Hiei Hell's Kitchen, that seemed like a promising location for Hiei to walk around in and find buyers for Lute's artifacts. The location that he chooses is outside of a night club, a small lounge type place in a row of seedy buildings. A fancy place with a glowing purple sign called Pink Lynx. It'll probably be gone in a week.

He waits for Lute, then immediately starts heading into the door. It's not the kind of place with a line or an outdoor bouncer, they can just walk in. Though when they're in there, there's music, people in suits, lots of mobstery looking organized crime people... "I wonder if you have the intelligence required to spot who's in charge.
Lute      Lute, honestly, doesn't really like coming here. While there are a large number of New Yorks, why did Hiei have to pick the one formerly protected by Tony fucking Stark? It's actually a bit of a pain in the ass. At the least, he hasn't caused any chaos here before, so he doesn't have to go quite incognito.

He slips into the building, hands in his pocket. He... actually has absolutely no idea what Hiei looks like. Or even if Hiei actually knows /how/ to find a buyer for artifacts. Honestly, Lute doesn't even have to use the Black Market for this one, but he just knows that Black Market prices tend to be a lot better.

But, once he is inside, he glances around. He has at least one guess on how to find Hiei: He'll look completely out of place, he'll be acting like he owns the place, and he'll be trying to search around like he's never been here before because most likely he hasn't.

It's probably good odds that the first person he approaches and asks, "Hey, are you Hiei?" will be the right person.
Hiei Hiei cranes his head all the way up, as Lute kind of towers over him. "Yes." is all he says, then immediately heads over to an older fat guy with a grey handlebar mustache, sitting in a booth smoking cigars. He's surrounded by an entourage. Suited men and what are possibly high class escorts in fancy dresses.

"You." he says to the man, then suddenly, out of no where, he draws a sword and sticks it into the table, which causes half the lounge to draw their guns and aim them at him. "You're going to buy my friend's artifacts, or I'm going to gut you like a pig and strangle your friends with your innards."

He turns to Lute and says, "See? I know how to use human capitalism just as well as anyone."
Lute      For a second, Lute just smiles at the moustached man. And then he turns his head to Hiei. His smile remains on. But, there is something wrong with his smile. It's almost a pleading smile. As if he were wondering, 'What the fuck are you doing, be smarter with this.' But, finally, it turns into a more natural smile. Because, he realizes something. Even if Hiei /does/ mess this up, well. Lute always wanted to get into a fight at a resteraunt with a shitload of mob goons. He'll still try to avoid it, but. Hey, a win-win either way.

He speaks, in a more casual tone. He'll try and salvage this a bit at least, "...Forgive this man. I'm still trying to train this underling. But, he found this place while trying to find someone to purchase goods for me. If he misbehaves more, he will be dealt with."

Lute reaches into his labcoat pocket, and pulls out a number of photos. He tosses them onto the table. It's photos of all of the Egyptian-style artifacts he found.

"Of course, this /might/ be above the amount you can buy."
Hiei The man looks between the two of them, puffing his cigar, then casually reaches over with his thick, sausage-like fingers, dragging through the photos while looking at them with mild interest. "Call your friends, tell them where you are, and to bring those artifacts here right now. If you don't, I know the owner of a cat food production company, and he'll welcome you with open arms."

Hiei's large eyes shift to Lute, his grip tightening on his sword. "I believe he's threatening us. What are you going to do about that, Lute?"
Lute      Lute just stares blankly at the mobster. And then at Hiei. Hiei is not putting the sword away, and the mobster isn't even showing signs that he wants to buy the stuff. He's just demanding it. Lute siiighs. Turning to the mobster, he speaks. His tone rather casual, despite the fact that this is a dangerous situation. Lute is mostly just a /normal human/. Sure, he'll probably survive this. He's survived worse. But, /still/.

"No problem! I'll make a call right now, and get things taken care of. I am just going to slowly reach for my ball-shaped cell phone."

Lute lifts the side of his labcoat, revealing six Pokeballs strapped to his belt. He grabs one of them. It's completely black in color. He starts lifting it to his ear, before pressing the button on it.

     "GO REGISTEEL!"

And, suddenly, the collosal steel Pokemon appears before him. Lute starts sprinting backwards, reaching for another Pokeball as well. A normal red and white one. He holds it up, opening it as well.

     "GO, SAVANT! PROTECT ME!"

And with that, the elegant male Gardevoir appears before him. It creates a psychic barrier in front of itself, and Lute. Because shit is about to go down.
Hiei "Well, it would seem that our negotiations have entirely gone south. Too bad." Hiei pulls his sword, and then the gunfire begins as soon as the Pokemon are summoned. He starts to vanish and re-appear repeatedly around the club. Men with guns start to lose arms, split in half, or just sort of get stabbed. There are still plenty aiming at Lute's Pokemon, finding them more of a horrifying threat than Lute himself.

The boss is being ushered from his chair by his entourage, while the escorts are already running for the door or ducking under tables.
Lute      Lute moves back towards the entrance, his Gardevoir following him. He's trying to block escape. If they're not going to be selling the artifacts, there is still a profit to be made here. Various bullets bounce off of Gardevoir's psychic barrier, and Registeel's metal body. And Lute starts reaching for another Pokeball.

Registeel, for his part, is basically trying to just smash /everything/ in its path. The tables, the entourage. While Hiei is taking most of the gunmen out, the Registeel attacking everyone else.

But, Lute has a different plan for the mobster. He opens his third Pokeball, and from it, a Tentacruel pops out. Lute shouts orders, quickly, "GRAB THE FAT MOBSTER DUDE TRYING TO GET OUT OF HERE!" With that, the Tentacruel's tentacles start grabbing for the fat man, trying to lift him off the ground into the air. By his feet.

And, grabbing at a fourth Pokeball, Lute lifts it up. Shouting to the people all around.

"OKAY THIS IS A STICK-UP. Bring all of your valuables, wallets, and whatnot out, and drop them in front of you! And FATTY, you're coming with us. You're going to tell all of your MOB UNDERLINGS to transfer us /all/ the money your mob has! Or else we'll /cut your head off/."

     This escalated quickly.
Hiei Hiei is standing on a table, casually holding a limp body up by the blazer as he watches Lute work. He occasionally swings his sword to casually deflect a bullet. And already the police can be heard coming down the street.

The boss presses his hands together as he's held up by the Tentacruel. "Please, I swear, we'll give you everything, we're just a small upstart family, we don't got much!" Already men and women are tossing their wallets in a pile, removing jewelry, unloading phones from their pockets. "Just, leave us with something, we can't survive out here with no money at all!"

Hiei drops the limp body he's holding and casually sits on the edge of the table, taking a shrimp from a cocktail platter and running it through splattered blood on the edge of the wood. Then he looks over at Lute. "I suppose to appeal to your human sensibilities, I should say that this man probably has dozens of people killed a month, sells drugs on these streets, and exploits females for profit. Don't let a little guilt stop you from taking his money."
Lute      As Hiei describes the crimes this person has committed? Lute is actually more impressed than anything. If the guy /is/ just an upstart crime family, well. He's actually doing a pretty good job of it. The only thing Lute /doesn't/ like is the 'exploiting women' thing. And that enough is to change Lute's mind about sparing this guy's business.

"...Yeaaaah, dude. You're going to give us /everything/. /All/ of the money invested in your little 'family'. And the women you've been exploiting? Well. Give them the heads up to come to the Confederate held territories. We'll make sure they aren't exploited."

With the police sirens coming in, Lute sighs. His Tentacruel is already gathering up all of the valuables, and Lute is opening up a sack he pulled from his labcoat for the Tentacruel to deposit the loot.

Lute then recalls his Gardevoir and Registeel. The Registeel was just destroying furniture at this point, anyways. But, Lute immediately sends out another Pokemon. Giratina. It fires a beam attack upwards, creating a hole in the ceiling. Lute climbs on top of Giratina, along with Tentacruel holding the fat mobster.

"...Now we /probably/ should get out of here before the police come in. Not that we can't kill them, but if we /did/, we'd have the Union on our tales /immediately/."
Hiei Hiei's been speaking on the radio to occupy himself, and even remoted the headband around his forehead to open his third eye. "Well, I suppose." he considers, quickly eating his shrimp, then jumps up to sit on the back of the Giratina with his legs crossed. He's since put his sword away, and at some point grabbed a small chocolate pudding and a tiny spoon. He casually eats, and waits for Lute to get them out of here. "I assume that I get half of these profits."
Lute      Giratina begins flapping its massive wingspan, and bursting into the sky through the hole in the building. Lute is facepalming. This? This is not what he had expected to happen. It is a net profit? But at the same time, he is /still/ stuck with the ancient artifacts that he has absolutely no use for aside selling. He looks towards the sky for a second, before glancing around. He keeps feeling like Tony Stark is watching him or soemthing, even though he knows that is unlikely.

And then Hiei asks for half of the profits. Lute /really/ wants to say no. But. He sighs. "Yes, you get half of the profits. And in the future /don't threaten the person we're planning to sell stuff too/."

And Giratina keeps flying off back to Confederate territory. Passing by Stark Tower as he does so. And at this, Lute facepalms as well. Yes, he didn't give Giratina good directions, but damnit, why did Giratina have to pick this random direction to pass by of all random directions? At least passing Stark Tower should be uneventful.
