Cirra Constantine     Cirra Constantine is known for being a severe young woman, strict and non-nosense. It comes from being the Prince's bodygaurd, it's a duty she can't take chances with. But she's also a Judge, and has other duties she must uphold.

The Judge knocks on the door to Kyra Hyral's room and waits. After a moment of silence she speaks up, "It's Cirra Cosntantine."
Kyra Hyral     It's fortunate that Kyra is actually in right now. The last few days she had actually been avoiding sticking around school too long, having sensed Cirra's displeasure not long after her 'extracirricular activity'. Every now and then she had checked the job boards to see if her bounty rank had taken any sudden, unexpected large increases.

But alas, stop in for a few moments and she gets approached. Cirra can hear some rustling from within, followed by a few 'beat' noises before Kyra pulls the door to her dormroom open. Her hoodie is off and there is a pair of expensive-looking headphones hanging around her neck. "Yesssssss?"
Cirra Constantine     Cirra is, perhaps suprisingly to Kyra, in her school uniform, not her Judge armor.

But her expression is neutral ... /aggressively/ neutral. She has mastered that art.

"May I come in?" she asks.
Kyra Hyral     She can't read Cirra which Kyra finds rather...unnerving. There's a too-long pause before she answers. "Uh. Sure! As long as you don't mind the mess." She opens the door further to let Cirra inside.

It is pretty messy. Papers, chemistry equipment, books, strange electronics are all over the place. Only her bed seems to have any room on it and that's presumably so she can flop down and sleep in it.
Cirra Constantine     Cirra is probably like that on purpose, it's on of the key contributing factors to her reputation. She steps inside as Kyra lets her in and glances around, fortunatly she is used to Landon's lack of organaization skills so doesn't immediatatly comment on the lack of order in the room.

Once the door is shut however, "You are aware of the limitation on entering Odin, correct?"
Kyra Hyral     "I had a feeling that this was going to be about that." Kyra mutters as she peels the headphones off from around her neck. "Yeah, I'm aware of the limitations on entering Odin. You need a class A license to go anywhere outside of the Junkyard."
Cirra Constantine     Cirra turns and sits on Kyra's bed, crossing her arms over her chest as well as her legs. "Then Imagine my suprise when I hear a Murasame sponsored operation happened outside the Junkyard, and it was being broadcast over Galianda's general radio channel. It seems he hired extraversals."

"Which makes it extremly lucky for them. Since they were all foriegners-" She looks up at Kyra in the eye, "-Not a single one of them would, /technically/ be breaking the law."
Kyra Hyral     "He posted a job to the Syndicate, in fact, which is why there were so many extraversal going." There were other natives, sure, but because of Grant's GOLEM power armor she didn't even realize that one of the KIRIN members sent on the mission was a classmate. Effectively, she WAS the only Galiandan there.

She meets Cirra's gaze for a few moments then looks away. "I don't suppose I can say I was acting in my capacity as a member of the Syndicate, can I?"
Cirra Constantine     Cirra would be sure Grant's pressence was already covered up.

"It wouldn't hold up for a even second in a Galiandian court of law. Not right now anyways."

"And I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about. All I've said is I know Murasame hired foriegners to do his dirty work. I certainly don't know which ones."
Kyra Hyral     It takes her a moment but Kyra quickly catches on.

"...welllll, whatever extraversals he hired to go on an extremely dangerous and probably deadly mission into Odin was his business, right? And I guess a pretty ingenious way to get around Galiandan laws." Kyra shrugs casually.
Cirra Constantine     "MMhmm." Cirra afixes Kyra with another stare. "But if someone from Galianda WERE foolish enough to go on one of these forign arranged jobs into Odin, they *might* escape legal prosocution. However-" She stands up again.

"They'd never be able to escape having their names attachted to the event."

"And they should be very, *very* carefull to make sure they don't get identified."
Kyra Hyral     "...no, no they wouldn't." Kyra says somberly, "It'd be a bad thing to get caught up in THAT much legal trouble." Though part of her wonders how her parents would react to such news. Would they disown her over that...?

Kyra claps her hands together, "I agree. Any hypothetical Galiandans that went on this trip probably wouldn't be talking about their trip period."
Cirra Constantine     Cirra sees that look in you eyes Kyra...

She sighs, well if Kyra *wants* it to happen, theres no way Cirra can realistically stop her. "It would also be danerous to trust Murasame and anything he wants." She turns towards the door. "They should be very careful of him too."
Kyra Hyral     "Some Galiandans are...very wary of Murasame." The thoughts of her parents grow more furious at that. Kyra takes a breath, "And don't very trust Murasame at all."

She had also been under the impression that Dominic and Kamon were going to accompany her on that. Honestly, she should have backed out when she realized they couldn't make it. "Some Galiandans don't want any part in Souji Murasame's life." Kyra points out. As Cirra turns away she offers a quiet "Thanks."
Cirra Constantine     Cirra turns to look at Kyra and only nods once, either in understanding or ascent. "Good night, Kyra."
Kyra Hyral     "Take care, Cirra." Kyra visibly relaxes now that the intense Judge and fellow Light Warrior seems to be done with her reminders.
