Gakupo Kamui     The Asian Plains has played host to a rather odd concert.  Well, probably not too odd in terms of technology.  But it was a stage when it started... and then all of a sudden the stage was gone, replaced with a field with sakura trees gently shedding their petals.  Sophisticated holographics, of course.  No magic here.

And one the suddenly not-a-stage, there was an odd sort of performer.  Dressed something like a technologically-advanced samurai with long purple hair, he'd danced with a fan to a couple of songs that he also sang.  Most performers lipsync when they have to dance as well.  But the voice made it clear why he didn't have to -- it was synthesized.  The performer on the not-a-stage is an android!  He looks remarkably human, but those astute enough will catch it.  The overcorrection in his movements, much like an animatronic.  It is EXTREMELY slight, mind, and takes those with very good in observational skills to pick out definitively.  Though even to the normal observer there's something slightly 'off' about his movements.  It's just hard to tell what.

The impromptu concert had only been a few songs, the last having only just ended.  He's managed to attract a small crowd, it seems!  The android performer bows, and as he does, the stage returns to normal.  And then he hops down off it.  He hasn't run off yet, though!
Blurr     The android performer isn't the only synthetic being in the area, in fact, another non-organic is standing in the audience. He too would be difficult to single out as such, if one weren't watching closely.

Well, it is more of a representation of Blurr, not his 'true' form, a projection composed of something not unlike a hard light hologram. He's with a girl who might not be 100% human but is certainly a lot more human than he is. As the applause breaks out, he points at the performer hopping down from the stage. "I think he's mechanical, too." Scans would indicate the accuracy of that assertion. What is left to wonder about though, is whether the performer is actually a sentient AI and not just a drone. Curiosity gets the better of him and he suddenly starts to approach the singer without waiting for a response from Sarah.
Sarah Rogers     "Huh.. Really?" Sarah arches a brow in Blurr's direction, "You'd know better than I would, but yeah his movements were so perfect it was creep--- Hey where are yuo going!?" She darts after Blurr at first, then slows down a little and lets him get ahead of her again, This might turn out to be an opportuntity to poke fun at how he handles his holomatter avatar later!
Gakupo Kamui     Gakupo happens to turn just in time to see the holo-Blurr and Sarah approaching.  And in response he turns to face them both properly.  "Hello!" he greets.  "I hope you enjoyed the concert?  I do small ones like that a lot."  He's definitely not stuck-up, that's for sure.  The smile on his face makes him look quite approachable.
Blurr     "Well there's only one way to find out." Blurr says in response to Sarah's question of where he is going. He stops in front of Gakupo, examining him for a moment. "I think I've seen you before. But yeah, it was a good concert. You're pretty talented, have we met?"
Blurr     Also, it is notable that the holomatter sometimes does move unnaturally fast.
Gakupo Kamui     Gakupo seems pleased at Blurr's compliment.  "Thank you, I'm glad the practice has paid off!"  As for whether they've met, the purple-haired man raises a hand and places a finger under his lightly-rouged lips in thought.  "I'm not sure, actually.  Sadly, I have to trade perfect recall for talent~!  But if we haven't, my name is Gakupo Kamui, and it's a pleasure to meet you."
Blurr     "Gakupo, nice to meet you." Blurr nods. "Actually I don't think I've met you before, I must've been thinking of someone else. So, did someone create you? How long have you been around?"
Gakupo Kamui     "Mhm!"  This is in answer to the question of if he'd been created.  "Oh, I've been around for about... seven years now," Gakupo replies.  He does nod, to the mention of someone else.  "I'm told there's another me running around somewhere.  It's so strange to know that!"
