Allan Bodily     The Vast Gulf is home to many things. Resorts of all sizes, secluded beaches untouched by man... or any sentient race for that matter, and even the occasional military instilation, such as one belonging to the Fleet Daughters. A storage facility set in a soemwhat remote little stretch of coastline, away from all the tourists and sunbathers. it's wearhouse a good place for the Daughters to resupply while patrolling the area. Those supplies unfortunatly, have recently caught the attention of something else. Smoke can be seen on the horizion, something's approaching by land, and at a pretty good speed to boot.

For the Feds involved in this mission, Allan can be heard over the radio. "Alright folks, We're making this nice and easy. The facility I'm point you want? #^*# IT UP! Hit hard, hit fast, and if anyone gets in the way? Rip their #$*&ing head off! I want this place a smouldering wreck by the time this day is through! Lute? We'll be there soon, go raise some hell on the water to get their attention. Everyone else? either back him up or clear the way for my forces!"
Garen     Garen looks over at his radio, shaking his head. "Such a vulger individual." He says to himself. He found himself a nice little perch near the facility, perfectly in range for his sniper rifle. Of course, he can adjust in a heart beat. "Cipher nine reporting in, I'm set."
Lute      Lute was actually a bit surprised, when Allan contacted him about this the other day. But, when he heard what the mission was, and what the objective was? There was no way he /couldn't/ help. And so, he has been waiting all day. He actually set out to get into the area about an hour prior to the mission. He just views it that seriously: He can't let this attack on the Fleet Daughter's supplies fail. Especially not after something he heard happened recently. That I-Class, who supposedly went to the lines of the Fleet Daughters...

Still, though, once the order is given? Lute chuckles. He has been sitting on the top of his own I-Class Destroyer, Imima Puddleduck. The monstrosity of steel has just been floating on the ocean, Lute himself just splashing in the water. Since he is prepared for a Naval Battle, he dressed appropriately. He's wearing his labcoat, no shirt, and a pair of black speedos.

He speaks, casually, "Mr. Crabs. It's time."

And with that, the giant crab bursts from the water. It lets out a beastial roar, likely heard for miles around. This eighty meter tall monstrosity is also likely visible for miles, especially as it starts making its way towards the coast. It's not going too close to the facility; it's staying at sea, just at a point where it can stand high enough to be outside of the water.

Lute now stands on his I-Class. It moves along with Mr. Crabs, staying behind him and a bit to the side. The path forward is open enough that Lute can fire forward with Imima at any time. In the ocean somewhere, his Tentacruel is lurking and waiting. What's more, his formation has a couple of other creatures in it. Aerial creatures. A group of Unown are circling Lute, looking out in all directions. Preparing for the inevitable counter attack by trying to spot it first. And, in the center of this formation, circling the air on occasion, is Giratina, the Legendary Dragon Pokemon of the Distortion World.

This is probably going to trigger a shitload of warnings that'll make their way out across the whole Multiverse.
Alvira     "Clear a way? Tch. That should be easy from the skies." comes the arrogant-sounding voice of Alvira over the radios. Unlike traditional planes from the worlds of earth, Ivalician airships are comparatively quiet, propelled by magicite and skystone. Though traditionally quite bulky, the designs of Wagner Industries stand out quite a bit due to their much sleeker shapes. In fact, their pointed and aerodynamic bodies appear to lend themselves more to the military planes of Earth. Very strange.

The smaller ones, which come in two squadrons for this mission, are Hrists. All of them seem to be similarily colored in blue and black, except for one which seems to be in white and gold. A little bit farther beyond the incoming Hrists are a pair of slightly larger and slower Brynhildrs which are suspiciously reminiscent of bomber planes.

"I give us an ETA of half a minute, forty-five seconds before the Brynhildr can commence their bombardment." Alvira merrily reports from the white and gold Hrist.
Bramble Patch Unlike some people involved Bramble Patch actually snickers a bit at Allen's angry cussing. A bit of entertainment while she trots up the coastline before the real fun begins.

Really it wouldn't take very long to get there, but she's been stopping repeatedly to pick up pieces of kelp and driftwood that have washed up on the shores. By the time she actually comes with view of the target facility she's got quite a pile with her. "Let's get this going quickly, the salt air is making my nostrils dry out." She stops and bucks forward to toss the heap of debris off her back. "It's damp but it's still dead wood, so this should work..." The mare backs up a couple of steps, then lowers her head. The gemstone set on her headband starts to glow with whisps of sickly green color.

The driftwood rustles about. The kelp and other bits start to wiggle around, as if trying to grab onto each other. The clicking and rattling crescendos with a rush of movement whirling the beach debris around, together, and into a small bunch of vagely canine forms out of the wood and sand, with floppy lumps of kelp for the ears and to make the tails.

A wave of a forehoof and the canine constructs take off for the compound with a chorus of barking and growling that sounds like wood creaking as they bumrush any guards already distracted by Mr. Crabs pulling a Godzilla.

Bramble Patch follows behind them, chuckling to herself. "I wonder if this makes them count as sea dogs..."
Rosamarie Alba     Having heard of potential trouble in these waters, Rosamarie made sure to be nearby. Fleet Daughters fascinate her, so long as they either get over the identity of her patron spirit or are unaware of it. So like her and her own 'sister' Maidens, and yet so different. Besides, their enemy is her enemy. Not the Elvari, but the Abyssal Fleet which has caused so much devastation.

Already transformed into the black-armored deployment form needed for battle, Rosamarie sails in on the approaching targets. She probably looks like a Fleet Daughter, to those unaware of the difference. Her outfit isn't the same. Black bodysuit with plates of blackened steel across chest, hip and a great black helm on her head, red light shining from the eyeslit. Her guns, however, look like they could easily be a set of Fleet Daughter cannons. And as she approaches firing range, she's definitely in plain sight. If she were to shift herself into the alternate reality of Periscope Depth, she'd be hard to see and much less vulnerable to damage. She'd be slow however, and right now it's more important to close range to firing position.
Shigure     Shigure is in the area, traveling to the location at best possible speed. She had a bad feeling all day, a sense of foreboding that just wouldn't abate. And it seems it's a good thing she sortied, as when she approaches the base, she can see that smoke, and her surface radar confirms multiple approaching contacts. A PING from her Sonar spots Mr. Crabs too, though the size of his contact obscures the other blips that might be there too.

The Destroyer radios in her findings, and shifts vector to intercept Lute's Kaiju. She reaches back and grasps the handles of her twin cannon-fa, bringing them around into her grasp. "Yamashiro... please watch over me." she offers up, before getting her Game Face on. "Ready Torpedos. Load High Explosive Armour Piercing shells. Air Radar, continuous scan. AA Crew, guns up." she orders to her Fairy compliment.

As Mr.Crabs surfaces, she swings her cannon-fa around on it. "I'll show you the true power of the Nishimura fleet!" she cries, following it up with a volley from her cannons, the large barrels spewing out smoke, fire, and high explosive shells that detonate a second or two after impact, to get through armour and explode inside. But being they're only 12.7cm caliber, they might just plink off the large monster.
Lyria Mason Lyria was well suited to naval related issues even if she didn't have much of a ship of her own to speak of. She's on a small union craft, which isn't much to write home about, however? She does have Remora perched in the back along with the spider drones as they arrive, she doesn't need to send them in just yet as some bigger guns than her are arriving. It will give her some time to set up what she plans to do, and then well there's MR. Krabs but that is handled right? She's more turning her attention to Allan and his crew upon the shores. Her eyes narrow a bit and she slows her craft down.

"Remora combat mode."

The machine hisses and then seems to start comming apart and latching on to Lyria, forming rapidly into a suit of powered armour. She takes a moment to check the now armored suit and then leaps off the side of tbe boat decending into the waters. Her plan to head for shore and deal with the ground based hostiles while Kuma and Rosmarie handle things on the open water.
Emiya Shirou     With reports that there's trouble in these parts - trouble especially concerning for the Fleet Daughters - Shirou departs. He's not wearing his normal attire, instead he's in an unzipped coat with some dubious-looking white and red armor of some kind over his vitals. Some standard stuff from the Union armory, no doubt. Otherwise, pretty normal attire.

What's unusual is that he's running at a bit over olympic athlete speeds, legs pumping madly to keep that speed going for the distant warehouse.

"Like I'm letting them cripple our allies!"
Yuna Kagurazaka Given Shigure's bad feeling, Yuna promised she'd be in the area ... although with no idea what the bad feeling was referencing, she didn't exactly have any idea what to bring to the alleged party. So she's cutting through the water in Marine Form, not too far below the surface, while Elner, Jiina, and Erina fly above it - and as such, Yuna has an entirely too-clear picture of what's going on with Lute and his 'forces'.

Yuna's first impulse, quickly squelched, is to run; she doesn't like the idea of fighting an honest-to-heaven Kaiju, Giratina looks scary to judge by the image Elner relays to her, and Abyssals are pretty spooky as well but she's managed to hold her own when fighting them. If she has to, she COULD summon El-Line - the full Matrix of Light is here, after all - but El-Line is still pretty puny next to Mr. Crabs, and without something larger to help even the odds, she'd be lucky to do more than a holding action.

Thankfully, Yuna can quickly confirm that she isn't alone here - Rosa and Shigure are here ahead of her, and other friendlies are showing up as well.

Then she catches a glimpse of something deeper in the water, and descends to try and investigate. If it's something else of Lute's, she doesn't want it to catch her naval allies by surprise.
Rebecca Chambers     There'd been word that there was something going on in these waters, and S.T.A.R.S. is always the type to respond to trouble, even if it's on the water. Which is why Rebecca Chambers was quick to respond as swiftly as possible. Arriving in a S.T.A.R.S. issued helicopter, Rebecca looks down at the area below, and can only do a double-take with a look of shock on her face as she sees that huge thing in the waters below. "That's what Lute's brought with him? THAT huge crab?" Rebecca exclaims. She narrows her eyes a little. "Size doesn't always matter, so it's time to show the Confederacy how the Union stands in the face of larger odds!"

With a nod and a salute to the pilot, who gives her a thumbs up, Rebecca quickly descends via rope to the ground below. The cable ends only a few feet above ground, so she lands in a slight crouch when she lands before popping back up and drawing her MP5K, loading a clip into it. "Time for some action!"
Allan Bodily     As Mr. Crabs does his thing. There's the sound of of a screaming engine ass the black smoke from eariler drifets clsoer to the wearhouse, in the distance...

It's a personel carrier, or at least maybe it was in a previous life, it's frame a patchwork of old and rusty parts, bolted togther with thick slabs of metal, bits that look like they came off different vehicles... The front seems to have been reenforced, it's front flattened out and thickend up with extra armor, and it's huge! who knows how many people could be in this thing! finally, there's an image painted on either side, of a scarred fsit holding up a broken tool. It's definatly a Red Union Vehicle.

This would be bad enough on it's own, but there's a bigger problem, it's currently headed twoards the wearhouses at a rather extreme speed, and as it gets closer, it showing no signs of slowing down. People might wanna get out of the way, quickly!
Lute      As the cannons fire at Mr. Crabs, the shells simply bounce off. Shigure simply does not have the power behind her to pierce the shell. As they explode, the hard exoskeleton of the massive kaiju is burnt, along with some of the blue colored hairs that cover most of its body. It simply lets out a roar. These attacks are not the worst it has felt, but at the moment, they are not enough to bother him. It lets out a roar, though, looking down at the small girl. It doesn't attack yet, though. Lute hasn't given orders.

Lute is playing this incredibly safe, after all. He is the main, primary distraction. Everyone will be gunning for him, above everyone else. And so, he wants to make sure he has the drop on everyone. He also wants to make sure Mr. Crabs doesn't get caught in the blast as Imima has her first chance to battle.

"IMIMA! Fire a torpedo at that Fleet Daughter!"

Lute points forward dramatically. His hope is that even though Imima will appear on radar, that Mr. Crabs will be too large of a distraction. The I-Class opens its mouth, and from it, a torpedo is shot forward. It flies along the water, aiming to hit Shigure. Lute knows he could easily do more damage with Mr. Crabs. But, his I-Class has been wanting its first real Naval battle for a while. It's first chance to attack a Fleet Daughter.

Lute spots Rosamarie coming in the distance, through the eyes of his Unown. She's outside of his firing range so far too. But, there is one other person within range, who he /doesn't/ see. Lute's Tentacruel, though? It sees her.

As Yuna comes in, Kaelin the Tentacruel spots her. It needs to keep itself safe, for now. It has a specific mission today. A strategy Lute has been using multiple times, that Lute hopes will work /today/. Kaelin is there to pull any Fleet Daughters present under.

And so, to get rid of Yuna, it lets loose a simple attack. The water suddenly gets incredibly murky, filled with a purple wave of toxic sludge. This is the sort of thing that would eat at metal as well. Incredibly unpleasant. The Tentacruel tries to swim away quickly, moving to get between Mr. Crab's legs for now.
Alexis Maaka     Along the coastline, resting atop the hood of a black muscle car customized to hell and back, a sniper rifle is trained on the distant Red Union transport speeding towards the facility. The .50 caliber rifle has been fitted with high penetration, high explosive shells, able to rip through solid steel and detonate inside to cause immense havoc to the interior of cyborg and vehicle alike.

Taking a breath, Alexis Maaka sights down one of the vehicle's engines, and she begins to get to calculating the trajectory before she braces herself.

The rifle make a loud bark, the stock kicking against her shoulder and giving her hands a workout as she grips the weapon firmly. Whether or not she hits, she stores the rifle in the trunk again, before she climbs in and guns the engine, the vehicle's suspension jacks giving her some all-terrain capability when she reaches the sands, deftly avoiding bystanders as she radios UNion personnel present. "Sorry I'm late, kids. Traffic's a bitch."

Right now, she's going straight for the base, aiming to throw a wrench in the Red Union's plans.
Shigure     Shigure gnns. "Negative penetration... expected." she skates in a wide arc, eyes scanning for weak spots. Her radar keeps bouncing back a massive blip from the Kaiju, but a frown crosses her face... there's two little 'ghosts' there, what could they.

Eyes snap wide, and the Destroyer leaps aside as that Torpedo leaps out of the water, metal jaws gnashing at the air before it explodes where she was a moment ago. "Abyssals too!?" she tightens her scan range, then zeros in on Imima and Lute. "I see you. I will not give up here." She swings herself back onto her feet, and skates in an evasive pattern, firing now on Lute and Imima directly. Shells fire in staggered volleys, and the adept onlookers might notice the Torpedo racks on her thighs swinging /back/ up to rest position. Fish in the water!
Bramble Patch Someone landing on the sand via parachute gets the attention of the .. well I suppose technically I can still call them 'timber wolves', so I will. The trio of dogs made out of dead dreadwood and flotsom turn their heads in her direction, and then take off towards Rebecca in a chorus of creaky barking before trying to... well..

Dogpile her.

Which includes lots of biting and clawing. Are they rabid? Actually it's more likely that, having bits of ship timber in them, that they have big rusty nails for fangs instead!

"Oh look, they already found a playmate." Cue sinister snickering as Bramble Patch keeps her distance at a meander to see how this turns out. "And when they're finished you will be DOG GONE! HAHAHAH!"
Rebecca Chambers     As soon as Rebecca hears the barking, she has a flashback to the Arklay Mansion incident, about how her team was attacked by undead dogs. She turns and sees the dogs coming at her, and while they may not be undead in the same sense as the ones in Raccoon City, they definitely don't look friendly either. "How do you like that?" Rebecca says to herself, about to attack but she stumbles backwards and falls on her bottom, giving the dogs a chance to get closer. "Damn it!"

Thinking quickly, Rebecca rolls to the side a little before pushing herself up one leg at a time and spinning to face the dogs. "Stay away from me!" She yells, firing upon the weird dogs as they come at her.
Yuna Kagurazaka Fortunately for Yuna, the Light Suit doesn't corrode easily - but the sludge in the water does NOT go unnoticed, and the fact that the defensive aura around her currently mermaid-styled battlesuit actually triggers is worrisome enough. Losing armor integrity when she's underwater would be all kinds of a bad thing, for many reasons.

But with the evidence that there IS something underwater, she's going to keep looking, and maybe she can keep whatever it is from catching her allies on the surface unawares.

She has to find it first, though ... and while Elner's sensors are pretty good, the robo-faerie has never had to operate underwater AND in a combat scenario. Force fields notwithstanding, Elner is far too important to ask her to get in harm's way if it can be helped ... so Yuna keeps swimming through the depths on her own, skirting close to Mr. Crabs' legs and trying not to get the Kaiju's attention *quite* yet.

(Never mind that this was almost entirely the gist of her plan earlier; that was before she realized there was anything ELSE haunting the dark depths of the Vast Gulf.)
Lyria Mason Mister Crabs is on the attack but there are others on the assault, even as she's now making for the base she leaps out of the water landing on the bases docks and now her bulky looking powered armour is heading for the warehouses and looking for the direcly attacking hostiles, however there's huge craft that's going for the warehouses? Oh for the, the depths? This is just getting more over the top by the second.

She raises her canon and takes aim trying to fire a burst of water aligned elmental enerby at the massive attack craft, maybe she can slow it down, put it off the mark or just get it's attention on her?

The armor http://i.imgur.com/Py7KjaG.jpg
Rosamarie Alba     Rosa draws forth her cannon. Against a creature as formidable as that Kaiju, both her autocannon and deck guns are useless. They're better than they once were however. Before, the deck guns were about as effective as they typically are for a submarine. That is, they were a threat to unarmored ships and aircraft, not to warships, and it did little damage to any elite threat.

All that has changed now. Sighting along the barrel of the autocannon, Rosamarie lets out a stream of shells, using the weapon like a machinegun. While her main goal is the kaiju, her current goal is the fleet of bombers. Putting up anti-aircraft fire, she strafes into the planes, scything bolts of bullet-like magic through the formation. No one bullet is terribly effective or accurate, but she's using the tried and true method of spray and pray. She's got other weapons after all, and is quite willing to switch should the autocannon "overheat". And meanwhile she continues to cruise in at speed, skimming fast across the surface of the water... still vulnerable to attack, still trading protection away for increased speed. She wants to get in to a range where torpedos are a legitimate threat. She scaled back the killing power of her warheads in order to make her guns more of a threat, but they're still the weapon of choice against a large, slow, heavily-armored beast.
Emiya Shirou     Shirou's main priority is to find the warehouse and establish a defense! Consequently he's running along the beach at top speed, kicking up a small cloud of sand and dust behind him. It's speeds that a human would be hard pressed to reach, if only slightly so, but he's somehow having no trouble doing just that...

    WHOOOOOSH!

He's running with all he's got, body low and arms at his sides. Empty. He appears... unarmed, for whatever that's worth...
Alvira     "...hm, this location doesn't have air support to defend it, does it?" Alvira remarks as she observes the battlefield below on her HUD. She chuckles darkly as Lute seems to garner enough attention with his very presence to pull plenty of the seaworthy support to his location. Then again, giant, hideous monsters do tend to gather a lot of attention, don't they? "Brynhildrs, continue on and lay cover fire for the Red Army's raid. Cover their attack. The rest of you, come with me." Alvira commands as her Hrist breaks away from the formation and flies down closer to the water. While she no doubt believes Lute's monsters can handle the naval-based forces on their own, she'll gladly intervene and further harass those that think they can fight against a giant monster.

"Ma'am, we're under fire!" crackles a voice over her radio from one of the Brynhldr above as anti-aircraft guns pepper the bottom of the bomber-type airship. "One of the naval vessels!" The struck bomber falls behind the first, speed reduced due to the damage while the firt continues onward, not addressing the naval fleet but moving onward to the facility.

Alvira snorts and guides the Hrist, sharply circling around the kaiju as she follows around to sight Alba. Not quite a girl but...not quite a ship either. Was this one of those Fleet Daughters that Lute was so focused on? Nevertheless, it did not matter. The Hrist begin a strafing one of their own, releasing a pair of missiles with each pass. They're just basic mTek missiles, the second lightest of ordinance on the agile airships.
Lute      As the shells come in towards Lute and Imima, they are rocked by explosions. The Abyssal is smoking due to the damages, and Lute's labcoat is torn up a bit due to the explosions. They're both doing fairly well, still. But, Lute just chuckles.

"...You weren't the one I was /hoping/ to target next. There is a /different/ Fleet Daughter who is my primary target right now. But.. I suppose that if you're here, and so /eager/, I might as well sink you today! Mr. Crabs, create some explosives! Giratina, Shadow Ball! Imima, fire main cannon! Wear her down; we want Imima to get the sink! Let's bring this Abyssal some honor, by letting her bring one of her sisters home!"

The attack on Shigure is incredible and relentless. Giratina swoops in first, firing a ball of exploding ghost-type energy straight at Shigure. Mr. Crabs spits out bubbles, of two different types. As they combine, a chemical reaction causes them to explode in the air, aimed again towards Shigure. And finally, Imima opens her mouth. A large cannon is revealed, and it fires an explosive shell forward.

Kaelin, meanwhile, is having trouble avoiding Yuna. He knew it'd draw attention to him. But, he's hoping to lose her around Mr. Crab's legs. He starts dashing back as fast as his swimming method will let him. He actually is trying to place himself strategically now. He can alert Mr. Crabs to the enemy below him in a bit. Failing that, well... The Tentacruel is positioning itself under Shigure. She could be used as a shield, if he grabbed ahold of her.

But for now, he waits, hoping he can stay hidden in the fairly murky ocean water.

Lute also, as a note, lifts a camera real fast. He's taking a picture of Rosamarie. He doesn't recognize this Not Fleet Daughter, and so plans to ask.
Bramble Patch     SHOTS FIRED! WE HAVE SHOTS FIRED!

Chips of wood debris cracks off the driftwood wolves as they rush Rebecca, not particularly slowing them down much. The one in the middle lunges forward at the wrong time though and takes a round right between the eyes and falls to the ground as his head shatters from the shot.

Only to wobble somewhat gangily as it gets back up, the bits of it's head being pulled back into place by the strands of seaweed holding the bewitched wood together. Though there's still a chunk missing out of its forehead and one eye socket doesn't have the little pinprick of light in it now.

"Ugh, what is it with you humans and your little explody noisemakers." Bramble Patch bitches as she finally walks up behind the trio of dogs. "Oh well... Smoke her!"

All three timber wolves open their maws and exhale, blasting Rebecca in the nausiating fumes that result from all the corrupt magic and rotting biomass inside of them.
Garen     Garen sighted the incoming Shirou, and immidiately recognized his face. "Well....fancy meeting you here..." He says to himself. He carefully lines up a warning shot, and fires it at Emiya's leg. It clearly was close enough to give him a pretty clear 'Turn back now.' message.
Rebecca Chambers     Dogs definitely do have bad breath, and these are even worse. Rebecca gags and reels back, her eyes tearing up. "Damn it, this is worse than those dogs!" She comments, referring to the undead dogs from Raccoon City. She tries to get a breath of fresh air, not easy given how those wolves are getting closer to her by the minute. She tries holding her breath and forcing it, which is hard given how little air she already has in her lungs.

Starting to shake and shiver, Rebecca fires in a sweeping arc in an attempt to get the wolves to scatter a little as she tries to pull back... and hopefully get some fresher air in her lungs.
Allan Bodily     There's a loud explosion as Maaka's shot blows out the transport's back hatch, rebealing several men in patchwork armer, and what might be something bigger further inside, they all sort of... glare at her. The water lazer meanwhile, scores a lucky shot, actually smashing in the things windshield and very likely killing the driver! It bucks for a moment, knocking a few off hte passengers out of the back and onto the road, one of them somehow landing on the Hood of Maaka's car! he glares at her, one hand reaching aroud as he starts ot aim what looks like a makeshift flamethrower...

Unfortunatly, for all the beating it takes, this things TOUGH, and still moving! with nobody ot guide it, it smashes throug the fence and with a mighty crash, smashed a hole in the side of the wearhouse.

Quickly, the remaining pasangers disembark, about twodozen men, maybe more, all in patchwork armor and carrying what looks like either various, cobbled-othether flamethrowers, or what could best be described as heavy melee, sledgehammers, makeshift clubs, iron bars, someone's even weilded some scrapmetal to make a nasty looking ball and chain. They spread out, some smashing at hte wall to make thier wayinsdie while others spread out in search of elites to fight, and the driver...

The impact throw him through the windshield and into the wearhouse proper, where he's currently laying in a crumpled heap. Looks like a maintance worker, with a simple, if oddly well cared for shotgun strapped to his back...
Shigure     Shigure grunts as that relentless assault comes in. She jinks to the left, narrowly missing that Shadow Ball. Giratina receives some AA flak for its trouble. The explosives from Mr.Crabs scatter through the water around her, raising large blast plumes and pelting her with shrapnel. Imima's cannon drops more shells into the area around the Destroyer, obscuring her entirely from view. That couldn't be it, could it?

No, not just yet. Two large blasts sound from within the wall of disturbed water, and the Destroyer-girl rockets forward. Propelled by more detonations, she picks up speed, holding her cannonfa reverse grip, the barrels pointed behind her as she crouches into the acceleration. "I'm disappointed in you." she states simply, without any contexts, as she aims to slam the reinforced 'butt' end of her right cannon into Lute's center of mass. She then shifts her stance, and fires another 'blank' to quickly pivot around, aiming a sweeping roundhouse at the guy. "I won't let you take anyone else away from me."
Yuna Kagurazaka Yuna is being cautious not to bump into any of the Kaiju's legs; if she's going to draw attention to her presence where the Kaiju is concerned, she wants it to be on HER terms. And she's still worried about what else is lurking in the water down here.

On that note, though, Elner is still running scans - and the robo-faerie's sensors are good enough that even from its position in the air, Elner can gather a reasonable quantity of data on what's underwater in the area. The question is whether Kaelin is so good at hiding that Elner won't be able to pick up on the Tentacruel's position until it's too late.

In the absence of any leads, Yuna will be heading to support Shigure - if nothing else intercepts her.
Bramble Patch Bramble Patch yelps as Rebecca starts firing again, dropping to the ground and putting her hooves over her head. "Watch it with that thing!" The timber wolves continue to advance on her, moving in for the kill even as bullets ding off their unliving forms.

And then Rebecca lucks out with a shot as the bullet goes right down one's mouth! It's not enough to clog up like a rock is... But it is enough to ignire the conconction within. Resulting in that one blowing up from the combustion and blasting the other two along with it.

A couple of fuming bits of deadwood clatter to the ground around her as Bramble peaks from under her hooves. "Oh for peat moss' sake." She pushed herself off the ground, adjusting her vest as she got up on her back legs. "Gotta do everything else I guess."

With a grunt she snaps a foreleg to unwind the thorny vine wrapped around it like a whip to try and slap the gun out of Rebecca's hand. "Now your guns can't save you, you have no hope..." she whips it again, this time aiming to get the thorny coils around the woman's neck. "You're hanging yourself, I'm just providing the rope!"
Alexis Maaka     As Maaka's car pulls into the facility proper, narrowly avoiding getting hit by the transport as it makes landfall, she herself growls as she's given an unwanted passenger. "Get off!"

She doesn't bother waiting for him to do so, as she reaches into a hidden compartment before drawing a side-by-side sawn-off, cocking the Lupara shotgun's hammers back as she takes aim.

The Red Union soldier might be surprised to find out that windshield is actually a hard-light hologram offering twice the durability of modern bulletproof glass, and that the hologram can be turned off and on as necessary.

That's the last thing he realizes before Maaka gives him both barrels point blank, before she hits the brakes and skids to a stop. The vehicle remains parked as Maaka hops out, pulling out a Tavor X95 during a brief stop by the trunk before going off to go hunting after the 'warehouse worker'.

The cyborg prods his prone carcass with the muzzle of her gun, wary to make sure he's actually dead.
Rebecca Chambers     Rebecca doesn't want to be hung, whether it's by these freaks or by a noose. She only wants to win this fight, or at least survive it. Unfortunately, with one whip knocking her gun away and then the next one wrapping around her neck, Rebecca's finding it a bit hard to breathe at the moment. Not to mention she seems to have no method of defense against this attack. Unless...

Never discount the infamous combat knife! It may be weak against B.O.W.'s, but it could be her saving grace here. She reaches for it and tries to cut through the vine in an attempt to get free and stop turning blue!
Lute      For all the chaos Lute has caused, for how many people he has killed, for how large of a Multiversal threat he is? He is still, in fact, a normal human. Yes, one who has endured great hardships and wounds. But, still. Physically? He is no match for the Destroyer. As she comes in, he is struck straight in the stomach. As sweep comes in, he finds himself falling, barely staying supported on top of Imima. The landing honestly hurt a lot too. She is made of metal, after all.

But, it is at this point where Lute hears a little bit in his ear, from Kaelin's radio. And Lute points towards the water, still laying down. His words are simple instructions to Mr. Crabs.

     "Step right there."

At which point Mr. Crabs lifts a foot, and tries to stomp down in the general vacinity of Yuna. This isn't super exact, since the orders are being relayed from Kaelin to Lute to Mr. Crabs. But, still, it should be clear now that Yuna's presence in the water is known.

But, Kaelin isn't just going to stand by either. Instead, as Shigure jets forward, he follows. He fires a burst of Hydro Pump behind him, to send himself flying after. And then, his tentacles burst out of the water. Several tentacles, each coated in a numbing poison, try to wrap around Shigure's arms.

And, whether or not Shigure is trapped within the tentacles or not? Lute stands. He grabs at her waist. And, he moves in to kiss her lips, before pulling back. Succeed at kissing or not, his words after the attempt will be the same.

"...If you miss your friends, you can join them. I'll bring you back to the Abyssal Fleet."

And, Lute would play with his hair a bit. Despite the bleeding from his mouth due to his fall, despite his scrapes and burns from the explosion. There is in fact one way he is not a normal human: Situations like this, situations where he is in combat and in danger, the odds against him? He survives, better than anyone. He /triumphs/ where no other can.
Rosamarie Alba     Rosamarie would smile in grim satisfaction at having drawn an attacker away from the port, but she's currently under the grip of Albacore's shadowy influence. Protection isn't so much a concern now. Now, it's time to hunt. Besides, with that greathelm atop her shoulders, it's impossible to tell what expression the girl underneath might wear.

<Incoming aircraft.> The thought rings out in Rosa's head in a voice not her own. Aircraft are quite dangerous to submarines, particularly those on the surface. However, she's quick to react and has time while the planes orient on her. <Five degrees down-bubble. Flood tanks and make for periscope depth> answers another voice in her mind. The Maiden begins to slow in her relentless pursuit of the Kaiju, and her black-clad form shimmers and fades. Not to invisibility, but to the consistency of smoke.

There's little left of Rosamarie for the rockets to impact. The weapons detonate on the surface of the water instead, the relatively light warheads enough to rock Rosa in her semi-immaterial state but not to do major damage. <Depth charges. No hull damage.> <Resume firing. Sink them.> The fleet maiden raises her autocannon, letting out a stream of magical bullets and tracer fire at the Hrist craft. A shame the bombers are continuing on, but she'll just have to do what damage she can to the targets she can sight on. And yes, she continues advancing slowly towards that kaiju. If it should forget her, or if she should get close enough that its bulk prevents it from dodging her slow but deadly torpedo strikes... well, then the creature will taste pain and know fear. Not for nothing is Albacore considered the Demon of the Deep.
Bramble Patch Bramble Patch gives the vine another yank. Oh yeah, this is really going to earn her some serious villian cred. The question is does she finish her off here and now, or string her up like a wrapped present and drag her home? Not that Nightmare Moon has much use for a human .... Orrrrr maybe if she brings him a late night snack so he doesn't have to raid the blood cooler Dracula will give her a bonus!

Except while she's busy with her own little image spot Rebecca gets out a knife and slices the vine off her neck.

"Whaa!" The tension she was putting on it causing the rest of the vine to whiplash back, smacking Bramble square in the snout and knocking her over on her back.
Emiya Shirou     It's miraculous really. NOrmally a sniper would simply hit their target if they aimed properly, but...

Not this time. At seemingly the very last moment Shirou dives to the side and the shot grazes his leg. Flesh and outfit both sizzling, he is nevertheless undeterred.

Scowling, the boy rises to his feet again.

Something Garen might consider PRETTY EERIE happens. If he's looking through the weapon's scope? Shirou's staring right back into his eyes, as if he knows -exactly- where Garen is... despite the tremendous range. Light flares from Shirou's hands, forming swiftly into a black bow held in his left and a... rather oddly shaped black longsword in the other?!

it gets weirder, as Shirou mounts the sword as one would an arrow and draws it back, taking aim... weirdly. It's aimed straight for Garen instead of the kind of arc one would expect from a bow.

The answer comes when the shot's FIRED.

A great gale kicks up, blasting back waves of sand and sending a small wave out into the seas to crash against incoming winds. The 'arrow' twists and screams through the air, becoming a small tornado with enough power to shave a good chunk of the entire roof off of where Garen's standing!

    He might wanna move.
Yuna Kagurazaka Yuna has not been lurking THAT close to the seafloor, but just the abrupt movement of Mr. Crabs' leg is enough to spook her into pouring on the speed - not towards the Tentacruel, just AWAY FROM THE KAIJU so she doesn't get punted, crushed, or both.

Somewhat ironically, this is the point when Kaelin reveals himself above the surface; Elner immediately pinpoints the Tentacruel and relays the position to Yuna. Unfortunately, that is now BEHIND Yuna and she's not exactly in a hurry to stop and change course ...

She does, however, spare enough attention for her armor's 'pigtails' to pivot up from their rest position and launch a full spread. Six of the minitorpedoes are aimed for Mr. Crabs, hopefully detonating among the Kaiju's legs - not so much to inflict serious damage as to give it a metaphorical (if not actual) kick in the tender bits with the combined concussion wave. The other four are in a rough bracketing salvo aimed at Kaelin ...

Which is where things get really interesting, because if the torpedoes are going to be a danger to *Shigure* then Elner is going to override their simplistic programming, steer them away, and make them detonate harmlessly. And Elner is VERY MUCH erring on the side of caution with that, seeing as Yuna's priorities at the moment are less 'damage the Confederates' and more 'protect her allies at pretty much all costs'.
Garen     Garen blinks at that. "How in the...?!" He started, before diving out of the way. He leaps off the building, quickly deploying a grappling hook to help him land safely. He recalls it and quickly reassesses. "Target can attack at strange ranges...no matter." He says. He takes aim and fires off a few volleys at Emiya, and a trio of grenades. One was a flashbang, two were themal detonators. The question was...which was which?"
Lyria Mason Well things get a bit nuts at this point., She sees Maakla go in but she wonders about her own attack it take her a second to realize she got a heck of a shot and got the driver. She then breaks into a run heading for the stranceports and sis heaing into their ranks at this point. She notices thier armorment this almost feels like a slaughter to her, givben her wepaons she doens't shoot now and she attemps to enage them hand to hand using shock charges much like a taster built into each fist.

"Come on you lubbers?! Surrender this is insanity!"
Rebecca Chambers     Once the vine is cut off, Rebecca stands up quickly, gasping for air as the blood returns to her face. Then she grabs her MP5K and checks it to make sure it's not damaged. Once that's taken care of, Rebecca stares at Bramble Patch from slightly afar, glaring like nothing else. "I'm gonna be nice here, and trust me, I don't play nice with Confederates in general!"

She ejects the clip quickly before putting it back in. "I'm gonna give you one chance to get out of here, or I'm gonna do what I did to your minions there!" She narrows an eye. "And don't think I won't hesitate just because you're not human. I've taken out far worse things that weren't human before. So take my advice and leave!"
Shigure     Shigure's sonar screams at her, and as those tentacles burst out of the water, Kaelin finds a quartet of Depth Charges dropped right into his path. The numbing poison doesn't have that much effect on her, since she's not a biological being. The fact she's been /grabbed/ stops her moving around too much though.

The Destroyer struggles against the bonds, shifting her cannon barrel down to fire it straight in Kaelin's 'face', trying to force it to let go. "I will not go anywhere with you." she retorts with an uncharacteristic fire in her eyes. "I still have someone waiting for me, and I will not die until she comes home."
Bramble Patch Bramble Patch rolls over to get back on her hooves, shaking sand off herself as she stands up.... And Rebecca has a gun pointed at her. Again.

She's really starting to dislike those things. "Okay okay, geeze. Don't be such a crab apple." She takes a a couple of slow steps back. "Though really."

Her pet squirrel pops out her pack and lobs out what looks like a ball catcus with extra long, almost spike like needles. That Bramble Patch spins around on her front hooves to use her back legs and buck-kick the spiny projectile at Rebecca. "Should of when you had a chance, idiot!"
Allan Bodily     As soon as Makka and Lyria approach, the men of the Red Union turn to face them, glaring, a few look to Maaka's car, then to lyria's armor "They brought scrap..."

    Uh oh...

severla fall from the inital attacks, but hte others are quick to return fire. massive burts of flame light up as a few of them try ot light up Makka, followed by a ball and chain, a heavy weight covered in bits of jagged metal, flies out towards her head. lyria finds herself, facing at least three men with crowbars, aiming to get them dug into any joints and gaps in hier armor and PULL, while a third swings at her legs with with a seldgehammer.

Meanwhile, the large things Maaka spotted make themselves known, two men in heavily armor than the others, with massive hydraulic arms climb out the back off the transport, making their way towwrds the hole some of the other workers are hammering open. They're likely the guys tasked to do the actual stealing.

Speaking of the hole. Despite the terrible inconvience of having died, the driver climbs his way out of it, hefting his shotgun as he walk into the battlefield, calling out. "Oi, #&*^heads! When you're done screwing around with my boys, the real fight's here! Come on! Diplomacy wants a word with ya!"
Alvira     "...tch!" Alvira squints as her missiles hit the water and detonate just below the surface, but there is no sign of wreckage afterwards as she would be expecting, had she actually hit the ships. "Did we-"

"No ma'am! No direct hits! The craft appears to be a submersible!" a Hrist wingman reports as they peel up from the water, cobra rolling in the air.

If anything the Hrists had manuverability on their side if not firepower. They're meant more for dogfighting similar crafts instead of engaging with heavier vehicles and ships. The tracer fire chases after the Hrists but thanks to the speed, it outruns the line of autocannon fire aimed at them.

Considering her options, one would be to take the Hrist underwater, which even Alvira thought was a bad idea. Although it could be done, it's loss of speed and mobility would prove to be way too crippling. It would be easy prey for something optimized for underwater combat. The alternative.. "Brynhldrs, alter flightplan, we need some depth penetration over here. Targeting information is being transmitted, estimated location, here, depth unknown."

If anything the bombers ar eno longer going for the facility. It takes the one farther along longer to turn around, the already damaged one now having a head start as they home in on Alba's predicted location.

The Hrists back off as the Brynhldrs come in, demonstrating their firepower for the first time: mTek bombs comprised of fire magicite. Unfortunately, they're more meant to be employed against land targets but they possess a lot more power and will sink deeper than the mTek missiles.
Emiya Shirou     Seeing Garen taking the time to dodge, Shirou decides to use that time to CONTINUE BOLTING for the warehouse, although now he's constantly looking over his shoulder every few steps -- and a good thing he's doing so!

The instant shots are unleashed he dives into the sand and rolls. This time his arm's hit, slightly more than a graze... but dodging two out of three ain't that bad is it?

Much better than a direct hit?

Still, he skids to a halt there...

    And again raises that bow.

In mere moments the boy's unleashing a hailstorm of 'sword arrows' - simple estocs, easy to trace and alter for aerodynamics. A good dozen of them shot several per second one after another!
Garen     "...Oh hell." Garen mutters, watching the incoming onslaught of estocs. He runs at top speed, but he's nicked a few times, one actually getting into his shoulder. He reaches up and rips it out, tossing it to the ground. He also checks the ammo count on his gun, making note of how much energy it's got. When the time comes, he'll have to engage Emiya in some CQC.
Rebecca Chambers     A cactus coming at her? Now that's a new one on Rebecca. Either way the cactus does hit Rebecca and boy does it hurt. She finds herself crying out in pain as it hits her. "This is worse than when that Hunter ambushed me!" Rebecca comments as she works to get the thorns out of her. It's a bit painful, especially without forceps... or anesthetic for that matter!

Once she gets those thorns out, Rebecca is about to open fire, but has a change of heart. Instead, she takes out her stun baton and turns it on. "You're gonna find this rather shocking!" Rebecca yells as she tries to run at Bramble Patch and taze her with her stun baton.
Lute      Lute is, currently, trusting Alvira to handle Rosamarie. But, he's still aware, this Fleet Daughter is on her way in as well. He recogizes her somewhat, but he really doesn't know who she is. He swears to himself slightly. Normally, he is so good at keeping track of all the cute Union girls.

As Yuna blasts at Mr. Crab's underside, he roars in pain. That's a lot more painful than the earlier explosions from Shigure, and Yuna is at a hard angle for him to attack. He tries to shift, moving a bit away from Yuna.

But, Yuna is not left alone. Giratina is still circling the air. He dives down, swooping towards her. But, it seems that Giratina isn't going to be anywhere /near/ Yuna. Which, of course, is incredibly odd. But, with the angle of the sun, and Giratina's shadow is being cast upon Yuna as he goes by. Except... His shadow doesn't leave. It bursts off of the ocean, and tries to tear at her and slam into her.

The depth charges strike Kaelin, and as the cannon blasts come in, Kaelin is even worse off. He holds on still, but /barely/. He's still Lute's starter Pokemon, though. Yes, Giratina and Registeel are more powerful than him. But, he is still Lute's longest and best trained Pokemon.

And Lute trusts Kaelin to hold on a bit more. Lute has seen some hints of various things. How Samar treats the Abyssal Fleet. The emotions being driven to anger. The I-Class who went off playfully with the Fleet Daughters the other day. His various talks with them, and the counterpart emotions of the Fleet Daughters and the Abyssal Fleet.

He wants to try something that might even the odds, even if it doesn't work.

"...The person you are waiting for is likely never to come home. Really, though, what are you even fighting for? Surface dwellers, who wish to use you as a weapon? What happens if the Abyssal Fleet is defeated? What happens to ships of war when humans don't need them anymore? You'll be scrapped. All of your parts will be taken. And then you'll probably just be tossed aside like yesterday's trash. Really. Do you think /anyone/ in the Union truly cares for you?"

Lute smiles, holding out a hand, "Defy the fate you've been dealt. You don't need to be a Fleet Daughter. The Abyssals? They'll always love you. Just... Forgive your sister here, with me. She just wants you to come back."

Imima opens her mouth. Kaelin, though heavily burnt due to explosives, is trying to hold on with everything he has. One more good hit, and Kaelin is probably down, no matter how tough he is. But, Imima, the Elite I-Class Destroyer? It fires its cannon. Determined to sink the Fleet Daughter.
Lyria Mason Lyria Mason pauses for a moment at this okay just what are they up tyo. She's known for teating things apart however she contiunes to move. They seem to have something else in mind for her.

"...Oh you think your going to salvage this? That's adorable!"

She notes yes she's being more than a little hauty today over this. She looks to the man who she /shot/ dead is getting back up.

"You know Diplomacy is the art of saying nice dog while reaching for a bigger, rock, right?"

She now attemps to head for him hoping Alexis can deal with the others. She fires a small plusing shot from the canon with no elemental affinity trying to pin Mr. Diplomacy down. She may be open to attacks other Reds however doing this.
Shigure     Shigure grunts and with a wrenching sweep, powered by another blank blast from her opposing cannon, swings a roundhouse kick at Kaelin, then corrects her momentum. She ducks, and fires a counter shell into Imima's shot, deflecting it with a resonant blast as the shells detonate. "Do you really care what happens to the Fleet Daughters, or the Abyssals? No." she retorts, swinging her cannonfa back around reverse grip. "You only care about yourself, and I am SICK of seeing your face." she states venomously. "I may not be as strong as the Admiral or my sister ships. But I promise you, I will sink /you/ for every Fleet Daughter you've harmed."

Imima might pick them up first. They took a while to get here from the range they were fired, but the Long Lance torpedoes she fired at the start of her approach have finally arrived. They're spread to give a higher hit probability.
Alexis Maaka     "Hell."

Alexis takes shots in return to the Red Union soldiers firing upon her, before she's knocked off her feet by the ball-and-chain. Landing on the floor wiht a grunt, she looks up to find her vision clearing just in time to see two very large men in heavy armor.

"Shoulda kept the fifty." She growls, before she raises her Tavor to open fire upon one of the two armored soldiers, intending to hit gaps in the armor plating or damage their hydraulic arms somehow.

Only when she hears ALlan's voice does she break off, going straight for Allan himself. "You won't have to shout far, mate!" She calls out, before letting off a burst of fire towards Allan.
Yuna Kagurazaka A shadow passing over Yuna's position is mildly alarming, but ... well, she doesn't actually get scared until she realizes that the shadow is 'material' enough to REAR UP AND ATTACK.

Somewhat predictably, Yuna lets out a shriek and flails about ... but less predictably, this flailing also includes materializing the Matrix Divider and slashing as hard as she can at Giratina's projected shadow.

She's also channeling a substantial amount of her power through the weapon at the time, and given that her power carries a variable proportion of Holy/Light element - currently rather high, due to how she's freaking out - how much Giratini suffers from this is going to depend on just how much attacks against its shadow carry back to the actual Pokemon.
Bramble Patch Bramble Patch laughs as Rebecca is yanking out the needles. "Maybe you should get the POINT and leave." Then the woman takes out a big stick. To which Bramble Patch scoffs to the side. "Oh boo hoo, a big stick. How scary is that suppose to be-"

*KERZAP*

Okay maybe it isn't super powerful, but we're talking magica ponies here. So of course it still manages to make Bramble spasm a bit and leaves her mane standing up on end. "Well.." She coughs a bit of smoke. "That was re-volting."

Don't question how a pony holds a spade with hooves. It's tricky to try and explain. Just worry about the fact that Bramble does so to take the one from her pack and uses it to take a crack at Rebecca's legs.
Emiya Shirou     "Gh! Man, why's this guy so persistent?!" Shirou really doesn't want to waste mana dealing with what he assumes is a simple sniper. Garen's accuracy is verrrrry concerning, as is that weird energy weapon. it stings like nothing else!

Shirou does what he can to further increase their distance... and promptly takes a shot through the side he didn't quite see. The armor he's wearing blunts some of it but it's for KINETICS, not plasma. Shirou tumbles backwards, holdin his side with the arrow hand... the wound sizzles and smokes and his face is contorted with suppressed agony.

"... Never mind getting to the warehouse. This guy's dangerous. I'd better keep his attention!"

And so Shirou turns around. The bow fades into what might be fairy dust considering the shimmers... and instead of running for the warehouse?

Shirou charges for Garen. "My body is made of swords. A shell of steel with fire for blood!" Extending a hand out before him, Shirou puts forth a pulse of mana - it spreads out, blossoms swiftly into some weird kind of PINK BARRIER, roughly circular in shape... roughly shaped like a flower, in fact. It has four 'petals' and is filmy, translucent...

Totally Shirou's answer to 'how do you charge at a sniper.'
Garen     Garen dives to the side, or tries to when he's charged by Emiya. He quickly recovers his senses and aims to go for more close quarters. He quickly tries to roll, pulling Emiya over and slam him into the ground. "Persistant. Too bad you have the bad luck of being my opponent." He says. He reaches and from seemingly nowhere pulls a vibro-knife. He was ready for anything.
Rebecca Chambers     Nice pun. Unfortunately, Rebecca's not in the mood for comedy right now. Namely since there's a spade coming at her leg, causing her to drop down onto the ground, yelling in pain. This is worse than being backhanded by a Tyrant for sure! She struggles to get up, but it looks like her knee has been badly injured to the point that she can barely even put weight on it. Still, Rebecca refuses to go down easily.

"That was a cheap hit, but one cheap hit," Rebecca comments as she tries to use her good leg to kick out one of Bramble Patch's legs, "Deserves another!" Then she collapses to the ground, losing her balance.
Bramble Patch Silly Rebecca, don't you know quadrupeds get a bonus to resisting trip attempts? Dungeons and Dragons says so!

That said, it kind of works. She manages to kick out Bramble's front legs, which makes her smack face first into the ground with an "Oof!" But unlike a biped it's easier to pull herself up quickly because her back legs still have leverage standing up.

Quick enough for her to try and stomp on the woman while she's on the ground! On one hand, she's not a full sized horse, lucky for Rebecca! On the other hand, Bramble is a little on the stocky side, and being an Earth Pony those legs are naturally strong anyways. Plus, hooves! Hooves are hard. They hurt! ... even if you can't tell them apart from the rest of her legs, trust me, they're there and they're still hard.
Emiya Shirou     Rho Aias fades once Shirou goes swooping past. He wasn't expecting GRAPPLING and surprise shows clear on his face in those brief seconds between getting grabbed and hitting the ground. But instead of STAYING there he springs free with both hands, somehow managing to backflip onto his feet again. Mid-manuever, a pair of weapons flash into existence, gripped tightly in his hands. Both short swords, both the same shape... but one is white, the other black with a hexagonal red pattern. The Yin-Yang symbol's engraced into the joint between hilt and grip... they have no appreciable guards.

"This warehouse keeps supplies for operations that protect the civilians in coastal cities... ! What are you doing helping this attack?!"
Rosamarie Alba     Called off her attempt to sink the Kaiju, Rosamarie nonetheless doesn't intend to leave it entirely unscathed. Shigure, despite brave words, is in clear trouble. Well then, fine. Rosamarie will have to be extremely careful.

Sighting below the waterline, Rosa takes careful aim. <Battleship-class target identified. Target course and speed plotted. Flood tubes one and two.>

Reaching to her armored belt, Rosamarie dips her right hand into a tube-shaped gauntlet, unhooking it and bringing it to bear. It's something that, she hopes, Lute won't see. She's smoke and vapor right now, at least at this range. She's at extreme range to hit him. But the kaiju is a big target, and it has no reason to dodge her even if it can see her attack incoming and if it doesn't dismiss the firepower. That would be a big mistake, of course. Torpedos, even magical torpedos like Albacore's, are designed to crack the heavy armor of a warship. One or two might not sink a strong warship, but they'll surely give it something to think about.

<Torpedo tubes one and two are ready.> <Incoming bombers. Brace for depth charge> <Steady on. Match bearings on battleship and fire!> <Firing one and two.>

Two small, almost insignificant bundles of power lance out and stream towards the kaiju. Little fist-sized projectiles, smoky and rippling, no easier to see than torpedos in the water would be. Fast as a javelin they dart in at the kaiju, making the long trip in about a dozen seconds before hopefully impacting the monster at the waterline.

Torpedos away, Rosa turns her attention to the bombers. This is going to be ... ugly. While she was streaming steadily in to take her careful shot, she gave them a good shot at her. The bombs strike and explode moments after her torpedos were sent on their way. Unlike the rockets, the huge explosions tear into Rosamarie. Her magical defense holds, reducing the damage, keeping the explosions from shredding her body entirely. Her mind however, that's another matter. <Depth charges! Hull breach! Hull breach! We're taking in water!>

Of course it's not water getting IN that's the real threat to Rosamarie. Objectively speaking, she can survive the explosion. Psychologically however, Albacore is in danger of being sunk. <Blow the tanks. Emergency surface! Damage control, get on the breach and keep us afloat!>

The end result is that Rosamarie reappears, her form solidifying as her magic can no longer sustain her primary defense. Her armor steams and smokes, and there's tears in the rubbery suit where the blast abraded her. She seems bloodied but not critically injured, and shows little outward sign of the chaos going on inside her head. She is, however, vulnerable. <Take evasive action. Flanking speed! Right full rudder. Bring cannon to bear on bomber threat!>

Rosa begins to run, her legs churning through the water's surface and her power propelling her faster than she should be able to run. Gone is the slow pace of the dimensional shift as she uses her only remaining defenses... speed, and that machine gun mounted over her left shoulder. She brings it up, and begins firing anti-air rounds at the bombers that are such a deadly threat to her.
Garen     Garen smirks a bit. "It's nothing more then a target to me." He replies simply. He moves fast, thanks to training with faora-el of Zod's crew. He takes a swipe with his vibro-knife, and follows that up with a trio of flipping kicks.
Allan Bodily     There's a scream as one of Maaka's shots tears through the loader's arm, not the kudraulics, but the operators actual arm. "Just keep going!" He tells the other. "I'll be ok soon enough." and he's not kidding, it's slow, but the wound is already slowly closing. with a nod, the others make thier way inside.

Maaka herself, meanwhile, would find Allan turning to fire a quick blast from diplomacy at her, follwed by one of his men running up to swing a sledghammer at the back of her legs.

As he reloads, Allan turns to grin at lyria. "keep laughing it up kid, those 'thugs' your shrugging off? Technicians and mechanics." He calls out to them. "Try the joints, boys!"

hen the cannon shot bores a horrid gash along his side, he staggers, nearly falling over as blood spills through the wound, before catching himself as the gash starts to close itself, apparently there's a bit more to him than he's letting on.

Lyria would find that those men are taking swings at her, allans orders however, have made the ma bit smarter abount it, one with a lub launching headlong at her as a destraction, while two others look for cracks or joints to hack and pry at.
Alexis Maaka     Maaka's trenchcoat is thankfully bulletproof, rated to withstand shotguns and even rifles if necessary. This proves useful as she clutches her side, only to find herself nearly hit by a sledgehammer. Her hand reaches up to catch the thing in her hand, before she tries to rip it out of the Red Unioner's grasp. He'll find himself taking a blast of 5.56 fire to the fact, if she's successful.

Taking another tango down, ALexis then goes back to firing upon Allan, making a way towards cover as she swaps magazines first, then taking a burst of fire to catch him right in the chest.

"Your boys at least know to back their bluster up, I'll give them that!" She calls out.
Rebecca Chambers     Rebecca is stomped on by Bramble, and damn does it hurt. She may not be a horse but Rebecca is in a bit of pain. Between her injured knee and this, she cries out loudly, almost like she's being tortured (hey, it's the next worst thing!) And in her desparation, attempts to thrust her good leg up and kick Bramble off of her.
Lute      The torpedoes take Lute completely by surprise. Imima does detect them, but she really doesn't have a way to tell Lute. The best she can do is move back a bit. Still, the explosions rock the three of them. The tentacles burst free of Shigure, and Lute lifts a Pokeball to recall the Tentacruel. Lute, unfortunately, is doing this as he is being thrown through the air by the explosion, and he crashes in the water. He's struggling to stay afloat, going under a bit /himself/. He'll be able to right himself in a moment, though. But, he screams in pain as the salt water soaks his numerous bloody wounds. No matter what, he's going to need some recovery time after this mission.

But. The fact that she is not giving in is driving Lute insane. He holds back his rage. This isn't enough to send him in the berserker rage, at least. But. Why can she simply not /understand/? She is another person. She isn't her True Self right now. The only thing flwoing through Lute's mind, though: How to destroy her.

Only his Unown are currently bound to his mind and will. So, their acting right now is no surprise. But, Imima herself lets out a massive bestial roar, much like the mixture of a lion, the cannon of a battleship, and the creaking of metal.

The Unown fly down. They no longer are keeping an eye out for Lute, and instead, they turn to face Shigure. They rotate around her in a circular formation. Their eyes stare at her, unblinking. And one after another start sending random bursts of elemental attacks straight at Shigure. They are relentless right now. But, in the confusion, one of them flies at her back, trying to cling itself to her. Lute focuses specifically on this one. He's trying to leave a glyph on her back. Specifically, an Explosive Glyph. The Unown, when he chooses to trigger it, will explode in a burst of elements. He hopes this will at least function as a final cruel surprise if she doesn't sink yet.

Imima, though? She wants to sink her first. Imima might simply be an Elite Destroyer. She isn't yet a Flagship, and not yet gaining true sapience. But, her instincts still guide her. Sink. Sink. Sink. This is the only thought going through her head..And so, the I-Class opens its mouth, and fires one burst after another of cannonfire straight at the Fleet Daughter. Each blast is aimed straight at the torso, trying to blast with everything it has. It's emptying its cache of weaponry in doing so, using quite literally everything it has.

Though Yuna is attacking Giratina's shadow, this is still part of it. Normally, he could simply recoil it back quickly. But, he is going all out against Yuna, and paying the price for his wreckles attack. As Giratina's shadow is struck by the Matrix Divider, it lets out a loud cry of pain. It is cut into quite deeply, its gaseous body letting loose burst of gaseous black blood into the air, all of it slowly dissapating. It speeds forward, turning to face Yuna. It pauses, midair.

And for the first time, it speaks, to someone who is not Lute.

     "Giratina." <Perish.>

It vanishes for a second. But, when it returns. Empowered by the Distortion World. It's entire body is simply a mass of black and red energy. It's wrong. Everything about him is absolutely wrong. There is not a single thing natural about this. It spreads its wings, and from each spin on its wings, burst after burst of Ghost energy flies forward.

It is using its legendary attack. The attack that harnesses the full power of the Reverse World.

     Shadow Force.
Lute      The torpedoes fly in from Rosamarie towards Mr. Crabs As they zoom along, they impact directly into the hard shell of its leg. His armor, finally, cracks. After a second, the torpedoes explode. Water is burst into the air. Mixed with it are chunks of Kaiju shell, and the unique toxic blood of the Kaiju: Kaiju Blue. Mr. Crabs lets out a terrified roar, the roar of a cornered animal. It begins to fall, diving back into the water. With this large of a chunk out of its leg, it can't remain standing. It'll simply have to sink, and float in the water.
Emiya Shirou     It's easy enough to tell that EMIYA SHIROU isn't a military anything. His expression, his stance, his whole demeanor screams IMPUDENT KID over anything else. Like right now - anger boils up at Garen's words... and that SMIRK. "Tch... then don't expect me to go easy on you!"

The Vibroknife smashes straight into the white sword, then the first kick hits the black one in a swift parry. Shirou's bowled over backwards by the last kick, blunting most of it on his crossed weapons.

"I have created over a thousand blades!" Again with that strange, grim chant. Shirou swings the married weapons out horizontally, THROWING THEM... utterly the wrong way. At almost the same time another surge of power flares down his arms and forms into a SECOND SET of the same ones...

But one of his arms is responding slowly and painfully. That kick did a number on him apparently!

    Oh, those thrown weapons?

They arc inwards towards each other...

... yup. Garen's in the middle of two whirling blades coming right at him from either side.

Topping it off, Shirou leaps for him for a full-power slash to coincide with the trapping blades!
Shigure     The relentless assault by those Unown are taking their toll. She's got her arms crossed, covering her head with the thick superstructures of her cannon-fa. The 'mooring clamp' for the cannons sports a quadmount machinegun fitting, which opens up a relentless barrage of bullets at that sneaking Unown. It might not be strong enough to fend it off, but the fairy is trying, at least.

Shigure ghhhs, and turns, "I. Will. Not.... sink." She drops into a crouch and starts firing multiple blasts from her cannons to escape the encirclement. Her torpedo racks drop again, swiveling back up as she leaves behind her own presents for Lute. A spread of six torpedoes, headed right for the floundering man. She wasn't kidding when she said she was going to /sink/ him.
Bramble Patch Ryu would be proud! The kick catchs Bramble Patch in the chin with enough force that it, be it the strength of the kick or the not quite realistic physics Ponies seem to follow sometimes, actually causes her to spin backwards in the air a couple of times before she finally hits the ground. On her head.

That's okay, Bramble Patch has a very thick skull. Almost as thick as a certain pegasus that keeps crashing through rooftops.

She flops on her stomach again afterwards and heaves out a groan.

"I hate anthropology."
Garen     Garen grimmaces as he's pretty much cut up by the strikes. "That's cute." He replies. He grabs for Emiya's arm and twists in an attempt to either pop the elbow or stun the arm. "But I could care less if you made ten thousand swords. Your in my way...and I don't fail my missions."
Lyria Mason Lyria is having one of those days it seems, very much one of those days. She's noe dealing with the minions.

"I'm a machineist, you think someone gave me this?! I designed and built it!"

AT this point eletical energy starts arcing about her armor in an attempt to get the others one's off her.

Also this is when the spiders show up the small mechanical spiders start to move in freezing the ground about them for several meters and they start skating right for the Lyria and the Reds.
Alvira     "Hmmm." Carefully, Alvira splits her attention between piloting and watching the HUD feed being piped in of her target blow her. It's difficult to really make out but the strange hazy effects around the 'Fleet Maiden' seemed to be something more magical than just simple diving underwater. She'll have to review the footage later for better specifics as currently piloting made it a bad time for careful enemy study. Their intial assessment of 'submersible' seems to have been off since it wasn't merely dipping underwater.

If anything, at least Alba had a bit of time now. Brynhldr were not very manuverable so it would be some time before they circled back around to make it into position for a second bombing run against the Fleet Daughter. Much like before, they are also far more vulnerable to anti-air fire, the second, already-damaged Brynhldr struck again and sparking suddenly. The craft begins to list.

"Critical engine damage sustained. Ma'am, we need to pull out." The main pilot of the ship reports, "My apologies for this performance."

The first bomber also sustains its first bit of damage, one of the underside gun nests sparking and cracking.

Alvira grinds her teeth and breaks away from the Hrist formation-being the ace and CEO, she can get away with this just fine. Given the appearance of Alba right now in her currently uncloaked form, she will take advantage of being able to sight her. Alvira's Hrist swoops in low, almost skimming the surface of the water as she fires her second round of missiles at Alba. It's a risky manuver but just the kind of risk that Alvira would make.
Yuna Kagurazaka If getting pounced by Giratina's regular shadow was bad for Yuna's nerves, what happens *THIS* time sends her into an absolute screaming fit - and that's *BEFORE* it actually starts hitting her with its full ghostly power.

So on the one hand, she's running like hell and possibly is outrunning most of the brunt of Shadow Force - although what catches up sends crackles of energy across the Light Suit (Marine Form)'s armor as its defensive aura struggles to repel the damaging force of those hits. She may not be getting disabled, but she's not going to stick around for much more of this.

On the other hand, she's also sufficiently in the grip of a massive freak-out that she's spraying bolts from the Matrix Divider in Giratina's general direction. It's not Gensokyo-class bullet-hell by a long shot, but her aim is so random that Giratina may have a hard time dodging it all.
Emiya Shirou     One might expect a person in Garen's situation to back away or perhaps duck, but instead the slashes strike - and Shirou's left exposed. Also bewildered, because that didn't take him down?!

    "AUGH!"

And in that one moment his arm's twisted horribly, dislocated and left dangling VERY painfully.

But Shirou manages to get free with a knee to the offending arm and goes rolling lopsidedly. "Never retreating... never tasting victory." he mutters just loud enough to be heard. Yeah, it's definitely a chant.

But then he speaks, as the white sword vanishes and is replaced with the original black sword he first fired. It's KUSANAGI of Japanese myth, but Garen's unlikely to know that. "You'll be failing this one so hard your whole career will cave in!"

Even with one arm Shirou's apparently extremely dangerous up close. The wind HOWLS. A fierce gale kicks up as all the air around rushes in to the Kusanagi, forming a compressed typhoon and building swiftly, gaining layer after crushing layer. "KUSANAGI!"

One swing and that wind is unleashed all at once, an explosive wave that SCOURS the ground and the sand and the dirt and the rock a whole foot and a half down, becoming a blinding onrushing tsunami of pure twisting crosswinds and ripping mini-tornadoes!

It's over quickly, but it's one hell of an impact...
Rebecca Chambers     Rebecca tries to get up, after getting Bramble Patch off of her, but then she remembers that she's got a wounded knee. She can't get up, forcing her to remain on one leg. "Dammit," She mutters, taking out a can of First Aid Spray and lifting up her pant leg to reveal the wounded knee. Apparently, she's gonna need that spray, since it's swelling pretty badly there, and it looks like she's got more than a bruise there too. "Gonna need surgery after this, I think," Rebecca mutters to herself as she applies the aerosol to her leg. It doesn't cure much, but it has an anesthetic property that makes it easier to stand on, and does kill some of the pain. Still, she's badly injured and can't keep fighting much longer.

For now, though, she continues to look for Bramble, almost as if she expects an ambush of some kind. And that worries Rebecca...
Lute      The Unown from behind is shot down, and it sinks into the water. Yeah, Lute didn't take the fairy into consideration. He still isn't fully aware of all of the Fleet Daughter's tricks yet. As the other Unown are fired upon, their bodies are torn apart by the explosions, though most stay alive. The formation is broken, though, and the Unown float back to lay down on Mr. Crabs. They remain on him, motionless. Shigure's escape route is clear.

Lute stares at the torpedoes blankly. He can't move in the path of them fast enough. And so, he closes his eyes. And smiles. Well. Maybe this will finally be it, eh? He hopes the Confederacy will at least reacquire his soul from Loros after his death.

But, when he hears the sound of the explosion, he opens his eyes. He is surprised by what he sees. Imima is before him. The six torpedoes struck her, instead of Lute. She cries out in pain, large chunks of her metal body blown off. A look of terror is on Lute's face. Imima. She protected him. He got careless, and she saved him. She dips under the water a bit, and even more fear fills Lute. He reaches to wrap his arms around her, even though her body is burning up due to the touch due to the explosives. He can't do /much/ to keep her afloat, but he is doing what he can.

"...Don't... don't sink, Imima. You... You can't sink..."

Yes, even though he has only recently met this creature? He cherishes it. And so, as Shigure departs, Lute simply frowns. His mind burns her into his head. She and Isuzu are now on the top of her revenge list, as far as Fleet Daughters go. Thankfully, though, Mr. Crabs can ensure Imima won't sink. At least, not today. Instead, he reaches a claw out, lifting up her and Lute. The two are set on Mr. Crab's back, where Imima rests on Lute's lap. Lute doesn't even care that this chunk of metal is crushing his lap a bit.

But, Lute glances up. Giratina, still fighting. Giratina, trying his best to dodge, but failing. Each hit causes it intense pain, though it still remains fighting. It keeps letting out roars of pain, trying over and over again to get closer to Yuna. He cherishes this Pokemon too. For so many years, he searched for it, even if for a long time he didn't realize it. And, he won't let it suffer any more, either.

It's a risk to himself. It's a risk to his Unown. But, Lute stands. He calls his Unown to him. They bind to his body, forming an armor across him. This is putting an incredible stress on not just their body, but his own as well. And Lute looks up at Yuna. Glaring.

"YUNA KAGURAZAKA. If you lay /one more finger/ on my Pokemon, you /will/ regret it. I will either defeat you, or I will continue my chase of the Fleet Daughter. And, I would be /guaranteed/ to sink her, with her current state of damage. I give you one option, Yuna."

     "LEAVE."

Lute is not fucking around anymore. Too many of his pets have been hurt today. And, while he isn't entirely sure he /could/ beat Yuna in his current state? He has to make the threat and risk. She has to leave, or his friends will be hurt more.
Allan Bodily     The one worker yelps as he loses his sledgehammer, and then well...

it's a shot ot the face, it's probably best for the MUSH's ratings if we don't go into detials on that.

Allan Turns back to glare at Maaka as She opens fire on him however. Roaring as his body flays open in a horrific display. As he does, there's the distict fwoosh of a flamethrower going off near her. apparnetly someone's trying ot flush her out of hiding. Tow more flamethrowers go off as a few more unioners spot the spiders, as they tride to melt the ice as it forms.

Lyria meanwhile, Would would find diplomac leveled at her head "Hold still a sec..." as allan opens fire again, as another member tries to shove the business end of his crowbar right into the back of her knee.

Meanwhile, the first loder and about four men are inside the wearhouse, the loader looking to the tohers. "you know the job boys, get too it." As the loader begins grabbing crates to haul towards the transport, the mean spread out, they're armed with large clubs and hammers, as they set about their work. they beging to smash crates, knock things over, trying to rip up and break as much stuff as possible while the loader drags the rest off.
Rosamarie Alba     Rosa has no attention to spare to attempt to finish Mr. Crabs. She has her hands full trying to survive the aerial attack. A submarine caught on the surface when aircraft are around stands little chance. Rosa had fortunately changed that somewhat, negotiating with the ghost of Albacore to sacrifice some strike capability for a more well-rounded outfitting. She has weapons that planes might fear, at least. But right now, she has only her submarine-style armor to protect her... that and speed and a hope that enemy planes might flinch if fired upon. She's a small and mobile target after all. Hard to hit, and her gunfire with its tracers is a fairly intimidating thing for a light target.

A set of rockets explode, catching Rosa with hot spray and shrapnel. Her armor isn't quite as flimsy as the wetsuit it resembles, but it's not anywhere near the protection a battleship would support. Fresh blood sprays from fresh wounds.

Albacore's thoughts in Rosamarie's head are a jumble, little help for the girl. But she's had long hours of training with Yamato. She doesn't need the ghost to simply fire her weapon. She sights on the Hrist, filling the sky with lead... or at least with shards of magic. The end result differs in only the smallest degree.
Garen     Garen smirks again, somehow diving to the side. But he's still caught up by the wind. "Not bad..." He admits. He feels his own arm finally starting to give in. He chucks at least 3 flashbangs and one smoke grenade. Then all at once, the sniper was gone. But is Emiya was aware, Garen just slipped around him, and aimed to give him a nasty headlock.
Alexis Maaka     "Shit!" Maaka begins to book it as she leaps /through/ a gust of flames, her coat barely managing to protect her from getting singed horrifically while she fires a few long bursts at Allan.

Producing a frag grenade from her coat, she flings it at Allan's feet after pulling the pin, then she begins to track for the armored guys with Hydraulics. Best thing to do right now is at least ensure the Red Union doesn't get what it wants.
Lyria Mason Lyria Mason has managed to get the others off her, however she's now finding that she's got Allen leveling at her head. She moves to briung up her arm letting the shield take the blast but the shield's now a write off after taking a hit like this.

"I'm not you extraversal maniac!"

The bat gets into the back of her heavily armored knee and is making some pry there. However she shifts with her shield arm and attemps to getab Allen gunn and crush it if she can.

Meanwhile the wpiders are going after the guy on Lyria and well he's going to find he's starting to get covered in ice as the little drone chitters at him. While two odf hte others break off and head after the tranposrt they don't attack but they just got a command from Lyruia to cause some havoc in a moment or two.
Bramble Patch Bramble Patch gets back on her hooves a bit more wobbly this time, and shakes her head a little. Ugh. Too much kicking and bruising and getting shot at and stupid shock branding iron sticks. She rubs her temple, and then snarls. "You know what? Screw this."

She's trying to look pissed, but really, she just looks cute when she's angry. Say it to her face at your own risk, though.

More importantly, Allen's mean actually got inside and started grabbing stuff. "I ain't gettin' shot over some spare parts." Her squirrel hops up on her shoulder and hands her a vial. "Bramble Patch is out!" Bramble slams the vial into the ground with one hoof, causing a big poof of green smoke around her and Rebecca.

The smoke screen doesn't last quite as long as it's suppose to, but by the time it's fading Bramble Patch is already running off into the distance.

Unlike a certain unicorn mage, she doesn't trip like an idiot doing so.
Alvira     Bad news: Alvira does not flinch as she flies at the Alba. Good news: the other Hrists seem menaced enough that they will not approach the damaged Rosa. The second remaining bomber also doesn't seem to be coming back for a second round against Alba specifically. Instead the airship moves to provide cover for Lute and Mr. Crabs.

Magic bullets fill the space between the oncoming Hrist, shredding the small airship in flight, much to Alvira's surprise. The craft starts to dissolve and as it does, Alvira hits an eject button, escaping from the craft as it spirals off course and breaks up into wreckage across the surface of the water. Alvira herself touches down over the water, her fall slowed by parachute. She seems quite cranky.
Rebecca Chambers     Rebecca watches as Bramble retreats into the smoke, and naturally she's gone. Unfortunately, Rebecca can't chase her because her bad leg is giving out again. Not to mention, the anesthetic properties of the spray are wearing off. Sighing, Rebecca speaks into her communicator and waits for the helicopter to return to pick her up. It takes a few moments longer than usual for whatever reason, causing Rebecca to become a bit impatient.

When the helicopter does finally arrive, the cable comes down and Rebecca grabs onto it tightly, her bad leg hanging limply. The cable is then pulled up and Rebecca limps into the co-pilot's seat, buckling up for a trip back to the Union Headquarters for some much needed medical aid.
Allan Bodily     Allan's features go hard as he suddenly snaps the gun away from Lyria's reach. "Ya don't. Touch. Diplomacy."

Apparently, someone's attached to his gun. Maaka's fire snaps him out of his rage though, as he wheels around to open fire on her, right as the grenade takes his leg out, knocking him over.

The man on Lyria's leg meanwhile, leans on his crowbar, he's found a way in, now to see if he can pop something off while she's busy.

Inside, the Loader yelps as a shot skims the top of one of his arms, he hurrys with his current load towards the transport, the others pulling back to cover him as they regroup near the transport.
Yuna Kagurazaka "MAKE IT STOP SCARING ME AND CHASING ME AND I'LL STOP SHOOTING!!"

Yeah, Yuna is still terrified as hell - but she DOES hold her fire long enough to give Lute a chance to recall Giratina.
Rosamarie Alba     <Damage teams report hull breach has been contained>. The voices in Rosa's head begin to calm, the frantic yellings and reports replaced with more professional calm. <Enemy air squadron is pulling back. Lead airship downed, bombers heavily damaged. Support craft forming up for escort on Battleship target.> As she calms, or rather as the spirit within her calms, she regains a measure of control over her power. <Status for submerge?> <Hull integrity is nominal. Ready to submerge at your order, Captain.> <Maintain surface and continue restoring integrity. I want full dive capability before those bombers return. For now come around to 247 and form up for escort.>

Weary, hurt, Rosamarie turns and heads for Shigure, intending to form up and escort the young destroyer away. Not that Rosa's in much better shape, but once her defenses are shored back up she can dive, and can still provide enough of a punch that she can prevent Confederate forces from sinking the ship. If, that is, they try to pursue. With any luck, they won't. It might mean the base gets shelled here, but they may have bought time for reinforcements to arrive. If so, they've done the best they could... and more to the point, they've done their duty.
Alexis Maaka     As everyone seems to be bailing, Alexis gives Allan a stare of hate before she recalls her car. Tossing her rifle inside, she climbs in before she adjusts gears, driving off when it's clear everything is pretty much over. This was a waste of her time, and she knows it.

Whatever, she'll nag the Union for her paycheck assuming they intend to pay her after assisting in this later. At least the Red Union didn't try to run away with her vehicle, today anyways.
Emiya Shirou     "GHKKK!" Shirou was just hearing a disturbing message on his radio anyways, but being put into a headlock leaves him struggling and flailing!

... But only until he has a moment to focus.

It is in fact not so smart to get grapply because...

    Projection.

Filmy white armor flows from Shirou's skin accompanied by sizzling, crackling overflows of prana. It's wasteful and flashy becuse he's none too good at projecting...

Armor. heavy white plate armor that shines, but has a texture weirdly like marble instead of steel. Either way, it forms UNDER Garen's grip, forcing the hands back and allowing Shirou to breathe!

    That's probably bad.

"I stand atop a hill of swords, forging weapons from my flesh!"

"Be smart and just retreat now!" Putting tremendous power into his one remaining limb, Shirou grabs Garen and FLIPS him over-- or rather, HURLS him over his shoulder. Whether Garen can recover or not is not something Shirou waits for. Instead, he banishes the armor and projects... a spear?

A really weird looking spear. one of Vruasa Telash's...
Lute      Lute just stares up at Yuna for a second. He... he thinks he has realized why she is scared.

Is she seriously scared of ghosts?

He recalls Giratina, pauses, and calls out to Yuna.

"You do realize the Fleet Daughters are ghosts too, right?"

And with that Mr. Crabs starts swimming away. He at least takes a moment to pick up Alvira, if no one else does, at least.
Garen     As Garen went into the nearby wall, he felt something in his wounded arm break. He grits his teeth and swallows it, but the child was right. He needs to get out of there, now. "Next time, child.....next time I'll know to break your jaw first." He says. Chiss do not take a loss well, nor do agents of the empire. Even so, he suddenly vanished, a cloaking field activated.
Lyria Mason Lyria gets this and is about to do something thankfully Alexis buys her some time. She's abole to get some purahcse now. The crowbar is working on her. However with Allan distracted the guyt on her is about to get punched by her and she says.

"Play time's over!"

MEan while the spiders reach the transport and try to leap on the front and start to /freeze it/ hopefully causing some havoc.
