Aren Cordelaine It was a rather long, tiresome day with the fighting of the wraiths and the long track back to the city, but there they were. The Inn By the Sea was a rather lovely little place, built in a way that resembled a capsized ship, with most of the rooms facing the peaceful lake Grandeur and the mountains beyond.

Having rented rooms for Shir and Deelel, and one for himself, hopefully they had a good night's sleep... Well, he guessed Deelel might or might not sleep.

Either way, Aren stood in the common room, pensively sipping some cold ale.
Deelel Deelel is also i hte common room with a cloak on now which helps make her stand out a whole log less. She smiles a bit to Aren and speaks up to the young man.

"So if you have any more questions feel free to ask them I will try to answer them as best I can."
Shir Shir could use a drink herself after all that, she doesn't like to think too much about people having their souls stolen. She makes her way into the common room noticing Aren and Deelel are still up too. "Looks like I wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep.
Aren Cordelaine He gives a bit of a quiet smile to the others. "I don't know.. I mean." He looks towards the two. "You're telling me a lot of strange things. Somehow I don't know if I should believe you, but the things that are happening just don't make sense." He explains. "The portals opening up on their own, the wraiths coming back..."

Green hair being normal somewhere. But he didn't say that. "And during the fight, I noticed, uh.." He turns to Deelel. "You didn't bleed were cut.. I don't know what happened, but that wasn't blood!"
Deelel Deelel Says "I don't quite sleep like either of you would do. AS I mentioned I'm not a creature of flesh and blood like you or Shir are. I'm another form of life entirely that's the best way to put it you don't have from what I can tell anything like what spawned my world and my people in your world."
Aren Cordelaine Aren looks exceedingly confused. "So... There are people who can create worlds in other worlds? That sounds... only the gods can do that .." He complains, and shakes his head. "Uh. So what do you usually do? Like, the Union. When you're not saving me I mean."
Shir "Yeah, there's those can create artifical worlds and people like Deelel here." Shir nods at that. "Usually helping out people on other worlds and fighting the Confederacy."
Aren Cordelaine "Artificial...?" He blinks. "I don't know what you mean by that." He admits with a sigh, then leans his face into his palm, pensively. "It's so crazy... I honestly don't know. It's too crazy to believe, but here you are, you know?"
Deelel Deelel Says "It is crazy I thought much the same of flesh and blood worlds when I first encountered them. There's not even a sun on my world we make our own light to see by. Just about everything does."
Aren Cordelaine Aren tilts his head, as he looks up. "That sounds really confusing to imagine. So the sky is all black all the time?" He asks curiously as he leans a bit forward.
Shir "Sounds kind of oddly familiar for some reason. And kind of depressing. Plus no wind." Shir doesn't really like the idea of that.
Aren Cordelaine Aren lowers his head and nods a little and smiles faintly, thinking hard about this, then he looks between the two.

"I... Ah. I think I'm ready for another adventure!" He sighs. "I don't know how much use I'll be, I'm just an apprentice mage. But I'm sure I can try helping! If Master Finch will let me."
Deelel Deelel says "Yes it is, no stars either, sometimes there is depending on the weather, yes there is weather there oddly enough." She smiles to Aren for a moment as she looks at him.

"MAgic is still pretty alien to me."
Aren Cordelaine "Magic... Oh." He blinks and nods. "I guess that there are worlds without magic entirely then. I mean, only few of us have the gift.." He explains. "It would be like if nobody did... But then we'd be missing out on so much." he wrinkles his brow. "I guess... I never really thought about it too much."
Shir "But wait there's no atomsphere there right, so someone programmed in weather conditions too?" Shir guesses it makes sense but it's still think it's kind of strange. "I don't have magic, I can do stuff with my mind though."
Aren Cordelaine Aren nodded a little. "As I said, this is all alien to me, but then again... A lot of things were when I left my hometown, and they aren't anymore." He rubs the back of his neck. "Do you know, uh... If it would be possible for me to visit? I want to see it for myself." Perhaps a bit of lack of belief still lingers. Or a lot of it.
Deelel Deelel Says "There is air so to speak thoe few visatoprs we have got have not perished os it's fine I think. Hummm anything elswe would you like to ask. If you would I think I can make it happen if you really want to see my home."
Aren Cordelaine Aren nods a little. "But I... don't just mean your world. I mean the Union. I know this is probably asking too much, but I have to repay you for your help." A pause. "Well, to the best of my abilities, I guess. I'm sure I can do something." He adds, sheepishly.
Shir "Well, I'm sure the Union can use your help if you want to join. And I'm bound to need some help sooner or later." Mother Brain's robots haven't let up on her. "For now I'm going to get some sleep." She's ready to the sack for that night now.
Deelel Deelel says "Oh I see, that can also be done as well. If you'd like to see can do that but you do not have to join, so do not feel pressured to do so all right?"
