Ayako Hasekawa     Although the Multiverse has changed, some things haven't. Spring is still the same place it always was. Perhaps not in the same location, and perhaps not with the same people passing through it, but still very much the same. Of course, as usual, a pale blue light gently glows from the side of the main road that goes through the region. The moon might be too bright for good stargazing, but the temptation of gazing at the new night sky might have been too much for a certain water spirit. And of course, fortune telling to go with said stargazing.

Following the blue light would lead anyone to said water spirit. Ayako Hasekawa, dressed in deep blues shuffling a deck of tarot cards in her hands, with her gaze pointed upwards at the sky. Her usual deep blue fortune telling 'booth' set up around her. A midnight blue cloth mat on the ground with matching table and chairs, black lacquered for elegance. Although the chair Ayako is sitting on has a lot of cushions on it. Pale blue flames float in the air and flicker about, giving a little light, and adding a mystical mood to the air.

"Hmm... I wonder if anyone will come tonight?"
Yuuki Konno     Few things draw Yuuki more than the lure of adventure. Oh, she has other interests. New experiences, new places, friends... but the lure of the strange and unknown is strong.

She has no fear of travelling at night, not least because she sees reasonably well in darkness. The faerie-avatared girl bounces along the roadway, wearing both armor and sword, drawn onward when perhaps a normal solo adventurer might be looking to set up camp or find an inn somewhere. Not that this is inn territory, but there are still some conventions one expects when one adventures!

"Hello at the ... uh.... the table!?" Yuuki says, calling out from a fair distance as she approaches, not wanting to startle. She continues forward, and by the way her sword jostles about she's carelessly not holding it. Not expecting trouble perhaps, or not wanting to threaten. Or simply just carefree. Yuuki comes into the blue light and stops. "Wooow, this is nice! Are you a mage?" she asks in wide-eyed amazement. With the presence of the pale blue flames floating and flickering about, it's probably a silly question. But then, outside of combat, Yuuki has more than her share of silly moments!
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako slowly brings her glance down from the sky. "Oh." She blinks her eyes quickly as if confused-well, for a moment, anyway. "Ah. Aaaahhh! A guest!" She giggles brightly. "I haven't had one in a while, so... pardon me while I settle back in!"

And then she literally settles back in. That is, she leans back into the pillows on her chair and takes a deep breath. "Ahh... okay." Ayako smiles cheerfully at Yuuki. "Hello, hello! And welcome to my little fortune telling... stall?" She shakes her head slowly while glancing downwards. "Hmm... stall might not be the word for it... well, whatever... it's just what I've always used!" She giggles softly and then shakes her head slowly. "Water spirit! Ayako Hasekawa!" The deck of tarot cards is placed onto the table so she can gesture at herself.

"This fortune telling thing is just something I do as a hobby. I-" Ayako scratches her cheek awkwardly with a finger. "Don't really have fortune telling magic. But still. It's fun!" She giggles brightly. "So! Want to have your fortune told?"
Yuuki Konno     Emotions flicker across the Imp's face, poorly disguised. Wonder at the fortune telling stall and Ayako, delight at the welcome. Several moments of concern, almost panic, at mention of telling fortunes. Yuuki does, after all, have a pretty good idea what her fortune is. She's okay with it, but hates more than anything to see others learn of it. But relief takes over for panic when Ayako explains that she doesn't really have future-seeing magic. That makes this all fun, no actual secrets revealed, no pain inflicted, no pity received.

Yuuki grins infectiously, the grin more than making up for her earlier worried expression. "Sure! Oh, I'm Yuuki." she says. "An imp of the realm of fairies." she grins. It doesn't look entirely serious, like she's teasing when she says it. Not that she's lying or anything, but the fairy realm isn't entirely a real thing and that's not all she is. "Also a student and adventurer!" she adds brightly. She moves forward, bouncing with every step, and takes a seat, adjusting her sword as she sits with casual and unthinking grace. She's not actually unaware of the blade's presence. The way she handles it makes it clear it's a part of her, showing that her hands-off approach must have been deliberate rather than careless. "Okay! So what do I do? I have to warn you, I might not have love lines or life lines or anything else you might be used to reading." The words are meant lightly, but she does frown, sounding somewhat upset before burying the feeling. It also suggests that she's pretty familiar with the kind of person who DOES normally have such things as life lines and love lines, however dim her prospects seem to be for both.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako smiles brightly. "Nice to meet you, Yuuki!" She giggles softly when Yuuki says she's an imp of the realm of fairies. She has played ALO a little, and so definitely can recognize an imp when she sees it. "Hmm? Well, it's always nice to see and experience new things!"

"Un!" Ayako nods her head once. "Don't worry about that, all you need to do is to cut the deck and I can go right ahead and tell your fortune."
Yuuki Konno     "Sure is!" Yuuki agrees emphatically. Seeing and experiencing new things, yep! Adventure ho! Yuuki is totally an adventure ho, no doubt about it.

And of course she's not trying to deceive Ayako about her nature. Just uninterested in sharing certain uncomfortable truths. Best that she's accepted as herself. She wouldn't even mind knowing Ayako knows about Alfheim Online. It would certainly simplify things.

"You know, a more literal Imp might actually take you up on it if you said to cut the cards..." Yuuki grins playfully, before reaching out with her sword-arm to take the deck. She doesn't even try to reach for the blade, fortunately. No, she's just being silly and playful, and making the lame jokes because her guildmates aren't here to do it. She cuts the deck properly, roughly in half, then sets it down again. She's not super-familiar with cards, but not completely ignorant at least!
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako smiles and nods her head quickly. "Hmm... Maybe I should take a trip around later..." Her gaze returns back to the sky for a moment...

And then she startles when Yuuki says a more literal Imp would cut the cards-literally! "H-ha ha ha... well, I'm glad you aren't one, then!" Ayako whews softly. "These were a gift from a friend, after all." She scratches her head with a finger and watches Yuuki cut the deck.

A deep breath is taken. Ayako nods her head once and takes the deck of tarot cards on the table. "Very well! Let us see what your fortune is!" She seems a bit more serious now. Just a bit.

Five cards are dealt onto the table face down in the shape of a cross. "These five cards shall be your fortune! First, we shall start with the Past!" Her extremely oversleeved hand reaches forward and flips face-up the card closest to Yuuki on the cross.

The Sun, upright. Ayako smiles brightly. "Ah, I see, I see! You've been quite happy and optimistic, huh?"
Yuuki Konno     "I don't cut anything that isn't threatening me!" Yuuki says cheerfully. She's just playful, that's all, and if that means people think she's weird she's not about to change herself!

She watches in fascination as the first card's flipped. Happy and optimistic? Well, a shadow crosses the imp's face. Maybe just something weird to do with those floating blue lights or something. She nods, grinning, only hesitating a moment. "No point in being miserable. Or in thinking too much about the future either! Have fun now!" she says cheerfully. Yeah, that shadow on her face? Probably completely irelevant.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako quietly notes the shadow crossing Yuuki's face. It's probably just the lights, yes. Just the lights. Lighting, even. Light. No, the hesitation isn't something notable either. Nope. She nods her head quickly in response to Yuuki's cheerful statement. "That's true! The future's the future. It's important to love the present!" She smiles cheerfully as she tries to cheer Yuuki up.

"A-ahem. Speaking of the present." Ayako glances at the card in the cross on Yuuki's left side. "This card, represents the Present."

The Hanged Man, upright. "Hmm... in a period of self-reflection with your life on hold." Ayako nods her head slowly... and then glances at both of the upright cards. "I see. You don't want this to end."
Yuuki Konno     Yuuki's still pretty tickled that Ayako thought she might've been serious about cutting the deck. She'd NEVER do that, but the reaction was hilarious. Even if the joke was a little mean. It carries Yuuki's mood forward, making her ready to hear the rest.

The Hanged Man. It's an ominous-looking card, and Ayako's explanation isn't ... well, it's not terrible. It's actually pretty true. Yuuki's grin freezes though, before she nods, forcing herself to continue. "Yes." she says, nodding again jerkily. "I love everything they way it is. I wish it could go this way forever." she says, her voice shaky. Is... is that tears, unshed, glistening in her eyes? She knows it can't go on though. Things are on pause, sure, but it's hardly a stable pause. She should have long since died by now, but she's not getting better either.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako's amber gaze quietly watches Yuuki's face. She smiles softly. "Ah, I see." She floats slightly up off her chair and reaches over to pat Yuuki gently on the head. She doesn't say anything else about the subject, not wanting to press her or upset her further.

"Well, maybe something might happen in the Future." Ayako glances at the card on the right side of the cross. She quietly flips it over with her other hand, still patting Yuuki on the head.

Temperance, upside-down. "Hmm... this card... A chaotic situation is going to occur. Things that are seemingly opposite will come together. And yet," Her gaze heads towards The Hanged Man, "It will be a chance to answer some of the questions you are stuck on. A challenge to the question of who you are, and who you want to be."
Yuuki Konno     If anything, Yuuki looks even MORE distressed by that gesture. She's not particularly upset about people knowing her situation, but she's terrified of pity. She flinches away from the pat, looking for the moment like a scared animal. She doesn't snap though, not in deed or word... which is probably a good thing.

She relaxes only a little when Ayako backs off. She rubs at her eyes, dashing away moisture. One question, one knowing statement, might have driven her to flee. She holds on though, not yet driven to desparation. She has to be true to herself. That might mean running away from a terrible situation, but it also means being kind, and not needlessly upsetting someone who's just being kind.

She just looks at the new card, not speaking. Terrified, it would seem. Uncomfortable with the patting certainly, but not willing to do something to stop it. To lash out, or flee... or speak.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako slowly pulls her hand back when Yuuki flinches from the pat. "Ah. Sorry." She bows her head once and backs off back into her chair. She quietly watches her and hmms softly. "Hmm... well, of course the future is scary. It is unknown, after all. But... I wonder what will happen in the far Future?"

Ayako doesn't want to antangonize Yuuki, so can't help but hope the card closest to her on the cross isn't a bad one. She flips it over quickly.

The Chariot, upright. "Ah." Internally, she sighs and whews in relief. "It seems you will find what you are looking for." Ayako smiles brightly. "It will come after a struggle, true, but it seems you already have the control, the confidence, and the motivation to accomplish it."
Yuuki Konno     Yuuki's never considered the far future. By the time she was old enough to understand death, she's known she would die. She's never gone through the period most kids have, believing they're immortal. But at the same time, the threat of death has never really bothered her. She's always been alive, as alive as she can possibly be, and death is little more than going to sleep at the end of a fun-filled day of play.

She does relax though, slightly at least. Tears have fallen, and not just the few unshed ones she'd wiped away. She shakes her head. She doesn't really know what she's looking for. She had a purpose once, her and the Sleeping Knights, but that was fulfilled. Now she's literally a dark version of Peter Pan, flying about, having adventures, and never wanting to grow up.

"You... you don't really see the future though." Yuuki finally says, after a long time just staring at the cards, gathering her wits and her focus. She's strong. She may have been crying, but that's okay. Cry when you must, so you can be strong the rest of the time.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako shakes her head. "It's true. I don't really see the future." She gestures with her oversleeved hands at the cards on the table. "I just interpret what I see down here. But you know..." She smiles softly. "I just see fortune telling as a medicine for the soul. It sort of tells you that yes, things aren't always going to be perfect, but you'll be okay as long as you keep going." She leans forwards slightly. "Besides. It's a good outlet. And makes you think about things that you might not normally."

Ayako leans back into her chair and eyes the last card. "Oh. Right. There's still one card left. It's a card of guidance. It's also kind of dangerous. Mostly because it can be misinterpreted and lead you astray. In the end..." She closes one eye as she continues looking at the face-down card. "It's up to you if you want to see what it is."
Yuuki Konno     Yuuki is, in many ways, a contrast of self. She loves life and has achieved so much, a true terror in battle. She's also a gentle, lonely girl who misses her family, and is terrified of being vulnerable. She hates it when people see her cry, and Ayako... kind as she is, is also a bit of a stranger.

Yuuki eyes the card for a moment, considering, before shaking her head firmly. She wipes at her eyes with a sleeve. "I'm me." she says cryptically. "I won't change that no matter what guidance I'm given. Maybe it makes me a fool, but I don't care. I'll keep on being myself, and when I change it'll be because I change, not because people tell me to." she states firmly. "Or cards." she adds, a bit sheepishly.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head once and smiles brightly. "Un un, you're you." She claps her hands together once, softly. "As long as you're like that, I think you'll be just fine." She clasps her fingers together and nods her head.

She then begins quietly picking up the cards on the table and shuffling them back into the deck. Including the one that was face down. No, she didn't peek at it either. Seems Ayako takes that much seriously.
Yuuki Konno     Yuuki will be herself as long as she possibly can. She'll continue being herself even if it leads to the final adventure, and has already refused to change herself to save her life. She nods. That will, that stubborn sense of self, has brought her to who and what she is. "T-thank you, Miss Hasekawa." she says formally, politely. "I'll keep in mind what you said, even if it's not ... you know, not seeing the future. I wouldn't want to be anyone but me!" she adds brightly, her cheerfulness a somewhat brittle mask, but not purely deception either. That strong will isn't just something she puts on to hide her feelings... it's a part of her.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako then flinches when she's called 'Miss Hasekawa'. "Eep. Ayako! Please call me Ayako!" She then giggles brightly. And then nods quickly. "Good luck! And keep it up!" A cheerful smile and wave is given to Yuuki as she leaves.

And the deck of tarot cards continues to be shuffled. "Hmm... I wonder if someone else will come?"
Millium Argent      How in the world Millium wound up here is anyone's guess. She just drifts on in, arms folded behind her back loosely. "Huh?" She peers at Ayako, and blinks a few times. "......." And then she looks about quickly. Another round of silence, and then finally... "Hi, mysterious lady!" She greets, all chipper-like, raising an arm high in the process. "What's this? Some kinda 'Oooooo ooga booga wooga vooda!' thing?" She then asks, waving her hands in circular motions, making dumb wriggling gestures with her fingers all the while. "Like that?" ...Idiot.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako returns the peer... and almost blinks at the same time that Millium does. When she looks about quickly, Ayako does the same right after. Is she imitating her? Or... are they synchronized in behavior somehow? But that quickly breaks when Millium says hi to her!

Ayako smiles brightly and returns the chipper wave. "Hello!" She blinks her eyes slowly at the odd gestures. "Oh no, it's not a scary thingie. This is my fortune telling booth!-That isn't quite a booth." She knocks the side of her head with her fist lightly as she winks and sticks her tongue out slightly. "Eh heh. I'm Ayako Hasekawa, a water spirit!"
Millium Argent      "Ohhhhhhhhhhhh!" Millium sounds out in understanding, slapping a closed fist into her palm. "Fortune telling! Wow! I haven't had my fortune told in FOREVER!" She states cheerfully, ambling on over to the chair and plopping down without invitation. "Hehe, too bad Claire isn't here. But that's fine!" Arms tossed up in a 'hurrah' motion, the blonde girl says, "Alright! It's fortune time! This must be some kinda fate, so lay it on me, Ayako!"

     Pause.

"Oh, right-" She giggles and points to herself. "I'm Millium! Millium Argent! Chaser of The Stars!" ...Chaser of The Stars???
Ayako Hasekawa     "Un un!" Ayako nods her head quickly. "Although, I don't really have fortune telling magic soooo..." Her amber gaze moves off to the side as she scratches her cheek awkwardly. "It's just for fun. Because it's interesting." She nods her head repeatedly again. "Nice to meet you, Millium!"

Ayako giggles brightly and then places the deck of tarot cards on the table. "All I need you to do is to cut the deck."
Millium Argent      Millium smiles and shakes her head. "Ahahaha...it's okay! I don't really deal with magic myself anyway! I mean, all that hocus pocus wocus locus? Nah!" She laughs, rubbing the back of her head sheepishly as the deck is laid out. "Oh, cut it?" She smiles and flicks her wrist, causing a glowing blue broadsword to flash to life in her grasp.

"Okay! Here I go!" She states cheerfully, rearing back with the hardlight energy weapon...!
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako blinks her eyes when the glowing blue boardsword flashes into existance in her grasp. Oh, she's seen this happen before. "Hold it! I don't mean with your sword! I mean make two piles of cards without slicing them or cutting them into pieces!"
Millium Argent      Millium stops just before she swings...! And then she blinks a few times. "...Oh! Ohhhhh! Okay!" The weapon vanishes into blue particles as if it were never even there. Then she just reaches over and cuts the deck like a normal person. "Ahehehe, sorry~ You know how it is, right? Right!" She says, bonking herself on the head lightly and sticking her tongue out.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako sighs in relief and takes the cut deck of cards in her hands. And then she nods her head quickly. "Yeah, I know how it is~." Anyone that knows Ayako well would know she isn't joking or just saying that to be nice, either. A cheerful smile follows.

The water spirit then swiftly deals 5 cards face-down out in a cross. "Okay! Here we go then! These five cards will be your fortune! Let's start with your Past!" Her oversleeved hand reaches for the card in front of Millium.

The World, upright. "A-ah. The end of a cycle, huh. You've been quite happy and successful, huh?"
Millium Argent      "Ahehehe..." There's a bout of giggling that lasts as the cards are dealt out, fading off once Ayako reveals the first card and starts to speak. The blonde girl is quiet and attentive as she can possibly be. The World? Huh? Blue eyes blink a few, and then look to Ayako. "Huh? Happy and successful?"

There's a pause as she brings her hand up to stroke a lock of her own hair idly. "Mmmn....It was hard at first, but... well, hehe, after a while, it got easier and I started to become successful, yeah!" She smiles cheerfully and nods. "I'm happy with how things are!" And after that's said... "...Wait, how'd you figure that out!?" Millium double-takes dramatically, staring at the water spirit with a dumb, shocked look.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head slowly and then blinks her eyes quickly when she's given that shocked look. "Eh heh... I just interpret what the cards are!" She nods her head slowly. "So... lemme see what the Present card has to say." She reaches for the card on the left side of the cross.

Justice, upside-down. "Oh. Hmm... a life out of balance." Ayako looks back up at Millium. "You've just been coasting along on the success, haven't you?" She thinks for a moment. "Does someone around you yell at you a lot? Especially recently?"
Millium Argent      Millium calms down, but still speaks in a surprised manner. "W-Well that's some awfully accurate interpreting!" But still, this was interesting... Let's see what else the cards have to say! The girl straightens up and peers at the cards. Justice, upside down? "....Eh?" She tilts her head one way, sounding dumbly confused. "Coasting? Ehhhhh.... I dunno. I don't /think/ I have... I mean..."

She taps her chin thoughtfully. "...But then again, I never actually followed up on that lead..." There's a difficult expression on Millium's face for a moment before she breaks out into a sheepish smile. "Ahahaha...someone yelling at me? Yeah, that'd be Claire." She answers honestly, looking like a kid that got caught stealing from the cookie jar. "She yells at me a lot, but... What does that have to do with it?"
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako giggles softly. "It might be time to follow up on that lead then." She smiles softly and shakes her head. "Oh. Well, it might be time to listen to her. Even if it's just a little." She glances at the next card on the cross: the one on the Millium's right. "Let's see what is coming up soon! The Near Future!" And then reaches for the card.

The Lovers, upside-down. "Hmm... Looks like your past is gonna come and cause some trouble. Or... something's gonna happen that makes you relook at what makes you inspired to do things!"
Millium Argent      "I-I guess it is, isn't it? Hahaha..." She rubs the back of her head sheepishly. "It's just...you know... where I have to go is kinda deep underwater. I still haven't learned how to breath underwater!" ...Really? She's dead serious though, and se sighs deeply at listening to Claire more. "I gueeeeess..."

The next card is turned up, and she observes, blinking a few times. "....Hah?" She utters in confusion. "My past...?" Silence falls. ....And then Millium just dons the blankest look she can possibly manage. Doe eyes blinking slowly. "Ummmmm....hmmmm..." She looks up in thought... and then she pales. "...Aha...ahahaha...hahahaha....No way. That's...improbable! I mean, that was forever ago!"
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako blinks her eyes slowly. "A-ah? Underwater, huh..." And then smiles softly at the sigh at listening to Claire more.

When Millium gives a super blank look, Ayako can't help but incline her head to the side. "Ha ha... well... if it's impossible it's impossible." She giggles softly and nods her head once. "Well, let's see what the Future card has to say about it."

The High Priestess, upright. "Hmm... it's a secret, huh. Or... you already have an idea of how it's going to go, but don't want to say or accept it." Ayako shrugs helplessly. "Sorry! This card here is meant to be vague like that!"
Millium Argent      "Ahahaha! Yep! It's toooootally impossible! ...Probably. I think. ..Maybe." Millium replies, her confidence getting less and less confident as things go on. Till she's really not even sure herself. The next card is revealed, and then the blonde pales a little. "H-Huh? Well....I mean...It's not a secret, really..."

She mumbles, scratching her cheek with a finger. "Its just kinda... ....kinda....weird?" Yes, that's the way she'd put it. Weird. "Sorry, Ayako! I don't think I can talk about it! Besides, there's no proof anyway, so...hehe...yeah!" Millium is terrible at being mysterious, if you haven't noticed.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako inclines her head to the other side. "Hmm... well... if it's the future, we'll see, I guess?" And then giggles brightly. "The Multiverse often is kinda weird. And it's okay, you don't need to talk to me about it." She nods her head once. And then glances at the last card, still face-down.

"Hmm... well, there's one last card there. It's a card of guidance. It can help! It could hurt. It sometimes can lead you astray. But... in the end, it's up to you if you want to see what it is."
Millium Argent      Millium crosses her arms and closes her eyes, inclining her head to one side. "Mmmmn....yeah, I guess. I haven't really been out in the 'Multiverse' a ton, but... Well, I already know it's weird! Will's friends are all jacked up energy slinging, sword slashing, magic flinging, doing-things-with-their-minds crazies!" ...She says this as if Tellus isn't crazy already.

Her eyes open at the final card. The card of guidance. "......." She probably should just leave it alone, but....BUT....BUT CURIOSITY! "...Aw, what the heck! Let's see it!" She decides, nodding firmly. "My body is ready!"
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako giggles softly at the description of 'energy slinging, sword slashing, magic flinging, mind-stuff crazies'. And then she quietly watches at how the curiosity wins over everything else. She nods her head, gulps and then nervously flips over the center card.

Temperance, upside-down. "Ah. Let's see here... you need to look at yourself and ask yourself who you really are. What do you want to be? If you can answer that, then it might help where you're finding conflict within yourself." She nods her head once as she gives a quick glance at the other face up cards. "And perhaps in... things that seem... unlikely?"
Millium Argent      The final card is revealed, to show that.....that.... "Huh?" Millium blinks a few times, and then just sits there, stock still. "Ahhhhhh......hmmmm...." She brings a hand to her chin, rubbing it thoughtfully. "...Look at myself... Hmm...mmmn..." She sounds terribly thoughtful, but she's not sure what to make of it. And then in relation to that thing that seems unlikely; Millium just smiles a little wanly and nods. "I... I guess it might. Haha... I'm still not sure about that, but, well...it's worth thinking about at least!"
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods and smiles softly. "Not a bad fortune at all. And I'm glad it gave you something to think about!" She bows her head once before picking up each card and shuffling it back into the deck of cards in her hands. "Good luck with the future! It always is something surprising." She giggles softly.
Millium Argent      "Y-Yeah, it gave me something to think about alright..." Millium laughs as she stands up from her seat. "Thanks, Ayako! It was interesting! I'll see you around!" And with a hearty wave, she heads off...right before there's a beep on her person. She pulls out a phone and talks on it while walking.

"Clair-GAH!" She jerks aside while walking, and stumbles. "Alright, I'm sorry! Stop yelling! My poor eardruuuuuums! C'mon, I'll bring you some cake! What do you say?" She jerks again ans she skitters off into the distance. ...That girl.
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako waves cheerfully to the departing Millium. "You're welcome, and see you later, Millium!" She inclines her head to the side when the phone is taken out and then winces at the yelling coming through the phone. A soft giggle follows and she curiously watches Millium skitter off.

The shuffling of the tarot cards resumes and the water spirit's eyes go back towards the sky. "Hmm... will someone else come tonight, I wonder?"
Nagato     It's rare that the Admiral got out and away from Hikari Seaport without rigging or something in tow... if she ever left the base, it was usually to go fight something... in this case, it's cabin fever. Heading to a random point in the warpgates, she lands herself into Spring, looking up at the sky, soaking in the moonlit view around. "Maybe a walk to clear my head will be nice." she mutters to herself, heavy footsteps carrying the woman forward. She's without her gear, including her trademark antennae tonight, opting to wear her Admiral's Uniform.

Her walk takes her past an entryway to a clearing and she halts a moment, "Hmm, road less travelled is a road adventured." a light turn and off down the path she goes... taking a halt as she enters the clearing with the 'stall'.. "Hmm, a shop, set up in the middle of nowhere?"
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako giggles brightly and turns her amber gaze back down from the sky. "I don't know about 'shop'. I don't really charge or sell anything. I just tell fortunes to those that don't mind me doing so." She nestles back in her chair. "Eh heh... want me to tell you your fortune, Nagato? Although, I don't really have any fortune telling magic-I just do it for fun!"
Nagato     The Admiral perks herself up slightly, moving in a bit more, "First time we've met in person, Ayako." comes the stoic voice of Nagato, a practiced sort of tone. The offer is made and Nagato moves up to sit in front of Ayako's table, a nod. "It's been an interesting year... a bit of divination wouldn't hurt to see where I may go in the future." she gives a brief nod... "I'll take you up on it. How have you been? The new worlds have been... quite strange, have they not?"
Ayako Hasekawa     "Un un, nice to finally meet you in person, Nagato!" Ayako smiles cheerfully as she looks Nagato over curiously, matching voice to the person. "Ha ha... interesting... is definitely a word to describe it." She sets the deck of tarot cards onto the table once Nagato agrees to having her fortune told. "Here you go! Just need you to cut the deck." She sinks into the cushions of her chair as she leans back. "I... I've been alright. I'm a bit sad the Union is gone, but well... the Multiverse goes on, so to speak." A giggle follows.
Nagato     Nagato nods, a light... almost not even there smile graces her lips as she gives the tarot deck a look. She splits it, eight cards from the top, "True, allies, friends, the cohesion that ragtag group of miscreants and others that somehow made it into a peacekeeping force... it's amazing what a common goal can do. Now that... we have all sorts of factions available..." she gives a bit of a shrug, "As you said, the Multiverse goes on."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods once and smiles softly as she picks up the cut deck of tarot cards. "Well then!" She swiftly deals out five cards face down in the shape of a cross. "These five cards shall be your fortune, Nagato!" Her oversleeved right hand reaches towards the card closest to Nagato. "This card, represents the Past."

The Hierophant, upright. "Ah. Of course, you are in a position of power and respect where you taught many people." Ayako smiles softly.
Nagato     The Hierophant makes her smile a bit more, "And I still do teach. And I get taught myself." she comments, before looking at some of the other cards in front of her. "Hmm, shall we continue? I'm curious on what the cards have in store for me tonight.":
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head quickly. "Well of course! Teaching tends to enlighten the teacher as much as the student!" She giggles softly. "Of course. Let's see what the Present card has to say." The card on the left side of the cross is flipped over.

The Emperor, upside-down. "Ah. At the moment, something needs to be overcome. It could be your way of thinking or something else, but either way, it's preventing you from growing." Ayako glances back at the other card for a moment... but doesn't say anything else.
Nagato     ... Nagato stays eerily silent on this. "N... no commment." comes... a comment from the battleship. "Even the Admiral has to keep some secrets in her." she looks away from the cards and Ayako a bit, "Please, let's... let's just go to the next one."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head once quickly. She never was the type to pry, anyway. If Nagato doesn't want to comment, it's fine. "Un. Onwards, then. To the near Future card." She reaches over to flip over the card on the right side of the cross.

The Lovers, upside-down. "Hmm... something from the past will return, and remind you of why you do what you do. Perhaps such will help you find the answer that you're searching for."
Nagato     Mmm... "The cards are... being tormeting today." she whispers, "It's my hope /she/ never comes back." comes an idle comment from the Admiral, "The cards are digging deep into me, Ayako, but I will be pressing on, shall we continue?" she looks at the cards curiously, the ones upturned. Hierophant... the upside down Emperor.... the upside down Lovers. "I wonder if Mutsu's involved in any of this... or the Gatecrashers..."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako smiles softly and shakes her head. "It's just the way they are, I guess." And pretends she doesn't hear the whisper that Nagato utters. "Un, onwards! Towards the Future card." She swiftly flips over the card closest to her.

The Wheel of Fortune, upside-down. "Ah. Umm... well... despite whatever you're going to go through, you will stay very much the same. Although you will grow in the process."
Nagato     "I see. It will all be a learning experience." she comments, "Perhaps, the future isn't too bad to behold, is it not?" she taps her foot a bit, thinking... "Learning experiences are always welcome in the Fleet." she hmms at the cards some, "Though, part of me feels that it's... going to be an interesting experience to say the least."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head quickly. "Looks like it will be." And then she giggles softly. "Both a learning experience and an interesting one at the same time." Her gaze then turns to the last card still not face up. "Hmm... well, there is one last card. It's completely up to you if you wish to see what it is. It's a card of guidance. It might be helpful. It might be harmful."
Nagato     Nagato's gaze goes to that same card, "I shall press forward." she comments, eyeing the card, "Perhaps, this will be part of the learning experience." Nagato takes a small breath, "Perhaps, I'll let Mutsu in on what transpired. She.. likes hearing the stories I tell."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head once and then, with some nervousness, flips over the card in the center. The High Priestess, upside-down. She can't help but sigh and shake her head. "A secret of some sort? Someone might be keeping a secret. It might even be you! But either way, it seems to be suggesting that said secret should be revealed."
Nagato     "Mmm." there's not much that comes from the battleship's words, just a low... "mmm." secrets abound and the like... but it's just a fortune, and Ayako said she had no true power of divination... "I see. I'll have to mull this over then, there's... a lot to think about with these cards the way they are, and your words too, Ayako." a pause, "Ah, if you're int he area, do stop by Hikari. You'll be welcome there."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako nods her head slowly. "I always call a fortune a success if it gets the person to think!" She giggles softly and shuffles the cards back into her deck of cards. Her eyes slowly blink at the invitation. "A-ah. Nagato, I appreciate the invitation, but... I do need to warn you first." She nods her head once, quickly. "When you invite a water spirit like myself into a place like that, where people live, it allows me to go in. And I might tend to stay around quite a lot. If that's fine, then... I happily accept!"
Nagato     Nagato nods some, "Of course. You don't seem to cause trouble, and you're genuinely helpful. You would be welcome on the base grounds." she thinks a bit, "Perhaps you can help with some things while there, optional for you." she moves to stand up and greet Ayako with a formal bow. "I don't wish to occupy your time too much, I do appreciate your time you've given to me for this. Perhaps we shall see each other on base... or here."
Ayako Hasekawa     Ayako smiles brightly and cheerfully. "Well, in that case, I'll accept! I'll be glad to help where I can." She clasps her hands together, even though it just looks like her overly long sleeves are nestled against each other now. "You're welcome for the fortune, Nagato, and I'm sure we will see each other on base!" And then returns the bow.

Ayako then pauses for a moment... "In fact... I think I might go there right now!" Always eager to help, it seems.
