Yari Takane Where better to get in contact with a pro-non-human rights terrorist group than in the heart of a town where Schnee Dust Company owns a pier? Thankfully Yari Takane is smart enough to find a convenient dive bar at off hours where the staff are easily bribed to not listen in. It's taken the ninja quite some work to actually get the contact with the White Fangs: attending rallies, making a point of being seen saving a few Faun under attack by humans, and using quite a few valuable contacts.

She's made quite the nuisance of herself, in short. Thus it is that Yari has found a back seat in the bar, sipping on awful beer, wearing a ratty hoodie, jeans, and a little frownie-face pin on her chest. She's mostly covered up otherwise. The pin's the important part, but up close it's easy to spy the horns beneath the hoodie, and the scales peeking out from her neck. Nothing to do but wait, and glare at anyone who looks too curious.
Yang Xiao Long     Fortunately, Yari doesn't have to wait long. She'd likely spot her contact before they spot her, the White Fang have their claws, both literal and proverbial, all over this particular area, even with the Schnee company so close, but even still, they keep it close. An identical 'frownie face' button is visible on the lapel of the new arrival's jacket, rabbit-like ears twitching this way and that, before they zero in on their mark.

Approaching, it's clear this is a woman, and she's obviously Faunus from the ears. She speaks quietly. "The weather is fine today, isn't it?" the code phrase for identification. She doesn't sit just yet, looking a little nervous.
Yari Takane The lizard spies the pin, and associated bunny lady. Notes the nervousness, and offers an easy smile far removed from the scowl she'd been giving others.

"Dunno. It looks like a storm is brewing. Sit down, avoid the rain."

Her tail kicks out a chair for her, a snap of her fingers, and there's a second mug of beer waiting. It is, in fact, still awful.

Yari finally just nods. "I was wondering if you'd come. Glad you could make it, Miss. What should I call you?" Her code name for today is 'Ashley'.
Yang Xiao Long     The nervousness melts away rapidly once the codephrase comes out. She sits, but doesn't touch the drink. "Paisley." she replies. "If I'm honest, there wasn't a way I /couldn't/ come, not after you rescued Tartan and Poppy from those... humans." she practically chokes on the word. "We need more people like you, willing and /able/ to take the fight back to them."
Yari Takane Sippp. Yari listens quietly as the poor woman seems next to crying. Under the table, she'll suddenly find a clean handkerchief in her pocket. It takes a few breaths for Yari to push down the urge to hug the poor thing. She's felt the touch of a human's discriminaton before.

Her smile is utterly genuine. "It was complete accident. Recovering, both of them, I hope? Tell Tartan to wait a year or two. I appreciate his bravery and devotion to a good cause, but being beaten to death in an alleyway isn't how you make a difference." A bit stern here.

Ahem. "And I'm willing to do just that, no matter what the outcome of this meeting is. I'm going to be completely honest with you, Miss Paisley, I am not here today entirely on my own behalf."

Best to be straightforward from the start. "I'm representing a group known as the 'Red Union.' We are not from this world, ma'am, and our goal is to help those ground underneath the heel of oppression through ignorant masses such as the humans of this world. Our leader wishes to join forces and...correct the horrors being inflicted upon you and your people within the White Fangs, and Faunus of all kinds."

A small sigh. "However, they are humans primarily, and as such you and yours will not trust them. As you shouldn't. That's why I'm here. The Red Union's power could help you all topple the human supremacy of this land. What will it take for the White Fangs to trust us? Ask anything, and so it shall be done."
Yang Xiao Long     Paisley nods a little. "He is being taken care of. His vigour will serve him well, but we're making sure he keeps out of trouble until he's older." she replies in regard to Tartan. "Poppy was mostly unhurt thanks to him, and you of course."

She takes a breath, then frowns a little bit as the mention of a human group is brought up. "We've heard about them. What makes them any different to the other groups of humans that are trying to 'help' the Faunus? We could just be trading one set of tyrants for another." The venom is truly real in her voice, her expressive ears pinning back against her head now. "But... I've been told to hear you out, so." she reaches into her pocket, pulling a piece of paper out before sliding it across the table. "This is a list of Schnee shipments, timetable and guard patterns at the pier. If this 'Red Union' wants to start earning our trust. They need to hit three of these shipments." The Faunus then stands, and turns to leave. "I should get home before it rains." she says in normal speaking voice, before leaning in again, "We will be watching... and we will contact you."
Yari Takane A bit of relief. "Good. Good." She says simply enough.

Her eyes close, she feels that hatred, and slowly nods. She doesn't reject it: Paisley has valid points. Yari could easily see herself in the bunny-woman's position.

"The White Fangs are cautious. Secure in your hatred, and purpose. No words I could give you will convince you of the Red Union's sincerity. Action, as it should be." That paper is read, and slipped into a sleeve.

"Three shipments, understood. Thank you for your time, Miss Paisley, you will not regret this, on my honor and life. Stand back and enjoy the fireworks."

She, too, stands, and offers a low bow.

"Don't forget an umbrella."

With a wave, she waits until Paisley's gone. Twenty minutes later, she's out the door into the pouring rain.
