Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Heaven or Hell was generally a good meeting place! As such, Nasa had made her way into the main building of the business, and had made her way into the entry hall to the building! The fae girl is presently sitting on a convenient bench of some sort, wearing her normal clothing and kicking her legs ever-so-slightly as she waits Setsuko to arrive, musing over how exactly to word what she wanted to ask the demigoddess.
Setsuko Kaminagi     It's become a route that Setsuko knows rather well by now, even if she doesn't travel it /that/ much. With or without a hoverbike, the demigod can navigate the warp network to Boston fairly quickly, and given that she's in no particular need of stealth or subtlety at the moment, an easy ride out to the Tower is more than enough for her.

With the bike parked on a nearby rooftop, the demigod simply hops down to street level and strides across, opening the door and stepping inside smoothly. And, thankfully, the person she's here to meet is right there. "Nasa," the swordswoman greets simply.
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Nasa's ears twitched slightly as the door opens, her gaze lifting and turning towards Setsuko almost the moment she entered. She didn't REALLY know Setsuko well enough to know her footsteps, she'd just been checking the door each time it had opened, really. Nasa stood almost immediately, her head dipping down very slightly in a somewhat respectful bow. "Setsuko." Nasa responds lightly.

After a few moments, Nasa takes a small breath, before murmuring, "Is unsure if you do to knowing much about Nasa's ultimate goal. Simple version is to being that Nasa does wish to free Drow of Nasa's world from grasp of evil goddess Lolth." Nasa lets her eyes slide closed as she thinks on things. "Had question for you. You are demigoddess, yes? Does know how to becoming demigoddess? Or goddess?"
Setsuko Kaminagi     If Nasa has any kind of magical senses, Setsuko's arrival in Boston is pretty much impossible to miss. Her divine aura can be sensed for dozens of miles around easily, and even a hundred or more by those who are strongly sensitive.

And she looks a tad surprised to be so quickly accosted with 'getting right down to business' - although she doesn't particularly /mind/. Mostly, the question is something of a heavy one, and it shows in her eyes when she responds.

"...I am, yes. I would say I didn't become one by choice, but that's not entirely accurate. It's more correct to say that I didn't expect to be offered the chance, and wasn't seeking it. I was killed in battle, and as I lay dying, I heard the voice of my world's previous God of War, offering me the last of his power and a second chance at life. To achieve my own goals, in exchange for accepting a condition I must fulfill."

She draws her sword in a slow movement, one meant to put the blade on display. "This sword is the embodiment of that power. But it's bound to me, though I may loan it to others briefly. Only I can access its full power, and I'm afraid I don't know any other ways to become a demigod, or a full divinity, aside from being born as one."
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Nasa definitely had sensed Setsuko coming, then! She had some magical senses! ... She wasn't extremely sensitive though, just somewhat. Nasa was, however, someone who did tend to get right down to business pretty quickly.

"Ah, apologizes if was rude. Is still getting used to how to talk properly, yes." Nasa murmurs softly, rubbing at her cheek a bit awkwardly. Even if Nasa was bad at conversation, she knew how to watch for emotional and mood shifts fairly well.

When Setsuko began to speak, though, Nasa fell silent. She listened intently, her gaze focusing on Setsuko's face a bit more fully. She shifts her fingers slightly, mention that she'd been dying. Hmm. It made sense that dying might be part of the method to become a god, to Nasa. She takes a slow inhale.

"So your power is to being put into a sword... is interesting..." Nasa frowns slightly. "To killing goddesses in Nasa's world, is usually necessary to being demigoddess or goddess yourself. Or does to needing weapon created by goddess. Appreciates your words, is useful. Apologizes if brought back painful memories." Nasa murmurs softly.

Nasa's gaze shifts to meet Setsuko's silently, her eyes half-lidding. "For now, supposes that Nasa can to try working at convincing the drow that following the goddess is to being a bad idea, though does naut expect it to work except on small amounts..." Nasa says softly, her lips twitching very slightly as she mused.
Setsuko Kaminagi     "It's alright," Setsuko replies. "I've long since made my peace with that moment." She sweeps her sword around in a brief flourish, and then returns it to its sheath smoothly. "For what it's worth, if you need to kill a goddess, you have allies for that. Some of whom are demigods," she adds, with a faint smile. "If nothing else, this sword exists to cut down whatever foes I may face - including gods. That's why I chose the name 'Zanjintou'." Though it is a name, the translation effect gets the meaning behind it across.

    'God-Cutting Blade'.
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      "Is it to being bad that Nasa does feel selfish, that does want to kill the goddess with own two hands?" Nasa asks in response to the allies comment, her eyes shifting a little bit away. "Supposes maybe is to being revenge to degree, but at the same time, really does to wanting to free the Drow from her control." Nasa says softly, her lips twitching. But there was also hatred that fueled that desire. It was a part of her that was hard to let go of.

"...Appreciates that you are willing to help though! Is sure that to getting to goddess, will have to go through the drow." Nasa says, turning her gaze back towards Setsuko. "Can tell just by looking, is very good blade. Good balance. Is... almost overpowering feeling that does come from it, too, yes." Nasa says, her nose twitching slightly. "God-cutting blade... mm." Looking at the blade, her mind trails to her Abstractum. She needed to nurture it and help it grow. It would help her grow too, she was sure. "What did you to doing before you did to becoming demigoddess? To getting stronger, that is."
Setsuko Kaminagi     Setsuko regards Nasa with a curious sort of look for a moment or two. "...Well, perhaps it is a little selfish, but it's not a bad thing," she finally decides. "I have someone I'd like to finish with my own blade, so I can understand the desire. As for my blade... I think if I had been a different sort of warrior, it would be a different weapon. It took a form perfect for me. And this is just the dormant form."

The question asked of her, however, prompts her to arch an eyebrow a little in amusement. "Before I became a demigod? I was a completely normal human. I got stronger by training every morning and evening, and by surviving fights and learning from them. I had quite a few scars, but they all went away when I was changed. The ones I have now, all happened since then."
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Nasa shifts slightly as she's regarded with that look, listening to Setsuko as she talks. "...Y-yes, is selfish, maybe is even stupid, challenging goddess." Nasa says softly, her fingers twitching thoughtfully. As Setsuko speaks of having someone she'd also like to finish with her own blade though, Nasa gives a slow exhale. "So you do to understand. Is hard to think of someone else killing them. Would feel like did to failing." Nasa says, her eyes opening fully as she looks up towards Setsuko, her hands shifting down to draw her twin Kukri. "These are Nasa's blades. They are good, but they are not to being Divine." Nasa says, holding the enchanted kukri up for Setsuko to look at, even opening the poison reservoir for her if she wanted to look.

"A-ah... so before that you were just to being a fighter? Hmm... is... is very good to knowing, supposes. Nasa does similar, though is growing little bits here and there with the fae, yes." Nasa says, her wings fluttering slightly. "Does sound like you were to being skilled beforehand though! A lot of surf-- people do to go to fights and then to not coming back... so since you did to survive long enough to becoming demigoddess, does think even "normal" humans can to being strong." Nasa says, plopping down onto the bench she'd been on before Setsuko arrived.
Setsuko Kaminagi     Setsuko gives Nasa a faint nod. "I suppose I was fairly strong, but I don't think that I was in the league of any of the Union's Elites. I became leaps and bounds more powerful as a demigod, and even then there are many Elites who were stronger than I am. Some of them perfectly ordinary, more or less. I think it's possible to get quite powerful indeed, if you work at it."

She sets to pacing slowly, more for a need to be moving than anything else. "You might consider other means of matching up with a god in battle. Aside from bringing allies, there may be something in your world that would give you an edge. Perhaps a poison that affects the divine," she suggests, with a nod to the blades.
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      "Is always someone stronger, is why is important to train and get stronger yourself, yes..." Nasa muses a bit, her eyes half-lidding as she thinks. "You did to become so much more powerful as a demigoddess, but still weaker than some elites. ... Some of the elites are to being a little scary with how powerful they are. Nanoha-person, sometimes Psyber. Before did come here, did think was one of the strongest, after getting here..." Nasa slowly shakes her head.

"Ah? Is true, could probably to make something like that. Nasa is to being good at poisoning." Nasa says, her eyes glowing dimly as she fiddles with a stray vial in her pocket, ears twitching. "Will do what Nasa can to finding something. Maybe will just having to get strong enough to defeat her and weaken her so that she can to naut doing harm..."
Setsuko Kaminagi     At the mention of the building's owner, Setsuko looks upward - through the ceiling, so to speak, in the general direction of Heaven or Hell's higher offices. "I dread the day I must ever draw steel against Psyber. I'm far stronger than I was when I first became a demigod, but I'd lose that battle soundly, even with all the power I've gained." But that's an idle thought, something to shake her head about. "If there is anything I can do to help you along, Nasa, you have my blade. It's in my nature to stand against tyrants, whether they be royal or divine."
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      "...Part of Nasa does to looking forward to it, but only if is to being in training situation. When fighting stronger people, does growing fastest, Nasa thinks." Nasa murmurs, her ears shifting slightly down to the side. "But only if was training. Otherwise, would not being pleasant, Nasa thinks." She adds, her nose wrinkling slightly at the thought. Being soundly beaten by Psyber would be unpleasant. "A-ah! Will remember that! Is... is a little bad at accepting help, but will try to keep you in mind. Maybe, if nothing else, we can to training together sometime? We can to pitting the teeth that can to bite through anything to the god-cleaving blade~." Nasa says, flashing a bit of a cheeky grin, which showed off her mouthful of razor-sharp teeth rather easily.
Setsuko Kaminagi     Blue eyes turn to Nasa, and there's something resembling amusement dancing around in the swordswoman's gaze. "If your opponent is /too/ strong, all you really learn is what bruises feel like," she cautions. "But I'd be quite willing to spar with you at some point or other. I have a similar mantra regarding my own sword," she adds, resting a hand on the grip. 'There is nothing my Zanjintou cannot cut' has become something of a formal declaration for her, every time she finishes a battle. It's not something she can quite define a reason for, other than that it feels right.
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Nasa had totally heard that before, and that was why she had called her teeth the teeth that can bite through anything! ... So she was being a slight copycat, if only for a moment. "Is true, though Nasa does having perfect memory, so can to going over fights over and over in head, carefully examine all of sparring partner's fighting style... devise counters and ways to fight back against them and see if they do to work against them, yes." Nasa says, straightening up slightly. "A-ah, also does to knowing that. Is maybe part of why Nasa did call her teeth that." Nasa says, giving a somewhat sheepish chuckle. "Has, uhm, naut to ever actually testing if can bite through anything, though can to getting through most armors easily enough, yes."
Setsuko Kaminagi     "I see," Setsuko replies. That amusement is still there - perhaps even moreso, knowing that Nasa was inspired by her mantra. "That's good, though. Adaptability, studying up on your opponents, figuring out ways to respond to their fighting styles... it's smart. And the smart warrior is the most dangerous warrior on the battlefield." She bows her head. "We'll have to find the time soon to meet in the Ring of Philosophy. And if you come up with anything regarding your world that I can help with, let me know. I have few talents outside of battle, but I can at least offer that."
Na`Sabal-Une Fang      Nasa shifts very slightly, her eyes half-lidding as she muses on that. "When... Nasa does to remember to using it, is easy for her to losing herself in the fight and just to giving in to instinct. Still, Nasa is good at it when doesn't to doing that!" Nasa wrinkles her nose slightly. She'd gotten better, but she was still somewhat feral, and her instincts were strong. "Yes! Would being fun, is sure! Has to naught really seen you fight before, will to being nice to seeing more fighting style and style of magic, yes." Nasa nods quickly, before murmuring. "A-anyway, does to appreciate your help and insight, should probably to getting back to faerie forest, does have more researching to doing, yes."
Setsuko Kaminagi     Setsuko inclines her head in a respectful nod. "Of course. Be well, Na`Sabal-Une Fang." Her enunciation is careful, practiced. She has good control over her body in general. But with nothing more to be said in the conversation, she turns and heads for the doorway out on the street. It will certainly be interesting, if and when they finally find the time to meet up in the Ring.
