Lunara It was a fairly quiet day in Ashenvale, with even the orc peon lumberjacks seemingly focused elsewhere. But with the amount of excitement Lunara has recently had off world, she wasn't complaining. For the moment she travels alone, heading toward a small lake that is fairly well secluded by the surrounding forest.

Once there, she checks around to make sure she's alone, before slowly wading into the water of the lake and beginning to bathe herself. She takes it slow, seeming to enjoy the task, and once she's rinsed off her hair and rubbed down her torso, she moves on to her lower half, using a fallen branch still covered in leaves to work at any spots she can't reach with her own hands.
Eclipse      Having filled her belly from a productive hunt back in her own world, Eclipse has now set off on an expedition to another new land. Last time she went through the warp gate, she'd ended up in a rather stifling big city, where she'd ended up introduced to some strange devices like "video cameras" and "radios". This time she hoped to end up somewhere a bit more green- and it looked like she got her wish. She emerges into the forest and takes in the smells, sights, and sounds of a foreign world.
For the most part, things seem pretty similar to what she knows. The wildlife is much like that in her own world... but then, she spots something interesting. The tracks *look* like deer tracks... but from the looks of things their movements are quite different from regular deer. What sort of creature would make tracks like this? She sniffs around for a better idea, before beginning to follow the tracks toward the lake. She moves in a crouch, looking as if she would be springing forward onto all fours if she were to run. She's not planning another hunt... this time, her tracking is entirely out of curiosity about a new land.
Lunara      Lunara doesn't pick up on the quiet approach of the latest visitor to the forest, and instead simply continues scrubbing herself for a few more moments before finally making her way back out of the lake and attempting to squeeze as much of the water from her fur as she can manage. She then moves out into the open and finds a nice sunny spot to rest quietly while she dries off the rest of the way, glancing around every so often and keeping her other senses alert just in case something tries to sneak up on her.
Eclipse      At last, Eclipse arrives in the clearing. Lunara is... certainly not the kind of creature she was expecting. There were centaurs in her world, but purple-skinned deer-centaurs with plant parts were something new. "...Good day," she says finally. "I hope I'm not interrupting anything." Eclipse isn't entirely sure what to expect of the creature- she could be friendly or attack on sight. That was one of the problems with exploring new worlds... she didn't know what the locals would think of her. However, from the looks of things, and the smell of wet fur, the creature had just finished bathing... which might be a good idea for Eclipse herself, now that she thinks of it.
Lunara      Lunara is startled for a moment by the voice, swiftly turning toward Eclipse and seeming to size the woman up. However the greeting seemed friendly and despite her wolfish appearance, she doesn't appear threatened, for she's seen even more wolf-like people in the Worgen of Gilneas. Having calmed down a bit in these brief moments, Lunara nods in response to the woman's greeting. "It has been nice so far, and other than the fact that you surprised me a bit, no, you're not interrupting anything. I just finished bathing. You're not from around here though I'm going to assume?"
Eclipse      Eclipse shakes her head. "No. I've come from another world. Though my people do inhabit a forest much like this one." She approaches the edge of the lake, relieved to have met with a good reaction. "My name is Eclipse, of the Den-of-Oaks clan. And I think I'll bathe here myself. It's been a long journey." She begins to set her things down on the ground. "Your world is quite beautiful," she comments as she does so.
Lunara      Lunara can't help but grin a bit at the name given. "Well it would seem our two names follow a theme, an amusing coincidence. I am Lunara, among the dryads who serve to protect the wilds of Azeroth and keep them beautiful. You are welcome to use the lake for a bath if you wish. Have you just come here to wander or was there a particular reason for your visit?" She asks with a curious tone before pulling out a brush from her small pack and starting to brush her fur.
Eclipse      Eclipse grins back. "That they do, and our roles in life are similar as well. I too work to protect nature, along with the spirits of my world." Leaving her clothes and armor beside her other things, the shifter wades into the lake. "I'm merely exploring," she explains before dunking her head in the water. "I've only just recently found out about this whole 'multiverse', and I've been visiting other worlds to see what they are like."
Lunara "Hmm, well I'm very glad we have crossed paths then. If you like, I can show you around a bit after your bath, and maybe some other time, you can show me to your forest." Lunara comments as she stands and begins brushing down her legs. "We also share being fairly new to the concept of the multiverse. I have visited a few places so far, and even offered help to others, though I'll not soon forget the first place I ended up. A small park in the middle of a massive city. I think they called it New York."
