Ein The greater Tokyo Metropolitan Area was host to many strange types of monsters and a robust private rubbersuit disaster relief group collectively known as Rider Services.

Globally, Rider Services was the leading provider of civil defense against alien, mutant, or otherwise attacking Toku Jackasses. Their premier Riotrooper line of powered armor suits and the Kamen Riders themselves became a brand, emblematic heroes-for-hire who defeated evil and rescued cities.

Tokyo, however, was on the forefront of rendering public the name 'Kamen Rider'. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police's two new Riders, Drive and Mach, had made a major debut against the altered mechanical threat of the Heaviness-inducing Roidmude.

Still, in the land where advancements were made daily in AI technology, the latest model of Hiden Intelligence's Humagear line of multirole androids, there were needs for even more protection. The Japanese Military's Artifical Intelligence Military Service, or AIMS Squad, were the ones called for AI-based crimes.

Converging on a single point, zoomed in on just a little spot filming spot in a large sports stadium (there is Only One Sports Stadium, with blue stand-chairs), is a simple groundskeeper Humagear. The large 'headband'-like earpiece that visually differentiates a Humagear from a human flickers from blue to red as the abused gardener looks down.

A young man in a dark purple set of rags and coats firmly holds a wide, crackling belt against the gardener's waist, where the actual 'belt' part spreads wide like toothed jaws to fit around the gardener's waist.

"M-my job is to c-c-cut the grass and t-t-t-tend the plants." The Humagear stammers, gasping for air it doesn't need.

The hooded young man laughs like he heard an uproarious joke, before leaning in. "Wrong. Your job is to exterminate humanity."
Ein MINUTES LATER:

A youth soccer team takes the field, with most of the gardening supplies - rake, push mower, and clippings bags all strewn about the field. The children's joy turns to confusion -- they can't play on this pitch!

The coach, fuming, moves towards the locker room. "Where's that useless Humagear? Did it break down again? It stopped with the job half done, there's kids on the field and it's littered with garbage!"

The coach, finding the groundskeeper staring blankly at a wall with a strange silver belt on and red alert lights on its headpiece, places a hand firmly on the malfunctioning android's shoulder.

"Your job is--!" The man begins.

MOMENTS LATER: The coach, bruised, is thrown out of the locker area onto the pitch, arced to tumble into a bag of cut grass and fwompf the trimmings out like green confetti. The children scream, and a once-bored, now-very-alive student liason tremblingly pulling out their phone and jamming the Oh God Please Send Kamen Rider Right Now button on the MPD's updated Heaviness app.

From the locker area, a large, wide, praying mantis man with long green arm blades advances on the downed coach.

"Now Trimming W-w-w-weeds" announces the Humagear meanacingly.
Reliant A dark-windowed car pulls up abruptly with a screech of wheels, a young brown-haired man scrambling out and quickly followed by a dark-haired humagear woman with a very particular way of holding herself.

At Hiden Aruto's waist is a bulky-looking belt, against which he swipes a square-looking object that is very familiar. It is identical in design to the Zetsumerise Key that was used to transform the humagear a few days past-- and in fact, identical to the same device used by Kamen Rider Chiroptera. The belt itself however, is an entirely different affair. The belt makes a ringing noise, a light on its face turning red.

Aruto flips the square device open easily, the lock that obstructed opening the Zetsumerise key apparently no great concern for him.

"Henshin!" He calls, socketing the key into the belt.

The belt blares:

                                    PROGRISE

A colossal grasshopper plunges out of the sky and craters the ground to one side of him, hopping around several times before bursting into several constituent pieces. Simultaneously a black bodysuit encases Aruto, soon followed by the constituent pieces of the grasshopper collapsing onto his body.

                                 JUMP AND RISE
                            R I S I N G  H O P P E R

A softer voice drones beneath the din:

A jump to the sky turns to a rider kick

Black bodied with a bright yellow-green armoring, Kamen Rider Zero-One takes off from the sidewalk and makes a grand leap at the edge of the grass, coming down a more-than-respectable distance away between the Magear and its would-be victims, body blocking its advance and pushing forward to try and grab and wrestle it backwards.

The humagear accompanying him steps in a moment later with a curiously rigid and yet still considerably quick gait, gently organizing a retreat.
Shinnosuke Tomari The Kamen Rider part of the Heaviness app is signalled, causing a beep to both Shinnosuke Tomari's phone and Mr. Belt's sensors, once it's been cleared as 'legitimate'.

The Tridoron shifts on the road, heading straight for the stadium. It roars up to the entrance, tilting at a stop, as Shinnosuke Tomari did a PRE-FIGHT HENSHIN in the car, so you don't get special effects!

Well, you will, but not yet.

There's a stare at the other car nearby. Is that the Hiden CEO? Well, whatever. There's something more important to be doing.

Instead, Kamen Rider Drive, with his black bodysuit, red armor, and bug-like helmet is carrying a sword with a car steering wheel on it, as he dashes through the grass, straight for the once a perfectly fine Humagear, now a Magear. "Stop right there! I'm here to take you for a spin!"

As Kamen Rider Zero-One moves to wrestle the Magear, Drive comes in for the center of mass, moving to slash twice with the Handle Sword, weaving in and out to avoid hitting his ally. Kamen Rider Chiroptera's words have taught him a valuable lesson.

You can't just start with your finisher.
X With the cooperation between the Maverick Hunters and the Special Cases Unit, it didn't take long for them to become appraised of the situation as well; especially considering the last Humagear incident.

Signas' eyes narrow as he folds his arms behind his back, a frosty expression on his face as the rest of the command crew scramble to get things ready. Alia turns in her chair, pulling her headset to the side of one ear, "No confirmed casualties so far! But Mach and Drive are still en route ... "

"According to Lifesaver's report, it won't be safe for us to deploy regular forces to suppress the maverick element. As far as he can discern, it's likely that they'd be turned the same way the Humagears from before were ..." Layer interjects from Alia's left.

X himself, seated with his fingers steepled, looks up and sets his jaw. It was happening again -- there'd be another one forced to fight, regardless of anything else. It wasn't freedom, they were still just being used as someone else's tool.

        "I'll go."

Signas' dark blue eyes shift in his direction, " ... are you sure, X? We could sortie Zero, this time."

Shaking his head, X clenches his fists with resolution, "I can handle it. Time is of the essence, and I'm right here. Zero isn't."

Stalling for a brief moment, the Supreme Commander ultimately nods his head and signals him to scramble.

    "Be careful, X!"

        NOW:

A blue light falls from the sky moments after the mysterious new Kamen Rider makes his appearance, solidifying into X's form.

Immediately dashing out with his X-Buster raised, he unleashes a volley of opening shots, dully glowing yellow pellets trailing through the air in an attempt to slam into the Magia's claws and 'eyes' to try and take him off guard, and off balance, for the pair of Kamen Riders moving to engage it in close quarters.

"Who are you -- no, if you're here to help, then it doesn't matter right now."
Go Shijima      Go stands up from his table at the DMV's cafeteria, already pocketing his phone as the alert goes off. He's downstairs, outside and on the Ride Macher within a minute. He's weaving in and out of traffic expertly, arriving at the stadium just minutes later. The bike's engine revs as Go coaxes it into a jump over the turnstiles, his body leaned forward to reduce drag. The sound of his approach echoes through the concrete halls of the stadium's innards, until he's on the field proper.

With a sudden stop, Go throws himself from the bike, making a flip in the air. "Let's..." His feet hit the ground, and he makes a flourish with both hands. "Henshin!"

                                     MACH!

A sleek bodysuit of lightweight white armor with two red vertical stripes down the left side appears, complete with a blue-visored full motorcycle helmet with V-shaped antennae, and a waist-length shoulder cape also at the left side. On the right side of the chest, at shoulder level, there's a wheel with the hubcap facing outwards.

"Track..." His left fist closes, sweeping up towards his right shoulder. Drive and 01 are already fighting the Magear. "Eradicate..." Both hands crossed at the wrist. He's still going to do his bit, though. "I'm always at..." Now thrown wide open, and the sound of a superbike's revving engine. "Mach Speed! Kamen Rideeeeer..." X can see him still winding up, by the time he arrives. Signas may soon come to realize that whenever Mach is en-route, it's always wise to account for his drawn out hamming. Two windmills of his right arm, accompanied by revving sounds, then briefly lifting his knee to his elbow, bending low, before stancing wide and low with both arms wide open, palms out. "Ma-ach!" Light jazz hands.

Mach mashes the button on the Mach Driver, four times--

                                 ZENRIN SHOOTER

An energy pistol appears in his hand, a large wheel affixed to the front end. He ends up attacking a good second or two after X, blasting away with the Zenrin Shooter and closing in to hem the Magear in, taking up a position behind them via an agile overhead somersault.
Nova Terra     "Anything?"

Nova taps her foot impatiently on the bridge of her covert ops spaceship.

One of the bridge officers reports, "Nothing yet..."

Nova looks upset, starting to pace across the bridge. She asks again, "Really? Nothing? Nothing at all? How is that possible?"

The bridge officer reports again, "Yes, ma'am. Nothing. And well, perhaps it's just a slow day?"

Some more pacing from Nova. Then the bridge officer's console quietly beeps, grabbing Nova's attention, "Is that something?"

The bridge officer replies, "Yes, ma'am. It's-"

But Nova cuts her off, grabbing the large Canister Rifle resting against a nearby console, "I don't care. It feels like I've been on this ship for months, I'm going mad. I'm going." She starts walking towards the exit at the rear of the bridge.

The bridge officer tries to speak up again, "But Agent, it's not even-"

Nova interupts once more, "Don't care! Prepare a dropship." She leaves, the bridge doors closing behind her.

Soon enough a Terran Dropship drops out of the clouds, heading towards The Only Stadium That Exists. Inside, Nova stands alone, holding on to a bulkhead as she waits. The pilot's voice crackles in over an intercom, <Landing site located. ETA: Twenty seconds.>

Nova hits the button for the intercom, pulling her visor down over her eyes as she replies, "Screw the landing, just fly over the location and open the doors."

As if used to such requests, the pilot replies calmly, "Aye, ma'am." The dropship drops down, making a quick, low pass over the stadium as its bay doors open up. As it does so, Nova takes a few steps and then dives out, starting to plummet towards the large roof opening.

While falling, Nova uses her visor to zoom in on the situation playing out below. Children. Some adults. Menacing armed robot clearly looking threatening. Yeah, that'll do.

Nova raises her rifle, aiming towards the robot some distance away, but quickly closing. She pulls the trigger, feeling the heavy kick of the rifle in her shoulder as it fires off one of its large 25mm rounds with impressive accuracy given Nova's current situation.

Nova fires off a few more rounds before she finally hits the ground on her feet a few levels up in the stadium's stands, the concrete ground cracking slightly under the impact as her suit absorbs it to protect Nova from sudden death by falling.
Chase Another humagear attack. Probably by MetsuboJinrai.net, if Chase had to guess. Which means he's not letting what happened last time again. Even if their memories can be backed up, destroying them is still taking life...

There is something he observed though. It's risky, though.

Chase, arriving at the scene completely untransformed, throws himself almost instantly against the Magear's backside as he loops his arms underneath their armpits...

A full nelson.

"What is MetsuboJinrai.net?"

Not expecting an answer, Chase unloops one of his arms, his hand now reaching for the front of the Zetsumeriser as he desperately attempts to pull it off.
Hibiki Tachibana With an acute investment in the going-ons of the Metropolitan's DMV-based Kamen Riders and their not one but two robotic issues, Tachibana Hibiki engages in genre overlap once again courtesy of the Heaviness appli she's also went and installed. It's pretty convenient compared to the alarms she's used to!

"Is it another...? ...I'll be back, Miku!"

Being off-genre, she lacks a bike or a car (or teleportation) to ride in once she's past the Warpgate, but sprinting is actually enough to make it in time anyway. She dashes through the familiar sights of Tokyo at full speed, to the single stadium that looms over the cityscape. She passes by Hiden Aruto's parked car on her way in, paying it only the slightest mind as she pulls a crystalline red pendant out from where it rests beneath her jacket's collar. She won't let what happened before happen again...if she can help it.

    "Balwisyall nescell Gungnir tron--!"

A flash of golden light bursts out from the entrance's exit out into the field, right before the girl in her bright-colored Symphogear and flowing scarf emerges out in a charge right towards the transformed Humagear.

"X! Offi--Kamen Riders!" Wait, there's one she doesn't recognize. "I'm right behind you!" Her own Entrance Attack comes in the form of digging her boots into the grass, then leaping forward with a burst of her rear thrusters. She drops low as she goes, transforming it into a skidding sweep to slide underneath the Magear and knock it off its feet. Hibiki twists right after instead of continuing to slide past, rising up with a punch towards its stomach to blow it into the other attacks!
Ein The Berotha Magia -- some extinct species of grasshopper -- is a very simple pattern. It's also a Magia (or, Magear, in the motive sense) that Hiden Aruto - Kamen Rider Zero-One - has fought before. The reappearance confirms a suspicion that many in the power suit community had had entertained in strategy meetings:

That whatever causes Magia can repeat the results with multiple different Humagear for a similar result.

This would be, in some cases, terrifying. In the case of the Berotha Magear, this is...

After stancing up, threatening one guy, and walking towards the ultimate end of stopping around two dozen potential Children Episodes in one fell swoop, Berotha is shot to *hell*. A cascade of falling fire, energetic buster lemons, and blaster blasts cause showers and cascades of brightly bursting sparks to fall to the half-trimmed grass. Staggering back, a repeated "I-I-I-I-" stammers out from the damaged vocoder of the armored form as it rights-- just in time to get clocked by the squeal of the Zenrin Shooter's tire. Aruto pushes in, shoving the Humagear away and wrestling it back into the open.

He can't lift it. Chase shoots in, untransformed, and slides his arms up under the shoulders of the Magear.

Hibiki shoots for the leg, sweeping up and driving her fist in.

The trio heaves the machine back where that fat head meets code-compliant soft grass.

"P-p-p-please don't step-ep-ep on the grass!" It warbles, the belt tugged just slightly off its waist by Chase's strength, revealing the sparking control pylons of the belt dug into the waist of the humagear and keeping the belt in place. Energy, from the power cables directly attacked to the key, crackles zaps out aggressively, a red-back snap-connection of sheer Tech Bad that blasts into his systems and leaves him dazed.

On top of its head, the powerful legs of the mantis-machine spin, its arms coming up like a breakdancer.

"Stay Cl-Cl-Clear of Trim-m-m-mer!" Comes the warbling warning as the Berotha Magear begins spinning on its head like a top, crescent-green blades swinging out in scything danger all about. Melee is worse, as the fierce flailing limbs of its frantic groundskeeping present a simple physics problem with the penalty of failure being dismemberment!
Reliant     Along the sidewalk...

Just a few yards behind the car that brought Kamen Rider Zero-One is a small food truck. There are two humagears working at it, completely identical, each of them modeled as a feminine-looking man with pale blonde hair that spills down to their waists. They're both wearing black aprons over the top of white button-down shirts and black slacks, giving them a simultaneously formal and informal look.

One of them stands on the sidewalk itself, essentially acting as a hype man and tempting passerby with samples.

The other stands at the counter, actually putting together people's orders. Some of it is basic stuff, but he's also putting together elaborate ice cream rolls fairly regularly-- this seems to be the more popular option.
Shinnosuke Tomari Drive makes his slashes, but the Magear begins spinning rapidly. It impacts with the Kamen Rider, sparking armor and sending him skidding back, as he holds up his sword. "You can't just let 'em rip in the stadium! Mr. Belt, let's change gears." "Try Funky Spike, Shinnosuke."

Grabbing a spiky green Shift Car, Drive shifts the trigger on his belt, places it in the arm brace, and shifts the car. The tire on his shoulder spins out, launching itself at the Berotha Magear, as a spiky green tire comes from the Tridoron and clicks onto his shoulder, diagonally down.

Tire Change! -- Funky Spike!

"If melee's going to be a problem...let's try something else!"

Kamen Rider Drive slides backwards, tires on his feet skidding to allow rapid mobility as he circles around the Magear. The Funky Spike tire begins spinning, as spikes shoot out, moving to turn the Magear into a pincushion!
Reliant "The Kamen Rider that usually handles out-of-control humagears!" Kamen Rider Zero-One replies to X, as genially as can be managed given the situation. His voice is a little strained; he's obviously not actually used to a fight. "Usually I'm the only one who can defeat these guys. Or, I'm usually the first one who can that gets to it. I was late last time around."

As it happens Kamen Rider Zero-One is a fairly speedy guy, and with other -- more physically robust -- people in close handling the literal physical wrestling, he backs off just in time to only get grazed by the spinning blades. Nevertheless, it's not that which gets a verbal response out of the man within.

Zero-One steps forward, ducking beneath the spinning blades and going for the belt, trying to help Chase's attempt to remove the device. He looks up as he does so, his atennae being grazed by the spinning blades, "This grass is FOR walking on! Isn't that what made you happy about this place? Being a part of a fun space for everyone!"

Aruto knows that this has never worked before, but he really can't help himself but try anyway.
X Moving more or less at the same pace as Mach, they both release a volley of energy shots to bombard the rogue gear; although, the speedy Kamen Rider picks up speed faster than he does and catches up, before exceeding him. "Looks like we all made it in time." he mentions, with some relief.

So long as they keep its attention on them, it'd give the civillians a chance to get away from the danger zone. Unexpected allies pour in just as fast, however, as Hibiki shoots in just after Mashin Chaser, much to X's shock. "Mashin Chaser!"

" -- you too ... alright, now's our chance. I'm right behind you, Mach, Drive!"

And that other Kamen Rider, too.

Eyeing the belt as Chase attempts to Belt Out the unfortunate Humagear and return it to normal, meeting failure for his efforts. It brought a pity to X's heart as he hardens his eyes and determines to finish things before they get worse.

Wild, stabbing, cutting, chopping scythes sickle his way as X charges in, the exhaust on his shoulders exploding in flurry of red energy that quickly begins wrapping around him. "HUOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!!"

His whole body shines as a sphere of energy condenses, conforming to his body.

        W A R N I N G
        H Y P E R M O D E

Remodeled from the Blade Armor for use in conjunction with the Force Metall, the expelled energy protects X as he pushes through, straight into Berotha's guard.

His body was now clad in a shiny black armor trimmed with gold, his hands covered in plated red scales. The same deep red trimming can be found on his feet, the crested helmet now covering his whole head and nearly obscuring his face from view with its visor.

"Force Metal resonance ... all OK! The X-Fire Armor is Stable!"

    That's pronounced 'Cross'.

"X, can you hear me? While the Armor System can regulate the Force Metall energy better, you can only hold it for one minute. Anything past that is dangerous, so make sure to disengage it by then ...!"

In the meantime, X had thrust his weaponized arm straight at the belt, hunkering his body low. Rather than a Buster, the X-Fire Armor was equipped with the X-Collider. It wasn't able to use his Variable Weapon System, but was a terrifically powerful close range weapon, having been made with the Blade Buster as a base. The three metal prongs running along it widen up to allow the maximum amount of Force Metall energy to be expelled from the Collider, as X thrusts it against the Zetsumeriser.

    "SHELL BUSTER!"

The explosive attack that follows is like a bolt of energy being driven in before exploding, similar to a pile bunker.
Ein MEANWHILE, AT THE STADIUM:

Aruto's assistant, the short-haired woman in the white-and-green, is speedily assisting and guiding all of the children out of the stadium while carrying the coach in her arms. She's quite strong and fast, and clearly either used to or programmed to help in this way.

One person, though, is walking towards the danger. One person lurks at the ticketing area, as Izu leaves with the last children. The click of a gun's hammer being cocked back is heard, as a dark purple-robed young man leaps up onto a turnstyle and crouches there, large very normal and very real handgun pointed at Izu with an empty smile. "Found~ you~! I knew Zero-One would show up instead of AIMS if we did two at the same time."

The young man reaches forward and yanks an attache case Izu carries out of her hands, still levelling the gun.

"MetsubouJinrai.net needs these keys way more than Zero-One anyway."
Nova Terra     Nova tilts her head a little as she robot starts complaining about people being on the grass. That's... And odd thing for a murderbot to go on a rampage for. She's not familiar with the key points of this world, but judging by the distored speech and murderous intent over grass, this robot is probably malfunctioning.

Still, that's just more reason to put it down.

Expecting some kind of counterattack, Nova starts running. Just as the Berotha Magear starts spinning. Those green blades go flying, many heading into stands towards the Ghost. Nova manages to outrun most of them. But one does managed to find its target, slicing through the artificial muscle fiber protecting her arm and drawing blood.

But the expert assassin seems unconcerned as she places a foot on a chair, leaps off it to clear the railing surrounding the field and landing on the grass proper.

    Hah, take that, stupid robot!

Hitting the grass in a roll, Nova comes up on one knee, snapping off another shot in the Berotha Magear's direction before rising and starting to run once more. While doing so, she calls out the others who have also shown up to fight it, "Anyone got an idea on how to take this thing down quickly before we all get pruned?"
Reliant Although Izu is fairly directly threatened, her poise isn't broken. The case is torn from her grasp by somebody who is, in fact, rather stronger than she is. She lets go only reluctantly, re-assuming her peculiar, rigid stance as the humans she was helping scatter about in alarm.

She nods in understanding, and replies, "Yes, I believe that is correct. But why do you wish to facilitate MetsubouJinrai.net's needs?"
Hibiki Tachibana     Hibiki sees what Chase is trying to do. She thinks. Despite all the efforts to try it, they weren't able to disable the belt instead of the Humagear entirely last time one ended up converted. She backs up slightly after her rise (but not a jump(yet)) to see the belt being pulled away, only to furrow her brow when it it actively fights back against being removed. Not good.

"If we can get at it from the start, this time...!" Hibiki is forced to brace herself on the spot, being one of the unfortunate people in melee range who has to contend with the whirling blades going everywhere. She clashes back against the blades with the thick armor of her gauntlets to several loud metallic clangs, but they force her back each time until she's forced to leap back several meters with a grunt and some sore arms for her trouble.

Despite the continued danger though, she's moving right back in. "You're not yourself! Can't you fight their control!? This isn't what you'd want!" She can't help but do similar to Zero-One, whether it works or not. These MetsubouJinrai guys are going to pay - and with that in her mind, she dives back into the whirl of scythes with a sudden burst of speed. She's going to play to her strengths.

Hibiki twists her body and puts her weight into punching one of the scythes as it swings back in towards her, to try and halt it in its tracks and damage it as much as possible. It'll make it safer for her, the others, /and/ the grass - and make it easier to stay in close to try and disable it.
Ein The young man in purple lifts the muzzle of his pistol as he steps backward, then slides one foot over the turnstyle and hangs there, straddled, rattling the case.

And, shocked at the sound of Only One thing inside, frowns as he looks from Case back to Izu.

His demeanor, soured and petulant, spits out the words.

"I need it to impress him. And MetsuboJinrai.net is how I make friends."

His eyes light up as he says that, looking at Izu. "I'm out of belts for today, but maybe... you'd like to be my friend too? Think about it!" He calls, laughing as he run-skips away down the street and away carrying a handgun and an attache case.
Chase Chase's massive strength seems to work for a moment, the belt slowly being torn off. But either by design, or as a side effect, the Zetsumuriser doesn't take too kindly to brute force, and Chase is zapped with malicious energy.

He zones out for a bit, his mind lost in a sea of red and black, before he suddenly snaps back to. Whatever just happened, he feels new strength coursing through him. Worrying, but he'll have to think about it later.

They reach into their jacket, pulling out a purple and silver gun. They immediately slam the barrel of the gun into their own hand, holding it for a brief moment as a mechanical backing track plays.

BREAK UP!

He removes his palm from the barrel, strutting forward towards Berotha as phantom tires crash into him, cladding them in black and purple armor.

Mashin Chaser slaps the barrel into their palm one more time, the weapon announcing BREAK! before he takes one last step forward and ducks down, throwing a glowing Break Gunner into the Magia's midsection.
Go Shijima That Grim Reaper is here again... what is he up to?

"Why do you care what it is?!" Mach asks Chase angrily.

He turns to take a swing at Chase, but it can't happen with the Magear flailing around so dangerously. Mach is clipped by one of those blades owing to his fanatical determination in hunting Chase down, caught under the arm with a wince-inducing slicing noise and a shower of sparks.

The blow knocks him off balance, forcing him to reconsider his strategy. "No problem at all, Drive!"

These Magear are too dangerous to ignore. If I want to investigate and eliminate Chase... I'll have to deal with the Magear first! And if they're striking too quickly... I'll just need to slow them down.

Mach regains his footing, procuring a palm-sized miniature motorcycle. The one already in his belt, all white with red stripes, is switched out, in favor of one with a red 'stop' sign displayed on the wheel.

                          SIGNAL BIKE//Signal Change!
                                      STOP

The hubcap on Mach's shoulder changes to match that stop sign, and he blasts the Magear with red bolts of energy, attempting to paralyze it, displaying large hologram STOP signs where they strike.

With the sound of a superbike's engine revving up, he chases after those bolts, moving so quickly that his armored form is a blur with only the colors of his suit to distinguish him. He's back upon the Magear in an instant, now trying the same strategy as Chase, X and Aruto.

They can be pretty dangerous when you attack the belt directly... but if I can get it off quickly, then I'll have enough operational time left to deal with Chase...

Of course, this is assuming several things go really, really well and no one here intervenes, but that's Go. He makes a jumping back kick and a rapid flurry of punches to the Magear's chest, following the impacts of Funky Spike, weaving around Aruto and Chase, hoping to store up kinetic energy while they're still paralyzed, and in the meantime, grab onto the belt and use the Zenrin Shooter to pull in the opposite direction with everyone else, even if it means just holding onto someone and adding his strength to theirs.

If all goes according to plan, they'll be knocked one way, everyone else'll pull the opposite way, and the belt will just snap off. It's a very dangerous and probably stupid plan, given what happened last time. But again, that's Go.
Ein The spinning, top-like break-out attack is almost halted by Hibiki's zipping assault, closing dangerously into melee and being punished for the gap-closing. It almost feels like it should work -- it should work.

It works, the spinning halted for a moment.

"Ob-ob-obstruction In Thresher? Clearing-ring-ring!" It announces, hooking one of those powerful mantis forelegs under Hibiki and full-force hurtling them into the back wall of the stadium with a crash of masonry and a cloud of fallen debris that are suspiciously light and painted-foam.

At least, to an enhanced person like Hibiki.

Kamen Rider Drive really starts the chain of actions -- his Funky Spike shots nailing down the limbs and scattering spark-chaining needles all around the field that slow up and detonate for debilitating amounts of shut-down.

Suppressing sniper-shots continue what Hibiki just-about got themselves, suppressing rotational power and sending Berotha's spinning whirlwind of death spinning out in harmless sprays of 'owie!' sparks.

The rest of the effort becomes clear and available. Aruto charges in to attack and grip at the belt, heaving it up and out for X's Force Metal-enhanced powerup form deployment and Chase's finisher attack to both crash simultaneously against the belt.

Go Shijima launches forward with the Zenrin Shooter to slam in a STOP shot right on the belt, holding the power between the belt and the Magear.

The leading edge of the Break Gunner, studded with spikes slams with a purple wave that disrupts the electric current going through the Zetsumerise Key and the belt. Something cracks. The faceplate of the Authorize lever on the key makes a snapping sound, but nothing else happens -- the thing is nearly indestructible.

Not so the Zetsumeriser Belt, which is snapped up by the Super Force Metal equipped claw-arm and -- roughly -- torn free, key and all. The Zetsumerise of the humagear cancels, then, in a spiral of power lines, leaving a flickering-red-blue headpieced humagear groundskeeper in green stammering on their side.

"My-my-my-my job is tokeep the... grounds?" The Humagear manages, before collapsing in Aruto's hands.

In the tines of X's claw is the sparking, pylon-crackling-in-stopped-time Zetsumeriser and Zetsumerise Key, throbbing like a radioactive device.

Thankfully, because we are still in runtime, dozens of Trilobite Magia -- blank faced Humagear Putties -- close in from the stands and surrounding area, holding PDWs and knives. A few even start excavating Hibiki before stabbing at them!

Otherwise, a huge crowd of putties close in to make themselves a problem.

Berotha, seperated from its host, has been peacefully neutralized.
Shinnosuke Tomari The Magear's been defeated. But that's not good - there's a swarm of enemies, and Drive gets slashed, causing him to skid back again with more sparks. But he has more fuel. "Alright, let's shift into top gear!" Kamen Rider Drive flicks the switch on his belt, presses a button on his arm-brace, and twists Shift Funky Spike inside the brace, planting the sword in the ground while he does so. Melee is less-needed with a swarm like this.

Full Throttle! Funky Spike!

Kamen Rider Drive leaps up into a drop kick, as spikes suddenly swarm around him. They're all spinning, floating, as he impacts into one of the many Magears. It's going to violently explode with the green energy'd kick, and the ones immediately around it...

Are impaled by spikes, a veritable spike works, each spike exploding on contact. "Everyone alright?" Drive shouts out to the others, once he's clear with his impact.
Reliant                         AS THE FIGHT WINDS TO A CLOSE...

A figure stirs just beyond the stands, through the large arches that lead back to concessions and tickets. Standing just inside of the concession area -- now long abandoned -- is Kamen Rider Chiroptera, who stares down onto the battlefield as the Praying Mantis Magear is being fought. His fingers rest against the lever of his Forceriser, ready to work the action and to put a stop to it all. When all the figures below crowd so near to the Magear that he can't see the green-armored figure through it all.

                                  But then...

The group breaks apart, partially or in whole. The humagear is released from the Zetsumeriser, stuttering and flickering but undeniably still alive-- and more importantly in this case, very obviously and clearly cared for.

A soft noise leaves Kamen Rider Chiroptera's throat. He steps back, deeper into the shadows and cancels his transformation. A blonde-haired humagear gingerly replaces his zetsumerise key and his forceriser in his apron, the voluminous pockets swallowing the devices neatly.

His expression is confused, conflicted. Uneasily, he turns on his heel and walks past the empty concession fronts and ticket kiosks. Sparking, annihilated closed circuit cameras are left in his wake, each broken before he walked through at all, so as to leave no clear evidence of who passed by and why-- or what they might have transformed into.

The humagear -- Yu -- returns to his ice cream truck, climbing into the back. He looks out towards his twin, comforting children and seeing them safely back to their guardians. His unease merely intensified by this observation, he turns his attention towards cleaning up for moving on.
Reliant Izu doesn't reply to Jin. She seems mildly puzzled, but not in a way that prompts her to speak about it. Once he's gone and she's definitely not getting shot, she turns back around and returns to the arena.

Her re-appearance prompts a reaction from Kamen Rider Zero-One, who has been tugging fruitlessly at the Mantis Magear's belt, and shouts up at her, "Toss me that new key, Izu!"

Izu bows her head apologetically and replies, "I'm afraid that this scenario was developed by MetsubouJinrai.net in order to steal the Flying Falcon key. It is no longer in my possession."

"STOLEN?!" Zero-One cries, aghast.

Kamen Rider Zero-One turns back towards the scene playing out. Everyone is trying so hard to do this one, impossible, fruitless thing.

And they actually manage to get it done.

Zero-One catches the falling magear-returned-to-humagear. He seems absolutely dumbfounded at first, and scrambles to pull the gardener out of the way to the wall of the arena. As if intuiting the imminent need, Izu descends to the edge of the stands and drops a case from above-- and Kamen Rider Zero-One is synched up with her, today.

He catches the case and flips it open, producing an awkward-looking blade. With a strange urgency Zero-One leaps into the fray, but it's very specifically towards the Trilobites that get too close to the fallen humagear.

This is impossible, and Aruto has never managed to do it. All defense is abandoned; all pains are accepted. The message of his sudden, silent assault, enduring every spark and explosion, is very simply that he can't accept petty failure in the wake of what, to him, is a miracle.
Chase The team's effort comes to fruition, and the humagear seems to be in one piece. Good.

What's not so good, however, is the swarm of trilobites that come after. And unlike the Magear, there's no visible belt or object that causes the change. Are they truly lost? It doesn't matter, leaving them alive is going to result in people getting hurt. In humans getting hurt? Why does he...

Mashin Chaser shakes his head. It doesn't matter. He pulls a small silver car out of tokusatsu hammerspace, loading it into the top of his gun.

TUNE - CHASER BAT

The sound of a flock of bats play from the weapon as a pair of robotic bat wings sprout from their back. They press the Break Gun's nozzle into their hand one last time, holding it until another noise plays.

EXECUTION

They crouch down again, hijacked surrounding and clawing at him, before the wings on his back produce a mighty flap, creating a small gust of wind that pushes them away as well as make him airborne.

Tucking one leg underneath the other to help brace it, Mashin Chaser suddenly flies forward at the group of trilobites, a mass of purple energy surrounding his foot as he delivers a destructive flying kick.

FULL BREAK - BAT!
Hibiki Tachibana     Hibiki has about a moment to let out an "Eh?" before she's caught and promptly sent flying. The section of the wall caves in around her and she's caught underneath the rain of material with a groan of mixed pain and surprise. It could be worse. Could be buried in a cloud of cheap note paper or something instead. It wouldn't make her cry, but it would definitely hurt her ego more than this wall slam hurt her physically.

The important thing, which she can tell as she begins shuffling and trying to pick herself back up, is that the Humagear actually /did/ get saved this time, without needing to disable by force. "Phew..." She lets out a sigh of relief that only she can hear, and lets herself just lie there for a long moment. Even if they do have backups, this feels a lot better to her than needing to do worse. And it proves that they can stop it, when MetsubouJinrai.net inevitably makes another move...

That warm thought is cut short when she opens her eyes back up and perks up, to the sound of her being dug out of her hole. "Ah, that was fa--"

Before she can finish, Hibiki sees who's responsible and starts getting shanked before she can continue. There's more Toku sparks visible where she's getting smacked than any of the girl herself. This changes after a few seconds, to the sound of Gungnir's gauntlet shifting into its much larger, thruster-bearing form. With a roar, she ignites them and unleashes a sweeping hook towards the mask of one Magia, smashing him into another, and then another, and then all the rest.

Stacking them all together, her rocket punch carries them all and Hibiki herself halfway across the field before she twists her fist and pushes to send them all scattering across the greenery and into some more of the crowd. She slows to a stop and lowers her arm after, looking back in the way of the others and the saved Humagear with a small yet definite smile on her face.

"...Looks like the miracle came out in full force this time."
Nova Terra     Nova is looking a little baffled as most of the others appear to be trying to tug the robot's belt off. What the hell is up with that? What's even more surprising is it actually works!

Nova slows to standing still as she watches the robot revert back to what appears to be a harmless gardener bot. Well, she was right about the malfunctioning. Was it intentional on behalf of that belt's owner? Regardless, it seems that their work here is-Faceless bot swarm!

Nova starts back-stepping as the bots begin to swarm her location. They're firing those PDWs at her, but the shots don't seem to strike, curving away at the last moment to miss as Nova redirects them with her mind. All the while firing back at the bots with her rifle on automatic. But there's so many of them, from all directions!

Soon enough they've closed in, starting to crowd Nova. Their puny knives don't seem to have the capacity to pierce through the protection of Nova's suit. Not yet, but the damage will build up in Nova can't handle them. She's fighting back, swinging her rifle to smash them in the sides of their heads, throwing psi-enhanced punches to crush their chests. But more and more pile on and soon the Ghost is hidden from view amidst the chaos.

A cry of frustration echoes out from beneath the pile, amplified with a sense of power. Blue light begins to shine from within it. The pile of Trilobites heaped on Nova all suddenly get thrown backwards by a blast of psionic energy. Revealing Nova, her eyes glowing with the dangerous light.

The psionic wave ripples outwards, its destructive energies threatening to tear the faceless bots in Nova's vicinity apart.
X Clutching the belt, and its key, within the X-Collider -- X felt a triumphant feeling peak in his chest. They'd done it. They really were able to neutralize the rogue gear without killing him. The impulse to ignite the Collider and obliterate the items in question quickly flashed over X like a rapid change in temperature, but ...

If Lifesaver and Douglas could study these to find an easier way to reverse the process, then, it could only help them going forward. But no matter what, he knew that he couldn't let it fall back into metsuboujinrai.net's hands.

"Everyone ... we were able to put aside our differences to save someone. Even you, Go. Thank you."

Before X could say anything more, however, more enemies flood the zone. "Gh..!"

"X! You have twenty two seconds left..!"

Alia urgently reminding him of the time before the X-Fire Armor began destabalizing kicks him into high gear, pulling the X-Collider back and sideswiping one of the faceless foes with it, intent on playing keep away with the confiscated equipment clutched inside of it, as he had nowhere safe to stash it just yet.

Sparks fly off of his suit with grunts of concerted efforts, the steadily rising pressure in his body slowing his movements as he continued to push himself, punching and kicking.

He shuffles back and forth, surprisingly nimble for such large and bulky feet as he trades blows with the trilobytes, weaving to catch one by its extended limb and do a full three-sixty spin, hurling it into one of its comrades. "Guoh!"

But, the wave of enemies find themselves caught fighting on two fronts, as various armored reploid men and women wielding handheld Busters shaped similarly to pistols and rifles take up various positions in the stands, entries, and exits to the stadium to begin laying down compact energy bullets, weaker than X's large pellets, but firing at a much higher rate.

    "Sir!"

Blue hair bobbing, one of the C-Rank Hunters deployed to the scene sprints at X as fast as she can, a pneumatic container under arm. Seeing his opportunity, X elbows one of the trilobytes trying to grab onto him from behind to force it to stumble and engages his dash boots, blasting away from it at high speed to meet her in the middle, and deposit the pilfered belt and key into the container, which is promptly sealed for safekeeping.

    "X, five seconds...!"

Turning, X hunkers low as the C-Rank Hunter pulls back so that he could dash back into the fray, the claws of the X-Collider narrowing until they were practically touching. The magnetic field they emitted, accordingly, shapes the Force Metal energy expelled from the barrel and forms it into a long saber of destructive energy that X swings, erupting in a wave to smash through part of the mob, making it easier for his comrades to clean up in the wake of the multi-colored explosion, his body flashing as the X-Fire Armor is forcibly disengaged by safety mechanism, leaving the android panting on his knees, steam and smoke pouring off of his otherwise pristine body.
Go Shijima      Drive asks if everyone is Okay. X compliments him for putting aside differences. "I'm fine! Get Chase!" Again, Go is only thinking about what's right in front of him, and assuredly hasn't put aside his differences. The moment it seems as though the Humagear is back to normal, Mach slots in a different Signal Bike, turning on Chase.

                          SIGNAL BIKE//Signal Change!
                                     DANGER

The hubcap on his armor changes to a yellow DANGER AHEAD signal, and he mashes the button on the Mach Driver four times. Orange-yellow lightning begins arcing across his armor as energy builds up within the suit. He leaps into the air.

                            HISSATSU//Full Throttle!
                                DANGER KICK MACH

Tucking his limbs in for a series of flips, Mach aims a kick for Chase, his leg coming out at the last minute, a hologram aura of a grinning, fanged bullet appearing around him--

Only to be shot out of it by a hail of fire from the PDWs the Trilobites carry. With nowhere to go, the energy explodes out from him, feeding back on him and skipping him across the ground, bumping against it several times before coming to a stop just shy of the stands. He beats a fist on the ground.

"Don't interfere!" Forcing himself back onto his feet shakily, Mach fires the Shooter into the advancing crowds of Trilobites. Slow-moving bullets creep forward, growing rapidly until they're just shy of car-sized. With grinning faces and sharp fangs, each one tears into its target, mauling and tossing them aside.

Gaining speed once again, Mach zips through the crowd, leaping into the air, bouncing from goon to goon with a series of flip-kicks, strikes with the Zenrin Shooter's wheel, twirling midair punches, and grounded joint strikes.

He ends up, much to his irritation, fighting alongside Chase for the third time in recent memory. "What are you trying to pull by helping us?! You can't protect both humans and Roidmude!"
Ein Trilobite Magears, the faceless robo-putties of converted Humagears that other 'Higher' Magia create, are far more effective than the modern soldier at basic combat roles. Durable and hardy, able to operate after taking rather heavy damage, the fact that they're putties with fairly decent shots with their weapons lends them to be a credible threat...

Against people who, frankly, ain't you guys.

The power of seven heroes and their support personell, working together, swiftly obliterates the Magears in a storm of violence, finishers, psychic might, and desperate defenses against all hope to protect a precious miracle.

Go, of course, almost finishers the homeboy, but is stopped by the heroic intervention of putties seeking a moment of fame to be the three shots that stop tragedy.

A slash. A force impact. The sheer emotional power levelled begins to clear, like dust, leaving a pocked and painted-foam debris strewn arena -- and all the enemies are downed or Toku Exploded.

There's no more movement. No further twists of the knife happen.

Nova gets an alert on her HUD from her ship notifying her that a 'K. Foundation' had picked up the fuel bill for the mission as well as a generous cash bounty for '1x Defeated Threat' and '17x Defeated Goon', itemized neatly. At the bottom, above the signature, is the simple note: 'In this city, we recognize people who fight as Riders. To the beginning of our business relationship: Happy Birthday!'
Reliant Several yards away, Kamen Rider Zero-One finishes his last Trilobite and folds his blade back up into a case. But he noticed something, through those exchanges. It might have even been possible for the very attentive to notice that the way Mach was moving caught his attention-- so when the furor of battle dies down, Zero-One doesn't rush to the fallen humagear he was defending.

Izu hops down with undue elegance for somebody leaping out of the stands onto a sports pitch, kneeling next to the fallen humagear and inspecting it analytically.

Kamen Rider Zero-One brings himself to a skidding halt between Mashin Chaser and Kamen Rider Mach, his case raised and held between two hands towards Mach. His posture isn't that of a warrior anymore-- he's tired, and emotional, and it's not hard to tell, even with the mask on.

Aruto Hiden detransforms, and though the case remains between them, it is nevertheless true that a pretty unimpressive-looking guy is situating himself between a transformed and extremely speedy Kamen Rider and an eight foot tall Terminator, quite earnestly.

Breathing heavily from exhaustion, and trembling because it is in fact difficult for him to hold this case at full extension like this, Aruto says, "A Kamen Rider... shouldn't call something that's just 'hard' impossible, while performing miracles."
Shinnosuke Tomari As the Magears are destroyed, Mr. Belt calls out. Nice Drive.

Kamen Rider Drive does not turn off his belt. But, as Aruto Hiden moves to situate himself between Chase and Mach, he moves over to Mach and places his hand on his shoulder. "Don't push it, Mach. We did great today. We can fight him next time, no need to be impatient." He doesn't really have interest in fighting Chase when Chase isn't being a threat, especially after an exhausting battle.

To Aruto, with this hopefully clearing up soon, he says something. "Hey, you're..." He's going to say 'that CEO', but says something else instead. "The Kamen Rider who handles out-of-control humagears? We're the Kamen Riders that protect people from the Roidmude. Looks like we're allies in saving people. Thank you."

Drive waits for this all to clear up (he does not expect it to escalate), and a reply, before he'll consider heading back to the Tridoron. They saved a changed Humagear. Perhaps...they don't need to be destroyed, in the end.
Nova Terra     Nova pants as her power fades after the unleashing of that psionic blast. She's still not used to being able to tap into that kind of power. Regularly, anyway. Nova takes in a deep breath, but then pauses as a message pops up on her screen.

Nova looks pleasantly surprised as she finds herself receiving the bounty for her share of the kills, "Huh..." She taps the side of her visor, activating comms to her ship, "Griffin. Mark this world for future interest." It's always nice to have one's work appreciated. Especially when one has expenses that come with running a covert ops team.

Nova moves her rifle over her back, letting it magnetically attach to her suit, before she walks over to the others, saying, "I take it that happens a lot around here?"

    Meanwhile, in space...

One of the Griffin's bridge officers stands behind another, who's seated at a console. The standing officer stares at the console screen, before asking, "You sent an invoice to the organization responsible for those 'Rider' types!?"

The second replies with some shock, also staring at the response message displayed onscreen, "Y-Yeah... I didn't think it'd actually work though!"
Chase Mashin Chaser skids across the ground as his kick finishes off the trilobites, before friction suddenly grinds him to a halt. Clawed fingers unload the silver car from the Break Gunner, causing the pair of bat wings on his back to dissipate in a cloud of purple particles.

He looks to Go, and then down to Aruto. There's a long stretch of silence, as if he's thinking, before he finally speaks.

"He has his reasons for saying what he does. I am still looking for my own. That said, do not misunderstand what happened today, Kamen Rider. We are enemies. You have no reason to defend me."

As Mashin Chaser finishes saying this, his motorcycle suddenly drives itself right behind the CEO of Humagears, prompting them to slightly shove the young man out of his way as he walks up to mount it. He revs the bike's engine up a bit, remaining stationary as if waiting for a reply. Or maybe he's stoically lost in thought. Who knows?
Go Shijima      Chase says that they're still enemies. "Good. As long as there's no misunderstanding..." Mach takes a step forward. He is stopped, when Aruto stands between him and Chase. Hidden behind the helmet's visor, Go's expression is a conflicted frown.

He took the suit off? Is he really going to... Why does everyone always have to make this harder?

He takes a step forward anyway, fist clenched... but Drive's hand on his shoulder stops him. "Humagears are forced into acting this way. Roidmude choose to hurt people. Both can be reset--" He lifts up the chamber on the Mach Driver and removes the Signal Bike. The onboard AI proclaims:

                                   Good Work!

...as the armor disappears, leaving a dead-serious young man with amber hair, dressed in casual streetwear, the most distinctive of which is his white hoodie. "But people can't be reset. They can't be downloaded from a satellite somewhere like nothing happened. There's no second chance for them. That's why..." he says coolly, nodding to Chase as the Grim Reaper departs. "I have no sympathy for Roidmudes. Especially not that one."

He shrugs his shoulders at Aruto, his tone grudgingly respectful. "...But if you're going to put yourself in danger just to stop me from going after him, I have to stop. Don't expect it to work twice, 01."
Reliant Aruto isn't able to greet Shinnosuke properly because Shinnosuke greets him while he's trying to make sure nobody shoots each other. He smiles -- strained, because he's tired and achey -- and nods towards him.

"Hiden Aruto. It's nice to meet you, Kamen Rider Drive," he says.

Chase's explanation doesn't really phase Aruto. Being shoved does, a little-- Izu steps forward neatly, preventing him from being knocked over. Recovering, Aruto thanks Izu quietly and passes the case back towards her.

Then, displaying absolutely unreasonable tenacity, Aruto steps forward urgently to lay a hand on Mashin Chaser's shoulder. He couldn't hold him up short if he tried, but he thinks that Mashin Chaser isn't going to do anything too bad about it.

"If I couldn't believe that the machines we make can bring smiles to the people around them the same as anybody," Aruto declares, "I couldn't be a Kamen Rider."

His hand slips from Chase's shoulder, and his attention turns towards Go. Aruto looks a little troubled, though not in the fashion of somebody who thinks they've just been threatened.

"Do you... think that somebody is only the worst thing they've ever done?" He asks. It's a mildly confused question, not spoken with the same conviction and clarity with which Aruto declared that he Could Not Be Kamen Rider if he didn't think that way. Rather, it's something he struggles with too.

A group of men in suits arrive, the HIDEN INTELLIGENCE logo present on badges on their chests. They put the fallen gardener humagear onto a stretcher and wheel it away.

"Think about it," Aruto says to Go, peeling off of the group with Izu to follow his suits.
