Scene #880: A Playful Serendipitous Meeting

Ayako Hasekawa	Southern Urbania is well known as a center for recreation. While there is almost anything and everything related to having fun moving your body-and anything that isn't available tends to end up being under construction-sometimes, it's the classic, old-fashioned things that hit just the right spot. "Wheeee!" On that note, one Ayako Hasekawa is at a playground by the central road passing through Southern Urbania. She's swinging cheerfully on a swing-and actually going pretty high as far as playing on a swing goes, anyway!
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa is just one to take some time off she was just passing the playground, she'd had no intent to play there she as too old really and also likely to heavy for anyhthing in there still she watches Ayako who seems to be having a good deal of fun ans there's a faint smile on her face.
Fayt Ravus	Of cource, a recreation area like this needs a lot of equipment, fortunatly, Fayt's here, clipboard tucked under his arm has he maeks his rounds of the area, checking with locals to see what kind of things need to be shipped out here. "Hmm..."
Maxine Sandberg	Maxine stops by playgrounds sometimes to see what fads the kids were currently into. She smiles as sees Fayt and Kotone present as well. Noticing Ayako on the swing she wonders if she takes things a bit too seriously sometimes. Still there was a lot expected of her.
Freya	Freya looks around and spots a wild Fayt outside! How rare. She waves to him. "Hey Fayt!"She spots Maxine and Kotone as well.
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako keeps swinging cheerfully. Oh nevermind that she looks like a twenty-ish adult! She hardly cares and is too busy liking the swing. She does, however notice Kotone and waves hello cheerfully to her. "Hello Kotone!" When she happens to swing high, she spots Fayt checking a clipboard and then says loudly and cheerfully, "Fayt! Whatcha doin' all the way over there?"
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa is having a bit of a converstation on the radio and looks up to Ayako wathcing her for a second. "You seem to be having a lot of fun, there I didn't expect to run into any... Oh hey Maxine it's good to see you." She doesn't know Fayt or Freya at all sadly.
Fayt Ravus	"Eh?" Fayt comes to a halt as both Freya nad Ayako call to him. blinking in surprise, he walks over to them. "Hello? I was just out here taking inventory, seeing who needed what, that kind of thing... did you need something?"
Freya	Freya giggles a bit. "Why do you think every time we meet you think I need something? I'm just out enjoying the nice day.", she pauses looking Fayt over. "Don't tell me your out working..", she looks over at Ayako. "I'm Freya by the way nice to meet you. I guess you know Fayt as well. I think everyone does.."
Maxine Sandberg	"Hello everyone...Freya? It's been a while." Maxine sounds a bit surprised to see her again. "Yes, I think knowing everyone is part of Fayt's job." She giggles a bit at that. She notices Ayako as well, "I don't believe we've met yet. I' Maxine." She knows everyone else here.
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako hops off of her swing and lands lightly on her feet. She smiles cheerfully to Kotone, and then gestures over to the chaos mage with a clipboard in his hand, "Kotone, this is Fayt! Fayt, this is Kotone!" She giggles brightly and then shakes her head. "Fayt! You always seem to be busy working all the time. Don't forget to take a break every now and then!" When Freya and Maxine approach, Ayako curtsies in their direction. "Nice to meet you, Freya and Maxine! I'm Ayako Hasekawa, a water spirit!" She giggles and glances away awkwardly for a moment. "Even though I kind of look like a witch right now." Her hands reach up and adjust her witch hat.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa Says "Hello to the both of you and no I was just out and about I'm Kotone Yamakawa." She s seems to be in a pretty good mood more of less and she's happy to see ?Maxine from the looks of it. "... I'm still getting used to that sort of things. Spirits, gods and more all just out and about..."
Fayt Ravus	Fayt blinks at Freya. "Erm... I um..." and then Ayako speaks up. "H-HEY! I take breaks! Sometimes! occasionaly... y-you know... every once in..." mutter mutter. Guilty as charged it seems. "A-anyway, nice to meet you Kotone."
Maxine Sandberg	"A water spirit? I have to admit I haven't met any before." Maxine has a few questions but figures it would be rude to ask them right after she just met Ayako. "That's a cute outfit you're wearing." She figures a complaintment couldn't hurt. "Yes, there's plenty of diversity in the Multiverse." She replies to Kotone's statement. "It's important to try and get every so often." She can't help but to mother Fayt a bit.
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako smiles cheerfully at Kotone. "What's so strange about spirits and gods?" She moves her arms behind her back and grasps her hands behind her back as she leans forward. "It's going to become really different in a day or so too! It's going to be Halloween, after all!" Her face brightens, "Oh oh, that reminds me! Is anyone going to dress up for Halloween?" She giggles softly. And then Ayako sticks her tongue out playfully at Fayt. "You shoud, you should! I don't want you to burn out, after all!" Ayako then smiles brightly at Maxine. "Yup! I'm a real water spirit." She blushes lightly when complimented on her outfit, though. "A-ah... thank you! Eh heh... I worked pretty hard on it..." Her amber gaze looks into Maxine's eyes... and notes -that- look! "I really am a water spirit, honest. Here!" Ayako's right hand is offered to Maxine in a seeming offer of a handshake. Although if Maxine takes it, Ayako seems perfectly human.
Freya	Freya now knows a Fire and water spirt! Let hope they never meet. She looks around at the group. "Just sightseeing?"
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa looks to Maxine for a moment. "It's a lot to take in for someone from a world like mine I admit." She's not got screaming mad just yet thankfully. Well Kingsmouth may b working on that to be perfectly honest. She looks back to the water spirit for a moment. "...Halloween in the ..." There's a legit look of honest to go fear on Kotone's face as she clicks on a few things.
Freya	Freya nods. "Of course I dress up! I always give out candy. I have a costume idea I got off the web-net thing. I making it myself it's almost done..", she looks towards Kotone. "Something always happens at or around Halloween around here."
Maxine Sandberg	"I haven't really had chance to think much about Halloween itself, I've been busy at work getting ready for it." Maxine hasn't really thought about a costume or anything like that. "It's not too bad in the Multiverse though, I try to keep a low profile during it." She tries to reassure Kotone as she takes Ayako's hand. "I don't doubt you, we just don't have anyone like that where I'm from."
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako smiles cheerfully at Freya, "Nothing wrong with sightseeing! And... costumes are great!" She grins cheerfully and smoothes down her dress and muffler. Her gaze goes back to Kotone and she nods her head slowly. "Don't worry about it too much, Kotone! We'll deal with it when it happens... and with other people!" She quietly notes Fayt having to leave... and then looks back to Maxine with a playful glint in her eyes. Ayako's hand, although it seems like a perfectly normal hand-instantly turns into water in Maxine's own hand. The water is still floating in the air, in the shape of Ayako's hand, and regains color slowly at the wrist. "See? I'm made of water." She giggles brightly.
Freya	Freya keeps quiet on what she can do. Kotone has had enough shock for one day.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa says "I don't want to think about it I may just lock myself inside that evening or catch a gate back to Vancouver to keep in the towndown there." She ponders costumes humm she'll have to think of something she doesn't have toop long. "I guess that's a good attuide to have."
Maxine Sandberg	Maxine adjusts her glasses a bit at what she's seeing, it didn't look like an illusion to her but then again she certaintly isn't an expert in the subject. "Well, a good percent of the human body is water as well though not 100. Does it feeling like you're soaking wet all the time?" She supposes it's safe to ask questions since Ayako brought it up. "It doesn't hurt to be careful but I wouldn't worry too much. I've spent several Halloweens in the Multiverse, and I'm still here." She can understand Kotone's concern but she knows panicing won't help.
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako nods her head quickly to Kotone. "It's best not to worry about things you can't control. Instead, worry about things you can control... and worry about yourself and your friends!" She smiles cheerfully. "Un! I just take the made of water thing all the way." Ayako positively beams! Her amber eyes glisten with excitement, almost seeming to glint golden, it seems she likes answering questions. "Umm... I don't really feel wet... I feel like myself."
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa Says "Sorry about that I was ahem pulled into a radio converstion and I never have. I might have been unifed but I had no real idea about the world beyond my world hadn't sent out too many feelers till the last year or so." She pause for a moment "To be fair humans are mostly water to start."
Maxine Sandberg	"It's alright, I guess you wouldn't have anything to compare with it." Maxine realizes it wouldn't be strange for someone who's always been that way. "Does your body freeze solid when it's cold?" She figures that the make-up of Ayako's body must be different from normal water. "You're welcome to come over on Halloween if it would help you feel any better."
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako giggles softly, "It's alright, Kotone! I get carried away on the radio too." She nods her head quickly. "Sometimes, I can end up talking on it for hours and hours on end." She turns back to Maxine and smiles softly. "No, my body doesn't freeze when it's cold." A bright smile crosses her face. "In fact... I really like cold weather! And don't like hot weather much." She sticks out her tongue playfully.
Maxine Sandberg	"I see, I don't really care for hot weather myself. That's more on account of being a redhead. I burn easily. Is evaporation an issue for you then?" Maxine can somewhat sympathize with Ayako though for a different reason. "I'm not on the radio much, work usually keeps me busy."
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako nods her head slowly. "It is. Mostly because it takes a lot of effort to stop my body from evaporating, so I don't usually do it." Her head inclines to the side gently. "Although I can create water to make up for the lost water, keeping myself together is still annoying so... I get all sluggish." She sighs softly. "So... I try to avoid places that are too hot since they're no fun at all." Her head nods once, firmly. Ayako smiles cheerfully, "Oh you should use the radio sometime! It's informative, it's entertaining, it's neat!" She giggles brightly.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa finds a spot to sit down "A cyborg inspired by Big John henry's story kinda crazy isn't it?"
Maxine Sandberg	Maxine nods understanding what she means. "Thankfully it doesn't get too hot normally in Maine. Well, I listen to it, I don't chat it on that much. I'm not that interesting." She's pretty mundane compared to what much of the Multiverse offers. "Plus, I tend to be pretty serious." She does have a sense of humor, but tries to remain professional. "Who is that?" She wonders who Kotone is referring to.
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako smiles softly at Kotone. "Sounds pretty normal to me. Although... my definition of 'normal' is kind of..." She giggles brightly and then turns back to Maxine. "Oh? I don't think I'm very interesting myself. I don't think that's something you decide yourself anyway." Her head nods slowly. "Nothing wrong with being serious. But I do hope you can find times to relax too."
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa Says "Water is considered by some to be the blood of life. WIthout water all earth based life will perish. Life was born in it as well as it protected it when it was young." She smiles a bit. "Your also not malcious like some water spirits in the old tales like to go on about. Humm as to who? Big John Henry?"
Maxine Sandberg	"No, I know who John Henry is. I meant the cyborg based off of him." Maxine clarifies a bit. "That and the Union tends to be, I don't want to say young since I know there's several members older than me chronologically. I guess youthful would be a better term. Not that it's a bad thing but I don't really feel that way." She explains.
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako blushes pretty deeply at Kotone's words. "Th-th-that's true... a-although I don't go around announcing it." She pushes the brim of her hat down to hide her blushing face. "W-well... I hope I'm improving your view of water spirits. I try not to be a mean water spirit... And... hmm... I say you're only as young as you feel and act."
Ayako Hasekawa	Ayako walks back over to the swing she was at before and sits back down on it slowly. She pushes the brim of her witch hat back up, seeming to have recovered from her blushing. "Like so!" She starts swinging on the playground swing again. "Because there's nothing wrong with simple pleasures that don't hurt anyone." She giggles brightly as she swings higher and higher.
