Xau'ra Tayuun Though the actions of the Central Shroud had brought some peace, the Black Shroud was far from being recovered to some sense of full peace. As such, there are many tents that have been setup, the Adventurer's guild was full with people and people were being tended too.

Yet places such such as a few old buildings have been repaired up in such away to give out food and act as a tavern. There a few here eating and drinking tonight and one such is Xau'ra who is sitting in the back corner, enjoying a pint and-- mostly staring at the charm around his neck with some lost expression.
Vi'Sharra     And then there were two as Vi'Sharra literally steps out of a nearby shadow, and walks up to his table. "I've been wanting to speak to you about a number of things, Xau'Ra."

She gazes at him quietly for a moment, before she sits down at his table. Invited or not, "I would ask in this case, that you forgive my forwardness, and my haste, because I fear I'm about to be recalled by the Guild to make an accounting of things... ...And there are many things that I need to know if I'm to advise the Guildmaster appropriately." She chuckles softly, "And I'm certain that you may have your own questions that you feel require answers, so..." She tilts her head, and wipes yet another smudge of ash off of her face. "Would you like to start, or shall I?"
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra tucks the charm back into his shirt when Vi'sharra shows up and takes a seat in front of him. Those gold reflective eyes look at her, before he takes a sip of his drink. "Mm. Well, I will try to answer your questions, miss, but I can not guarantee how useful I'll be." The male miqo'te shrugs his shoulders, "Bad night of sleep really for the past few suns--urm-- days."

Xau'ra rubs his nose bridge. "But-- we will see how well my memory serves, even though I be ready to call it a night after this drink."
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra chuckles softly as he corrects himself over the Multiversal term, "I understand most of the slang around here, you needn't worry about such." She shrugs, "Though I suspect in times recent, it would be almost impossible to see the sun, to tell about the days." She shakes her head, "My questions are more primal in nature." She's silent for a moment, letting him take in that information, before she reaches into one of her beltpouches and sets a bottle of whiskey on the table, along with two sniffer glasses. "You mentioned, The Insane Windy Bitch earlier as well as something about the Beast-tribe of Sylph... ...I want to know as much about the primals as you're capable of, or willing to tell me, partly because my world's leaders are worried about them, and partly because I suspect I may be on a collison course for them at some point."
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra accepts the shot of the drink and sniffs it. He'll get to that it seems once he finishes his own drink, so he places it aside. "Mm. Garuda." He says with a sigh before he sits back in his chair. His tail flicks along side his legs. Agitated by such things it would seem.

"Garuda is worshipped by the Ixal." Xau'ra explains. "She is a Primal that operates with the wind, unlike Ifrit who uses fire." Xau'ra takes another sip of his drink. "The Sylphs also have there own primal, but they have no desire to summon it last we have heard. The Sylphs are also the only beast men who are willing to work with Gridania.. sense a kinship with us and the shroud."
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra frowns slightly, "Garuda. What can you tell me about her, other then her wind element? Surely you have something that classifies her as insane?" She pops the cork on the bottle of whiskey and pours two shot-glasses, before sliding one in Xau'ra's direction. "The Ixal are the raptorian, things, yes?"

She shakes her head, "This is a time of crisis, whether or not they want to now..." A shrug, before the takes her glass and empties it in a single gulp, "...Doesn't change the fact that they may feel that they're forced to at a later date, now does it? What can you tell me about that one? Is it an advanced form of element as well?"
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra takes another sip of his drink as he just stares at Vi'Sharra. He gives her a /long/ look, as he then finishes off whatever he was drinking. He inhales deeply before letting out a soft sigh, "The Ixal are reptilian birds that hail from Coerthas. They have moved into the Black Shroud and started to cause a great deal of trouble for all.. at least before the Calamity-- and yet-- they still remain around."

Xau'ra inhales deeply. "The Sylphs are a.. very peaceful sort of beast men. They do not like conflict of any kind and are very magically inclined." He then picks up the shot glass. "So, you have no need to worry about the Sylphs. Gridanians do not, so why should you, outsider?" He then knocks back the shot glass.
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra chuckles and pours him another glass, before she responds to his look, "I'm more ancient then you can imagine, Xau'ra. Don't be surprised, that I can find out how some random beast-tribe looks." She closes her eyes for a moment, "So. There are elemental ones that we know about, the incredibly dangerous ones that use black fire that we don't know about, the Sylphs that you apparently don't know about, and then... The destroy that everyone got to meet firsthand."

She considers for a long moment, "Since they're tied to the beast tribes... I suspect my next questions will be concerning them. What tribes do you know about? Because I think that if each tribe has their problem-primal..." Her eyes narrow, "I should go and ask them about their gods personally. Guild knows the Amalj'aa were ready to talk about their Ifrit until my ears fell off."
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra nods his head and goes to take another knock-back of the shot when she brings up beings in black fire. "Wait-- what? Run that part by me again. The black fire bit." He places down the glass and leans in a bit. "What about 'em black flames?"
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra smiles slightly and speaks in a lowered voice, "Lets see... In the deserts of Ul'Dah, we were hired to find some missing youths... ...Instead we found the remenants of some Imperial Officers." She crosses her arms, "We know they were officers because they were in magitech power armor, rather then normal chain and scale armor of their rank and file."

Golden brown eyes glow a pure golden for a moment, "I used one of my powers on one who had been pried from his armor, to charm him into talking." She narrows her eyes, "He started talking. But his last words were something to the effect of 'Yes... We should temper you like-'" Her expression changes to an irritated one, "And then some sort of black flames radiated out from his body, and casually squashed his mind like he was a bug."
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra rubs his chin softly as his eyes narrowed. "I see..." He says softly. "When we went to purify the Central Shroud, imps spawned from black mystical orbs and I was knocked unconscious by a being with a black rope and scythe bone wings..."

Xau'ra closes his eyes then. "I do not think that is an act of any Primal.. and if it is-- then it is no Primal we have on record." He then opens his eyes to look at her. "It also correlates with a dream that has been haunting me. Which is the land looms under a dark clawed hand.. and a smoking wolf creature with shackles bound pulling a mighty engine of war that consumes all in black flames that it passes."

The male miqo'te then hits back the shot glass. "The wolf reminds me more of something seen in the multiverse then that of our lands. So perhaps it is the Confederate.. or perhaps another Prmal.. twelve known for every beast men out there, they have a bloody primal they worship."
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra frowns and reaches up to rub her eyes, "That's an interesting dream, but why did the black flames call to mind the being with the black robe?" A pause, "Were the imps spawned from black flames or?" She frowns, "Adn what do you know of the locations of the other tribes?" Her eyes flare golden once more, "And... That dream. The Horned conjurer told me that they felt something black was moving across the land, but that they couldn't see it clearly, where it was, or even divine it's intentions."
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra gives a shrug of his shoulders, "I have no idea, lady. Your bloody guess is as good has my own. I'm just a chew toy for the goddess sometimes and she loves to watch me squirm." He grunts off to the side, before he leans back in the chair once more.

"And there is beast tribes over all corners of Eorzea. You try keeping up with 'em all. Good luck with that too." He shakes his head softly. "And if I knew more, I swear I tell you, but I don't. I was a bandit and an outlaw.. not a bloody scholar who reads books all days and translates old texts."
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra rubs her eyes yet again, smudging ash across her face, "So theoretically, we could be dealing with dozens upon dozens of tribes and dozens upon dozens of Primals." She snarls softly, "Beings conjured by faith and reinforced by idiots brainwashed into serving them."

Golden brown eyes open and she looks at Xau'ra, "And if the Beast tribes who did and are capable of summoning their primals were conned into making war on each other, rather then the city states? Would that buy you time to recover?"
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra shrugs his shoulders gently, though he does hand her a towel. "You got ash all over you.." He says softly, before drumming his clawed fingers on the table in thought. "They already somewhat war with one another. They are after the same resource you see. The Aetheric crystals-- the same crystals we use to aid in cooking, construction, and other things. Also the same crystal-- if my sources be true-- that the Garleans use to make whatever those damnable Magitek machines of their's runs on."

Xau'ra then shakes his head. "So they all want the same resource and so they all willing to smack one another around for it. Its why it is why they tend to live in sectors of their own territory, you see."

Xau'ra then taps his chin. "But aye, if you get them to all go to one location, one may try to get the other to be tempered-- or killed if they already be tempered.. and they would summon their Primals together in that spot... and well.." He makes an explosion gesture with his hands. "The results would not be pretty."

The Miqo'te then closes his eyes once more."So it may honestly be better to let the Primals lay where they are and only worry about 'em, if they decide to summon them outside this world."
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra nods. "Ifrit is already here Xau'ra. His followers have already taken advantage of the chaos to hijack shipments, and bring him to this world." A pause, then she blinks at the towen, and gives him a smile before she cleans her face and hands with it, "The ash... Gets everwhere, but I'm sure you already knew that." She sighs softly, "If you'd like, I can tell you a story."
Xau'ra Tayuun Xau'ra smirks faintly. "Nothing personal, hun, but stories should be saved for one is more aware. I'm honestly here-- to get away from /everyone/-- and only out of lovely respect did I humor you.. and for the drinks." He motions to the shot glass.

"Now don't get me wrong none," He places up his hands. "I love a good conversation to the next, but I am not in a good mindset for the stories. Sorry." The male Miqo'te then goes to stand up. "So I'll take a raincheck-- and as for them summoning of Ifrit.. if they do.. and if they have.."

He then fixes his gloves. "Then I guess we'll have to kick Ifrit back to the aetheric plane if existence and hope none get tempered in the process."

He then goes to head out from the makeshift tavern. "Catch you around, sweet-heart."
Vi'Sharra     Vi'Sharra chuckles softly, and then flips a salute to Xau'ra as he leaves the tavern, before she picks up the bottle of whiskey, and nods. "We'll speak again later then." After that she just sort of ... vanishes into a set of nearby shadows.
