Xiao Li Yu Several weeks have passed since that attack on the hotel by our mysterious winged attacker. The Judges of Ramuh have kept up a vigilant search all this time, with warnings to the public to inform the authorities if she is spotted, as well as not staying out as late, when possible.

And yet, despite that vigilant search, the culprit is not found. No trace of magic, no sightings after her escape, she was just gone. And it drove the authorities up the wall. Most, except for the vigilant few, thought to let their guard down and file the case away for now...

     They would be wrong.

This evening, at a popular mall, and on the second level, moviegoers are arriving in droves to see the premiere of Moogletopia. A rousing tale of self worth, discovery, friendship, and- ...nevermind. In any case, there are people everywhere, milling about the theater lobby to buy tickets and concessions, as well as make their way towards their assigned screening rooms. A typically busy evening on a weekend.

There are only two odd sights here. A. Judges standing guard at the walls at various points, spread out and overlooking the proceedings through their helmets. And B. among all of these people, a figure in a long, ragged cloak stands, hood drawn up with only a lock of blonde hair barely peeking out. People navigate around the still figure without much thought and perhaps a weird look or two... She flexes a claw at her side, and a subtle flow of energy began to pick up.

No one seems to notice just yet.
Sanary Rondel Sanary's among the many moviegoers, not because she's interested in the movie, but because she's actually on duty duty! On duty for what? It's not clear, but she certainly doesn't look like she's there just to watch a movie. Although the cleric doesn't have any of her bulky shields on her, she does have her trademark gunaxe with her, and she's dressed in an all-black coat and pants ensemble that would look almost imposing if she wasn't so short and didn't have that little bird ornament in her hair.

Whatever the reasons are for her being there, however, she's doing her best to blend in with the crowd: Buying tickets, overpriced concessions, and even testing one of the claw grabber machines despite her lack of depth perception. She wouldn't look too out of place, but...

Sanary's also been at the machine for over an hour now. She has yet to win a single thing. Maybe this next one...!
Kay     Kay has been looking for the culprit for a long time, and has been roaming around Ramuh a lot in doing so. She's kind of in disguise as well, with her hair dyed and bound in a tight braid, choosing a bright blue color of whatever shade is relatively close to something that actually exists here. Shedoesn't try to blend in fully, just tries to not look like who she is. She also has a wide-brimmed hat on, so obviously isn't going into the movie yet. Maybe it's because she's short on cash again.

Her senses aren't... sharp enough to pick up a flow of energy like that, not normally. Yet every now and then her native HALO buried deep inside her genetics flickers on without her say so, giving a glimpse or flutter. It's enough that she feels wary, not consciously aware of what she picked up, just... getting in a bad mood and suddenly more alert. Given that there are other Elite's present, though, she's keeping her head down.
Alden Alden was trying hard to blend in but well... hard to blend in when you are a short lizard creature wearing a wolf pelt on your back!. Still, he tried!, he was enjoying some concession stuff and admiring the coming attraction posters, lizard tail twitching as he casually focused on the next animated hit.

He does spot Sanary, and was glad to see a familiar face in the area, but tried to be a bit discrete. He does try his luck at the claw machine and gets a cat shaped plush, shame he lacks a bag to store it!, so he ends up just... holding it under one arm. As for magic? he is not particularly sensitive to that, so he can't really pick up anything.
Xiao Li Yu The figure clenches a claw into a fist, and then she raises her head. "....." Finally, she takes one step forward. And then another, and another. And her arm is raised. Power surges as she opens her hand, palm outward. People stop and look at the cloaked figure in confusion, and then the Judges quickly notice the oddity.

     But they're too late.

Suddenly there is a blinding flash of white, and an explosion follows, as well a myriad screams of surprise and shock. Once the smoke clears, people will see that the ticket counter was now nothing but shambles. What befell the people manning those stations probably didn't need to be said. The figure's cloak is violently ruffled by the resulting shockwave, knocking off her hood to reveal the same girl that was in the news reports.

...There is a single moment as everyone in the vicinity stops, and realizes that this isn't some kind of prank.

And then panic sets in. People scream and run away towards the entrances of the theater in a mass of confusion and chaos. "......" The girl does not react to any of this. She simply turns around and raises her arm again. And in the process, as magic power surges up again, a pair of mismatched wings burst out from her back, tearing the cloak off and revealing the same bodysuit she was wearing in the previous attack.

She's going to blow all of those panicking people away. Without a hint of hesitation.

The Judges launch into action, some trying to coordinate the evacuation while others charge at the girl with weapons to bear. She raised her other arm, palm pointed at the charging authorities.

This is quickly becoming a mess. What now?
Kay     Oh boy explosions! That's... not good at all. Time to get involved! Especially given the sight of what is revealed! The mismatched wings make Kay flinch, fully aware of why they are there, but somehow not a surprise at all. The deformed version of her is definitely not something she's looking forward to dealing with. But she can't confront directly! Instead her mask goes on, a simple eyemask wrapping around her head. Meanwhile...

"Berserker," she whispers. "See what you can do about protecting those people. I'll... try to do something to stop her." Exactly /what/ is going to be a trick, but Kay does have some tricks up her sleeve aside from summoning demons. Namely, a sleek and modified large-caliber pistol, which she draws and tries to pull a bead on the copy. She's not sure if she should try to kill or not yet, so she's going to try for a disabling shot to the pelvis first.
Sanary Rondel "Come on... Come ooooon...!" Sanary watches with bated breath as her claw finally snags one of the Bomb plushes, the little red mass of fabric moving ever slow slowly upwards, then sideways. It's just as that claw is about to reach the hole in the machine and drop the cleric's hard-sought prize for her that she starts the suddenf lash of white, then gets knocked right off her feet by the explosion.

By the time the dust clears and she regains her bearings, the Bomb plush is still inside the machine, and the claw's been reset to its original position. "... Son of a bitch." Sounding somewhat dejected, she turns her attention to the woman at the entrance, taking note of the distinctly exploded area by the entrance, and the rush of panicked would-be moviegoers in their haste to escape.

"The hell is this...? Hey! You. What's your business here?" Drawing magical energy in front of her, a gray wall of brick-shaped objects starts to form in front of Sanary, the healer grabbing one before more start to build up in front of her. She watches that previously cloaked figure cautiously as her magic works its... Magic, building a small steel-brick wall in front of her. She's not making any move towards the figure just yet with the Judges moving in to handle her first, but she does look ready to start flinging bricks if need be.
Berserker Hovering about Kay's figure, cloaked in the whole 'immaterial' thing, is the Servant known as Berserker. She could have just used her shapeshifting to look like someone else, but for now she is trying to be sneaky. She is, oddly, really good at this. She too senses something, a tiny buildup and flicker at the edges of her senses.

It's too bad that Berserker is essentially a chaos-loving sadist in many ways, or she might be more involved in matters.

Fortunately for the people who are about to be attacked, Berserker is ordered to protect them! She is also actually pretty fast, one of the few things she is good at as a Servant in physical abilities. As the copy of Kay prepares to blast, she materializes in her Ground Zero disguise, an eruption of earthen spikes tearing up from the ground to form a haphazard wall in front of herself and the people. "As you wish," she says to Kay. Then, louder. "Your countenance offends me, monster."

She REALLY hopes this thing doesn't have Kay's magical power to hurl around.
Alden Alden is attentive enough to see the misterious figure, but he certainly did not expect to see the energy blast!. The explosion makes him drop the stuffed animal he just won, snarling loudly and rushing forward, hands frantically searching for a card. Strangely, rather than try to subdue the attacker, he moves to stand in front, between what he hopes is the path of the following attack.

As he moves spots someone else moving to block the attack and using some earth related power?... He does not bother gawking, and simply assumes that person has the same goal, so he moves to stand in front of her tries something, silently praying that his following card will work. "Digi Modify, Gallantmon, Aegis!". He says as he slashes a card along the reader of his device.

A large (rather large) circular shield materializes!. It is mostly silver, with a golden border, foreign symbols running around the edges, and a sun built of triangles as the mark in the center. The shield seems very large, and heavy!, The digimon doing a very big effort to even hold the large, shining shield up. "Help me hold this." he mumbles softly, trying to add another layer of defense between the mistery attacker, and the innocent people running away, or at least protect himself and this misterious person.
Xiao Li Yu Berserker would be sorely disappointed to know that yes, this thing /does/ have Kay's magical power to hurl around.

The girl blankly watched as multiple people do not, in fact, run away, and instead move to defend and hold the position. She offers no reaction, and instead, she unleashed two massive blasts of pure magic power, tearing through the air and searing through the armor of the charging Judges. They are swept aside and immediately put down.

The second blast ripped through the space of the theater lobby, barreling for the fleeing civilians rapidly, until it crashes into a large, circular shield, as well as the earthen spikes brought up by Berserker. The oncoming force, and the bastion of defense set up by the digimon and servant struggle for dominance as the clone continued to channel more and more power into the blast without any sign of exhausting herself at all...

...Then there is a gunshot, and the figure stumbled. "......!" She has no words to say, but her expression widened a bit into one of pain. At that point, he wings unfurled. One angelic, and one demonic, and then she took flight upwards, going airborne.

They might be able to notice that the blonde attacker was wearing an earpiece. And after a moment of consideration, she nodded silently to herself at some unheard command, and launched another attack. Flexing both of her claws, the girl lashed out with a furious flurry of swings, causing several razor sharp waves of wind to descend down upon the defenders in a wide area. Even Sanary, who hadn't done anything to invite attention to herself, would be caught in the radius of the attack.

And of course, the premises was becoming more and more destroyed with each action taken. The floor had become a mess, people were spilling out of the theater doors in a panic, and the rest of the mall was well aware of what was happening.

Soon enough, the building alarm went off with a shrill, periodic blare. Surely the authorities would be here in force soon enough.
Sanary Rondel Sanary lets out a low grunt as she spots a few familiar and unfamiliar faces, paying particular attention to Berserker. Although she doesn't appear to be with the attacker, the cleric still can't help but keep an/her only eye on the Servant for a little while. She's still irritated about the last time they met! Alas, she'll just have to suck it up for now as the more immediate threat sprouts wings and takes to the air, firing and lashing out at those present.

"Not a talkative one, are ya...? Fine, then!" The cleric hunkers down behind her heavy, if somewhat shoddy wall, grimacing as the winds break through and around her defenses to draw blood from her. Undeterred, she stands back up before starting to hurl those bricks at the winged figure, launching several at a time despite not having enough hands nor moving fast enough to throw them as rapidly as they're flying at her.

That's because they're not all being thrown behind. Instead, some of the bricks are just raising from the top and hurtling right at that figure. It's quantity over quality as Sanary tries to mitigate her inaccuracy with sheer volume! Although...

"Watch your head, Alden!" She does care a little about collateral damage, at least. Plus, she's not resorting to her more explosive ordinance... Yet.
Kay     Well at least it hurt the thing. And if it has her magic, it has... regeneration. At least, that's what Kay thinks... she can't know that the power that gives her that incredible regeneration isn't one that can be cloned. Small favors, but this one she doesn't know about.

"Great. A flyer," she grunts, watching the blast and frowning. She might have to do some summoning. But not yet! Glancing around, Kay looks for a higher spot... then leaps up, launching herself atop the nearest obstacle to clear the crowd, then firing several more shots. As of yet her shots are fairly weak.

Sanary is noticed, of course. "HEY! Keep them pinned while the others help the bystanders, right?"

Kay already has an idea, but she's going to need to get close.
Alden The digimon drops the shield as soon as the attack fades, shaking his arms, about to drop the shield when he receives theburst of energy from the mistery person he was helping, "No problem, thanks for the help." he says. He decides to risk dropping the shield while the attacker was distracted, sliding a second card. "Digi modify: Matrix digivolve." he says softly.

He takes a step forward, before his form glows brightly nad bursts into voxels. Once the glow fades, the small non human is replaced by a tall (about 8 foot tall), bypedal wolf of sorts, who is apparently wearing jeans, and wields golden knuckles. He reaches down for the shield, just in time to see it dissipate, but at least his new form is very, very resistant to cutting attacks, (the garurumon pelt is said to be as strong as mithrill... then again, one has to wonder how strong mithrill IS in the digital world.).

He lets out a series of yelps as the air blades hit him, raising his arms to block them from hitting his face, standing his ground as they chip against him, cutting his fur short, and leaving marks on the leather shoulder pad and pants, but no real injuries. "Get away people!" he roars, following Berzeker's idea, even as he stands in front of her, acting as a shield.
Berserker Help comes from an unexpected corner! Berserker mns, "Thank you." She IS polite, even to the obviously nonhuman aid she's getting. It saves her from being overwhelmed, her earthen spires splintering and crumbling under the assault. "Hmn..." She staggers back herself, then shakes her head, trying to clear it from the sudden massive mana drain that her spell took.

Berserker's fingers itch to flick out her fan, but instead she'll just have to toss a thundering 'BOOM' up into the air. "MOVE, PEOPLE!" Okay, she's going to try to encourage them to get out.

Glancing at the copy of her beloved Master, Berserker scowls. At least she hasn't lost her temper yet. To Alden, "It may be better if I just reinforce your own power." Which she does, offering a tap and a sudden burst of energy.

Sadly, this is... coming about the same time as the air blades. They slice through her clothing, opening up bloody gashes that splatter on the ground and cuase a small shriek to let out from the slender girl. The blood will start to fade soon, but for now she's sent back with a stagger again, clutching her side. "Master..."
Xiao Li Yu The girl glanced aside at Sanary, veering backwards almost lazily as several of those odd bricks come flying at her. Several more were batted aside with a wing. What were those supposed to do? She wasn't going to bother actually getting hit to find out. And then comes Kay, hopping atop a still upright vending machine or some such, as she opened fire again.

Kay's clone is more prepared this time, and she shielded herself with a wing, allowing the bullets to strike it. Of course, this has the side effect of grounding the winged girl, but on the flipside, the shot she'd taken in her hip seemed to have healed away mostly by now.

     "......"

She doesn't actually seem to be very proactive actually. With all of these people trying to stop her, she doesn't actually try terribly hard to destroy the fleeing civilians. And in due time, most, if not all of them evacuate the immediate area. And with the alarm blaring, the rest of the mall was likely being evacuated as well.

The blonde girl canted her head aside slightly, something beind spoken into her earpiece. And then she nodded slowly. And then she stepped forward, an aura of yellow surrounding her. One more look around at all present, account for their positions. Sanary was shielding herself off to the side and throwing...bricks. Alden had changed form and was shielding the Servant...

     ...And then there was Kay.

She couldn't see the face of the one firing the gun, but her gaze lingered just a second longer.

And then she raised her foot, stomping down into the ground. Waves of earth magic washed over the floor before suddenly, the floor began to break apart, shattering into spiked pillars, exploding upwards under everyone's feet while also unfortunately causing that very same floor to collapse after.

They were on the second floor, and the first floor was below them, which just so happened to be a huge clothing store. Mind the airtime and debris now.
Sanary Rondel Hearing someone calling out to her, Sanary diverts her gaze briefly towards Kay. "Eh? Uh... Sure!" It's not like doing that necessarily means doing anything different, at least. Luckily, the healer doesn't even seem to notice that the hair-dyed girl is the same person as the one causing all this chaos to begin with! Brick after brick after brick goes flying at the flying woman, although it doesn't take that long for her to run out of bricks to throw. Between getting sliced apart by razor winds or just battered aside entirely, Sanary's bricks aren't really doing as much damage as she'd like.

Then again, Kay /did/ only ask her to keep the woman busy, and that's what she intends to do! She does divert some energy to send towards Berserker and Alden, however, trying to give them a little boost in their natural regeneration and energy reserves, but she can't focus on it for long before she feels the ground shifting beneath her. The healer yelps in pain as the spiked pillars cut across her legs and leave sizable dents in the anklets semi-hidden underneath, and she takes a rather painful tumble once the floor collapses!

At least she didn't land in a pile of underwear. No, just sideways on a counter. Great. It takes a good minute for the healer to let her healing magic mend the painful bruises and what she can only assume is internal bleeding by tasting it. Once she's up, however, she's gets right back to what she was doing before...

Keeping the woman busy. "Geh... Hey, you! That's all you got, you ass... Ass?!" Not the wittiest insult, but Sanary doesn't need wit when she has laser beam eyes! Also, she shoots a heat laser at the clone, detonating either on impact or when it's merely close enough even if it misses.
Kay     Collapsing the floor was a thing. Kay lands in a heap, crashing down with a loud yelp of pain and a snapping of several fingers. They'll heal very quickly, but it shows how hard she hit, wincing as she struggles to sit upright. "Yeah, thanks. Appreciate it. Just... need a bit of time."

Berserker is actually helping! That's good. "Keep it up," she orders the Servant. "And be ready for some supporting fire." She makes a note to look up who the strange digimon is, in her head, but right now she's in too much pain to focus on Alden or why he's helping. Probably just a heroic sort or something.

Which is fine with her! That gives her some time to tuck her pistol away and place her good hand on the rubble-strewn ground. Blood is already dripping on it from her injuries, heavy panting turning to a murmured incantation and a flare of power for a summoning. If she has a chance to do it.
Berserker Regen! Hooray! Berserker gets a boost that helps seal the wounds, but the blast of power that shatters the floor hurls her back. She can't really save all the civilians this way, but she'll quickly look for any that are falling dangerously and dart forward, trying to catch and divert their fall.

"This really isn't my specialty, you know!" She calls out loudly. "Can't you put her somewhere that I can just set her on fire? I'm good at that!"
Alden The digimon is barefoot, so he ends up getting rather close to have his poor paws pierced, trying to sidestep the growing spikes, and even then he gets them hitting across the sides of his legs. Even with his skin and fur being so 'tough' it still hurts when something sharp and hard drags against his legs. He really, really hopes the civilians managed to get out of the way by now, since there is not much he can do mid air!.

He lands... not particularly well, but gets up soon enough, snarling and trying to find out where the winged person was, pushing debris out of the way, and snarling. One might wonder why risk catching the enemy's attention, but better him than more civilians.
Xiao Li Yu The floor collapsed and everyone fell right onto the first floor. Berserker managed to catch a few stragglers, keeping them from falling likely to their deaths. The rest made it out safely, thankfully enough.

The winged girl lands cleanly onto a clothing rack, as if she weighed nothing at all. The wounds in her wings healed by this point, and she overlooked what she could see of the store floor. Rubble and debris everywhere, but all of the hostiles were accounted for. ...Outside the store, the sound of people evacuating could be heard over the blaring of the alarm. And finally, she turned her gaze over to Sanary.

A laser. How novel. Considering the speed and swiftness of the blast, she didn't try to dodge this time, instead, she raised an arm, opem palm eating the blast directly and causing it to break and spurt blood in an unsightly manner.

That arm was now useless for a little bit. But she still had one good arm left. Flexing the claws on that arm, she stopped just short of going after Sanary. ...She could sense something. ....Ah, that one with the mask. She was building up magic for something.

She wasn't going to allow that.

Seemingly ignoring Sanary, despite her assault, Kay's clone burst through the air, claw reared back to try and cleave into the one channeling energy for the summoning.

Surely the other three wouldn't allow that.
Sanary Rondel The good: Sanary's done some damage! The bad: The winged clone's still not focusing on her, and she's still going after Kay. Well... Crap. To make matters worse, it looks like Kay and Alden aren't doing so well between the fight above-ground and that landing, and there's not enough distance between that mysterious figure and Kay to try using another heat laser.

Might as well try to get up close and personal, then. Launching herself over and through clothing racks, Sanary whips her gunaxe off her belt while sending green clouds of healing light towards Kay and Alden before trying to intercept the clone entirely. She imbues her weapon with enough magical energy to add a freezing effect to the blade, taking a big jumping slash at the figure! As strong as Sanary is, however, she's not all that fast (especially with the leg injuries), so who knows if she's actually fast enough to get there in time?
Alden Alden is surprised to see how... casual the girl was about any wounds on her form, but realizes that there must be regeneration involved!. He sees the winged humanoid look around, and prepare to charge at someone!. He does not have enough time to thank for the healing, (but he will later!). Instead, he decides to charge ahead, jumping swiftly towards the mistery attacker, trying to intercept her, apparently having the same idea as Sanary!.

The digimon decides against flashier attacks, affraid to hit Sanari, instead deciding to use those lovely brass knuckles of his, attempting to punch the humanoid as hard as he can!. He tries to time the attack to avoid getting in the way of Sanary's, but... accidents can happen.
Berserker Getting help from Sanary is not expected, but appreciated. She'd thought she was on bad terms with the healer! Oh well. "Appreciated," Berserker calls out to the healer, snapping her hand up to point toward the clone now. She can do things like burn, and attakcing Kay is... um.

A bad idea.

Sudden blasts of flame shear out, billowing toward the winged monstrosity that bears her Master's face. Berserker draws from the second, even larger wellspring of mana within Kay's body. There's plenty for her to draw from and just rain down blasts of flame to try to slow or stop the creature.
Kay     Everyone tries to save Kay! And that's good, because it means the summoner gets her ritual off! The delay is just enough for the tear in the fabric of reality to open up, and the large, cloven-hoofed demonic being to charge out toward the clone!

Sadly, the claw shears right down and tears through the front of Kay's shirt with ease, opening her from stem to stern in a deep slash and a spray of arterial blood. She falls back, sliding away with a choked scream... and never finishes the BINDING portion of her summoning.

Demons are usually friendly toward humans, in her world, for a certain definition of friendly. But they're still demons, and though the massive, charging, horned beast bellows loudly as it bears down on the clone as ordered, it... doesn't stop, and will start plowing through the wall and into the rest of the mall unless stopped.
Xiao Li Yu And then a whole load of things happen at once. With Kay's clone bearing down on her, the summoning ritual continuing, and everyone else converging on the two to come to Kay's defense, the results...

Well, first come Alden and his fists. She raised her already wounded, but healing, arm, and let the punch impact against it completely. There's a horrible snap at that arm shatters yet again. Made useless once more. And then comes Sanary. The girl decided to perform evasive manuevers, veering left, and then hopping right at the blade cleaves just barely past her cheek, frost spreading across her face.

     Wow this was irritating.

Berserker's flames follow, and she's forced to actually put magic power into defense. Landing some ways away, the clone erected a barrier of magic, the blasts of fire washing over it and impacting again and again and again, powered by kay's considerable magic energy. The last blast shatters the barrier, and then.... The ritual is complete.

And that demon comes charging out of the portal and right towards the girl. For once, she didn't try to take the attack or just slip by it. Her wings flapped and she took right into the air, jumping straight over the beast as he charged under her. ...And kept going. Well, that was a different kind of problem.

     ELSEWHERE

Xiao Li Yu, seated on the edge of a rooftop with a laptop, watching the proceedings through a live video that seemed to be in the clone's perspective, sighed. "Aiyaaaaaaa.... That one did something unnecessay." A shake of the head followed and she began to type. "Changing priorities. Go after that demon. Ignore the others."

     BACK AT GROUND ZERO

The girl nodded at the voice in her earpiece, and the turned on the demon charging towards the store doors, and raised her good hand, electricity crackling around her as a massive amount of magic power built up. Particles of light began to float around her, swirling together and then forming into a singular beam of light that rocketed forward, towards the demon.

At the same time, the Judges finally arrived on scene, just in time to see a CHARGING HORNED FIEND coming RIGHT FOR THEM.

     What great luck.
Sanary Rondel Sanary's still staring at the flying girl even as she backs away, although she raises an eyebrow a moment later before turning to Kay and the newly-summoned demon. "Gotcha." She mutters to nobody in particular, muttering a few other things to herself under her breath.

At that point, the winged one goes completely ignored as she holds her hand out to Kay and sends an even larger healing light cloud at her to envelope her and those wounds. It's probably not going to fix all of her wounds, but it should at least augment her natural healing enough to keep her stabilized enough-ish!

And the it's time to take care of the demon itself. Glancing at Berserker and Alden, the healer opts for a different approach (again). Instead of charging in with her axe, she focuses entirely on channeling her energy towards the two, 'linking' herself to them and providing them access to her own energy reserves. "Alright... Go nuts! Focus on the demon!"
Kay     Go crazy? Uh oh. Kay is... actually still alive! She coughs, sitting up with blood pouring out of her mouth and her heart visibly beating. Tugging her chest back together, the flesh is starting to knit together visibly, the regeneration in even faster overdrive than the last time she was hit hard. No wonder she isn't one-armed here. She tries to shake her head at Sanary but uh...

She's kind of down for the count for another few minutes while her lungs regenerate enough for her to breathe.
Berserker Ah, go crazy! Sanary isn't really her Master or anything, but... well, she'd love to make her Master proud. Oddly, she doesn't seem worried about Kay's safety at all, possibly because she knows that Kay's survived MUCH worse than that. Now she just has to stop the demon... and maybe get the winged one as well. "Ah, it looks like we shall become protectors of the people!" For some reason, that seems to amuse the girl.

Sanary's energy contribution makes Berserker glow a little bit, but the creature of Mana is always hungry for more. Kay is fortunate in having that second, nigh-limitless source of power to fuel her, because all Berserkers are high on energy costs... including this one.

The girl's eyes flash, and Berserker vanishes in a crackling blast of lightning that spews flames and heat all across the shattered store. Careless of the collateral damage, where the strange young woman was before, a coiling serpentlike beast is there now. It's also massive, and made of lightning, blasting through the walls after the demon at high speed... and trying to swat the clone as well.

The transformation only lasts an instant. Long enough to get a vicious bite in, really, and to land her across the mall when Berserker shifts back... and goes immaterial.
Alden Ok, three points. A) Big, horned creature with cloven hoofs charging to the mall, placing innocents in grave danger, and the big guy looks tough!. B) Their enemy seems to forget about them, and just go to try to stop... the demon?. C) Sanary actually asks him to go after the demon, and offers extra energy!. He decides that yes, the demon is priority, and he is blissfully unaware of Berzerker's nature, so he has no reason to be worried about it!.

He decides to go all out, and hope to stop the thing, without either of them destroying the mall!... A new card is picked up, looking rather small in his claws, and he clumsily slides it through the D-Arc!. The same glow from before engulfs his frame, followed by an explosion of voxels!. What is left there is a tall (about chest level for taller humans), armored quadruped wolf! (or is it a robot wolf? hard to tell right now), metal covering almost every inch of his form, even his tail is replaced by a blade.

He stares at the dragon... he did not know humans would do that... Still, he decides to go all out and not waste his chance, spreading his legs for balance, then... several 'click' noises come from the robot wolf, the armor opening in many, many places, exposing several hidden missiles. Even the wolf's chest opens, exposing a large, blue tipped missile with an angry face (picture a bullet bill from super mario bros). "Giga Cross Freezer!" A small group of missiles emerges from the Metalgarurumon, apparently homing!. Most of them aim for the demon, or the area around it, but some of them aim for the flying mystery attacker.

The projectiles are not normal explosives... instead of fire, they produce ice!, each impact causing ice to form, and well, freezing anything caught in their blast.
Xiao Li Yu With Sanary pumping magic into Berserker, along with Kay's own reserves, the Servant does exactly as requested; she goes /Wild/. Turning into a dragon that surges through the area, spewing lightning and energy, it crashes straight into the summoned demon, as well as swatting aside Kay's mysterious clone. The girl sailed through a wall, crashing through glass and then skidding across the mall floor, blood streaming out of her wounds. "......." She looked up, where the Judges were forming up, where Berserker had laid into the demon, and where Alden had let loose a huge...what was that? A missile?

Self preservation insticts set in, and she spoke, her voice familiar. "Permission...to retreat?"

<Permission granted. Get out of there~ They're take care of the rest now. Follow the usual procedure.>

She nodded, and then launched off of the floor before the Judges could get their hands on her, bursting through another window and flying straight up into the air.

Now, all that was left was the horned fiend, but given Berserker and Alden's barrage, along with the Judges on guard, there was little doubt they couldn't handle the aftermath.

     ...And yet, one question remained.

     Who was that?
Kay     The demon that Kay summoned was mostly just unguided, and roars in freakish pain as the dragon crackles past it, tearing off and cauterizing an arm. It's pretty icky. It also injures it enough that there's no way it can face down Alden's barrage and remain in fighting trim. The bestial being drops to his knees, bellowing.

The Judges can handle it from there.

Kay is... actually back on her feet! There's no way she's going to try flying after the clone in that condition though. She is still holding her organs in! With a small cough, the disguised 'terrorist' glances back, then curses softly at Berserker's eagerness. "Shit." Oh well. Sanary gets a nod though, and a grudging mutter, "That was a mess... but thanks for the help."

She's going to get out of dodge now, probably by just leaping into the storm, but will stick around for any last words.
Sanary Rondel Despite only linking her reserves to Berserker and Alden for that brief moment, Sanary's already feeling rather drained by the time she cuts the flow of energy. She lets out a loud sigh as she drops on her ass unceremoniously, looking at that hole the mystery woman went through. She's not too worried about the demon, between the Judges being on the case and the... Dragon.

That lady turned into a freaking dragon. That lady she had fought on that roof the other time. And... Disappeared? Yep, she disappeared. This is just raising more questions than it answers, but the cleric is a little too exhausted to think about it now.

No, right now, she's content to just lay back. Hearing Kay speak, she raises an eyebrow before waving dismissively. Sanary doesn't recognize her at all, does she? "Not a problem. Just doing my job...." Sort of. Come to think of it, what /was/ her job here, anyway?
