Helena Celba     Helena invited Bridge to come judge her 'evil'.

In reality, Lute Hired her to basically be a represenitive for the Confederacy...and also beat his ass. Helena is okay with this, because if SHE loses...she doesn't suffer anything AND she still gets paid. Also, Lute wasn't even here to put in Jail.

Odin itself...well, it's a hell scape. There exists very little green, next to none. It is the hottest and the coldest of the contients...the wildlife is the most dangerous. It is her home, and she sits here, waiting to fight a man here. Why? To make it feel like old times. Killing people at home.

She waits on a small cliff, overlooking a ravine where the hungry Nightmare Golems reside. Her legs dangle over the side, as she waits.
Bridge Carson This is probably a trap, that's perfectly alright! Power Rangers are trained to deal with super obvious traps.

When he drives through the gate he's still unmorphed, and drives his motorcycle behind a large rock to hide it. He nods, confident in its current hiddenness, then then suddenly jumps -over- the rock in an impressively high flip, and lands about twenty feet from her, looking around. "With a dramatic flip entrance like that, I should be able to handle whatever trap you throw at me!"
Helena Celba     Helena watches the flip, and matches the flip with one of her own, landing perfectly just a few feet from the Ranger.

"Really? Are you so confident?" She says, with a purr.

"You are in one of the most inhospitable places in the Multiverse." She says, with a grin. "The land itself will fight us...however, I am still it's child. Though, I guess that just means it will fight me more. Maybe not...who knows~?" she grins.

"However, I am paid to kill you." She says, and chucks a knife right at his throat. The shot is accurate, but more to determine how fast HE was...and also to see if he was more than talk.
Bridge Carson "It -is- pretty inhospitable. But I'm SPD, the S means space, that means not just Earth. Though not the sun. I mean in theory I guess there could be life on the su-" And then suddenly Bridge notices and knife, and his morpher is pulled from his side and thrust out. "SPD, Emergency!"

He does a quick backflip, and suddenly his suit seems to essentially digitize onto him.

His Deltamax Striker is drawn, extended into its sword form. Then he narrowly parries the blade just before it hits his helmet.

"Wow, you have no idea how hard it was to do all of that so quickly." he admits, then stands up straight and sighs. He rubs the back of his helmet and seems as if he's having a bit of an awkward moment. "I know you're here to kill me and everything, but it seems, I don't know, a little weird to risk getting arrested for a guy over the internet. Are you in love with him? If you are, I'll understand. I'll take a dive to make you look good!"
Helena Celba     Helena seems to laugh loudly at this...

"Oh you're /serious/!?" She laughs /louder/. "Love? Me? Oh no, I am just a heartless bitch, I don't have any real feelings." Oh no she's not bitter. Another knife is drawn, as she relaxes her posture.

"No friend, you see, I am a Mercinary. He hired me, and I accepted...it's as simple as that." Helena says again, getting a good feel for his speed. "Feel free to take the dive though." She grins, and throws her knives again, this time she staggers them, the first one is tossed to get him to block it, the second is thrown behind the first, aiming to slice at the fingers holding the weapon, aiming to soften up his defenses.

"Also, you think you can arrest me? For what? Taking a job from a military power? Sorry, but even if I am lose...your laws protect me."
Bridge Carson "Actually, I couldn't arrest you for anything until the attempted murder." Bridge points out as he blocks the first knife, then another hits his hand and sparks fly from his glove, leaving a scorch mark as he drops the blade. "Ow!" he shouts, rapidly shaking his hand as he tries to shake the pain off.

"Don't talk about yourself like that!" he shouts, still holding his fingers. "You have feelings, you're not a heartless B word! Never, ever talk down to yourself!" He starts running toward her now, not risking actually picking his weapon back up.

Reaching out, he tries to grab her wrist with the intent of trying to maneuver himself behind her, apparently trying to subdue her without things getting too violent. "I don't know what someone told you to become that way, but if you're trying to take out your feelings on me, I won't let you get yourself arrested that way! We could stop, and I could take you to eat ice cream."
Helena Celba     Helena smiles...

"Aw that's so sweet of you.." Her body posture seems to say she might let the grab happen...

Until suddenly her right hand pumps, another knife appears, and she brings the knife across, aiming to punish him for his kindness. The blade moves impossibly fast, repeatedly fast...she aims for joints, weak points in his armor, and his fingers. Each strike aiming to try and weaken him.

"Oh, I am not thinking anything BAD about it...it's just TRUE."
Bridge Carson More sparks fly from Bridge's suit, until he just straight up takes a dive backwards, landing on the ground as white smoke rises from each point she hit. Each point looks blackened and charred, but the way he moves and struggles to stand back up suggests that she's doing a lot more damage than it seems. Strange suit indeed. "That's... that's not true. Even if you don't think anything bad about it, it's still bad. You deserve better! I won't fight someone who thinks this way about themselves!"

He stands up now, and his suit suddenly powers down, revealing himself in his regular unmorphed uniform again. At each point she hit him, it seems shredded and even bleeding or burned. "I -know- you have feelings! I refuse to believe any of this!" He suddenly holds his arms out, looking intense and determined. "Either you can attack me, or you can have a friend who believes that you deserve to feel, that you're not a bad person!"
Helena Celba     "I admire the dedication to your ideas..." She says, cracking her neck a little.

"However...such things are only going to get you hurt and killed repeatedly. If you think your words will move me, then let me say this." She says, deciding she will give him one shot... "I have something I must fight for as well...this is part of it." She says, and leaps, aiming to close the distance between them. For a brief moment, he might see a dark energy glow along the blade, before she aims to try and slice into him. Entropic energies will surge out if she hits, aiming to drain the life force from him...and return it into her.

"What is wrong with knowing and admitting what you are? People try and make themselves feel better with words, and meaningless actions. Not me...I live for the moment."
Bridge Carson Bridge tries to grab her arm, but doing so gets his shoulder sliced, and he starts backing up from her. He looks down at his arm, holding the wound before falling to one knee. He can feel that energy leaving him, even if he's not sure what it -means-. "Words don't mean anything without -meaningful- action..."

"Alright, if I can't get through to you with words... I'll bring you in so that you can learn not to do things like this, you can get rehabilitated!" He grabs his morpher again and runs toward her, blood soaking into his uniform from his shoulder. He finishes morphing just in time to jump up and send a flying kick aimed directly at her chest. "I don't know what made you this way, but I'm willing to fight you if that's what it takes to help you!"
Helena Celba     Helena decides to wait...

She can feel his life energy flow into her...and she smiles. It is sweet, and when he strikes her, the kick is enough to catch her in the chest. She flies back, flipping mid air and slowly skidding to a halt. She coughs, it was a good blow...she could feel a broken rib, and the stolen life flows into her, repairing the worse of the damage. For a bit, it almost looks like she wasn't even harmed at all (to the trained eye...well, it's a different story all together.)

"Mercinary." She says again, but it seems like she was talking to a wall.

Annoyed, she stands fully. "Very well, I will stop playing." She says, and holds up a finger. Energy courses from her body into the hand, using the remaining stolen energy to channel into a spell.

She fires the spell, a very direct beam, traveling somehow /even faster/ than she was.

"Disintergrate." It doesn't actually disintergrate (Bridge has too many HD for that, also aura) but it will /hurt like hell/ as it feels like one's entire body was being annihilated.
Bridge Carson "I don't care what you are, you should be confident!" Bridge continues to insist, and then he's running for her again. He notices the charging of energy, at least from a visual point of view. Staying mostly crouched as he approaches her. He shouts, about to leap up, and then... disintegrate.

When it hits his suit, so many sparks fly from the explosion that he goes flying waaay back, hitting the ground after flying across it for quite a few feet.

He continues holding his chest, trying to get back up, but his sytems are haywire. "Magic... I never met a magic person with real magic, but I've heard of some people like that in the history of my world..." He tries to push himself up, but continues falling to one knee each time. "Let's have a truce. We don't have to keep hurting each other like this..."
Helena Celba     "Sure." Helena says after a moment. "Tell me, do you have any other transport home? You don't look like you could ride a motorcycle back." She asks, after a moment.

    She could easily kill him...buuuut...
Bridge Carson Bridge holds his chest, first collecting his abandoned Deltamax Striker. "I think I can walk with my bike back to the gate, if I'm really careful..." He looks back at her, staying morphed now for whatever reason. "If you know an easy way out, that would be great! I'm glad you agreed to a truce, I'll make sure to note that on your record."
Helena Celba     Helena nods once.

Then immediately jumps on his bike.

    "Bye." Zooom.

Assuming it doesn't self distruct or anything.
