Owner Pose
Guest Psyber     It's the Sunday before an American Holiday, so the lobby of Heaven or Hell itself is pretty slow. The building itself, located in downtown Boston-666, is a tall office building with a prominent logo on it. With how paranormally integrated the city is, someone like Yang might get a few curious looks but not much warning. She might have to ride her bike a bit more carefully, since the streets are slightly icy from winter snowfall.

The half-angel and owner of the building is hanging out in the lobby, feet propped up on the front desk and a small TV up on said desk as he watches a football game. It's a somewhat stark contrast of relaxation to the professional and impeccable air of the lobby itself. But he definitely matches any personnel file or record someone could pull up on Psyber.
Yang Xiao Long     Blonde teenage girl on a motorbike? Check. She's riding within speed limits, and only weaving a little bit through traffic. Bumblebee is a pretty /big/ bike, after all. Not one of those sleek designs like the locals have. She pulls up into a spot outside the office, checks her Scroll to varify she's at the ride place, then dismounts, leaving her helmet on the bike. No apparent lock? No problem, the Bike itself will deter any would-be thief with a nasty little zap, like a taser.

She walks up to the doors, pushing them open, or otherwise entering the lobby. Lilac eyes lay instantly on the reclined half-angel, and she beelines for him. "People say you can do most anything." she begins once in earshot. Leaning onto the desk by her elbows.
Guest Psyber     He looks up, taking his eyes off the television as the blonde girl walks into his lobby. It's a slow and somewhat laid back sort of gesture. With a slight grunt of effort, he sits up a bit more, though says nothing until she makes the approach and talks to him so point of fact.

"Well. I'm a bit of an all-around problem solver, yes. Mostly paranormal investigation and crisis management," He vaguely recognizes the voice, but hasn't talked to Yang much, "How can I help you today?"

His red eyes fall upon her, waiting for the response.
Yang Xiao Long     Yang pulls her Scroll out of her pocket, opens it to its widest aperture, then taps a button to bring up a picture. It's a woman in white and black clothing, with long black hair like the blonde's. Red eyes and a katana, the picture was likely taken just after she'd felled some beast or other. "I'm looking for this woman." she states simple. "I'm wondering if you can help me find her."
Guest Psyber     Psyber hrms and leans in, looking at the picture, "Not bad." He muses before looking over at Yang, "Friend?" He inquires, before reaching towards his desk. He takes out a business card, "Here's my email and cell phone. Gimme her name, last known location, occupation, any relevant information you've got. I can put up a post to my info network and try to see if anyone wants to track the job, besides myself. I have a lot of specialists on call."

He rubs the back of his head, "Since you're a Unionite, they'll cover your bill, so don't worry about money."

He finally extends a hand towards her, "Psyber, by the way, since I don't think we've formally met."
Yang Xiao Long     "Mother." replies the blonde. "Raven Branwen, Planet Remnant, not sure where exactly. Huntress. She disappeared when I was a baby, now I want to know why." Yang takes the card, then shrugs lightly. "I'll forward it in writing to the email as well... it won't be an easy job, I've been looking for the last ten years."

At the mention of not needing to worry about money, she frowns a bit. "I'll work for it myself. I'm a capable fighter, and I know my way around a negotiation or two." not mentioning the /last/ negotiation meant putting a literal squeeze on someone.

The offered hand is taken, and a firm handshake given. "Yang Xiao Long. Huntress in training at Beacon academy."
Guest Psyber     "Mm. I see," Psyber says as he looks at the picture again, "Alright. Raven Branwen from Remnant. Missing over a period of more than ten years," Psyber nods his head some more and narrows his eyes, "Got it. I agree, it's going to be hard with a trail that cold, but we'll see what we can do."

"And if you insist on paying it off, and you're some sort of Hunter in training, I may be able to make you a middle-ground offer," He waves around the building a bit, "Come work for the office part time. A lot of people take odd jobs whenever they want the money, plus you'll get to meet most of the people that are going to help look for your mother."
Yang Xiao Long     Yang takes a quick glance around the lobby. It doesn't take her long before she nods. "Okay, agreed. Bonus on top is I get to see more of the Multiverse, and maybe try out a few more styles of combat... you guys /do/ fight stuff as well, right?" she asks, standing up and crossing her arms under her bust.
Guest Psyber     "Sometimes violence is a part of the job, yeah. We do a lot of field work and investigation, but there's always dangerous things trying to stop that, so another fighter on board isn't a bad idea. Plus it could help you grow out your powers a bit, like you said," He nods, watching her carefully, "That and it's good to develop skills besides fighting, now that you're in the Multiverse. We'll get you set up with group access pretty quick."
Yang Xiao Long     "Sounds good to me!" replies Yang, grinning a bit at the prospect now in front of her. "Tell the truth? Last person I went to for information on my mother... was a total scumbag. I had to beat him, his goons and a couple of his bodyguards up and got nothing out of it, except for a good fight."
