Rhongomyniad     Camelot, Central Wales. A castle-city of great proportions, its white stone shining even in the moonlit evening. The great walls tower over the misty moors and hills of the countryside. Gone is the campground of tents and vehicles gathered around the great gates-- and several lights can be seen within the walls, as the newly christened citizens of the Holy City make themselves at home.

A few even came out to meet with King Arthur as she moved through the streets on her way to the gate, though have since returned to their business. Currently alone, she waits before Camelot's open gates. Ringed with torchlight set against white stone, it casts a rather lonely image of a woman with her cloak closed around her shoulders, her crown glistening in the light. Though in such imperfect lighting, the glow of her eyes is as unmistakable as her patience.

    King Arthur, Goddess Rhongomyniad, awaits.
Mairead Sandilands     Another arrives via the armor she has, Clota, her IS and lands at near the city and with a thought the armor disappears as her school uniform appears as she walks forward and as she aproaches she stops and curtsey's, "M'lady," she says to her as she rises to her five foot six inch height. "Thank you for allowing me to visit your beautiful and great city," she adds as she walks towards her.

Mairead is wearing a white blazer with long sleeves, while around her neck, is a yellow tie. Green leggings that end under the skirt, while the skirt stops an inch to two inches above the knee. Her feet are clad in dark grey two inch heels. A tartan sash goes from her left shoulder and ends at her right hip, held by a crest of her family.
Rhongomyniad     The King's eyes lift when that IS descends, following it to landing, but she simply waits where she is. She does not move when approached, not until the curtsey is performed. Only then does Rhongomyniad nod once, her voice even, "Welcome to Camelot." She turns, then, with a swish of her mantle and steps through the gates and into the city proper.

Despite being a 'real city', it still follows the design considerations of a castle. A gatehouse with a flat back wall, disallowing a straight run to the inner gate, though large enough for motor vehicles to pass through safely both ways. Although this soon opens into the main gallery, the primary bailey filled with businesses. Rhongomyniad herself isn't offering much conversation by herself, though.
Mairead Sandilands     Mairead raises an eyebrow and follows, "I take it that things have not been good here or elsewhere within the Multiverse?" she asks as she follows and notices that she is not talking much. Looking around, she sees all of the different businesses and nods to those there and says nothign more as she walks. Pondering, she looks at Rhongomyniad as they walk.
Rhongomyniad     "Mmm?" The King's gait slows and she casts a look over her shoulder, somewhat occluded by the collar of her mantle, "No. Despite current troubles, many good things have also occurred. This is the first evening that many of Camelot's citizens are able to spend within its walls since its construction." Her gaze returns to her direction of travel, "Many are celebrating, or have done so and since retired for the evening."

After a moment, she glances back again, "If you refer to my demeanor, this is normal for me."
Mairead Sandilands     Inclining her head, she nods, "I see," she states. "This is an amazing place," she comments. "I grew up to stories about the Knights and of Camelot. Of the sword in the stone and of how fair the king was to the people," and she looks. "Rest is nice after a celebration and it allows people a chance to enjoy life, and the walls here sing of happiness at the protection they offer the people and those who visit." she mentions.

As she stops and looks around more, "I am amazed at how this is built. How long did it take?" she asks.
Rhongomyniad     Rhongomyniad simply absorbs the comments, but does not outwardly react to Mairead's words. Unrelatedly, she pauses briefly and holds out a hand, as some vehicles pass by on a cross street. She then lowers her arm and moves on, mantle swishing around her feet.

"The initial construction consumed sixty-eight hours. Another forty-eight hours were dedicated to rearrangement of the internal structures to better suit motor vehicles. Another further twelve hours to reconnect infrastructure elements. Further infrastructure elements are needed but not yet prepared, which will be another estimated sixteen hours."

"Six days. Although there have been occasional delays, the reappearance of the vile king Vortigern forced my hand."
Mairead Sandilands     Blinking, "Six days?" and she shakes her head and looks, "Wow," she says simply as she walks. "What infrastructure needs to be done, and who is King Vortigern?" she asks.
Rhongomyniad     "Six days," Rhongomyniad repeats, presuming it wasn't heard clearly. "The remaining infrastructure is a data network. I am unfamiliar with the 'internet' or what it requires. I understand its importance. PresiKing Edison has offered to assist when he is available to do so."

"Vortigern," she changes subjects easily, "Is a fragmentary piece of my uncle. I destroyed him centuries ago. The manipulations of a demon and the unrest in Londinium have allowed him to return. He will be banished from whence he came."
Mairead Sandilands     Nods, "Ah," and she ponders. "I would like to help with your uncle. if ye wil have me help," and she looks at her. "Plus, I am decent with computers and if ye want, can show you around the IS Academy I attend and will be teaching at next year," she adds.
Rhongomyniad     "Mm," Rhongomyniad makes that thoughtful sound again, "The offer is appreciated. If the additional resource is needed, I shall consult you." On the subject of the Academy, she turns her head slightly towards Mairead, "I am unfamiliar with this. Perhaps I shall attend to familiarize myself." Her gaze returns forward.

"Is there a part of the city you would wish to see? You currently are only following me as I meander."
Mairead Sandilands     Mairead thinks, "I would love to explore the entire city, but as it is night, I do not want to cause any issues with people thinking that someone is trying to steal something," she mentions. "I would be happy to show you around," she states to her. "It is amazing, but very technologically advanced."
