Owner Pose
Alden Beach city!, such a lovely name for a warm, sunny area!. Alden was eager to just relax in a nice spot, not that his temporary home was bad, but the beach sounded fun!. And Katze seemed rather insistent to go visit!. Cue travel montage, with Katze riding atop the periwinkle tiger wolf creature across the gate, and around the boardwalk!. Likely he catches a few sights, and a certain fan of the paranormal might take a few dozen pics of him, hell, he'd pose for one if asked!. But eventually, (after checking the big donut's front door, and trying to get Katze to buy him a snack), the duo arrives at the beach, the large canine simply admiring the sand adn the water.
Rose Quartz Beach City. Rose Quartz walks through the town, smiling at a few of the people she knows. She even takes time to sit down with Ronaldo and answer his questions as best she can. He's so darling, playing his little game of pretend. Of course, just about anyone who's human tends to be a child to her. She hasn't been to this one in particular, and emerges from the Big Donut looking up at the new (to her) addition to the temple. The house. Why did they need a house?
Alden The digimon was... distracted, sprawled on his side adn wriggling on the soft sand, "You were right, this was a very good idea." he mumbles, too lazy to even look around. Katze on the other paw, was too curious to actually lay down with him, and quickly spots the massive temple (man Alden was not paying attention), and points towards it, "What's that?" she asks, the lazy digimon grumbling as he looks towards that direction, "It's... a temple?" he mumbles, before narrowing his eyes. "Is that the huge woman from the other day?" he asks. Katze lets out a cute hiss like noise, "She put me in a pink bubble!". "So you say, I did not see that, nor the melting..." he says softly, "But she did get stabbed a few times...".

The pair get up and slowly get closer, making sure they were heard, especially by Alden, who barks a greeting, "Hi!"."
Rose Quartz "Well hello there boy!" she says, patting him under the chin. "How are you and your little friend doing after that scuffle the other day? I hope you got out alright. Fights like that are no places for little girls."
Alden The digimon is a bit surprised by the friendly reaction, but if anything, he seems to quite like it!. He rumbles loudly, long, whiplike tail wagging as he pushes into the patting, any semblance of being a mighty, fierce beast fades as his tongue flops from one side of his muzzle. "Nice to see you again." he says, slowly sitting down on his haunches, "I'm doing more than fine, I am quite used to fights." he says, looking up at Rose's face. "I'm Alden by the way, pleased to meet you.".

Katze seems to frown at being called a little girl, "I am not a little girl, I am a mighty battle robot." she huffs, crossing her arms as she stands up tall on Alden's muzzle, "But, I guess I can't blame you for not knowing that, seems not many people outside home know what a Shinki is." she says. "I'm Katze."
Rose Quartz Given that she's literally about twenty times as tall as Katze, not including her... Curves... Rose smiles down. "No I do not. But you are so adorable, the both of you." she says, sitting down against a large, mossy piece of wood.
Rose Quartz Rose Quartz says, "But come, join me! We can sit and talk and watch the tides go in and out together."
Alden Alden seems still surprised at Rose's familiarity, and how friendly she was, "I will guess you are used to unusual creatures?" he asks curiously, even as he pads closer to her and tries to settle down besides the giant woman. Katze smiles and blushes a bit, moving to join them as well, and suddenly jumping with quite a bit of ease to settle on Rose's shoulder. The digimon stretches a bit, "I can change to a different form if you prefer something more human like." he says.
Rose Quartz "Oh no, it's quite alright." she says, patting the ground next to herself as she reaches with aher free hand to pet Katze gently. VERY gently. "I like you both just the way you are." she says, putting an arm over the big wolf-like being. "It's just nice to sit with some friends to watch the tides go in and out. In and out."
Alden The digimon rumbles amiably, inching closer, and curling on the offered spot, "That's very nice of you." he says, blushing a bit, his tail whipping along the sand, "So, what's your name?" he asks, having offered his own a bit ago. Katze leans into the petting, despite her size, she feels rather solid, maybe due to her mechanical nature. The wolf turns to admire the tide, "I admit there is no sea where I live, it's rather nice." Alden says.
Rose Quartz "My name is Rose Quartz. I lead the Crystal gems in protecting earth and all its living things from the forces of darkness and Homeworld." she says. "You may not know it by looking, but this place was once a battlefield for the Earth. All across the world are places where we fought for this planet's right to exist, over five thousand years ago."
Alden The wolf perks his ears at that, "It's a pleasure to meet you, Rose Quartz." he says, smiling, "I'm just a simple digimon, worked to protect my own home from... something I am not sure I understand." he says. The mention of how long, makes him blink a few times, "I did not know anything... would live that long." he says softly. Katze meanwhile, seems star struck, amazed, "You must be really strong!, I saw you melt, and create weapons!" she chirps happily, "I never saw a living person do that!" she says. "Only on TV."
Rose Quartz "Well, I'm not a 'living person'. I'm a gem. We live off of the energy we produce from our gems. We don't really have needs as human beings would understand them. Not even breathing." the matronly woman says, scritching Alden's ears as Katze sits on her shoulder.
Alden The digimon growls cutely, raising hi shead into the ear touches, even letting out a soft whine, he was EASY to subdue it seems, squirming gently, "That's amazing..." he says, looking up after a moment, blinking once, "So that gem is the most important part of your body?" he asks softly. Katze stretches and smiles to the matronly woman, "That's so cool!"
Rose Quartz "The gem IS our body. It's the sum total of our being. The part of me you see as a body is just an illusion. It's why I can get stabbed many times and shake it off. It might hurt, but as long as my gem is intact, I can heal from any injury."
Alden The digimon blinks a few times at that, sniffing the hand a bit, and giving it a faint lick, "You feel real enough." he says softly, "I guess we digimon are similar, I mean, in that we are data... we can survive quite a bit of things compared to other creaures." he says softly.
