1% crime rate, and most of it is in this city. Not counting all the crime in space." He gives a thumbs up and a smile to the camera. "Well, I should head back to base for this. But if you guys have anymore questions, feel free to ask!"
Taylor Scott Taylor gives a nod to the explanation of where the card goes, including who he'll need to talk with, and how low the crime rate with just the device alone. In his mind, its a match made in heaven for the American Alliance.

Though even he have to see what the President would think on that idea. Given that they just got here in the Multiverse just yesterday... iiiiit could take some work. "We'll see how the," He smirks, "Cards play out." OH YEEEAH!

"However thank you for having us along and thank you for also letting me ride shotgun. You have a beautiful city and a great reputation. Pretty sure anyone feel safe under your guys watch." Taylor Scott say with a smile, before he goes to walk with the group. "Now... after we get this guy back, how about we all get some coffee and maybe some donuts. Cause I love donuts, especially the ones with the sprinkles on top."

He points back at Deelel, "You eat donuts right?" Then looks at Val, "...and I know you'll eat donuts."
