Majima Goro Eorzea's Alliance has long been too scared of setting off the powderkeg of politics that would be 'attempting military action in Ala Mhigo'.

Eorzea's adventurers, who normally fill the political gaps with their unceasing desire for glory and wealth, generally eschew a barren land of refugees and the inevitable consequences of attracting the ire of Garlemald directly on their heads. There's much safer ruins just full of treasures to be found, rather than pissing off one of the major powers of the world.

Majima Goro, for his part, isn't that good with politics. He's just in the wrong place at the wrong time. There are a couple Ala Mhigans who are staring at him, terrified, holding a bag of tribute. "What have you done?! The Garleans are going to murder us all! You've killed us!"

Majima looks down at a few skulls. They're not dead, by any means. They're just lying on the ground, pretending to be dead until Majima goes away. "Eh? Some random punks demanded all of my money. What's this big deal about?"

But it's too late. The Ala Mhigans have already fled back to their village, desperately planning how thoroughly they will grovel to Garlemald's army to stay alive.

Majima himself is now just smoking a cigarette. One of these goons is gonna have to fess up to what the deal is, eventually. He's a scant few hundred meters from Ala Ghiri, and now they're not gonna let him in. Well. This is bullshit.
Zenos yae Galvus It wasn't long before there were footsteps behind Goro.  When he turns there are more than a few Imperials, a butch looking redhaired woman, leading a small group of Skill starts walking up, about to start giving the man an earful when there was another who literally walks through the soldiers that assemble.  They split like an ocean around him, until he catches up to the redhead.

They all provide the man with an imperial salute.  The armor on the man was massive, covering every part of him.  His face covered in a large helm with a white mask with a jewel in the forehead.  bits of Ala Mhigan clothing are mixed in with the armor, as on his hip rests a 'golf caddy' of swords.

He walks with a meandering pace towards Goro until he stands directly in front of him.

"Ah, someone from the Multiverse.  Why, pray tell, have you assaulted these men?" He asks as the sword revolver spins.  His hand rests on one of the blades, as he looks towards the Yakuza in front of him.  "I am Zenos yae Galvus, Imperial Viceroy of these lands, and General of Garlemald.  I would like an explanation for your actions.." he says, but the words don't seem very honest.

Instead, he draws the blade, as it seems to glow with fire, "Unless, of course, you wish a battle.  If you do, do not bore me or you will not be as fortunate as these men."
Majima Goro There's a pause. Majima taps some ashes off of his cigarette as he turns around. The one-eyed man almost swaggers to one side, while he evaluates the strength of the response.
Hm. That's a lot of soldiers. Not sure what's up with the chick, or why she isn't wearin' that goofy ass armor, but he's sure he'll find out. The cigarette is finally flung to the side, as he clicks his tongue.
"Ehhh? What, these punks?" Did...did he accidentally fling that cigarette onto the face of one of the skulls? Well, it was...probably accidental. It'd be a hell of a shot to do on purpose. He doesn't seem to care, though.

"Well, y'know how it goes. 'Gimme your money', and I'm a Kamurocho man, I ain't givin' up my yen to some kids who think they're hotshots. They your kids? Ya considered lapel pins or somethin' if they don't rate wearin' those tin cans?" He motions a hand towards the Imperial soldiers.

"Anyway, I'm Majima Goro. President of Majima Construction." He cracks his neck, pulling a small tanto knife from its sheathe. "...but sure, I'll fight ya over it either way. Why not?"
Zenos yae Galvus "Good, the response I was hoping for," he says, holding a hand up towards the others, motioning for them to get back, but he motions for the redhead to pick up the two soldiers.  As she gets two other skulls to do it and they pull back, he lowers the blade to the ground, as he holds it out in front of him.

"Doman..?  No, it is called something else in other worlds, is it not?  Japanese?  Yes, that is it," he observes before slowly approaching Goro.  He does not start hard, swinging the blade in a lazy arch in front of him.  The attempt to measure the other man's reaction and strength.

The blade slices through the air easily and does the same against flesh and armor just as well.  A red trail of fire aether follows in its wake, dangerous to those who are unaware of it.

"Then let us enjoy ourselves, Outlander.  Show me the depths of your strength."
Majima Goro Majima's grin only grows wider. And wilder. "...Heh. I like ya."

He flips the knife in one hand as Zenos gets close. He waits for the right moment, and it's clear the moment Zenos makes his first move. Majima doesn't just leap out of the way of the blade. No, that would be too easy.

He's gotta show this guy he means business. Majima just bends backwards out of the way, preparing to swing-- but there's a second flare of fire that follows the blade. He has to stay there a moment longer than he'd prefer, waiting for that to fade.

"...eh?" He shrugs, before dropping down into a crab-walk position. He twists around, attempting to deliver the heel of his boot into the side of that armored knee. It's the part least likely to be armored, and if his advantage over this Zenos guy is maneuverability--there's no reason not to take advantage. "Waahaaa!"
Zenos yae Galvus The strike hits the knee, and while his guess was right...the armor WAS weaker there, there are a few problems with Goro's tactics.  The first is that Zenos NEVER skips leg day, the second is that Garlean steel is a bit harder than most.  While it hurts, it does not drop him like he might have wanted.

Staggering, Zenos jumps back a moment to give himself some room, before dashing forward again, the blade swinging in a wide arch trying to slice in a larger arch this time, aiming to try and catch the weirdly mobile Majima.

"A fellow lover of battle?  Hm...let us test this love."
Majima Goro "Wahahaaaa~"
Majima encourages the staggering back by raising to his feet in a tornado of swinging legs. It's nowhere near Zenos, so not terribly worth his concern. Still, he's back on his feet. "...Heh. Love? Not a bad term."

He prepares again to slide out of the way of Zenos's next attack, but this time he isn't quite fast enough. He manages to get the tanto in the way just hard enough that it's primarily a bludgeon into Majima's side, and less about chopping him in two, but Zenos's strength is more than enough to send the man flying.

This doesn't bother him as much as you'd think, as he lands on one bent knee, skidding a bit. "...y'hit like he does. I like it."
He proceeds to catch fire.
At least, a strange, bright purple fire, giving off light but no heat. While he closes back in on Zenos, he takes the time to try to sidestep around him, looking for any weak points in the armor to drive his knife into. The fact of the matter is, he doesn't fight many armored guys. Last time he did, the guy's armor was crap. And bought off the internet. But that's another story.
Zenos yae Galvus The glow catches Zenos' attention...apparently, this man was, in fact, no lucky outlander, there was some strength here.  He tries to move around Zenos, who does not proceed to try and reposition himself at all.  Instead, he is planning out his next attack.  He moves to try and avoid the knife, but neither is Zenos perfect nor is he taking it perfectly serious...yet.

The aura sinks into his flesh, causing problems, Zenos can feel them.  However, there is a red glow under the mask in his eye, as /something/ happens, and his body forces the foreign agents out of his body as if it was simply a matter of will.

Then Zenos is gone, vanishing and appearing a decent distance away from the Yakuza of light.  His blade gripped in hand at this time something strange happens.  Two blades fall from the sky, aiming to land in front of Zenos, they glow with green energy, as a pair of swords drop behind Goro.  These swords glowing in purple light, and the feeling of static electricity becomes stronger the closer one comes to it.

The swords in front of him burst with pure wind aether, attempting to blast Goro back, into the lightning swords.  The blades send dangerous amounts of electricity through the man if he was not able to escape the terrible techniques.
Majima Goro Majima hasn't stopped moving. As his initial blows land, he's already jumped in the air to deliver a slice of his tanto directly to Zenos's neck!

..But he's teleported away, and Majima puts his tanto away for a moment. The purple fire flickers to a lighter pink, as he starts to move his feet around a bit rhythmically. He even bobs his head, as if to an invisible beat.

The power of the Echo... ...is not available to Majima Goro. He doesn't get the advantage of knowing where the attacks are going to land. The first winds blow at him, and he has no means to resist. Instead, he leaps with the wind, landing on his hands, backflipping into the air, and bouncing off his feet, pushing him further back--and out of the range of the lightning swords. That puts an incredibly frustrating amount of range between him and his target, but whatever.

"Eh? Why are there four swords now?" He asks, shaking his head. Regardless, he continues weirdly dancing his way around the 'arena', keeping an eye on Zenos's movements. He's going to have to play defensive until the right moment. He's dodging attacks that aren't even happening, until finally he's right back up against Zenos, at which point that flaring light turns back to its previous purple, the knife is out again..

And he's ducked under to try to drive it into Zenos's ribcage. There's a hole in that armor somewhere, he's sure of it.
Zenos yae Galvus There are no obvious holes, however, the knife does hit with enough force to dent it, causing the kinetic energy to transfer and stagger the Garlean slightly.  There is a flash, as an aura of energy starts to surround Zenos, apparently, he was taking this seriously now.

"Hmph, it was not luck I see.  Well, then!" he says, with a bit of excitement in his voice.  The Multiverse never failed to impress, it always provided him with good fighters and entertainment.  A world where he was not forced to hold back or else his opponents would simply expire before he could enjoy himself.

His blade returns to the sword revolver, as it spins.  His style changes, instead of a passive monster, he is now turning into a more aggressive swordsman.  The Revolver locks into place, as he dashes in at Goro, aiming to slash with the blade that comes to hand.  As he slashes, the wind aims to boost his power, aiming to try and blast the Yakuza back with the swing of his blade.

Hurricane force winds would buffet the area, as weaker soldiers watching could simply not stand.

"Let us embrace violence together!"
Majima Goro Majima does not seem particularly thrown off that his opponent is now finally also on fire. Instead, he gives somewhat of a manic grin. "Are ya finally takin this seriously...Zenos-chan?!"
The blade is swung, and it's lined directly up to cut Majima right through the middle of his head, before..

Before the blade is stopped.
Stopped directly in Majima's mouth.

He's caught the massive blade literally in his teeth, and he looks thrilled about it, even as his back is bent almost ninety degrees backward. Both hands are free again, and the flames he has suddenly flare with an intensity.

HEAT ACTION: ESSENCE OF BLADE BITING

With a surprising deftness, he yanks backward, using both hands and the momentum of the wind to try to rip the sword out of Zenos's hands, if only for a moment. With that momentum, he swings around, aiming to throw the general's own sword right into his midsection, while cackling like a lunatic. Could any of this fail, at any moment? Absolutely. But he's going to live his life fun, and he's going to live his life crazy, and you can't stop him.
Zenos yae Galvus Surprise is something Zenos does not commonly experience.  Today, however, he was /very/ surprised.  The blade is ripped from his hands, only to be tossed right back at him with force.  He attempts to grab it...and he does so.  Right in the torso.

Zenos goes flying from the shot, tearing the ground up until he finally comes to a halt.  Most people might be horrified, some people might be mad.  Zenos, simply laughs...not a mocking laugh, not an insulting laugh, but a genuine belly laugh.  He was having /fun/, he was /enjoying this/...and looking up he pulls the blade out of his stomach.

Coated even in his own blood, he can not help but grin like a madman under the helmet.  The aura around Zenos is utterly uncontrollable now.  Aether visibly comes to life around him as he just appears right in front of Majima. The blade lashes out, aiming once more to try and take the legs out from under him in a whirlwind.

However, he disappears immediately afterward, appearing right behind  Goro, as another sword swung, and electrical energy surges through the air aiming to blast into the back of the Yakuza.

Once more, he vanishes, only to appear straight in the air, as the flaming sword follows in his wake, cutting through the air as he attempts to smash it right into the chest of Majima.  An explosion tears out in all directions from the slash, hit or miss, scorching the land and infusing the land with fire aspected aether.

"YES! YES...MORE!"
Majima Goro Majima does not appear shocked by Zenos's laugh. He's matching it, in fact, even though he's panting a little. Yeah. This is what he wanted tonight. Zenos's blow to his legs is dodged, at least, as Majima leaps in the air--but his arm catches on the blade in the flip he's doing, and that sends him spiralling onto the ground.
He hops up to his feet easily enough, of course, but--where on earth is Zenos? "Eh? Where'd ya g--" That next blow smashes home right into his back, and he stumbles forward, launched by the electrical blow. There. Zenos has him. He rolls forward, but he successfully rolls directly into Zenos's sword smash to his front, sending him sprawling backwards just in time to be launched even further by the explosion.

He practically ragdolls, bouncing a few times before finally smashing into a wall. There's a long moment, where he is still.

And then, finally, a single "Heh."
Zenos yae Galvus There is a moment that Zenos needs to recover his own breath, but after a moment, he was laughing again.  Truly, this was something worth enjoying.  He returns his sword to his revolver and offers the man a hand up.

"That was indeed a good fight, /friend/," he says with a nearly manic tone.  "Let us treat our injuries, and to me the pleasure of taking dinner with me at my table," he says, looking towards his soldiers.

"Chirurgeons, come," he commands his men, and looks towards Fordola, "Your men, this man is obviously not Ala Mhigan, I will see that you punish them for incompetence.  I am in a merciful mood today, Commander, see that it does not happen again."

This is shocking to her, but she salutes, as he turns back towards Goro.
Majima Goro Majima Goro slowly, but surely rises at least to a kneeling position to take that hand. Not without wincing, but he's honest enough about it. "Eh? Well. I'll take it, Zenos-chan~" He cackles again, a bit wobbly, but standing.

"Eh, maybe they thought I was one of those Doman types, though? Ya got that area all locked up, right?" There's another cackle, before he shakes his head. "Eh, whatever. Rank and file gotta get slapped around sometimes. Did my time like that. But, ah, yeah. I'll take dinner," He says, dusting himself off a bit. The wounds on his chest are pretty visible, as the snakeskin jacket that barely covers him is covering even less now, torn and wrecked from the fight.

"...Tell ya, ya hit like the Dragon of Dojima with those swords. This ain't the last time we're doing this."
Zenos yae Galvus There is a chuckle from Zenos, as he pulls his helmet off.  Revealing...well a very handsome man, one might even say pretty.  On his forehead is a strange peal-like stone, but it seems as if it is /embedded/ there.  His long blonde hair falls out over his shoulders as the face of the man grins.  The red light in his eyes already fading.

"I wouldn't have it any other way.  Yes, Doma is a region under Garlean rule, it recently had a rebellion that I put down.  Though, you mentioned 'The dragon of Dojima'.  I assume this is a title?"
Majima Goro Majima Goro tilts his head, pulling another cigarette out of his pack of High-Lites. There's a moment while he lights up. The lighter clicks, and he puts it away. "Yeah. Guy I know from back home. Kazuma Kiryu." A drag of the cigarette. "Big thing 'bout this whole Multiverse thing is I finally get to tango with people on his level." He waves his cigarette a little vaguely to illustrate, well, the Imperial Soldiers. Luckily, Fordola is gone, or this'd be incredibly insulting.
"Eh. I get that. Keepin' territory is keepin' territory." He says on the subject of Doma. The gem isn't worth mentioning. Sometimes ya just jam gems into your forehead, he guesses.
