Yang Xiao Long     <"Scathing eyes ask that we be symmetrical, one sided and easily processed. Yet each mishappen spark's unseen beauty is worth far more than its would be judgement."> Yang's voice echos across the stage as she rises out of a hatch in the floor. The arena morphs, creating a quartet of different terrains, cut up like a pizza. Going clockwise, there's a forest, a desert, an icy ocean-like area, and a volcanic hellscape. Yang lifts a fist into the air, deploying her gauntlets and firing a single bolt, which detonates in the air in a shower of ember-like motes.

She then steps out into the volcano area, and sets her stance as she waits for her opponent to arrive, gauntlets unfolding and the brawler assuming a ready stance.
Deelel Deelel had had a heck of a match against Haguro and now was up to face Yang she'd not talked to her in a while if Yang paid attention Deelel was very quiet on the Watch radio band. She gives Yang a big old grin on her face.

"Greeting Yang."

There's the faint warble to her voice as she speaks and she seems to be sizing the young Huntress up for a moment.

"It's been a long time since I have seen you fight. I'd like to see what you can do now."

She's clad in a swimsuit like top, cargo pants and boots, but they don't seem to have any seam and glowing tattoos like a circuit board are visible on her left arm.
Majima Goro     Up in the announcer's booth is a one-eyed man with an eyepatch, surveying the arena. He adjusts the sleeve on his black tuxedo, grips the microphone in one hand, and flicks it on with a dramatic sweep of the hand. "Ladies and Gentlemen of the Multiverse, live from the MECC arena, it's your host Majima Goro with... the runner up bracket semifinals! I hope everybody's ready for another climactic showdown! Before we begin, let's have a brief rundown of who's against who today!"

Those watching via screen get convenient statistical rundowns and a camera zoom-in of Yang. "Yang Xiao Long hails from the Beacon Academy, and like anyone crazy enough to make it this far, is no slouch in combat. She specializes in hand-to-hand combat, but her defensive capabilities are unmatched!"

Next, the screens and camera move to Deelel. "Meanwhile, Deelel hails from a computer system known as 'The Grid!' A skilled gladiator already, she specializes in a chakram-like weapon known as an ID Disc. Can her discus-throwing skills see her through to the end? I'm as excited as you are to find out!"

"It's a thrilling arena today, everyone! The combatants will be forced to adapt on the fly through forest, desert, glacier, and--a volcano?! Quick reflexes and quick thinking will likely be the deciding factors in today's competition! It appears Yang has fired a warning shot just to announce her presence...."

"...but it doesn't appear her opponent is taking the bait, sizing up the situation first. Let's see which competitor decides to take the initiative!"
Yang Xiao Long     Yang grins back at Deelel, adjusting her stance just a little bit. Anyone looking close enough would see a shift in her gauntlets as well. "Nice to see ya again Dee. I'm lookin' forward to throwin' down with you, too." she replies, then takes off, circling around into the forest area, firing off a couple of explosive bolts from her gauntlets as she goes.
Deelel Deelel was pleased with Majiuma being the announcer this would make an interesting match even more interesting. She nods once to Yang as she will see the bolt come and she summons her Keyblade from the start she'll use it to deflect some of the damage from Yang's shot but she doesn't seem content to hold still for long. She bolts towards Yang at high speed and moves to try and flang her with several strikes before pulling away from her and leaping up into some of the rocks that make up the volcano arena.

She looks like she's ready to leap again in short order as well as the rule of fighting Yang is, don't sit still.
Majima Goro There's a distinctive cracking open of a can of something, as Majima's voice rings out.
"The two competitors have struck up a friendly conversation, but that doesn't stop them from getting into it with gusto! Yang's headed to the forest, keeping Deelel at range with some bolts from her gauntlets! Is she hoping to use the trees for cover from Deelel's disc? Or is she setting herself up for Deelel to generate some 'log' files atop her head?!"

"It looks like Deelel has more than a disc, pulling out a key-shaped blade to deflect the shots almost effortlessly! Yang's efforts to stay at range seem to be for naught, the Program's surging in to strike her with that Key of hers, but that doesn't seem to be how she intends to 'unlock' her victory! She's already retreating, trying to coax Yang out from the forest towards the volcano! I wouldn't doubt that we're going to see all parts of this arena used to their fullest tonight!"
Yang Xiao Long     Yang grunts as Deelel comes charging in. She brings her arms up and uses the strike plate on the outside of her gauntlets to take the strikes on the metal, a golden glow forming around the strike area and dulling some of the impact.

When Deelel backs off, the huntress moves to grab one of the trees, uprooting it with a grunt of effort, lifting it over her head and then hurling it at Deelel with a kiai of effort. "C'mon Dee, don't leaf. My bark is worse than my bite. Honest." she quips with a big grin.
Deelel Deelel says "Oh I have some ideas about that."

Deelel will attempt to leap out of the way but she's caught by the tree as she does so and is sent flying, she slams into a rock face and will take a few seconds to recover and peel herself out after a hell of a hit like that, she's got some plans in mind and he's going to have to make the most of them as Yang just hits like a Light Train.

She will end up taking her keyblade and throwing it at Yang followed by her ID Disc as she attempts to get further up the slope she's got a plan but it will take some time to deploy it

So she keeps moving and levels her keyblade and casts a spell.

"BOLT!"

Sending several lighting bolts right for Yang, and she may be leaving something else in her wake...
Majima Goro     There's a quick zoom-in of Yang's gauntlets deflecting the keyblades for the benefit of the audience, the camera zooming out as Majima takes the microphone again. "Yang's gauntlets are doing their work, treating that blade like a housekey clacking against a doorknob! Apparently she's not content to leave the forest behind, though, grabbing a tree to lob at her opponent! Launching a log like that at such a good friend...why, it's practically tree-son!"

There's a shot of the log arcing through the air like a javelin towards Deelel, somehow even swapping to an angle as if the audience is riding the log towards the program, allowing a first-person view of it smashing her directly into a rock wall.

Then it cuts out again to allow a running view of Deelel's counterattack. "Deelel's taken a big hit, but don't count her out, everyone! That keyblade works just fine at a distance, and with her disc in the air too, it's a double whammy--and she's not done yet! Now that she's got the high ground, she's calling down the lightning! All the stops are coming out, but will it be enough?!"
Yang Xiao Long     Yang comes charging out after the tree-valin, only to get nailed in the face by the ID Disc and Bolt combo. Her Aura flares brightly, but she's sent flying from the double impact, landing square in the middle of the desert area. As she gets back up, a trickle of blood can be seen coming from a cut under her hairline, while the long tresses of her hair begin to emit motes of golden light, like embers from a fire. "That was a pretty fancy shot." she calls out, standing back up and lifting her head, revealing burning red eyes. "Now it's my turn."

Yang slams her fists together, sending sand spraying in all directions, then she leaps forward, cratering the ground under her feet as she launches herself up towards where Deelel is retreating to. Once she's in range, she unleashes a flurry of punches, each one punctuated by a shotgun blast of raw kinetic force.
Deelel Yang is not someone you can leave going on her own for long, it would be very unwise to do so in a fight like this against her, she knows just how hard yang hits and how brutal she is. She also fins this out as she has Yang getting into he face punch shooting her again and again which will cause her body to start cracking bleeding light and she cries out in pain but there's a smirk on her face.

"You are strong but your fighting style is basic and predictable."

What were those things she'd left on the ground through the fight? Explosives, that's what and they are ticking down and she holds out a baton which forms into a jet which she hops into and rake off second before the explosives go off in chain of explosive which might just break through to magma, even if does not do that there;' the blasts and all the rock etc they kick up to worry about, and Deelel will not h3esate not to come in on a strafing run with her jets machineguns.
Majima Goro     The audience is given a dead-on shot of the twin projectiles striking true on Yang, the thunder and lightning striking only making her rise from the ground more dramatic.

"Yang has taken a serious hit! It's going to take some doing to make a recovery, but it looks like she's up for the job! Even her hair is glowing with intensity! She's realized keeping Deelel at range only hurts her, and she's closed the distance and leaps--in a single bound, all the way back into melee range! Each of her devastating blows looks like it's enough to send a lesser fighter to the hospital, and Deelel seems to be taking them like a champ!"

Yang is shown leaping down towards the camera, with a faux 'camera-shatter' effect showing before switching to a swoop-around of her flurry of augmented punches. "Deelel's cracking like an overheated cheesecake!" Majima announces, "But it doesn't look like she's down and out yet! She's still bravely quipping like the light beaming from her body is just for decoration! What could she possibly have planne--"

The first explosives start, and Majima struggles to be heard over them. "Incredible! She's littered the field with hidden explosives! The volcanic ground is rupturing! Yang won't just have to defend against Deelel's attack, but the earth itself spitting molten lava like so much unwanted chewing gum! Can she do it? Does she have what it takes to survive this explosive, fiery hellscape and deliver the finishing blow?!"
Yang Xiao Long     Yang is engulfed in explosions, her Aura flaring brightly, before it's overwhelmed by the detonations. The faux-cano erupts, and spreads flames across the forest, turning parts of the desert to glass and sends steam erupting from the ice area to fog up the rest of the arena.

It's quiet, almost too quiet... and then a pile of rubble explodes out from around the fallen Huntress. "Not done yet." she growls, hair seemingly turned to living flames, and her eyes glowing in the shadow of her fringe as she gets back to her feet. "If it's stupid but works, it's not stupid." she retorts to the Program, leaping up to grab onto the Light Jet, smashing fists into it trying to get the Program out.
Deelel Deelel does not expect Yang to be down, no that would be too darn easy and she's right about that as she hears the Huntress growl she's not done yet. "I'm not finished yet." Yang gets the jet, uhoh this is back and well the plane is going down as this happen Deelel will banish the jet which dissolves into golden wireframes she starts to fall and Yang likely will too as this happens. Deelel has her ID disc in hand and makes several brutal strikes for Yang even as she starts to fall back towards the ground.

"Well now let us see how you adapt to changing conditions!"

Deelel seems ready to handle the fall but what countermeasures Yang has? She has no clue there but is ready for something to happen even as this crazy fight goes on, but she's pretty sure she won't' last much longer herself if she takes another hit or two like the last one.
Majima Goro "I can't see Yang underneath the rubble! I think that's it! I think she's out for the count! Fog is filling the arena, but I think Deelel is the winner of--" ...

"Cancel that! That pile of rubble has exploded away to reveal the Burning Gold of Beacon Academy herself! She's still standing! Even as the desert's turned to glass, and the arena's covered in a mist from the melting ice, Yang's not out of the fight yet! It seems her hair might still be alight from the explosions, but she doesn't care! She's leapt right to Deelel's vehicle to tear the Program right out of the sky to the blazing, steamy glass below! This fight is full of surprises!" There's a decided metallic 'clank' of an aluminum can smacking down onto a surface from Majima's microphone.

"The jet is down! The jet is down! It's dissolved away into a pile of gleaming lines of light, and Deelel's counter-attacking before they've even landed! It looks like she's trying to beat the girl down and finish this fight before they hit the ground! Will it be enough?!"
Yang Xiao Long     Yang takes the ID Disc to the shoulder, drawing blood, and cutting through the fabric, which seems to set itself alight as it starts to regenerate itself. The Huntress's wounds aren't sealing up so quickly anymore as her Aura fails slowly. Then the jet dissolves and she's send plummeting to the ground.

Yang's been in this position multiple times, and instead of just slamming down, she fires her gauntlets downwards to arrest her momentum, making the slam down into the glass-desert, shattering it back into fragments. She doesn't pause, and launches up again, doing a flip then dropping like a flaming comet towards Deelel with a blast from her gauntlets. On impact, she punches the ground causing a ripple of debris to fire out in all directions, but mostly in the way of Deelel.
Deelel Deelel is able to make the fall well enough, as she hits the ground Yang could be down? No, she's not down. "Oh, this is bad, very bad." She notes as she sees Yang has made the landing and now shes' got Yang on the move once more right for her. She knows better than to try and tank Yang to the face, she's already had that happen. Yang slams into Deelel more of her body crack and this time there's voxel cubs going flying from the wreckage that hits her and Deelel sinks to the ground, she's clearly done the match is over. She's just laying there not even moving until the arena starts to fade and the damage starts to be reverted.

"You still got Game...so food?"
Majima Goro Majima's tone grows even more excited. "It's not enough! It's not enough! Deelel's brutal assault isn't stopping Yang! She's smashed down onto the glass surface of the tortured desert, sending scintillating shards of silicon everywhere! But--she's up again! She's launched into the air, turning herself into a burning meteor of fury! She's missed the impact--but that may have been the point! Her second smash is sending a brilliantly shining blizzard of molten blades of glass through the air! Deelel can't possibly hope to dodge through all of that, but it looks like..."

For the audience's convenience, there is a slow motion replay of Yang slamming down like a rocket into the ground, and the shockwave of rippling glass refracting the sunlight with an eye-searing prism of luminous force, and Deelel...

Well, Deelel seems to be falling apart, cubes flying off her left and right. She doesn't move until the arena returns to normalcy, and the screen cuts to Yang's face to celebrate the victory.

"Ladies and gentlemen, from the very brink, Yang erupts like a volcano to secure the victory! It's been an honor sharing this experience with all of you tonight! Please stay tuned for post-match analysis, replays of the best moments, and information on the remaining rounds of the MECC! Good night!"
Yang Xiao Long     Yang stands after her final strike, lifting her fist to the sky to claim victory. The arena resets, and she releases a deep breath she was apparently holding that entire time since impact to reset. Her hair drops and stops glowing, and as she opens her eyes, they're no longer red, returned to lilac. The lifted fist is unclenched, and an open hand is offered to Deelel. "Sure, there's a place in town I know. You might like it." she says, helping Deelel to her feet before heading out of the arena.
Deelel Deelel has to admit Majima made a heck of an announcer and some ideas form in her head maybe to hire him for something later, but that's not on her plate tonight, tonight it's time to go celebrate Yang's victory is it not "So promise me one thing? Win the tournament would you?"

There's a big old grin on her face as she follows Yang out.
