Ahri         Welcome to the Marshlands. It is about what you would expect. Water, more water, plants and trees, probably mosquitoes, but that can't really be helped, can it? Over the last few days, a call for aid had been sent out by Ahri of the League of Legends. She had wandered through this area a few days ago and came across a 'floating town' that needed help. The natives of this village insisted a creature was attacking them at night. It would swoop in, destroy homes, take their in habitants, and vanish into the night. However, yesterday, it had become more brazen. At dawn, before most of the village was awake, a roof was smashed, the people who lived there were removed, and it vanished before anyone could muster a defense. With the attacks escalating, Ahri decided to tell those that had asked to gather. Today.

The natives, friendly but scared, went out toward the nearest gate with boats, rafts, and anything that could float to help bringing anyone, and everyone, to their village. For now, Ahri is standing atop a roof at the edge of town. While she's keeping an eye out for this monster, those that approach are encouraged to head her way by the villagers. Rumors say that the beast is a dragon, the League believes this as well, and it's what those that arrive will be told to prepare for.
Jinx     A loud, loud roaring fan noise seems to be coming up the swamp from the south, towards the village.

The souce is going to be rather obvious as Miss Jinx of Zaun comes roaring out of the brush and trees and water riding a purloined airboat. Said airboat has been painted a garish neon purple and green, and is sporting woop woop police style submission lights that have been 'fixed' to flash pink. The blue haired devil at the controls spots Arhi and waves happily. Whatever it is she's saying can't beaheard over the engine or the fan.
Cheyanne The villiage was being attacked repeatedly, it's members made off with in the dark of night. Or the early of dawn, according to the latest incident. This was certainly not a good occurance to be happening.

But what about the creature itself, the 'dragon' has it had been claimed to be, even though there seems to be no direct witnesses... that survived at least. Was it really antagonistic, or was it displaced from its usual hunting grounds? Did it realize what it was doing? There had been too many dragons that were just feral beasts crossing her path as there had been intelligence ones of both good and evil, so one could not just make a conclusion on past encounters. While its actions could not just be forgiven, it was likely its side of the matter had not been considered much either; and that is why she was here. As much of her own curiosity as it was the 'rumors' of aid requests.

The boats are quaint, but not needed. One moment the shaman steps off the shore onto the water.. and the moment later she's stepping off the water onto the floating town, with no visible passage in between. The water in itself was just one big elemental tunnel to her, really.

Time to get to the bottom of this.
Nozomi Houken     Ostensibly, this is a field test by the JSDF in a higher-magic world than their own. The request was posted to the Syndicate network, after all, and if they're welcoming outside help it's a perfect opportunity for more combat data.

Privately, however, it is a young lady insisting on heading out to help an ally. Someone she doesn't know, but an ally nonetheless.

The sleek black mechatiger comes loping through a warpgate at high speed, and leaps onto the sturdiest boat he can spot. He lands with a hefty THUD right on the deck, and declares in his smooth, deep voice, "We are here to help. Please ferry us to the village quickly." We? Yes, we. There's a girl on his back, looking pensive, worried.

If it's a dragon, Nozomi muses, she may need to transform.
Nuku Nuku     One would think that most high school girls would complain about marsh stink, and muddy sloggy waters everywhere and and mosquitos and malaria and snakes, and- and- and just about anything you'd find in a marsh really.

    Not Atsuko Natsume.

For better or worse, SOMEHOW, and do not ask how, she has biked here despite the watery conditions. That is to say, she's straddling a bike floating on a boat, just lazily meandering along with no means of ACTUAL propulsion. She's just... Sitting on her bike staring straight ahead, travelling at the pace of a snail, and it must have taken her forever to get here. And it's questionable if she even knows where she is or what she's doing here...

    TWO HOURS AGO:

"Papaaaaaa Nuku Nuku is going out!"

    "Oh huh? Where to?"

"Saw a note thingy on the syndithingy thingy you joined. Gonna go do it and bring home CORPSE LOOT AND HEROIC SATISFACTION!"

    "O...kay..."

Behold the terrors of a cat that can read...

    BACK TO NOW:

With a thunk, her little bike-boat comes to a halt, nudging into an edge of the floating village. Which causes it to veer off course. This WAKES HER UP from her catnap though, head jerking up with a sudden confused "Nya?!" At least before realization settles in.

    "OH! I'm here!"
Noble Six     Joining up with the rest of the crew that is coming to assist these poor, defenseless villagers is the red armored SPARTAN-III super soldier. She's trying to not bring out anything too crazy, and instead has brought a Mongoose ATV, which has been modified to travel through more swampy terain. It's closer to a jetski than a quad bike. Either way, she's bringing with her the usual assortment of weapons. She's packing a little heavier than usual, if this supposedly is a dragon they're going to be facing off against. It is best to be prepared, considering dragons are almost always very tough opponents to try to take down.

Her HUD gives her the general coordinantes that she's supposed to be arriving at, and she pulls the vehicle through past some of the villagers, who direct her to where Ahri is waiting for them.
Ahri     First responders! Of course, Jinx has come in the loudest way possible. A wave is given the Loose Cannon as she nears the village, but for the moment Ahri is going to stay on her perch. Hopefully the dragon won't be attacking while everyone is gathering, right? The sight of Cheyanne simply ... well she was different. Enough that Ahri catches herself gawking for a really long moment before one of the villagers arrives with Nozomi. This was starting to be a decent turn out. Hearing Nuku's sudden awakening causes an ear to cant her way before the rest of her form does. Honestly, she's wondering if there's some happy coincidence going on here. The sound of Six's vehicle catches her eyes next. A wave is given the super-soldier.

Once everyone is close enough, Ahri hops off the roof she was on and walks toward one of the houses. She knocks once, opens the door, says something to the folks inside, and then turns back around to everyone that's gathered. "So. We're going to bait whatever this thing is into coming." As if on cue, a large amount of smoke starts to slip out of every window of the building. Something -big- is being cooked inside at a rather high temperature. "One of the villagers thinks it'll be attracted by something being cooked, so.." There's a roar in the distance. "... Well. there you have it." And without another word the Kumhio is racing toward one side of the village, in the direction the roar came from.
Nozomi Houken     As soon as the boat is near enough, Taiga simply leaps, a soaring jump that a machine that big has no right to make. And he lands softly enough not to jar his rider, who seems accustomed to his inhuman pace. He only slows once they near Ahri, and then trots along until they reach the hut.

Nozomi slides off immediately, and Taiga simply urges, "Stay here. Ironically, it should be safer." It's the bait, after all. The place everyone /expects/ the dragon to be, and therefore everyone is /ready/ for it to be there. Nozomi nods her head... and then Taiga goes darting off, easily keeping pace with Ahri. In fact...

"Climb onto my back. I can move more swiftly than this."
Jinx     Jinx finally switches off the boat, and hops off into the hip deep water next to her with a happy smile and a hop in her step. "OH GOOD! No time to waste then, I suppose."

She does look around at All The Union People and wave cheerily. "Promise not to shoot you guys unless you get in front of my guns! Then I can't promise anything, you know how things just GO OFF, you know?" A manic grin, and she hop, skips, and jumps into a sprint.
Cheyanne Cheyanne leans her head back slightly as she listens and the smoke starts to puff out of the building, unbothered by the gawking. "If it is attacking because of hunger, that is a sound tactic." Sure enough, there's a roar not long after. "And by the sound of it, it certainly has done the trick."

With that she simply turns and walks off a bit, disappearing amongst the huts. You'd think a seven foot tall zebra woman would have a hard time just disappearing like that, but the shaman has her ways. Though it's less disappearing and more just getting out of the direct line of sight of the surely approaching beast.

There was the armored woman and others here better suited to taking the inital aggrovation, after all. She'd rather wait and step in when the oppritunity better presents itself.
Nuku Nuku     With her bike-on-a-boat means of transportation coming to a halt, the magenta-haired, seifuku-clad, highschooler hops off. She makes sure to set her bike into parked mode though, kicking down the footstand before joining the others.

She completely misses the fact that she didn't rope down the BOAT part, and it is now floating away. Oops.

Mention of cooking however results in a dumb drooling look, a sudden GUUUUUU from the girl's belly announcing that she might not have packed any sandwiches for her ride. "Nyahehehehehe, can I have some too?"

    Then comes the roar.

Within an /instant/, Nuku Nuku is brought back to the moment, forgetting about food. "--Oh wow that didn't sound nice at all."

    Yep she's following.
Noble Six     Once she sets her jetski in, and sees the smoke rising from the hut, Noble Six starts to set up. She knows they won't have terribly long to get ready for the dragon, so she is scanning for a good position to snipe from. She moves over to a hut further away from the location of the bait, and sets her weapon cases down, opening the first one and pulling the massive sniper rifle out of the case.

Finding a good position to fire from, she settles into it and waits, starting to go through her usual breathing patterns to get ready. The roar is a good indicator she better hurry up.
Ahri A roar. A beat of wings. A shadow darts across the entire village. All of it is enough to distract Ahri from Taiga's offer a moment. Once she realizes what was asked she gives a nod, hops on, and points toward the sound of the beating wings before leaning down to get a good grip. If this thing is as fast as she believes, she'll need to hang on. Another roar comes in from the sky and the dragon actually takes the bait. It dives for the house, a blast of fire weakens the roof, and in a moment it launches into the air. Only, something's attached to it when it takes off. It jerks to a halt in the air, roaring out in anger and confusion at something wrapped around one of its hind legs.

Ahri, for her, part, just stares. "... No.."

That's when something breaks through the wooden floor of the village. Suddenly the dragon has two of its limbs wrapped.. three.. four.. and a moment later its slammed into the ground of the village, but that doesn't stop. The strength of what's pulling the beast down causes the wood to creak, shatter, and then give way.

"No... No no no no.. it couldn't..."

For a moment. EVERYTHING is quiet. The water below goes still, there isn't even a rush of red to the surface. The villagers are quiet, staring toward the hole. Ahri looks worried, but alert, ears up and eyes darting everywhere. A moment later a mass of scales lurches up through the hole. The roar is even louder than the one from the dragon before. It's not one roar, but many. A beast of violet scales, multiple eyes, and fangs like daggers rises from the hole. Around the village, smaller tentacles with jaws and eyes of their own start to appear. It begins to attack EVERYTHING at once. Ahri's jaw tightens, then she yells out:

         "Jinx! IT'S BARON NASHOR!"
Jinx     Jinx was all hot and bothered to get into a fight with a dragon! Dragons are fun! Fun as heck, they blow up nice and have cash!

Things that eat dragons are not fun. Baron Nashor is Not Fun. The Loose Cannon staggers to a stop, and looks... scared? Yes. Scared is a good word for it as she shakes Pow Pow and Fishbones out of her bangle, the two guns landing easily but unsteadily into her shaking grip.

    "...fuck."
Nozomi Houken     The easiest handholds are the mounts upon which Taiga's shoulder cannons swivel, and they're sturdy enough to keep the kumiho in place - or at the very least, Taiga does not object. As soon as she's on his back, he doesn't just speed up, he outright vaults to the rooftops and begins leaping across them rapidly, closing distance at high speed. At least, that is, until things go extraordinarily pear-shaped. At that point, Taiga skids to a stop, almost certainly shredding the roof upon which he has landed in the process. "My apologies, but the situation has changed. My user's safety is my highest priorty. I must ask you to dismount so that I can go to her. Now."

In just a handful of seconds, he will be moving again, with or without Ahri on his back. And if his pace before was rapid, now he is moving like lightning. Straight towards where the bait was. Where he left Nozomi.
Cheyanne Here comes the dragon. There goes the dragon for the bait.... And here comes something else for the dragon?! That was not expected. It looks like it may of taken care of their problem, only for a -bigger- one to present itself.

Cheyanne gets not two steps towards the hole in the floor of the villiage before the -thing- comes gnashing out of it with a scream. Followed by smaller, equally gnashy mouthed tentacles. She takes a step back again, though otherwise, seems more concerned for the amount of damage this new threat is doing than shocked by how hideous it is. She turns a half-step back to brace herself as she raises her staff with the other arm, miasma of green shades swirling about it.

"The time has come, your wrath undone."

The elemental energy shoots from her staff, at first like a short beam until it starts to unwind itself, instead splitting up into a multitude of vine-like lengths made up of specteral energy, aimed at tangling some of those mouthed tendrils together and keep them from latching onto any fleeing villiagers.
Noble Six     There's the dragon. Noble Six sights in on it, adjusting the scope as she does so. Shouldn't be a very hard shot, it's a huge target and this isn't a very large distance...What is making that noise? Six can hear it, that second roar, as her target suddenly vanishes beneith the surface...Then the new target appears.

"What the hell is that."

She supposes it doesn't matter what it is, ultimately. It's still a threat, and she still has to take it out. But she's going to need to find a better spot to shoot from. She grabs her weapon cases and moves, getting out of her hiding hole and heading for a better firing position.
Nuku Nuku     Look in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a -dragon-. This is all well and good that the beast took the bait as it swoops to burninate the village, but then something goes terribly wrong, and the beast is ripped from the sky and pulled into the mired and murky water below.

Nuku Nuku pauses, watching with wide-eyed wonder.

And then there is no more dragon but something far WORSE.

Green eyes widen further as the monstrous, serpentine form rises and this is when Nuku Nuku realizes with a deep gasping breath...

    "... /EEL!/"

    Nuku Nuku. Loves. Eel.

She loves any kind of fish really, but that's just a sidenote as she drops to all fours, a hisssh-snap sounds off as to twin metal pring-like ears pop out of that wild magenta hair and swivel up like cat's ears, giving her an enhanced situational awareness as her combat sensor arrays kick online and...

She charges towards Baron Nashor on all fours, bounding, leaping, loping, and leaping in a POUNCE to throw herself onto the beast's neck.
Ahri Taiga didn't have to ask. The moment the machine skids to a stop, Ahri is off it, her Spirit Orb flares to life by one of her hands, and the kumiho rushes off, her weapon lashing out at one of the 'smaller' Nashor's as she heads toward where Baron has set itself up. In the back of her mind, she thinks they need a tank. ... Somehow she doubts anyone but jinx will understand if she yells that out.

For the Loose Cannon, the time for being scared isn't now. The monster has already set one of its limbs to attacking her, bursting out from the wooden platform's of the village before trying to bite, gnaw, and even spit at the woman before she can properly react.

For Cheyanne, the shaman will quickly discover just how formidable the Baron really is. While the Baron itself seems unphased by her spell, the smaller ones are held back from the villagers. At Ahri's insistence, many of the villagers are getting out on their boats and anything else they can leave on. This threat was worse than the dragon, and they weren't going to be able to fight it.

As the super soldier goes to move into a new place, she'll find herself having to deal with the same smaller 'limbs' that Jinx has to deal with. Noble, however, has a pair of them trying to gnaw at her armor and tear at anything that seems vulnerable.

Give her credit, Nuku Nuku is brave. That's bravery, right? Even Nashor seems a bit bewildered when it suddenly has a cat thing latching onto it. The beast thrashes, it bites, and starts to get angry, and then it has its smaller sets of jaws go after her! This eel isn't going to stop biting back anytime soon.
Jinx     Fuck that noise. "No no nononononono!" Jinx scampers back back back, as she fumbles back into fighting form. She was just SURPISED, okay, totally not scared! NOT AT ALL! No one SAW THAT. Another shake of her bangle, even as the first set of jaws latch onto her foot and drag her into the water, and Hotfoot comes out, the high tech flamethrower whirring to life and then gouting BlueFlames at the tentacle. That's supposed to do increased damage, but it's also hot as hell. She's gonna be burned in the morning!
Nozomi Houken     Darting and dashing, Taiga's only concern is for his user. His shoulder cannons whirl around and begin letting off shots. But they're just cover fire, discouraging the Baron from attacking. He stops only for Nozomi, only when he finds her huddled behind a half-wrecked wall. "Nozomi. There isn't much time. Get on my back, we're lea-" It will be a long while before he gets over the shock of her whispered command of, "T-Taiga... Rampart Mode. That's... that's an order."

    "...Very well."

His tone becomes almost mechanical, the life draining out of it to become a simple 'system announcement' voice. "Disengaging Independent Mode. Rerouting Gensou Engine power to motive and combat systems. Rampart Mode engaged."

Feline hull unfolds. Limbs come apart, lift into the air. Nozomi holds her arms out, and a black bodysuit flickers into being around her, her standard clothes replaced. Bracers, greaves, body armor locks into place, while a blade unfolds before her and her hair is pulled by unseen force into twintails.

As the armor connects, the 'gem' parts shine briefly, and her eyes fade from brown to a matching yellow, gaze hardening. Her hair shoots through with black, replacing the brown color completely, and without a split second of hesitation, her hand snaps forward and grabs the handle of her huge sword. In the next instant, the half-wrecked home she was hiding in more or less explodes, as she erupts out of it, straight towards Baron Nashor's head.

She intends to hit him full-force, blade first.
Nuku Nuku     What's the saying about bravery and stupidity? They go hand in hand?

Truth be told, in this girl's case, Stupidity left Bravery at the starting gate. Because once she's on the swamp beast, Nuku Nuku starts climbing her way up. Though all the writhing doesn't seem to stop her. She simply digs her fingers in, it's a grip that's probably not pleasant at all as she ignores armor, fingers glowing with a crackling golden glow, Cat's got claws.

Or in this case Blast Breakers.

Like a cat letting claws out, her fingers superheat, an energized field enveloping her grasp with a force capable of melting tank armor. For every extra set of jaws that go after her, she flails, seifuku tearing at the hems as she bats the now energized 'claws' of her fingers back with a "Nyah! Can't you see I'm busy!"

But all that THRASHING shakes her up dizzily, slowing her ascent. "N-yayayayaya?!"
Noble Six     Those tentacle arm things are coming way too close for comfort as they try to tear into her armor. The shields won't activate because the velocity on them is too low, and one finds a hole in the armor and digs into the bodysuit underneith, tearing into Six. She lets out a cry of pain, thankfully absorbed by her helmet, and pulls her knife free with the other hand, slashing at the creature to make it release, the wound filling with biofoam within a moment after the mouth lets go.

Six turns and fires the sniper rifle at the other mouth, firing it one handed with the arm that had just been bitten. It's not the best situation but she has to do what she can to fend these things off.
Cheyanne The villiagers are bought time to flee. That is good, that is what she wanted. Cheyanne makes a note they will likely need help relocating later. Later being the key word. Right now, there is a monster to deal with.

Unfortunately the binding spell doesn't hold the tendrils for long, and they turn on her upon breaking free. She manages to smack one away with her staff, but gets blind sided by another that whips her with enough force to send the zebra woman toppling across the battered floating platform. With a huff she props her staff on the platform to support herself getting up, and turns her gaze towards the Baron. It was big. They were going to need something ... hmmm... She turns her gaze the other way, and takes off at a sprint across the platforms, vaulting over other tendrils and then jumping off the edge of it and darting across the wreckage of a hut knocked into the marsh to land on an outcropping of cypress(?) trees on some muddy soil.

Coming to a stop she turns around, raises her staff over her head and twirls it around as she chants something in an ancient untranslatable language and shades of grey and blue start to swirl around the impliment as well. Until she brings it to a stop and slams it into the ground at her hooves, sending the elemental energies charging down into the marshland itself. Earth and Water for the marsh itself, mixed with the a charge of Life to give it some amount of shape and form...

Mire and moss lurches out of the mucky water, slapping into the wreckage of the hut and dragging it under briefly. Then comes back out of the mire, this time with the ruin of the building forming fingers of sorts. On the other side, mud and rock bound together by vines raise up. Followed by the outcropping itself, Cheyanne still standing atop of it as it lurches to life, vagely humanoid shape lumbing back towards the fight with the Baron.
Ahri The beast twitches, writhes, and then Jinx will find the Baron's limbs rushing away from her. Success! At least for the moment. There's a couple more starting to glare the woman's way. She can fend them off or attack The baron itself along with Nuku.

Rampart mode? This doesn't concern the Baron. At least, it doesn't concern the monster until The Tank decides to smash into his jaw! A roar of alarm, and then the Baron starts to gout acid -everywhere-, nevermind the flurry of jawed limbs errupting around it to try and ward off the new threat.

With Nuku Nuku climbing all over it, Baron's certainly having some trouble focusing on all the threats. The catgirl is going to find some of the jawed limbs coming her way, biting and spitting acid all the while. Like any good acid spitter, the Baron doesn't seem phased by getting its own acid on itself.

The Super Soldier fends off a few of the Baron's limbs as they come her way. Tasting blood, however, is going to make them persistent. Still, shooting one with a rifle round sends it reeling back to wherever it came from. Just realize the Baron's starting to fling acid everywhere.. not just at the one's right infront of it.

As Cheyanne vaults out of the village, the 'limbs' decide she's leaving and don't bother to chase her. This was clearly a mistake. When the shaman starts to trudge back toward the village with her golem, the Baron's focus suddenly shifts and a massive gout of acid is thrown her way.

Seems the Baron is having trouble keeping up with all the attackers. Ahri's one too. Her spirit orb, empowered by her own foxfire, goes crashing into the beast as well..
Jinx     Jinx... smiles. Man, okay, she wasn't sure if people knew how to handle the Baron. But they seem to have that well in hand. And more so now that the great big jerk is no longer trying to directly eat her. She scampers back, and pulls out Fishbones again, cackling. "YEAH! SEE? Not so tough when there's more of us! We've even got a ROBIT! And not Spooky Robo Nunu EITHER!"

Fishbones starts to say something, but is cut off by rockets as Jinx opens fire on the main body of the creature.
Nozomi Houken     Acid splashes across Nozomi's side, but it finds far less purchase on the girl than it ought, even in places where there is no armor. The Rampart Mode suit protects her whole body, and while it burns, it isn't enough to even slow her down. And when the jawed tentacles dart in after her, she simply darts back, her thrusters taking her out of the way, then up and over with surprising agility for such heavy equipment.

It puts her in perfect position to come down from overhead with that two-hander sword again, the jets on the weapon flaring up to add just that extra strength to the overhead slash.
Cheyanne The acid spit splatters across the golem's front, burning away. Though being made of marsh mire and plant life held together by the elements, the melting away of some of its composition doesn't slow it down too much. It takes its time to wade into the wrecked villiage, giving others plenty of oppritunity to wail away with their spells, magic, guns, and other attacks.

Atop it's head, Cheyanne raises one arm. The golem draws back one as well, clenching fist of refuge into a massive fist. When Cheyanne throws her arm in front of her it again mimics the motion, except when doing so the mud and vines making up its limb extend, turning the fist into a large mace of wreckage flung at Baron's big ugly primary face/body.
Noble Six     Oh great, acid. It starts to eat into her armor as soon as it strikes her. Thankfully the armor is thick, and of a very high grade alloy, so it won't just tear straight through it, but warnings are blaring inside of her helmet. She wishes Enforcer was here, he could help her with his shield right now. She finds a safe point for a moment, after fending off another mouth. She abandons the sniper rifle and opens up the other two weapon cases she had brought. She pulls out a shotgun, and locks it onto her back, before she also pulls free a rocket launcher. She steps out of her covered position and aims the weapon.

The rocket will be fired at the main body of the Baron, intending to strike at him, provide a momentary distraction for those who are fighting him head on, and hopefully do a lot of damage to him in the process, though she has no idea how tough he is.
Nuku Nuku     OH GOD ACID IT BURNS.

Actually... In fact almost frighteningly, the pink-haired schoolgirl doesn't seem to react. Even as a thick, nasty glob splatters onto her side and starts hissing, burning and searing skin in bad ways. Though where most girls would be squealing and screaming from the sheer agony of nerves melting away, it's like she doesn't even /notice/ it.

That sure doesn't mean it's not affecting her, as swatches of skin melt down to the bone. ... That is to say, to reveal a metal endoskeleton and plating in places on her side and back. When one set of jaws bites at her, though, Nuku Nuku nimbly leaps away, body curling briefly before springing with unbridled force, one foot lashing out to kick with all the full force strength of a train. "Quit that, I'm trying to nyowm on you!" Blurted before one hand reels back like a paw and... Swipes her armor-rending fingers in a firm scratch.
Ahri     Rockets from Fishbones, Flying Mecha Tigers with huge blades, a massive punch from a marsh golem, even more rockets from Noble Six, being sucker-kicked, slammed into by a fiery orb, at this point its all adding up to a lot of damage! The baron takes a moment, even a breath, before the amount of acid that comes pouring out is simply obsene. The village is melting down to nothing likely sending most of the responders into the water below. With the group hopefully distracted, the baron lunges up, then dives back into the water with most of its 'extra limbs' quickly following afterward.

VICTORY.... For now.
Jinx     Jinx ow ow ow ows, diving into the water to quickly make sure the acid's NOT stuck to her skin, blubbing a little bit before poking her nose up and out of the water. Those blue pigtails bob and float a bit as she spits out a mouthful of messy swamp water. "Bluh, i HATE that guy! Such an ASSHOLE. He pops up on the main battle field of the League ALL THE TIME and tries to eat us as some sort of a freaking power challenge to the Summoners. SUCH A PAIN!"
Nozomi Houken     There is a deluge of acid, and the techno-magical girl simply flies up higher, darting out of melee range. Baron Nashor will find himself chased by blasts of yellow energy, as Nozomi lifts her gauntlets and opens fire with what used to be shoulder cannons. But with it gone at last, the armored girl floats in the air for a second or two before turning in the air and flying straight back down to where Ahri can be found.

She shoots the kumiho a look as if to say 'what now', but those now-yellow eyes carry a cold hardness that is entirely unlike the quiet, nervous girl that arrived on tigerback.
Ahri The Baron flees, Ahri keeps her orb at the ready, but when it doesn't actually return she slumps in the water, wincing at some of her own acid burns, "Nn.. Yeah, but the on the Rift isn't real..." she mumbles, suddenly wondering where THIS one came from. Ooooh the institute won't like this at all. When Nozomi comes down, Ahri's head tilts a moment, then, "I don't think he'll be back right now... we all hit him pretty hard.. the fact he left before dying has me worried that's not the one from the Rift.."
Cheyanne Oh now that is just playing cheap.... Unfortunately, the tactic works, as Cheyanne directs the elemental golem away from the fleeing Baron and giving it one last directive before pulling her staff out of its 'head'.

The golem starts to meld back into the marsh around it, in doing so following the shaman's last request by spreading itself out, wrapping its mud and mire around and even scooping up more wreckage from the villiage as it spreads out. Eventually it wraps around the point the villiage once stood and submerges inward, unable to stop the baron's fleeing but sacrificing the last of it's animate existance to keep his acidic spewage contained so it doesn't cause greater damage to the rest of the swamplands.

Also gives people some semi-solid ground to get their footing back on.

Immeadiately she turns her attention to Ahri and Jinx, frowning a bit, though it's not at them, persay. "If this creature is from your 'world', it would seem they have started finding their way out of it."
Nozomi Houken     Nozomi gives a simple, curt nod. Threat over, for now.

And the armor of Rampart Mode swings open, splits apart, swivels out of the way. Nozomi steps out, and that black undersuit disappears, leaving her standing in her actual clothes on Cheyanne's golem-ground. The yellow fades from her eyes, and black hair returns to brown.

"Disengaging Rampart Mode. Restoring power to cognitive functions. Independent mode engaged."

And as Taiga returns to his robotic form and regains his sentience, Nozomi's personality reasserts itself. And she promptly drops to her knees, holding her side; shivering faintly with a mix of pain from the acid burns, and reflexive horror in the aftermath of her transformation.
Nuku Nuku     And then there's acid /EVERYWHERE/

With Nashor retreating into the water and the village melting away... Nuku Nuku splashes down into the water.

    And does not surface.

She's too heavy. This is a problem even when the water is only just a bit over her height, so it looks like a few strands of pink hair are sticking right up like a shark's fin out of the water.

    Blub blub blub!

She's okay though, one hand breaks the surface of the water with a big THUMBS UP!
Noble Six "Well.." Six says, as she tries to get some of the acid off of her armor, and she locks the rocket launcher onto her back, "What on earth was that?" She calls out to the others who are around, "And is it coming back? Because I'm pretty sure we did not confirm that kill."

She hates not confirming kills.
Jinx     Jinx points angrilly at the massive hole in the ground where the Baron was. "THAT... is Baron Nashor! He's one of the nasty things from the Void! Or something, we don't know. But he shows up and wrecks shit and it's AWFUL because it's NOT ME DOING IT!" More angry, directed pointing! GAH! GRR!
Ahri A sigh, a glance at Jinx, and then Ahri manages a laugh, "In a nutshell," she muses. It was true, or most of it. She shrugs, gets up, and gets to some dry ground, "I'll go back to Valoran and let them know, and how you all helped. Seeing as it's the first time he's been seen in a long time.... outside the rift... they'll probably reward everyone. So... Thank you."
Jinx     MORE ANGRY NOISES FROM JINX! "No no no no no! If here's here... that means the REST OF THOSE ASSHOLES are gonna show up too! Like BUGMAN and PROFESSOR TENTACLE! That's shitty! THIS IS A BAD THING!" She stomps angrilly over to the dirt pile hole thing, pulls out HOtfoot, and starts burning the dirt. There's an acrid smell from the acid in the soil.
Nozomi Houken     Perhaps surprisingly, it is from the quiet, whimpering, afraid little girl on the ground that the recrimination comes. "I-if... you're afraid... n-no one's saying you have to help..." She, who just came out of a roboknight-tastic transformation only to crumple with fear herself. She doesn't even look up from the ground, and her words are quiet. But they hang in the air regardless.
Ahri A sigh is heaved, Ahri gets up, "Jinx. The -league- is here, of course the Void is. They get summoned too, remember?" She gives a helpless look toward everyone else. "Listen, just relax. We'll prob-" A flash of blue light. "... Well then. Maybe the heard already," another shrug. "Recall, and all that. Jinx, relax okay? I'll tell them what happened here and they'll probably send he-" lp. She's gone. The joys of being summoned. Woo.
Jinx     Jinx huffs and puffs at Ahri and Nozomi, as a column of blue light starts to overtake her as well.
    "...I'm not scared."

    She totally is.

    Poof.
Noble Six Well since she can't teleport, she supposes she'll just walk home. Noble Six takes her weapons, gathers up her crates, loads them up onto the jetski and drives off. She's never been much for the cleanup parts of ops.
