Scene #4342: Not You Again!!

Princess Luna	Another beautiful night in Equestria. Canterlot is quiet, the castle is only dimly lit for the night guard, and Luna is...not home? The night princess is still on her nightly patrol, currently flying over a large plain just south of Canterlot, her sharp eyes open for any signs of trouble and her magic sensing for any nightmares that might be happening. Her ears perk as she hears a foal crying out in her sleep, and she spirals her way down toward a small town. She lands on the roof of a house, then closes her eyes and her horn glows as she joins that poor child's dream. A few moments later, she smiles softly and the cries of the foal die down. "Another nightmare vanquished." Luna says to herself before she spreads her wings and takes off over the plains again.
Mitsu Mirage	A nightmare may have been vanquished but one just keeps on coming... this time for a second visit. The Mage's already transformed into her Barrier Jacket and Gauntlets and is skulking about the night. She may give off an obvious magic signature, more so that she's been there once before, but hey, she was going to leave with that weapon if it meant destroying this beautiful castle to get to it. <I am not picking up any magical signatures from the castle at this moment, Master.> comes Kratzenfaust's voice, quietly. The two were hiding up in a tree near the castle, but there's a ping from Kratzenfaust... <I found a weak magic signature. It's the same woman we fought before. She's in the town.> Mitsu nods slightly and bounds out the tree and starts running across the field... "She's going to give that thing up if it's the last thing I do in this wretched pastel place!"
Princess Luna	Princess Luna continues on her patrol, then frowns lightly as she spots something. She starts down again and lands in the field near a vast forest. There is a roar like that of a lion's, and a flash of blue-white as Luna summons the very object of Mitsu's quest. The Nightsong. "Now, manticore. Thou knowest quite well that thou art not allowed in this area. The forest is thy home, for the ponyfolk art too scared of thee. For thy own protection and theirs, return to thy forest home." The manticore sighs heavily, despite being a huge beast as tall as Luna and twice her bulk. He doesn't speak, just rumbles unhappily and starts back toward the forest. Luna nods lightly at his complaint. "I know. I know all too well. But, it is for thy own safety." Princess Luna walks the manticore back to the edge of the forest, then waves goodbye. The creature disappears slowly into the forest, and Luna stays there to ensure he doesn't double back and try to evade her. With her back to the field, it would be a perfect time to strike...
Mitsu Mirage	The roar catches the Rabbit off guard, causing her to misstep and skid across the ground. Fortunately, she didn't run into anything expensive or hurt anything. That would have just made this entire trip for nothing. Mitsu hops back along and hides behind a tree, watching Luna do her thing to this giant beast... "Impressive..." she whispers, twitching her lips slightly oh she was going to enjoy something. Maybe she could get that beast on her... oh it's retreating into the forest. Damn. But hey, this made a good opportunity for the rabbit... Luna's back is turned. <Cartridges loaded.> comes the confirmation from the device, a shotgun like noise as she bursts herself from her hiding place, sending a massive ball of blue lightning towards the pony. "Shocker breaker!" Mitsu's running alongside the ball of energy, leaping up into the air to try and come down on the pony with outstretched claws!
Princess Luna	Princess Luna's ears perk at the shotgun sound, and she instinctively leaps into the air with her wings spread to catch her. Unfortunately, that leaves her dumbfounded as she comes face to face with the leaping Mitsu and allows the bunny to slash at her. She starts to dodge, but only moves enough for her wing to get hit. "Gaah! Thou hast returned?!" Luna exclaims as she spirals downward, then folds her wings up and somersaults to land on her feet. "Did thee not receive the message last time? My Nightsong is not up for grabs! It is mine, and dost not nor will it ever belong to thee!" Luna exclaims angrily. Her horn glows brightly, and a beam of energy fires at Mitsu, promising searing pain and a powerful smashing if it catches her. "Thou hast received thy only warning! I shall banish thee to Tartarus for thy actions if thou dost not leave immediately!"
Mitsu Mirage	Mitsu's right behind the falling Princess, landing feet first only to use this to spring herself foreward with claws outstretched, "I have returned, and I'm not letting up! It was a fluke how you got me last time... but now... now I'm prepared!" she grins brightly towards Luna, swiping at the air to let six blades of blue lightning arc forward, faster than she's moving to try to hit the Princess. "I recieved your message and filed it into the dumpster! Nightsong will be mine and you will let me have it!" though, one thing is clear, she did expect the beam of energy... and soon, the rabbit hole is up... eating that beam and redirecting it ... towards the Castle?! It's here she changes course and bolts towards the side... "Oh no, not this time. And even if you do, I'll break out and break everyone else you've banished to that place with me! Hehe, Nightsong will make the perfect tool for my goal." she says in a matter of fact voice before running towards Luna once more. "Dodge this!"
Princess Luna	Luna is struck a few times by the lightning claws, leaving scorch marks along the princess's body and a few twitches in her body. Her eyes widen as that beam is sent toward the castle, but the damage done by it is negligible. It does however wake the guards, but at this range it will take them quite a while to reach the fight. As Mitsu comes back in for another attack, Luna just...dissolves into a purple-blue mist, then it divides into three separate clouds and reforms. Three Lunas, almost cutely small, reform. Only one carries the scythe, but all three have brightly glowing horns. "Let us see how thee handles our three-pronged attack!" they all exclaim in unison before start firing bullets of blue energy at Mitsu. Smaller equals faster in this case, and they quickly run in a circle, trying to keep Mitsu off balance and pepper her with the potent blue energy orbs.
Mitsu Mirage	Mitsu grins, "Didn't like that, did you? Using your own beam to hurt your precious castle." she gives this strange giggle, almost valley girl like. Almost. "Oh, this splitting trick again?" she shakes her head, "You know that isn't gonn..." bullets start flying and this is no longer that enjoyable. For now at least. <Master, rate of fire is quick. Recommend Shocker Shield.> "Sounds like a good idea!" The bullets go flying even over her head and on the ground, causing the rabbit to dance in place.. For now. The claws start building up lightning before she claps hard, sending a burst of blue lightning around her and spread out to try and eliminate the bullet spread or at least the two shadows... or even disrupt Luna herself. The shield encompasses her for a bit longer, plotting what she's going to do next."
Princess Luna	The three small Lunas all leap back as that shield expands outward, then all three hold up their hands and their horns glow brightly before a triangular shield forms around Mitsu. An impromptu prison, or at least that is Luna's intention. When the lightning shield hits it, the Lunas all grunt, but grin. "Thou art trapped now, little bunny! How shalt thee escape now?" all three say in unison, then start moving forward. The shield slowly shrinks, the triangular prism steadily getting tighter around Mitsu. "Thou hast overplayed thy hand this time. Now thou shalt pay the price. I am sure thou shalt get along nicely with the creatures of Tartarus!" The shield prism looks strong, but nothing is unbreakable. And the ground beneath it seems unshielded.
Mitsu Mirage	Oh, hey, that Prism again. Mitsu gets this deadpan look at Luna and yawns. "This again? Really? C'mon Miss Thou. I know you can think of something better than this..." she shouts this time, expending the shield in a massive, slightly contained explosion. "Blue Breaker!" If this doesn't make a dent in the prism, it does make a small crater to drop the rabbit into, who proceeds to start digging a hole. <Master, I am not supposed to be used this way.> I am a Rabbit and I'm Digging a hole... diggy diggy hole, diggy diggy hole. It's here that she makes her way under Luna, at least under the ground. "Okay, I wonder how much magic it's going to take to blow this sky high..." <About four cartridges. Master, this is inadvisable.> "Then we'll do it." the shotgun sounds are there and soon.. another explosion rocks under ground, sending dirt, rocks... and Mitsu.. and HOPEFULLY Luna into the sky. "Wheee!"
Princess Luna	The Lunas just eyeroll at Mitsu. "I could, but I do not wish to harm thee if I can avoid it. I do not wish to confine thee to Tartarus. But thou hast left me little choice!" she says before grunting again as that explosion rocks the ground and cracks the shield. Then...Mitsu starts digging? All three of the small Lunas blink in surprise before lowering the shield and backing away. "I know thou claimed to be the Rabbit of the TSAB, but even rabbits cannot dig this quickly." When Mitsue fires those cartridges, one of the Lunas - the one with Nightsong - is blasted into the sky! She cries out in surprise and pain as she is sailing upward. The other two leap into the air after their damaged twin, then all three hold hands and...keep going upward, spinning in a circle as they go. "We have tolerated you long enough! Be gone!" they all exclaim in unison, then all three horns start to glow brightly. A moment later, three small but intense beams fire downward, spiraling like a helix and being steadily aimed at Mitsu. Explosions of dirt and debris fly outward from the spiraling impact point, threatening to blind Mitsue and make her a sitting duck for the three little Luna's up in the air. Their upward momentum is finally arrested by gravity, and they start slowly back toward the ground. Their wings cushion their fall, giving them ample time to carve up the land. And possibly Mitsu.
Mitsu Mirage	"Bah, when you can take the shot, do so." she mutters, "Don't wish to confine me to there but you're trying to anyways, you're kinda backwards with everything you say, Miss Thou." she smirks.. but as she starts falling from the sky... those intense beams crash right into her and speed her descent to the ground, creating another crater as she lands right in it. "O...ow..." she whispers, groaning some. God damnit, she's not going to leave without that weapon... <Master. Danger approaching.> "No shit..." she groans out, moving to try and stand up... and she climbs out of that crater. "Well, perhaps..." she thinks a bit and yeeks as she hops back from the carving of the ground... "Hey, it's not rabbit season thank you..." she looks around... still three Luna's. What is she going to do. Oh, she might do this... Another shotgun sound is made and she whips her arms forward towards the one holding Nightsong, hoping to wrap those claws and wire around the Princess, "Blue Line Shocker!" another shotgun sound and lightning energy rapidly courses through that cabling and daggers, hoping to shock the hell out of her opponent. Regardless if it hits or misses, she's dashing forth... bleeding and torn up, she's enjoying this!
Princess Luna	With the three Luna twins twirling in the air, hands clasped, it makes hitting the specific one holding Nightsong difficult. But, at the same time, easier. Because when one is wrapped up and shocked badly, all three cry out as the energy is transferred through their hands to the others. The beams die out quickly after that and all three Lunas fall from the sky. But, just before they hit, the three turn into a purple-blue sparkling energy mist again. That mist flows right toward Mitsu, and reforms into a charging Luna! The normal one this time! "Nor is it scythe season, yet thou art hunting one! And my name is Luna! Not Miss Thou!" she says as she slashes at Mitsu several times, punctuated by kicks and beam shots every now and then. "And yes! I do not wish to send thee to Tartarus! Because I know what it is like to be imprisoned, and I would not wish it on anyone! But, unless thou wouldst prefer I cause you greivous injury, then it is to Tartarus! Which is a shame! Because I suspect if thou were but sane, we could be friends instead of enemies!"
Mitsu Mirage	The blade finds purchase against what looks and act like cloth but it runs right into magic. There's skin showing from the cuts the blade makes and even some droplets of red. "NNgh.." she groans, and the kicks find purchase too, then the beam shots, ruining whatever good looks the rabbit had at the moment. White gives way to red and black, the blue sparks grow slightly dim... but Mitsu's still kicking, each bit of punishment setting the rabbit's resolve even further. By the time the next slicing comes with Nightsong... there's a noticable THUNK as the hilt hits Kratzenfaust's gauntlets... "Gotcha..." a quick twist and she's grabbing onto the scythe like a game of tug of war! "You... will let... go of this and ... leave me to it!" she shouts, as if trying to command the Princess to do her bidding. Like hell that'd work but hey, she'll try wrenching it out of her hands either way!
Princess Luna	Princess Luna is hoping with each strike that the bunny girl will give up this pointless attack, but she can see that the opposite is true. And then, the blade is caught on that gauntlet and she is in a tug of war for her weapon! "Nnng! I...will do...no such...thing!!" Luna exclaims, her tail giving an angry swish. And then...she totally cheats. With Mitsu locked in the tug of war with her, Luna's horn is suddenly glowing and firing a beam at point blank right at Mitsu's body. Seems she's nice enough to not hit Mitsu in the face with such a thing. "-Thou- shalt let go and leave -me- to it! And leave Equestria! And hopefully not return unless it is to beg forgiveness!"
Mitsu Mirage	The angle at which Mitsu has the weapon is so sub optimal, it's not even remotely funny. The tug of war doesn't last too much longer, more so with that horn firing off a beam right into her chest, knocking her away from the weapon and tumbling into the ground, twitching and letting out a pained yelp as something gets twisted... <Broken arm detected... It's time to go.> comes Kratzenfaust, as the rabbit hops up... she's almost ready to jump right back in but a warning chime is given by the Device. "Fine... fine... I'll leave. Jeeze." she muttered, shaking her head as she just starts walking away from the area... "You aren't gonna trap me again, are you?" she mutters, bouncing here and there... her Rabbit Hole comes back to her and stores itself on her hip before walking normally towards the nearest gate. "Beautiful land you have, by the way."
Princess Luna	Luna raises an eyebrow at that, then starts walking with Mitsu. At a healthy distance, of course. "Yes. Equestria is quite lovely." she says as she escorts her attacker. She sighs as Mitsu talks. "If thou art truly so interested in Nightsong, I shall give thee a small glimps of her power." she says, then twirls the long weapon like a flag bearer would her standard. There is a soft hum as Luna catches the shaft, then holds Nightsong with the blade down. Sparkles flow over the weapon, then strings of magic stretch up from the blade to attach themselves to the tip of the shaft, forming a small harp-like instrument. "She was so named not because she is a weapon, but because she is an instrument." Luna explains, then runs her fingers over the cords, creating a beautiful chord of perfectly tuned notes. "Nightsong is my companion in those times when no one else is around. Which is quite often during my nightly patrols. She is my friend, though perhaps not to the same extent that thy gauntlet is to thee. So, I will never allow thee to take her, whether thy intentions are pure or not. And, judging by what thou hast said, I can only assume not." As they continue to walk, Luna plays a lovely little tune and hums along with the song. Her voice might instill peace and tranquility even in Mitsu's energetic mind.
Mitsu Mirage	"Funny how a scythe of magic is an instrument." she mutters, "A friend who can't speak to you... a friend who's look can instill fear and cause death... and you use it as a harp." she continues to walk along but as the music starts playing, she slows down, listening to its tone and the humming from its master. All that energy she had, it's gone right now. For now, all she does is slowly walk forward and quietly hums along with the song. She knows not of the music but hey, it's peaceful. "Eh, if I ever come back, it might be as just a visitor in normal clothes. I can't promise I won't make another attempt, but I can tell you I might be more... picky with how I do things here now.." she comments, and as soon as the warpgate is reached, the Rabbit bounds through. Time to go get that arm patched.
Princess Luna	Luna smirks lightly at the observation. "Part of my duties as princess of the night is to ensure peace throughout the kingdom. Sometimes, to keep that peace I must instill fear in those that would cause harm to my subjects. Sometimes, I can ensure peace through gentle song and soothing magic. I much prefer the gentle song, but I fully embrace the fearsome aspect." Luna smiles just a bit as Mitsu says she might visit in normal clothes, or at least change her methods if she does make another attempt. "And for that, I thank thee." she says before Mitsu disappears through the gate. Once Mitsu is gone, Luna muses to herself, "...perhaps the strange electric rabbit girl is not as crazy as I first suspected." She then heads for the castle.
