Lyria Mason Galianda was a strange world, there were only a few worlds in this sector even akin to it. The massive clockwork world and it's plates that made up the inhabitable parts of it were quite the sight to see. However today things are settling down after the multiveral New Year in the city of Kara'A'Din, the ship yards were back in full swing, cargo was being shipped and the people of this city were going about their business as normal for the most part.

Lyria herself was just coming out of the water near the docks after working on something on the under side of a boat, she's currently climbing up a ladder and shaking the water off as she reaches the main level of the doc.

"Well that's about as good as coffee for waking up!"
Alden Alden was once again roaming around, this time he found a rather unusual world!. The docks caught his attention, the short digimon walking around, waving to random people that bother to glance his way (wonder how unusual he might be), and lingering here and there to take glances at any stall or shop!. He eventually ended taking a close look to one of the ships, making sure not to get in the way of the workers.
Lyria Mason There's a few stares at Alden as he's mistaken for a monster, but that thankfully doesn't go too far. For one he's not moving to be hostile, and no native monster would behave like this around so many humes. Also the city has done a lot of multiveral trade so they are a bit more used to outsiders than other parts of this world might be. Lyria is now wringing out her long blraid before looking to head off her work is done and she pauses looking at the strange creature that's checking out the ships.

"Ahoy, there!"
Alden Alden certainly looks harmless enough, a chubby, short lizard thingy wearing a wolfpelt! he doesn't even have weapons on hand!. He smiles to the curious Humes looking his way, and offers a few nods, stubby lizard tail twitching behind him as he checked out Lyria's ship. The greeting easily catches his attention.

The Gabumon looks up, "Oh, hi!" he chirps happily, waving a few times, he almost acts like he never saw a port or a boat before.
Lyria Mason Lyria Mason looks the small bring over for a moment and seemed to judge he wasn't a problem.

"A traveler from another worlkd I take it? You looking for anything in particular, if I might ask?"
Alden Alden seems fairly used to being stared by humans, so he is not trying to rush her, simply standing and looking at her for several moments.

"Nothing in particular, just exploring!, nothing like this in my world, well, my side of my world."
Lyria Mason The Young tattooed woman grins a little bit. She looks Alden over.

"Exploring humm? Well you came to a good world for it, if you can handle a fight. This place is the right sort for it if you can handle your self against the local monster popultions. A large portion of the various plates here are still not fully explored, you know. So I'm Lyria, and you are?"
Alden Alden tilts his head a little bit, "I like to think so!" he says happily, "I am kind of hoping to find a good training place and get stronger." he says. He does not look particularly strong tho, being so small and cute!.

He rumbles softly, and nods, "I'm Alden! nice to meet you Lyria"
Lyria Mason Lyria Mason Says "Come on I'll show you about, I do know there's some laws about ruin hunting here. Mostly skill testing to reduce the chances of losing people to ruins and other dungeons they are not ready to handle yet."

She waves to the captain of the ship she's near calling out.

"Hole's patched up for now, get her back to the company port after your done your run. I'd not push it too hard if I were you."

She turns back to Alden and grins again.

"So your looking to get stronger? What sort of world are you like and I must admit your not lime much I seen before in my travels."
Alden Alden moves closer, listening at the offer and offering a happy grin and a nod. "I figure things like that make sense, I don't want to cause any trouble!." he replies. He watches her send off the captain.

"It's something I'd like, to be stronger." he says, letting out a sigh at the bit about what his world is like, "Well, it is a nice enough place, the digital world, but the last time I saw it there was something rather... bad going on, I'd like to be able to return when I am strong enough, to try to help with those things.". He finally shakes his head, "Anyway, I am a Digimon!, a Gabumon to be precise." he says.
Lyria Mason Lyria Mason says "It does, it prevents people who are illready for certain things, or at least reduced the chance of it happening. As for getting stronger I can understand, wait yout digital? Like as in the cyperspace core?" She takes a long moment to look at Alden trying to size him up even more at this point.

"I heard a bit about Digimon but I not run into one like you before."
Alden Alden nods a few times, tail twitching, "If those ruins are dangerous I can understand." he says. The 'core' bit confuses him for a second, but he understands the word cyberspace enough.

"I am made of data, if that's the question." he explains, smiling and trying to stand tall as he is sized up by the human. "Oh?, seems a lot of people around here heard about digimon."
Lyria Mason Lyria Mason says "They generally have letter ratings S, A, B, C and D. That was from the highest danger rating to the lowst and I get the concept I think. Still it's pretty strange yes, there's been a few who have adventured into the multiverse at large before. There's one he's some sort of biker demon and he's been in this sector for a decade so far as I know."
Alden Alden blinks at the description of that digimon, "I imght have talked to him via comunicator." he says softly, "He sounded rather dangerous." he adds, shuddering softly. "But, anyway!, so there are monsters in this world, and people go around trying to hunt them, and exploring places for treasures and the like?" he begins, "I can see a rank works, to avoid some poor guy ends up entering the wrong place."
