Toph Beifong     Finally weekend! Most of the week had gone by rather slowly Toph thought, as her students still hadn't figured out how to metalbend. Sure, they are getting better at some exercises that will lay the groundwork for their bending, but no... no active coins moving just yet. It was hard for all of them, even a bit for Toph. But even she knows she can't drive them like a slave driver. Not to mention she doesn't want to stay away from home in Malibu for too long either for many reasons. For one, there's Pepper who might need a hand or two, and well, after some years she's gotten used to some luxury. Which includes the food and stuff. What better way to enjoy said luxuries by sharing them, right? Besides, there were a few people who had expressed interest in hanging out.

After talking with one of them Toph returns from downtown Malibu, bag in hand with various snacks and food she's bought. It should be enough for several people, and hey... she can afford it. Even though paying for everything for the academy did put a serious dent in her funds, it's not like she's poor. Her spirits are high as well as she hums, heading into the kitchen and readies a plate of some of the food and snacks she bought. Donuts, some fried foods... hopefully Alden will enjoy some of this stuff.
Tony Stark Toph had previously mentioned something to Tony about meeting some new kid in the Union and maybe she'd said something about Alden coming over but in his usual manner he's forgotten about that in his absorption in his latest project.

Which is to say, he's sitting at his desk in his workshop, squinting over a highly magnified view of some circuitry with a soldering iron, while Dummy and You clatter around behind him attempting to assemble a crib. They almost had it there for a minute until Dummy tried to put a leg on upside down. Every now and then, Stark glances up from his work and snorts softly at their latest calamity.
Alden Alden wasted little time after the invitation, the part lizard, part canine of sorts digital creature gathering some stuff, and rushing towards the nearest gate!. He was in such a hurry he almost forgot about Katze, and the Maochao was not going to let him forget about it any time soon!. Since he had to carry a backpack, and he was in such a rush, he did not even bother to travel in his base form, instead stomping around in his larger, quadruped form. He was bringing some snacks of his own, (some cooked meat from his garden), and items in a backpack strapped to the feral dog/wolf's back, plus his D-Arc and deck of cards.

The trip was uneventful, even if he might have scared a few bystanders, and caused a car or two to stop suddenly at the sight of a huge, periwinkle wolf with blue tiger stripes rushing through the road to the Malibu place. He finally comes to a stop at the gate, trying to press the intercom without hands, and finally convincing Katze to assist. "Toph?." he asks, his voice a bit growlier than normal, but still recognizable.
Toph Beifong     When the intercom buzzes Toph turns her head slightly. Well, he didn't take long, did he? Now she doesn't have to worry about the food getting cold either, which works out rather well. "Let him in, Jarvis," she says. And to think Malibu used to be a quiet place before Toph moved in and started inviting her friends and various Union people over.

Once Alden is let in he will be met by Toph at the front door. "Did you sprint over or something?" the blind teen teases, then nods. "Heya to you, Katze. I managed to bring some jelly from Njorun." Shinki like that jelly stuff, don't they? It's not like she knows a whole lot about them, but eh... might as well make the effort, right? Showing the two of them in, Toph points towards the living room straight ahead. "Go sit down, I'll bring the snacks and drinks. Goldie is downstairs working on something, just a moment..." Because he might want some snacks too, he tends to forget food and drink when he's busy working on something. So the blind girl raises her foot, then kicks into floor twice, using her bending to get Tony's attention. But just in case she raises her voice too. "DAD! Lunch is ready!"

Because the loudness is important to be heard over the music he plays down in the workshop.
Alden Alden was panting ever so slightly, even as he walked into the home, tempted to give Toph a bit lick on the cheek, but settling with a little nuzzle. The big wolf beast casually walks inside, "I admit I did run a bit." he chuckles, while Katze jumps from Alden's head, and bows to the Metal bender, "Thanks!, yeah, I like that, I appreciate it, Toph." says the cat eared shinki, before following Alden inside. He is busy a few moments, delicately removing the backpack with Katze's help, must have something relatively fragile inside!. Once that is taken care of, he sits down and spends a few moments calming down. Not even realizing that maybe he should go back to his Gabumon form, at least for now.
Tony Stark "Sir, there is a periwinkle wolf at the front gate."

"Uh-huh," Tony mutters distractedly, the soldering iron now in his mouth as he reads diagnostic codes off of one of the big screens in front of him.

"I believe he is here to have lunch with Miss Beifong. And you."

"Uh-huh."

"May I remind you that you have not eaten anything other than a nutritional supplement smoothie at 6 o'clock this morning?"

"Uh-huh."

And then Toph's stomp rattles the floor/ceiling, generating a weird wave effect in Jarvis's holographic schematic displays, and Stark blinks as his eyes involuntarily refocus from the screen to that. "Is it lunch time already?"

Jarvis's emotional simulation subroutines do a tremendous job of portraying aggrieved patience. "Yes, sir."

"Well why didn't you say something?" Tony switches off his work tools and stands up, rubbing his eyes with one hand as he turns to observe his bots on the way to the door. "...good job, guys. Dummy, I want those wire scraps cleaned up before I come back down here."

And then he takes the stairs two at a time up to the living room. "What's on the menu, chef..." he trails off, staring at his guests. "You're a... periwinkle wolf," he observes. "And a tiny robot. ...Toph?"
Toph Beifong     The nuzzle takes Toph by surprise as she lets out a slight yelp. She does arch an eyebrow at it, but she doesn't begin to push Alden away, even if it's clear from her body language that she didn't exactly expect that. Then again, some people might have started that Toph is not a hugger with most people. "Eh, I'll go get the food now," she says.

Through her feet she can 'see' Tony getting to his feet down in the workshop, so there's no need to bend again. It certainly seems to be the best way to grab his attention when he's working, and since the house is mostly earth and metal that does make it easy. When he does get up the stairs Toph is heading out from the kitchen, carrying a large tray with drinks, food and snacks. As for what's on the menu? "Black coffee for you, milkshakes for me and Alden, various jelly cans for Katze, donuts, fruits, some different Thai food, extra spicy ones have been marked, and somr fried rice." Yup, they're not going to starve."

The tray is set down, and Toph begins handing out the drinks to Alden and Katze. The coffee is then held out for Tony. "I told you, I was going to invite them over. Alden had some stuff he wanted to talk with you about too, so why not? Think of it as the most informal business meeting you're ever going to attend," she shrugs, then flops down in a chair.
Alden The large periwinkle wolf perks his ears as Tony approaches, and his long, thin tail begins to wag in earnest, "Mr. Stark!, thanks again for agreeing to talk with me." he barks happily, forepaws kneading the ground as if resisting the impulse to go and offer a nuzzle, while Katze opens her eyes wide, "It's really him!." she mumbles, cat tail twitching a few times before moving closer. "I am a bit fan of your work." says the small neko girl.

Alden suddenly realizes that maybe he was freaking out the person he needed to talk with, and lets out a cute yip, "Sorry, did not mean to startle you." he says. There is a short, and bright flash of light, and in place of the wolf, now a small... bipedal reptile of some sort (chubby one) wearing a wolf pelt was sitting on the ground. "I hope this is better... I am Alden, it's great to see you again." he says, even as he stands up and offers to shake hands. Of course, the offered drink is accepted by the digimon, and he gladly takes a fairly large sip. Katze seems excited to meet Tony for the first time, jumping on Alden's head so she is on higher ground, "I'm Katze, a Maochao shinki, it's an honor to meet you." she says softly, bowing a bit.
Tony Stark "Oh yeah," Tony replies to Toph, with a blankness that indicates he does not in fact remember that conversation at all. "Right, you did say that. Did you?" He hesitates for just a second before he takes the coffee and gulps down a swallow quickly, still staring at the giant wolf.

When Toph mentions him by NAME, though, that triggers a glimmer of recollection. "Oh. Oh right, you had some AI stuff you wanted me to look at," he remembers. Still staring. He thought he remembered Alden being... smaller.

And then Alden reverts to his smaller form, and all Stark can do is blink at him. "...right," he replies to no question in particular, and shakes the offered hand. He squints at Katze, seeming to diagram her construction schematics in his head, and then manages a fairly casual smile. He has lots of fans of his work. "Oh yeah? Which one's your favorite?" he asks the Shinki as he scoops up a box of the thai food and plops into a chair.
Toph Beifong     It's kinda funny how most people react upon meeting Tony, really. Sure, he's a famous guy, and most people seem to be really giddy at being face to face with him. As a contrast Toph seems completely relaxed where she slouches in her chair, taking a sip of her milkshake before she too grabs a container of Thai food and begins opening it so she can get some food.

For the most part she lets Alden and Katze talk, and it allows her to begin eating too, obviously hungry. Then again, it does take energy to bend up half of the sand on the beach outside. "Seems lots of people want you to look at AI stuff, huh?" Hopefully it will be less serious than the whole deal with Dragon.

If Katze needs help, then Toph is ready to bend open the jelly can for her. Because Tony isn't the only one who likes showing off.
Alden Alden nods, seeming a bit shy for some reason, perhaps worried he made Tony a bit uneaasy. "Yeah, that's right." he chirps, and reaches around for the backpack, pulling out some pieces of meat, a notebook, and an old laptop, a special adapter to plug the laptop to something (small port) which has some sticker about a computer group of some sort, and some japanese text. "Yes, I have the info in the laptop, the notebook and some things I wanted to talk a bit." Meanwhile Katze smiles to Tony, tail swishing, "It's a bit hard to say, but I do love the Iron man armors, they are awesome.". Katze does ask Toph to open the can, "Can you do it, please?"
Tony Stark Tony smiles; he wasn't so much uneasy as confused, and hero worship is just the thing to put him back on solid footing. "Yeah, they are," he agrees as to his creations' awesomeness.

"And yes, well of course they do, I AM pretty much the number one name on my world for artificial intelligence programming. Who isn't in prison for being a psychopath," he amends after a moment's thought. He digs into his food container with a pair of chopsticks, shovels a big hunk of meat and rice into his mouth, and then tries not to let on that his eyes are watering as he washes it down with the coffee. He picked up one of the extra spicy ones.

"I mean," he doesn't quite cough, though his throat seems to have puckered up on him, "Jarvis."

"Pleased as ever to be your display model, sir," Jarvis replies dryly from a speaker. "I do know it was a toss up between myself and DUM-E."

Tony thumps his chest and clears his throat. "Right, so, what kind of AI are we talking about here? I don't really know how your world works. Is it your own programming you want me to look at?"
Toph Beifong     The request to open the jelly can is met with a nod, and Toph extends her hand, making a twisting upwards motion with her finger, causing the jelly can to peel open at the top. "Sure thing."

Man, she swears she can hear Tony's ego growing from all the praise he's getting. As long as he doesn't get praised too much it should be okay though... But at least he doesn't brag too much about it at home where he seems more relaxed. Oh well, at least he's gotten over his initial confusion, and Alden and Katze are nice too. Or maybe it's the spicy food that partially shuts Tony up? Who knows.

"I dunno Jarvis, Dummy seems to have some hidden talents here and there," Toph smirks. It's fun to 'argue' with Jarvis, after all.

Her own food isn't that spicy, and with enough rice it soaks up the spices anyway, so Toph is nearly half done with her portion of thai food by now. Typical teenager in some aspects.
Alden The digimon drinks the rest of his milkshake, and grabs a few snacks, feeling a bit hungry after his run!. Still, he is situably impressed by Jarvis, looking around for a moment, before replying, "It's very nice to meet you, Jarvis.", even bowing a little bit, before rushing to the old Laptop. The logo plastered on teh cover says 'wild bunch' in japanese, and there is also a 'Bandai' logo, of all things beneath.

The machine is old, and has a OS that might be unfamiliar, due to being from another world, but seems easy enough to use. There are a few icons, including one called 'D-Arc scan', 'card reading' and one called simply 'data viewer'. Also a file called 'D-reaper' and 'project digimon'. Alden places the machine down, grabs the odd adapter, and plugs it on a comunication port of the laptop, before connecting the other end to his D-Arc. "It was a couple things... one is my own code." he says softly, "The other is, perhaps seeing if you can think of something about the D-reaper, the info is in here, and in my notebook.". He tries to explain to Tony his own particular... story, mostly the parts about corruption, especially on the code regarding 'evolution'.

The code is certainly complex, as most code that results in artificial things that desire their own survival, and seems the 'viewer' already zooms to mark the affected area, comparing it with the code that 'should' be there. It seems like it should not work, the 'corrupted' code trying to call for things that are not there.

Katze at least realizes Tony is busy, so she focuses on Toph instead, "That was really cool, wish I would move things like you do." she offers, tail twitching. "How is your academy going?" she asks softly.
Tony Stark Tony leans in closer for a better view of the laptop screen. This view is evidently not to his satisfaction, because he tilts the display upward and remarks calmly, "Jarvis, scan and duplicate."

With the screen at this new angle, Jarvis is able to read the display data from one of the many hidden sensors throughout the house, and from a projector in the ceiling he recreates the information from the laptop in a three foot high holographic output floating at eye level. Eye level for Tony, anyway. The rest of you can all keep being short. ...Shorter.

Tony immediately starts flicking his fingers at the code to scan through it. Of course he's not familiar with the language, but math is math. "So this part, what, self-generated?" he asks. "Part of a learning algorithm? What's it trying to call here, was something deleted?"
Toph Beifong     Let the geeks talk about coding and AI and stuff, leave the talk about bending to the jocks, huh?

Toph grins when Katze praises her metalbending, then lets out a slight burp. "Well, I probably make it look easy by now. And seems lots of people want to learn how to metalbend. For now I just have to focus on my lily livers, I guess." The question regarding the progress of the metalbending academy makes Toph let out a slight sigh. "Well, they're settled in all right, but they haven't done any active metalbending yet. Not so weird really, but I had /hoped/ for something. And they're not the easiest bunch to deal with either..." The final part dies down in a mutter as Toph reaches out to grab a donut.

Of course she doesn't understand much of what Tony and Alden are talking about, but she's not bothered by it. "So what are you hoping to get fixed on this AI thing anyway?" she asks between bites of donuts.
Alden Alden blinks as he sees the display augmented and makes sure to keep his D-arc connected to the computer so his data was still avaiable to Tony and Jarvis. He tries to answer the questions the best he can, mostly based on what he was told, "Honestly, they are unsure, one theory is that for some reason, deep within my digi core there is a completely different set of instructions for evolution, and when I was almost deleted by the D-reaper, and subsequently repaired, part of the hidden code ended up getting exposed." he says.

"Basically, that code manages what... happens to me when I digivolve, my body makeup, abilities, and all that. All I know is that... I can try to trigger the change without the cards... but it feels... weird, like something important is out of reach and fails.". he says softly. "The main issue they have is, that it is hard to dig into my code without risking to cause more damage, that code is not garbage, otherwise, the self repair would have just overwritten it with the normal code." then he scratches his ear, "IT always itches when I am being scanned.".

Kate nods a few times, "I'm sure you will do a great job teaching them, you are great at bending, you are the best earthbender I ever seen!." (the only earthbender she ever saw, to be precise). Alden turns towards Toph, smiling, "Well, the Wild Bunch asked me if I knew someone else that I would trust with my code, see if they would actually understand what that code is for, since it's different than the standard." he says, "They hope maybe a new set of eyes might help figure it out, since it might mean a big change for digimon... that code was resistant to the D-reaper, maybe it can be adapted to work on other digimon."
Tony Stark "Mm-hm," is Tony's only verbal reply to Alden at first, as his brain seems to be largely wrapped up in program data. "Jay, didn't you say it felt like that when I dismounted your sarcasm subroutine?"

"Indeed, sir. Thank goodness you put it back."

Tony smiles as Jarvis self-volunteers his use of that particular subroutine. "Yeah. It looks like this is making function calls to functions that don't exist. Whether they're going to be generated by this self-learning module here," he flicks his fingers to another segment of code, then back, which, if being scanned itches, probably causes a very weird tickling sensation, "or whether it's waiting for someone else to write it... hmm." He smooths a hand over his goatee and reaches again for the coffee cup he set down when he started messing with the laptop. "Who's the Wild Bunch?" he asks, almost as an afterthought, his eyes still thoughtful on the 'corrupted' segment.
Toph Beifong     Hopefully Katze is right, though Toph doesn't seem like she's worried as she nods. "Of course I am, I'm the greatest earthbender of all time!" Why yes, Tony isn't the only one with a large ego in the room. It's a wonder Malibu is still standing with those two egos living in the same house.

Okay, Toph still looks a bit confused at all this talk, and she leans back in her seat even more, using the hand she isn't holding the donut with to pick between her toes. "So you're basically asking Goldie to transfer some part of your code to other Digimon so it can help them, is that it?" Let's keep it short and simple.
Alden Alden blinks, his tail slapping the ground a few times while he chuckles a bit, "That's new." he muses, before focusing on the question, "Oh, right!. They are the humans that created the digimon in my universe." he says, "From what they told me... we were created as basically an AI experiment." he begins, "Apparently, they lost their funding and sold the idea of digimon to a big toy company called Bandai, including designs on how we looked like and all that." he says, "And that's where my cards came from." he says, before adding. "They were planning to end the experiment, but the digimon escaped from the lab's computers into the internet."

There is a pause while Alden tries to think of a good way to explain the next part. "Unfortunately, that ended up... causing some big problems, from what I know, there was this one routine involved in the simulation, meant to destroy everything if it went out of control, and when the original digimon evolved into... well, me and others, seems it changed as well... turning into something that is not a digimon but... something else and is trying to complete it's only instruction, delete everything."

Alden seems a bit nervous when speaking of said thing, so he gladly takes Toph's question, "Pretty much, it's clear that whatever teh code is... it made me resistant to being deleted, at least for this version of the D-reaper, and they want to learn more about it, perhaps other digimon have that code, or we can use it on others to help them fight it.". Katze, while not 'lost' on the conversation, seems a bti bored, "So you can move stone, earth and metal any way you want?" she asks, moving closer to Toph.
Tony Stark "Well, I'd need access to another digimon's source code in order to say whether this could be ported over or not. I have no frame of reference as to how different your programming is from one individual to another. /Particularly/ since this seems to be incomplete. I'd also need a look at this D-Reaper thing to see HOW this algorithm makes you resistant to it. Given all that, though, I could set it up on a private server and run some simulations, sure."

He snaps out of that line of thought just in time to hear Katze's inquiry to Toph, and rolls his eyes a little, though not without a smile. He's well aware that Toph's ego can at times rival his own; fortunately his house is indeed big enough for the both of them. "She made that big statue outside," he nods his head toward the window-wall overlooking it. His hand also goes unconsciously to his wedding band, also crafted by the talented metalbender, before reaching again for his coffee, only to find it empty. "Grab me an iced tea from the fridge, would you?"
Toph Beifong     It sounds like a big mess, really. Toph frowns at the thought of things trying to delete things, especially if they are basically thinking and feeling creatures. Even if they are digital they're still some sort of life, yeah? And the Union has a duty to help protect those who need it. "Ugh, deleting things without control sounds like a pain in the ass," she comments quite so eloquently.

It's a bit of a distraction when Katze moves closer to her and asks more about her bending. "If it's made of earth, then I can bend it, yeah. All types of earth, from mud, sand to compact rock, and metal that has earthen impurities in it. If the metal is too pure there is nothing for me to sense in it. It's something I've worked on since I was six years old." So nearly a full decade there.

She does grin when Tony points out the statue outside. And there are lots of other things in this house that Toph has bended. Like certain figurines of her adoptive parents here and there, most of them with Tony in his Iron Man suit. It's no secret that Toph's grown fond of them. Which is why she only lets out a slight grunt and pushes herself up from her chair when Tony asks for some iced tea. He /is/ working, after all, which means he's most likely trying to keep up his thought process. It tends to take his attention, that's for sure.

Luckily he doesn't have to wait long for iced tea, as Toph returns after a short while and tosses a bottle of iced tea towards Tony once she's in front of her chair. "Sounds like risky business to try to look at the D-Reaper thingie..." she comments and flops back down, holding a hand out to Katze.
Alden Alden points to the pc, "There is the info from the original project, and some info from other digimon they scanned, to compare with my data but sure, I can get one of my friends here to help scan them, might be a bit trickier since they don't have a D-Arc, but it just means needing a couple things." he says with a nod. "As for the D-reaper... I think they left simulation data from the time it attacked Shinjuku, but I am planning to go and comfront that thing soon, once I settle things with the Sovereigns. You are welcome to come along and examine it, just remember it will be dangerous... but things from the real world seem resistant" he says. He seems to get some idea out of the sudden, "Would it help if you were able to see the code in action?, I can change a few times so you can see that code work." he offers.

Katze turns around, "Wow, she made that?" she asks, moving to the window to peek outside. Alden chuckles, "I think Katze is hoping to get Tony to make her a combat suit." he whispers, while the Shinki is out of ear range. The Maochao approaches Toph again, "So cool, wish I would make statues and break metal things and be awesome like that." she says
Tony Stark Tony catches the bottle of tea and pops the cap off. "Yeah, that'd probably be helpful. Jarvis, you recording?"

"Of course, sir."

Stark swigs his drink and sets it back down on the coffee table, needing both hands free to shift the functions he wants to particularly monitor into separate debugging windows. "Okay, do your thing," he prompts Alden. "I wanna see what IS getting called and what it's trying to call and where it's failing." He picks up the bottle again. "And sure, I'll tag along. It can't be worse than an Archduke of Hell." Yeah, he totally soloed one of those once. "Although, I'll need to figure out how to shield Jarvis from it."

"I being 'not real' and all, sir?"

"Yeah, something like that. Go ahead Alden."
Toph Beifong     "Just do what you're able to and work on that, maybe you can do something that nobody else can," Toph suggests. No, trying to be somebody else seldom works. Toph tried, and she failed miserably at that. Though she does look a bit amused at the thought of tiny Iron Man armour for a shinki. Man, the pieces would have to be microscopic!

The teenager slurps her milkshake a bit, then speaks up. "If there's anything I can help with, lemmie know Alden. And if this thing is dangerous, then it only makes sense be careful." Wouldn't want to give Pepper a heartattack if something were to happen! "And Jarvis, you're real." Even if he doesn't have a body, he still has a personality.
Alden Alden nods and takes a little breath, "Ok, first I'll try to do it with a card, so you can see how it works, then will try to do it without one.". He looks towards his Shinki "Katze? time to do your thing." he says, flicking his tail. The Maochao nods, "Thanks Toph." she meows cutely, before running around to grab a couple cards, and return to the D-arc. "Maybe you can isolate Jarvis?, as in... not be in any network, and not searching for networks... like a cellphone in airplane mode?" he offers helpfully.

The process is simple enough, with Katze grabbing a card, and sliding it through the reader. The screen of the device lights up, and it seems to inject some code that takes over the corrupted one, showing Tony how it normally should work, doing the proper calls to achieve the change. The small digimon glows brightly for a moment, before 'exploding' into voxels, which reform into a large quadruped, like a robotic/armored version of the wolf Tony saw earlier, one with at least a couple of missile pods visible. "This is my strongest form." he explains.
Tony Stark "If that's all it takes it'll be easy," Tony remarks, one eyebrow twitching upward at the dramatic transformation, though he does manage to keep most of his attention on the programmatical calls being recorded on the debugger. "Although it cuts off a lot of his informational utility. He'd JUST be in the suit with me. No outside coordination."

"Not an insurmountable handicap," Jarvis puts in his opinion from his speaker. "Unless you were planning to take the entire Iron Legion, sir."

"Well, you know how Pepper gets when she can't get my status updates."

"...Justifiably concerned, sir?"

"You know, it would be nice if you'd take my side just, now and then," Stark quips back. The banter is clearly customary and expected.

With the transformation complete, Stark shifts his attention to a closer inspection of Alden's physical form. "I wonder if I could upgrade those armaments," he muses. If it's all digital, after all, he could probably tweak the code to turn him into a pink unicorn if he wanted to.
Toph Beifong     Whatever they are looking at on the screen doesn't say Toph much, and so she continues munching on snacks. And she certainly seems slightly amused at the banter between Tony and Jarvis. It's something she's used to hearing on a near daily basis after all. Though she does look a bit concerned. "... since the suit has digital stuff, doesn't that mean that it would be at risk too?" she wonders. Hey, she's not the expert, but she might as well ask the question in case there's stuff they need to make plans about in order for the mission to succeed.

"It's our job to be concerned about you now, Pepper more than anyone," Toph also points out. "So you prepare properly and stay safe, otherwise she will go in there and drag your sorry ass back home. And you know how she gets when she's in /that/ mode." No, Tony might have the Iron suits, but Pepper is the one who wears the pants in the house.
Alden Alden seems curious, his ears perking up at the talk about the 'legion', and tilting his head a bit, before chuckling, "I see." he says softly, his eyes glowing as he looks arounf for a moment. He stretches a bit, and when Tony examines him, he makes sure to display his weapons, a series of clicks revealing a series of hidden missile ports. He only holds them open for a moment, "Most of my weaponry is made of missiles, explosive ones, and ones that freeze things." he says. "Upgrading them does sound nice, who knows, maybe some of the hidden code is related to it!" he says eagerly. He nods to Toph's concerns, "She is right, maybe I can see how to get you in touch with the Wild Bunch about it." The metal wolf waits a bit longer, before reverting to normal, more activity in the code (including some moving through the 'faulty' portions) as he returns to a Gabumon.

He takes another breath, "I will try to evolve without the cards... I used to be able to do that, before being almost erased, so I know how to activate the code... or used to." he explains. The small digimon closes his eyes and seems to focus. This time, without the injected code, the modified area lights up, the process seeming similar to the one with a card, but it quickly begins to fail as it tries to call up stuff that is not there, or at least, not interfacing correctly. "I can feel something happening but... it just does not finish, no matter how hard I try."
Tony Stark Tony nods, his fingers twitching over the holographic interface as he scrolls back through the failed function calls. "Yeah, looks like there's just... something /missing/," he frowns. "I'll definitely want to get some scans on this thing." No matter how dangerous it is, because he's a HERO.

A glance to Toph. "Jarvis handles all of the digital elements of the suit. If we can shield him, then the rest of it is just basic mechanical functions. Incredibly intricate, brilliantly engineered mechanical, but still. Okay, take a break Alden, don't give yourself an aneurysm."
