Scene #4628: Digital mayhem (2)

Alden	The time has come, Alden contacted his friends, and made sure to send the coordinates to the other people that offered to visit, and assist with the situation!. He was pleasantly surprised all being said. The coordinates were near the warpgate, so it was hard to be lost, and everyone that arrives will find a twitchy Gabumon talking with a small neko girl, makign sure she was aware of the dangers involved and to stay safe once things got... complicated.
Tatsuto Satou	"-Hina stop -following- me already!" comes Tatsuto's voice as he steps through the warp gate. "This isn't like our Digital World! Just... go home, or you'll get hurt." The girl walking a few paces behind him, clutching a rabbit-like Digimon in both hands, huffs. "MOM said I could come!" "She did not!" Meanwhile, Plotmon just rides atop Tatsuto's head, totally blind to the world. Because she's asleep, the lazy dog.
Gaonoir	To expedite travel while still conserving his energy Gaonoir only evolved to his Perfect stage. Being able to fly was faster than Erika's little electric scooter, and he was still plenty big enough to carry her. While trying to ignore her getting all giggly at how he's practically got to carry her in his arms 'rescued princess' style. Oi. Teenage girls. A short fwoof of air from his jets lowers the cyborg wolf ace to the ground near the gateway. "There. We're here. Now stop being goofy and get down." "Just a moment~" Before he can object Erika holds out her digivice smartphone with one arm to snap a picture of him holding her. ".. You are not posting that!" Gaonoir tries to grab the phone, but Erika is a bit too quick and jumps out of his arms before he can let go of her. "Come back here! This is suppose to be serious!" The girl stands behind Alden. She can't really hide, she's taller than him, but you get the idea. "I just want a picture for my album!" "I ain't falling for that this time, your album is online." Gaonoir grabs for the device again, then snorts as a transmission window from Magnamon blips up on his HUD. "What do you want?" Despite the golden helmet that covers her face there was still a smirk in Magnamon's eyes. "Tell your human pet nice picture." Gaonoir just slaps one metal palm to his face, cussing under his breath. "I'm not a pet!" Erika protests. Yep, totally normal pre-adventure day here.
Golden	Golden has kind of been hanging around Alden lately. But where the Gabumon is twitchy, the MetalMamemon is calmly roasting a hunk of meat over a fire. Can't fight on an empty stomach, you know. "It'll be fine, Alden." He says as he takes the meat off the fire and devours it. He calmly starts putting dirt and sand over the embers as the others arrive. He sticks the bone in the ground and snaps it in half, meaning a meat plant will grow if it's watered. "We have a plan?" He asks. Not that Golden was much on sticking to plans.
Reimu Hakurei	Reimu glances to the warp gate that opened near her home. She grins for a moment as she puts the broom against the wooden wall of her home and four orbs materialize around her person. The young girl dressed in red and white slowly levitates off from the ground before flying directly through the warp gate. As she flies through the gate, she continues to head forward despite the strange sights found through the warp gate. As soon as her destination is reached, she flies into the light. Then, she emerges right outside the gate. As it closes behind her, she can actually see the familiar Alden talking with the neko girl. She shrugs her shoulders as she flies torward the pair. As she flies onward, she is easily noticed by a group of Tentomon flying below here. They look up in amazement at the flying human before flying away from her. After all, there was no need for them to be involved this time. As Reimu meets up with the gathered individuals, she smiles, "Well, I'm happy to see that everyone came prepared for this." Then she glances toward the humans who happen to be in the area and continues, "So, what are we up against and if there is any information that might aid in removing it quickly, please tell me."
Dukemon X	There was the sound of an explosion off in the distance, before something can be seen coming in from the sky moving at near jet-like speeds. The form was hard to make out, but as the figure started to slow down and descend, it was more clear that whoever this was is a humanoid. Once even closer, the details start to become more visible. The white chrome armor, red pauldrons, and the red cape The armored figure was knightly in design and a blonde hair flowed out from the back of the helmet, held back, almost like a pony-tail. As the figure came in ever closer to Alden's position, along with the others, he came to a slow hovering descent. The knightly figure, with glowing teal eyes, speckled with gold, but be around seven feet, if not slightly taller. His feet gently come to rest on the ground below him and while he notes a few here, his eyes focus solely on Alden. "I heard word that you are in need of assistance." His voice had a minor digital sound, only faint and more notable by the trained ear. "I will not turn down any call for help." His words are shortly followed by a bow as his arm comes to rest his abdominal armor. Lowering his head to the other Digimon. "My name is Dukemon X," He slowly stands back up to his full height. "It is an honor." That is about then he notices a recognizable face, that of Golden's, but while he does not draw attention to him, as he is unsure how Golden would react given a year ago's actions. His teal eyes do fall on /one/ particular person; Or should be said Digimon. His eyes narrow as he looks at Gaonoir, unaware that the pup is no long Yggdrasil's thrall, and it perhaps raises the former Royal Knights hackles a bit. Restraint however, was key in this moment and Dukemon X looks away. Not saying a word, though his black clawed hand on his left side clenches tightly. How voice talks smoothly, forcing his left hand to relax as he continues to address Alden, even as the young girl who came with Gaonoir moves about. "It seems I am not the only one has come and that is good to see... That will make this missions far easier."
Alden	Alden can't help but smile as he spots Gaonoir and Erika, chuckling at their antics, "Glad to see you two are getting along so well." he says, giving Erika a friendly pat on the side. Katze, meanwhile jumps on Erika's shoulder to admire the picture, "I agree, it looks great!" she offers. Alden is still chuckling, even as he turns to face Tatsuto and company!. "You made it!... and you brought your... sister?" he asks curiously, noticing the other... tamer? around, nodding to the girl, "Remember to be careful, this will be a dangerous thing we are doing." he says politely. Reimu is similarly greeted with a friendly smile and a eager wave, "My friends will be here soon, and we will talk about the plan once they are here." he explains, looking surprised at the method of transportation picked by the human. "I am glad you made it... that everyone came....". The sonic boom stops Alden mid sentence, making him blink a few times and admire at somewhat familiar kind of digimon. He waits for the tall digimon to land, and bows, feeling it is appropiate for a knight, before nodding, "I deeply appreciate your help." he says, "We can use every person." he says, before adding, "I am Alden, adn my tiny companion is Katze, it's a pleasure to meet you." he says. The groups only has to wait a few moments, likely enough time for introductions, and for Alden to offer snacks, before another group appears!. A tall, bipedal lion wearing what seems to be a japanese school uniform, who spends a few moments appraising Dukemon X, "Gallantmon?." he says softly, tilting his head, before smiling, "I see you got a lot of help, that's great!". The lion's voice sounds off, like two people speaking simultaneously. "Seems we have a strong group, which is good...". There is a loud roar, and a rather large, lightly armored quadruped tiger walks into view, moving around regally, and glancing at the gathered digimon, its eyes lingering at first on the humans, and then on Dukemon X. "So you are the people who agreed to assist us." the feline says. Alden quickly bows to the Sovereign, "I want to thank you for this, be warned, it will be a difficult fight, but I believe we can handle it." the feline says, circling the group slowly. The plan is relatively simple, breaking through a barrier, and basically needing to blast a 'core' to pieces, and deal with the forces defending it. "The most dificult part will be dealing with the degrading effect of the area affected by the D-reaper, I am not sure how much it will affect humans, but I still think, we need to act quickly, just to be safe." he begins, "We need to take out the core quickly, while the rest of the Sovereigns adn the Devas, take care of the others.".
Tatsuto Satou	Tatsuto strolls right over to Alden and proceeds to ruffle the top of his head. "Hey bud. Long time no see." There are other Digimon arriving! Most of whom... Tatsuto doesn't recognise at all. "...Wh... is that a Leomon dressed like an anime deliquiant...?" he asks in bewilderment. "See? He thinks I can do it!" Tatsuto glares at his sister. "Hina you're not going to fight this... what the heck's a D-Reaper?" He has no idea who Baihumon is, so he's just directing his questions to Alden.
Reimu Hakurei	Reimu smiles for a moment and responds, "So, this is essentially just another day of work for me except this time, I have help and I won't have to deal with much resistance." She looks up at the enormous Baihumon and speaks, "Well, if you're helping us out, than this might be easier than I thought. I'm normally used to having to work alone, but this will make my life easier." The four orbs wait around at her sides and she holds her gohei as well, "So, does anyone need any last minute preparations?"
Gaonoir	"Oooh, new Digimon~. Hold still a moment." Erika holds up her device to get a scan of Baihumon, then turns towards the other arrival.... Only for it to beep irritably a few times as the screen fizzles between a partial image render and static. Mostly because the D-PORT is confused the hell out by Dukemon X registering as Virus and Vaccine at the same time, which technically shouldn't be possible. "It's.. not done that, before." She turns a bit, squinting at the device. "Just do me a favor and get rid of them while she's distra--" Gaonoir stops mid-comment at the voice speaking to Alden. It's almost the same. Just enough of a head turn to peer from the corner of his eye. Looks similar to someone else. But the digital scent is almost unmistakable, even more so now that Dukemon is in a form closer to his original, the effects of the X-Antibody not withstanding. Duke's claw clench may be almost inaudible. In contrast the grate of metal fingers against metal palm as Gaonoir's much larger gauntlets clench is irritatingly hard to miss. "What the null are -you- doing here?" Gaonoir turns and leers at Dukemon with a very canid growl. "What, find out another Digital world was in deep frag so came along to try and make yourself look good doing what you couldn't do last time?" The snarl does get Erika to look up from her digivice, if only in confusion. "Hey, he's giving a weird reading, I'd be--" "I -know-," Gaonoir sharply cuts her off. .... Well, he didn't just turn and slug Dukemon upside the helmet, that counts as restraint, doesn't it?
Golden	RThe arriving Dukemon X is given a scrutinizing look before Golden turns his attention elsewhere. Couldn't be the same one, right? Golden hrms. "Yeah, best if we do it quickly if the D-Reaper has a degrading effect. My digicore is jacked up and without the crest I don't have much defense against stuff like that anymore." At least the food will help stabilize him for awhile. "What happens after the core's down?" He asks pointedly.
Dukemon X	When the Boncho Leomon calls him Gallantmon he tilts his head fainly, but doesn't respond right away because of the roar. He turns to look in that direction and Dukemon X's eyes go a little wide for a moment. "... Baihumon." His whispers softly, but he quickly reminds himself--- This, is another world, like that other; which that other is rewarded to his memory as Tetsuto. Dukemon X looks over to Tetsuto as he asks about Reapers, his eyes looking to the Plotmom. Yes-- he remembers them. He'll have to speak with him later, if the youth and his digimon even recalled him. His eyes return back to the Sovereign, crossing his arms over his chest as the plan is laid out. "I have the same questions as the youth," Nodding his head to the side in Tetsuto's direction. "What are the D-Reapers? Do they have any known weakness that can be exploited, your high excellency." The former Royal Knight looks over to Golden as he explains that he lost his crest, concern was in his eyes for that moment, but all attention is pulled when Gaonoir decides to, well, bring attention to their 'former' lives. Those teal blue glowing eyes cut a look over to him. The gems on his armor almost intensify slightly. The whispers... He forces himself to look away, rumbling lowly to Gaonoir. "This is not the time, nor place for this... Gaonoir." His eyes snap back over to him. "Let us complete this mission for the sake of those in need and afterwards, we can finish what /you/ started." He looks back over to the Sourvign and to the Boncho Leomon. Bowing his head lowly as he speaks softly, but loud enough for all to hear. "My apologies for the interruption. I, Dukemon X, promise it will not interfere with the mission, the destruction of this core, nor the lives here present."
Alden	Alden allows the Sovereign to explain the plan, before he turns to Tatsuto, chuckling at the ruffling, "Glad to see you again." he says, "He is BanchouLeomon, a friend of mine." he says softly, giving Tatsutou a hug, and opening his mouth to speak, only to be beaten to it by the Sovereign. "Well, the d-reaper is trying to delete our world... all worlds, if given a chance... I can't call it a digimon... it does not feel like one..." the god begins, "It's a huge creature, hiding a large core that we have not been able to find..." There is a short pause, before the large 'feline' adds, "It expands, creating smaller cores, and puppet creatures to attack, absorb and erase... they taint the area around them, erasing everything on it, even the level of the digital world they are on, eventually..." Alden turn his head to Golden, "Well, the area affected will shrink dramatically, concentrating over the other cores on this level, and if given enough time, it will recreate a new core and begin spreading again." he says, "If we destroy all of them, we will force it back to the level they came from... and then Zhuqiaomon can raise the firewall again." Baihumon nods to Dukemon's apology, letting out an amiable rumble, "That's good... in this situation I can't allow anything that will risk this mission, there is a lot in stake." the Sovereign says. "There is not much on the way of weakness I can share, the puppets, they will be weakened as soon as you sever the lines connecting them to the main mass, in the case of the weaker ones, they will be destroyed instantly if that happens, while the stronger ones might be stunned, or go berzerk for a little while. But the main goal is the core, if we take it out, all the others will fade away as the D-Reaper retreats." The Sovereign seems intrigued about the humans, going as far as going closer to Tatsuo's sister, beign the smaller one in the group, "Are you sure she is ready for this?" he asks.
Tatsuto Satou	Tatsuto pales a bit. "-Erasing-? Oh, jeez..." He swallows a bit. "...So if this thing isn't pushed back, it could, like... spread to other worlds, right?" Plotmon is now awake! And... peering at Dukemon X with interest, head canted slightly to one side. Hina now seems slightly less enthusiastic.
Reimu Hakurei	Reimu immediately begins to frown. "Well, in that case, we better get to work on destroying the core as soon as we can. While I could waste my time being concerned about this, it's still my job to prevent this situation from getting out of hand." She smiles to the large Sovereign and continues, "More often than not, my job involves eliminating large amounts of enemies and this is still no exception to that."
Gaonoir	Gaonoir really, really doesn't want to wait until 'later' to get some answers. But with several reminders that there was a bigger issue at hand he lets out another soft growl, staring directly into Dukemon's eyes. "Later. If only because I promised to help with this." ... Since when did he care about promises? Something was going on with the dark mutt, but now Duke would have to wait until later to find out. "I don't know about you, but that they could move on to other worlds, digital or otherwise, is why we're here." Now his mood was a little soured, but Gaonoir just stubbornly stalks to the gateway. "So the sooner we deal with this, the better." Erika watchs him for a moment, then turns to offer Dukemon a slightly hapless shrug. "He.. still has a few issues." She seems to have picked up on the two of them knowing each other in some less than plesant way though. "I do not!" Gaonoir snorts without bothering to look back. Now he really needs to break something to help his mood. D-Reapers will do fine until he can smack the lizard-knight like he really wants too.
Dukemon X	Dukemon X gives a nod to the explanation. "I see, then as others have stated. The better we get this over and done with, the sooner there will be peace here for the people." He starts to join the others, but he looks over to Erika, studying her for a moment. Before he makes way over to her more directly, keeping with the group, but talking to her in a more hushed tone. "I saw you two arrive together, thinking on it now... That alone... Is a very interesting discovery." And he leaves it to that. As he walks, he does stretch his right hand, for a moment one could see the faint sign of digital energy flickering around his lower arm, "Destroy the core..." He says softly to himself. "... And the others will follow." His eyes flicker for a moment. While it sounds easy-- he is fully aware that nothing about this will be easy.
Alden	The Sovereign moves away to talk with what looks like a smaller (compared to him) tiger, this one of more normal coloration, and also wearing armor, before the creature runs away, "I have been told the others are getting ready as well, we need to start moving if we are going to be in position." the large digimon god offers, getting up and moving towards the east. Alden nods, and tries to calm down Tatsuto's fears, "It is not too dangerous to humans or organic things, at least at this time, so you and your... sister? will be safe from the effects." he says softly, patting the tamer's side. "But I believe, that you and your sister should be careful, the D-reaper is dangerous, even if you are not affected by the aura." Baihumon spends a moment to add, "It can capture things, learn how they are made, and adapt to... delete them, it tried to do that with humans once, but we stopped it." he says, "That's why it's so important to keep it from spreading, not just for my world, but the others.". The group is led to the east, and soon enough, it is clear what the destination is, a gigantic wall of flames stands across the road, seemingly dividing the whole continent(or level) in two parts. "Once we are in position, Zhuqiaomon will drop the wall and we will rush in... we have an idea of where the cores are, so we won't waste time searching for them." the feline says. The area he picks to stop seems a bit arbitrary, there don't even seem to be markings, but Alden seems to trust teh Sovereign. Almost as soon as they are in place, the digital god sends a sign, looking up and roaring, a single green wave of energy flying upwards, a large thunderbolt, and a distant jet of flames being the answers from the other groups, before the walls fade. It reveas a large expanse of purple tainted terrain and air... a desert, with stumps encased in what seems to be dark purple amber, eating away at the remaining bits. There are no clouds, or lingering data orbs floating in the breeze. Inmediatly, all digimon present can feel something... alien moving through them, Dukemon X is not really affected for some reason, but Gaonoir, Tatsuo's digimons, and Golden can feel something trying to wear them out, eroding their energy. It's... unsettling, but the stronger a digimon is, the better they can stand. The humans might feel a chill, and sense teh air seems... off, but otherwise, there is no real effect, at least for now. Alden wastes no time evolving to his Mega form, since the area seems to have a large effect on him. "I hope they get here soon with that card." he mumbles. "It's that way." the Sovereign says, pointing ahead, to a large, and distant group of... things.
Tatsuto Satou	Tatsuto shrugs at Gaonoir. "I was just here 'cause Alden asked for help." As the desert spreads out before them, he makes a soft 'tch'. No leaving Hina behind now. "Okay. Hina! Stay behind me. Lunamon, keep an eye on our rear, and stick to ranged attacks! Don't let Hina out of your sight, got it?" The bunny Digimon drops to the floor, and gives a confident nod. "Alright. Plotmon..." He removes his Digivice from his pocket, and cups it in both hands while bringing them up in a 'prayer' posture. Plotmon leaps off his head, as her body is surrounded by thousands of lines of random characters - seemingly drawing up from the ground around them. The stream of letters take the form of an egg. "Plotmon shinka! TAILMON!" Tailmon lands in front of Tatsuto. Wait, all he has to bring to this fight is an Adult? Man.
Reimu Hakurei	It takes the young miko little trouble to immediately fly onwards toward the large group of things. As she flies onward, the four red and white orbs shift their position to the front of her body. As she flies over the large violet tainted air and terrain, her eyebrows furrow and the four orbs begin to unleash a torrent of red holy talismans directly to the large group of things. As the red talismans streak through the violet sky, she remains confident as she stays her course. In the back of her mind, she already has a few stronger attacks prepared as well.
Golden	Golden grumbles and shakes his clawed hand as the pixels on it shift and change as the D-Reaper's effects keep trying to break the strong compression that the Crest used to save him from Program X's deleterious effects. If this goes on too long, he might revert to a crippled WarGreymon. The corrupted pixels and visual artifacts crawl over the MetalMamemon, giving anyone watching glimpses of the old Gourobei, complete with the injuries that never healed. "This place is not doing me any favors." Golden says, hopping towards one of the more mobile people in the group to catch a ride into battle. He does his part by launching energy bombs from his arm cannon at the D-Reaper units that are ahead, the pulses exploding on contact with things. "This is just like the end of the war! Wall of ugly ahead!" Privately he hopes it doesn't end the same this time; everybody dead or dying.
Gaonoir	Erika looks up for a moment when Dukemon speaks softly to her, and gives another small shrug. "I've been told he's the last digimon they expected to wind up involved with humans," she replies. She keeps her tone down, but it's likely Gaonoir can hear and just isn't bothering to respond. Though an ear does twitch faintly as the girl adds in a whisper "He acts like he doesn't like it... But even before that, he was working with those shipgirls." Gaonoir may not have the best restraint, but he does have a really good focus on a mission. "Well, now you have even more reason to help," he adds to Tatsuto. "If you start to doubt why, just think of what those would do to your Primary Villiage." "Oh, this thing is being a bother!" The D-PORT is still acting up from that bugged scan of Dukemon X, so with an exasperated sigh Erika flicks the digivice off and on again to reboot it. A blessing and a curse of it being reformated from a smartphone that she can do that. "Uh.. It's gonna be a moment before I can do anything, ehee.." "Fine. Just stay back with Hina and Lunamon until it reloads." As soon as the flame wall is going down the Black Machgaogamon launchs into the air. He can feel the degenerating aura try to seep in as soon as the literal firewall is dropped. The Dark Digitron infused in him, being the product of Yggdrassil's own experiments in decompiling/reformatting digimon, does offer some better resistance than standard digital code would, but it's only a stalling effect. Got to make every moment count. Especially when they still have the brief element of advanced striking on their side. Jets flare to keep him at a hover just above the rest of the group's advance, as Gaonoir tenses up and sucks in a big deep breath, much like a certain wolf of fairy tails was known for doing. "BLACK MACH VORTEX!" Then exhales it into a large cyclone-like blast of churning wind infused with dark energy, aimed to rip through the center of the Reaper ranks before they have a chance to realize there's enemies on the approach.
Dukemon X	Once the purple sky is seen, Dukemon X can feel his 'heart' sink. It is almost like, no. Almost is not the same as exactly. With a 'cringe' of his unseen teeth and his eyes narrowing sharply, the Dragon Knight shoves off with the of his foot. His cape bellowing out behind him as he joins the like of Reimu and others into the fray. The digital energy around his right arm manifests a plasma lance, while on his left manifests a large round shield that gleams with its own light. With a battle cry of a roar, he swings out the land known as the Holy Lance Gram, before his feet slide along the ground and several plasma shots are fired out for enemies in the distance. All the while, using his shield to bock any possible incoming attacks and bash back any that come to close. Is this what you want from me? He can almost hear a whisper say in his mind. Is this how you see me? It was almost a bit distracting, but perhaps what was also pushing the seven foot two digimon onward. He does roar out to the others though, not completely lost of his senses, "Call out if you need of assistance, but push hard and don't let up!"
Nicky	Ncky didn't plan her travel. She rarely planned travels, but in her months as a mutant on the run and multiversional thief, she had learned to be prepared. prepared to travel to a new world when she got trouble in the last. And prepared meant to have a basic set of equipment with her all the time. Lockpicks, a ceramic knife from kitchen supply and some protein bars as well as some survital items filled the leg pockets of her cargo pants. Still... In some other world, Nicky once more was on the run, adding it to her list of worlds she didn't want to visit for the next month or two. Sirens rang as she dashed down the stairs of the skyscraper she had activated the fire alert in as she realized she couldn't do the heist she wanted. Now, she was doing the best she could to try to get downwards to the ground floo. Fighting her way through the crowd wasn't easy as people just trampled over people who fell, and then she still had to get down to the cellar, where she had found a portal a day or two ago. As she finally made it to the basement and the door hiding it, she is covered in sweat from the run, and pulling the door open, she throws herself forward, leaving behind the howl of the fire alert, the yelling of disoriented people... ...around Nicky everything seemed to turn white. The tumble continiued through the nowhere of the space between space... ...and then came to a rumbling halt as a spot just above the ground flared up bluish, revealing a portal and spitting out the young woman. Shoulder first, she impacted in the rocky ground, wincing as she rolled and hit a rock, ending on her back. Luckily for her, she didn't end under the foot of the charging Digimon... but right in the way of one. "Oh F...!"
Alden	It does not take long for the intrusion to be detected, a swarm of large... birdlike, and seemingly harmless things 'floating' over to examine the group. Far ahead are swarms of squid like creatures. They too seem harmless, floating aimlessly in dense packs, and slowly turning to face the groups. In the back, a group of huge humanoid creatures, and an even larger figure await, but they don't seem to pay any attention to the group. Baihumon snarls, "Those are scouts, ignore them, they can't attack, let's press on.", simply barreling through the 'birds', and following Reimu's example, "Kongou!" exclaims the large Sovereign, opening its muzzle as a wave of energy shoots forward, turning large groups of the Squid creatures into bronze statues, which fall to the ground with metal sounding noises. The talismans from the Miko seem to have a good effect as well, the creatures hit by them screeching and dissipating into purple mist!. And Gaonoir's cyclone makes short work of a large battalion of them. Banchou decides to stay behind for now, keeping an an eye on the humans, just in case. And finally, Alden gives Golden a ride, adding his own share of explosions to the metal mamemon's own blasts, the small creatures vanishing with shrieks of pain. The enemies seem to finally realize they are being attacked, and turn to face the advancing group, raising the four 'tentacles', which bulge for an instant, before firing energy blasts up to the air, and in front of them!, the blasts seem relatively weak, at least for the likes of Dukemon X, but they carry a punch for the rest!, while the smaller ones focus on shooting at the attackers, a small group of creatures raise from the back of the ranks, these ones looking somewhat like... sheet ghosts, wielding long scythes. They zoom towards Reimu and the others, dodging the smaller attacks with swift movements, and trying to hit them with the sharp looking blades on their limbs!. The group of far bigger creatures seem content to remain watching for some reason.
Tatsuto Satou	"...Man, can ALL of these things fly? I'm not sure how much help Tailmon's going to be here..." Tatsuto muses sheepishly, while Lunamon lets off pot shots with her Tear Shoot attack. High velocity water droplets! ... They might take a few shots to actually take anything out. Tailmon smirks a bit, then dashes forward. She is actually ridiculously fast when running on all fours! "H-hey, Tailmon, hold up!" Tatsuto shouts, running after her - and leaving Hina behind. What is he thinking? Tailmon promptly leaps into the air after the lowest scout, before leapfrogging off of it to go for one of the bigger nasties. "NEKO PUNCH!"
Dukemon X	The beams slam into the shield and Dukemon X walks as they dance off the Holy Shield Agris, then he dashes into a run before returning fire; It is now a new interruption takes place. A young girl falls in and the Royal Knight's eyes go wide. ".. No..." She lands directly in front of him. He slams his shield down on the ground and actually flips himself over her. Thankfully for Nicky, she was not ran over by the seven foot Knight. He lowers himself down to a kneel, using his shield to protect him and her. Those teal blue eyes looking directly at the young woman on the ground. "Are you alright?" He asks with a bit of haste in his voice.
Reimu Hakurei	Upon seeing the sight of the sheet ghosts wielding their scythes, she flies out of the range of their blades. The four orbs immediately have a slight change in position and rearrange themselves in a square around her. Afterwards, they immediately begin to unleash a swarm of red talismans directly in front of her while she waves her gohei to unleash a stream of her own talismans as well. At first, it seems like they have no chance of hitting considering that the ghosts are behind her. However, the talismans unleashed by the orbs curve around her body and home in towards the sheet ghosts behind her. Despite how the sheet ghosts move, they can't exactly shake off the homing shots and it's only a matter of time until they are a thing of the past.
Gaonoir	Gaonoir twists and turns in the air, using his superior mobility to avoid the majority of the blasts being lobbed at him in response for his attack. There's too much of it to avoid all of it, but he at least manages to minimize the hits. Still, that stuff stings, and the degrading effect is going to make it hard to keep things up for long. It's okay Tatsuto, Baihumon stayed back. Erika is too, though she's mostly fussing with her digivice. Which finally chimes after rebooting, and comes back up to the digivice logo. Immeadiately she flicks the options to the main one. "Gaonoir! It's rebooted!" Gaonoir twists out of the way of another attack, eyeing the scyth-reapers starting to move in from the back. "Then don't just stand there, USE IT!" Erika squeaks softly at the sharpness of the shout, but stuffs her figiting back as she presses her thumb to the touchscreen and the digivice starts glowing as she holds it out. "D-PORT, online! Ultimate Digivolution... EXECUTE!" The digital energy surges around the device as it draws from the Tamer's spirit, which helps retap some of that energy the degradation has been trying to gnaw down as it blasts from the digivice and into Gaonoir overhead. The corona of black and purple energy briefly wraps around him to restructure his digital dna, drawing the Dark Digitron itself out to the surface and hardening it into armor around his form. "Black Machgaogamon... Digivolve to..." Yes Dukemon, you heard that right. The corona shatters, and the new form drops to the ground, purple cape billowing behind him as he immeadiately brings up an arm to intercept one of the scythes with the almost shield-like vambraces covering his arm. "UMBRA GAOGAMON." The other arm clenches into a fist, and stabs the blades attatched to the front of the arm-guard into the middle of the scythe-reaper before it can pull away from the blocked attack.
Golden	Golden places himself in front of Katze to protect the little shinki. Especially since she's there to help Alden by powering him up via the D-Arc. His nature hasn't changed even though he's lost the Crest of Courage, after all. "I'll try to keep them off you, Alden!" He says, hanging on for dear life as his arm cannon fires a continuous barrage of the explosive energy shells into the oncoming D-Reapers. "Just focus on getting to the core, buddy!"
Nicky	At first, Nicky could only feel the footsteps on the ground. Then the sky went dark as Dukemon slammed the shield down over her, and in a frantic movement, she yanked free the ceramic knife. The 6 inch of the modern white kitchen tool didn't gleam like a knife should as it came free from its guard, it didn't make a divine ring or a hellish shriek, it just silently slipped out of the plastic sheet. Only the sound of Nicky's leather jacket told at all about the movement, as she pulled the porcellain white blade up and tried to thrust for where a face would be, accompaning the attack with a shriek of surpressed panic. "Get away from me!" That is, she would have a chance to hit somebody's torso or chest, if the target would actually bend over her and would not tower more than one and a half feet higher than her.
Alden	The homing talismans seem to take the floating creature by surprise!, hissing in surprise as they begin to land on it, and the others near it!. Then something happens, they stop chasing, a bubble shield forming around them, the talismans hitting the barriers without breaking them!. Before they can resume chasing tho, the huge Sovereign charges up, jumping high into the air, and slashes through the group, claws piercing the barriers, "They can't move when they are blocking!" he explains, "Just blast them harder if they try to block!" he roars to the group. The 'ghost' fighting Gao finds out the hard way that the fist had retractible claws, and is stabbed by the sharp edges after it tries dodging the attack, banishing into purple mist amidst the others. Alden continues to blast at the group of the smaller, weaker shooters, before the puppet ghost charges!. He wastes no time, not wanting to risk Golden receiving damage, "Cocytus breath!". He attacks with a sweeping blast of his cold beam, which pushes through the attempted barrier, and freezes the ghost, adn another group of monsters at the same time. The small group seems to have been destroyed almost completely by now!. Even the Tailmon manages to tag a bunch of the creatures with that adorable, and surprisingly strong attack!. It's at this point the large humanoids start to move closer. There are a couple of what seem like green giant humanoids, one of them marching towards Dukemon, another moving to meet with Gaonoir, and a final one moving to intercept the Sovereign, the bigger targets. There is another larger creature, which is a large humanoid, the head covered in multiple mouths that babble incoherently for a few moments, turning to face Alden and Reimu, raising it's large hands, 'screaming' as red beams begin to shoot out from the beast's heads, easy enough to dodge, but a lot of them!. Back where the humans were waiting, a large, lion shaped (quadruped this time) digimon charges through, panting and seeming a bit tired, carrying a briefcase, "Alden!" it calls.
Tatsuto Satou	Tailmon lands on the ground with a little grin. "...Okay this is too slow." She sighs, as she takes her gloves off, just casually tossing them to the floor. "O Lord," she begins, plucking the Holy Ring from her tail and holding it between her little white paws. "Because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay, I pray that you strengthen and protect me against the evil one." As she prays, a holden glow begins to envelop her paws. "Amen." She brings her paws back into a pose... familiar to anyone who's met Son Goku or a practitioner of the Ansatsuken style of martial arts. "CAT..." The Holy Ring is hovering between her parted paws. "LASER!" She brings her paws forward - and produces a ridiculous blast of holy energy, sweeping towards the crowds of D-Reaper Agents. ..Wait, where'd Hina and Lunamon go?
Dukemon X	The Gram vanishes quickly as soon as Dukemon X sees that in this young girl's panic, that she is drawing out a weapon. He does not wish harm on her, whoever she is, but this is also no place for such a thing to take place. He barely has time to register what Gaonoir did, because Nicky is trying to drive a nest into his Chrome Digizoid armor; which may as well be stabbing at a diamond. His clawed metallic hand though tries to grab her wrist before the blade can make contact, not wanting to test the Multiverses odd ways. He tries to speak to her as well, keeping a calm tone, even though he is falling under attack from the D-Reapers. "Calm yourself. I will not---" Dukemon X doesn't have time to finish that statement as he hears something far larger moving in and sees the humanoid open its mouth. "Tsk!" Girl wanting to continue to stab him or not, he will not stop doing what he does best; Being a Royal Knight. Even if-- he really isn't one anymore in some eyes. As the beam blasts down, he tries to put his larger form closer to her, his shield arm raised up fully. In doing this, he does remove his hand away from her, placing his entire focus on protect her and keeping his shield in place. The red aura of the beam shoves against the shield. There is hissing from the metal and minor fractures that form around the edge. Dukemon X though roars as he goes to shove back, before shoving himself to stand up fully. His cape barely moves, as he looks back at Nicky. "You are not safe here... See her," He points with his right hand to Erika. "Go to her. Now!' His eyes are off the problem, which may not be good for him, but great for the D-Reaper...
Reimu Hakurei	Reimu frowns as she carefully swerves away from the large beams. As the beams tear through the air, she still manages to remain confident. The four Yin Yang Orbs position themselves in front of her body as she begins to circle around the laser emitting giant. In the process, the orbs begin to unleash an almost absurd amount of red needles directly toward the giant. As the hordes of needles move through the sky and form a trail of light that could be considered a crescent wave toward the giant being, she continues to strafe her way around them while managing to avoid the lasers. It takes complete mastery of her aerial movement in order to perform this feat, but if it works, then she'll be able to just weaken the giant quite a bit while also getting a chance to head directly to the core.
Gaonoir	At the shouting from behind them Erika moves a bit, making sure to keep Hina out of the way as the lion digimon comes charging through. He's shouting for Alden, that must be the one he was waiting for. As the beast passes she flicks the D-PORT's menu, bringing up the communicatin app instead. <<Gaonoir, someone important coming through! Don't let those big guys stop him!>> And then she looks back to realize Hina and her digimon are gone. "!!!" The teen twists around, and when she can't see them, pulls up the digimon scanner on her digivice to see if she can pick up Lunamon. "I know this is scary but now is not the time for hide and seek!" Dang kids, always running off. Gaonoir scowls behind his visor at Erika's comm message. <<Got it.>> And then her startled shouting. <<For mod's sake, find that kid before she gets hurt!>> Then turns his focus back to the fight. He moves a bit to get into position. And tries to not sigh too loudly when true to form Duke gets under attack trying to protect someone else. He really shouldn't care. He really shouldn't. But this problem was bigger than whatever squabble was between them. Gaonoir's entire form starts to glow as he takes a jump into the air and goes into a striking pose towards the approaching Reapers, sweeping those war-blades to bear. "MIDNIGHT STALKER" And then multple shadowy replicas of the Beast Knight appear, rushing the two humanoid D-Reapers approaching him and Dukemon from several different angles at once. Any attack one aimed at Gaonoir... would pass through the afterimage that was left there, as part of the attack Gaonoir uses his shadowplay ability to step away. And behind one of the D-Reapers, aiming his war-blades to slice through the cable connected to the monstrousity's backside. He remembers this being effective last time, cutting the connection between the D-Reaper and whatever controls them. The surprising thing is that he goes for the cable of the one attacking Dukemon instead. "I'm only saving your ASCII so I can kick it later!" Okay, maybe not so surprising.
Golden	Golden feels a twinge as the D-Reaper finds a small chink in the encrypted compression, causing the digimon to briefly lose his grip on Alden as he momentarily dematerializes. His hand grabs for something to hold onto, ending up hanging on to the MetalGarurumon's tail as they fly through the air. Seeing the giant thing with lots of mouths, the big ugly as it were, the MetalMamemon shouts out a question even as he starts up the stream of energy bombs again. "Is that the core?!"
Nicky	Struggling agains the hand that holds hers, Nicky attempts to push it away during the powerstruggle. Her lips form words, somethign she had heard on history channel or somewhere ages ago. "Somethin somethin in the name of the Gods proceed against the doers of injustice." It's Thukydides. But in twisting her hand to try to get it free, she actually bringsit to a bad position as she soon learns when Dukemon lets go of her hand to stand into the blast - instead of keeping it straight and right, her wrist rebounds and so does the blade turn, gaining a sideways momentum and impacting into a part of the leg armor. Only now the white stuff makes a sound, breaking with a pling into a small number of shards. Cursing, the girl tries to work with the little room she got, trying to get up and into a dash, but she slips at first, only managing to jump for the gap on the second try and even then, only just about enough to get into the next depression, mumbling more to herself. "Great, breaking your only weapon... what're you gonna do now?!" It's really more a cursing upon herself as she shivers, barely keeping the fear at bay inside her... PLOPP ...or not. With the sound only as low as a needle falling to the ground in the noise of battle, it might go unnoticed, but for a moment Nicky seems to vanish in a bright orange cloud, which in the next moment starts to collapse rapidly into something that looks not too different from one or two baby digimon... but it's a firy orange plushie 'cat' thing.
Alden	The large green giants are certainly massive in size, but not too bright, or swift!. The one attacking Gaonoir is easily fooled by the shadow shapes, silently roaring in rage as it is unable to hit it's target!. Gao's attack on the large, thick 'cable' earns a loud, vocal noise, the creature stunned, and slowly starting to 'evaporate' purplish mass raising like mist, as it starts to shrink. The final one tries to attack the Sovereign, meeting the charging feline head on, and managing to hold the God digimon in place, even standing to a couple of claw swipes, and allowing a couple of the red beams to hit Baihumon, scorch marks and what seem like bits of data flying from the flanks of the deity, before he snarls louder and bites at the giant's side, the sharp edges of the helmet tearing through and destroying it. Alden was busy dodging the creature, tilting around and weaving easily!. His focus is on the large beams flying through makes him not notice Golden's distress until the poor digimon falls from his back!. He sends a token attack to the creature, "You are getting worn out too..." he mumbles, before rushing down towards Erika and Tatsuto. He can't help but sending a grin at the cat's attack!. The digimon lands, seeming somewhat worn out, while Katze checks on Golden. The lion digimon moves closer, "Here, Daichi told me to bring this, they said it should make you resist the D-reaper.". The suitcase contains a red and golden card, with a digital monsters logo. The card is promptly used, the D-Arc glowing brightly, as Alden's form begins to glow brightly, there is a... somewhat fractured noise and voice, the figure flickering a few times as the card rewrites and replaces code. Once the change is over, there is no longer an quadruped wolf standing, instead, a tall (dukemon tall at least) humanoid/anthro robot wolf, heavily armored, with one arm replaced by a gatling gun, and a shoulder mounted beam weapon of some sort. "What... what happened...".
Tatsuto Satou	Somewhere on the battlefield, a Digivice lights up... MATRIX EVOLUTION_ Tatsuto hasn't yet noticed his sister has gone missing - he's too busy cheering on Tailmon. After all, she revels in positive reinforcement! She lets off another CAT LASER, although the kitty is looking rather spent at this point... Suddenly, in the sky, the moon appears. A crescent moon, almost too big to be real, in front of which is the faint outline of an... egg. What is it with Digimon and eggs? Suddenly, the egg bursts, and down from the sky soars a Digimon clad in white and blue armour, carrying a double-ended polearm made of two crescent-shaped blades attached to each end of a staff. The tall Digimon - only a few inches shorter than Dukemon X - rushes into the crowd of D-Reaper Agents. "Crescent Harken!" she cries. She seems to be trying to cut a swathe through the hordes to allow the others to advance... where the heck did she COME FROM?
Alden	Reimu's attack was not ignored!, the needles piercing the monster, which coaxes a snarl, and the large creature slowly tries to turn around to face hte source of the pain. It seems the blasts are not quite enough to do much damage, but there is a curious reaction, each time something hits the center of the thing's torso, it growls louder, and moves aside, something seemingly vulnerable on that area.
Dukemon X	The knife shatters against Dukemon X's leg and he does, however feel it when Nicky tries. It does leave a little mark. A slight location where the DigiChrome doesn't have that sheen, but he has no time to question her, only that when he glances back-- he doesn't see her. Then when he looks back, Gaonoir is dealing with the problem. "Why, Gaonoir!" He calls out to the other Knight. "I didn't know you cared!" He teases before he shoves off the ground and goes to push further ahead, "Now keep up, you Knight Wanna-be!" AS he moves, he notices how Alden becomes a new form-- an X. His teal eyes almost stare in awe and yet, there was a hint of sadness from somewhere. The voice... You see what your presence brings? Dukemon X shakes his head and breaks his eyes away. They narrow sharply. His right arm reforming back into the Gram. He brings the shield forward as he flies, protecting himself as he moves through the air. The gram behind him, the plasma blade charging, becoming hot white, instead of blue. He can see the target ahead of him. He can see the core that he has to attack, like the others rushing for it. While so many others are being slowed down, he isn't. The aura, this place, the X-Antibody is protecting him, but the whisper... The whisper never goes away... For just as he gets ready to attack, it speaks more loudly than before. Can you dare to defy a god! And in that moment he almost sees Yggdrasil's core as his mind plays tricks on him. However, he can not give in and with a painful, roar he goes to strike at the enemy, at the core, with his plasma Lance as the blade extends out twice its length to press though in unison with the others.
Gaonoir	You mix the instincts of a hunter with the tactics of a trained soldier, and you get Gaonoir. At least as far as this form goes. It seems to have the best grip on his more 'monsterous' aspects. He's still serious about kicking Duke's butt later though. If only so they can properly settle things between them. Gaonoir has a few pent-ups to deal with even if he's not 'evil' now. For a moment he gets a little confused though. First they get help from one of the Olympus XII?.. No, it must be another variation, this world's version of Dianamon. Why would the olympiad he knows of be here, that's more preposterious than Duke being here... which happened, but that's besides the point. And then Alden evolves.. sideways, basically, taking on a form Gaonoir is much more familiar with. If only because there was one of them as part of the active resistance against the DEX-mon. Which only makes him more surprised. "Metalgarurumon-X... Your digital world HAS the X-Antibody?" Yggdrassil probably won't like that. If Gaonoir cared to tell him... Does that mean this D-Reaper is closer to the X-Program that he had previously concidered? Dukemon's wannabe retort snaps him out of it though, a growl coming from within the Beast Knight. How rude!... abiet probably deserved. Okay, we'll sort all of this out later. The weirder questions, that is. There's still the problem with the giant monster hiding the core to deal with. Gaonoir would rather fight first and ask questions afterwards, anyways. With a snarl he turns, briefly crouchs, and then launchs off the ground. Cape flaring and flapping behind him, even though it's more of a super jump than using his ability to fly. Either way, it launchs him towards the giant monster D-Reaper and the core it conceals, into the air and then down in an arc towards it. His war-claws start to glow, shimmering with motes of dark energy krackle. It's very much like the energy given off when a Digimon is deleted, and with good reason. They leave a stream of their krackle in their wake as the super-jump brings Gaonoir in a downward arc, momentum behind the slash. "DIVIDE. BY. ZERO!" While his cannon is arguably more powerful, Gaonoir opted for the attack that is specifically designed to frag up code. The D-Reaper may not be technically Digimon, but they are still digital beings, and thus this should be a lot more severe to them and the Core.
Reimu Hakurei	Reimu glares at the beast before bringing out a certain card. Soon, the card vanishes immediately as she rushes directly toward the center of the giant's torso. In her apparent charge, her body begins to glow a vivid white as she gets closer to the center and swerves away from the agent's various attacks. As soon as she is close enough, she shouts out, "Dream Sign: Duplex Barrier!" In an instant, her body becomes the focal point for a large, rotating holy talismans. As the talismans begins to rapidly rotate around her body, it becomes obvious that the rapidly rotating talisman cube threatens to tear through the giant's torso possibly damage what might be inside of it as well.
Nicky	What can a neon orange ovaloid plushie of about a foot length with two inch stubs for hind legs do in a battle fought by monsters at least seven times its height? Nothing beyond trying to stay hidden, rolling itself deeper into the little dustbowl. At least, plushies don't make noises.
Golden	Golden is disrupted entirely by Alden's digivolving, letting out a scream that sounds like a wailing modem as he falls away from Alden. The disadvantages of being fundamentally broken are many it seems. Phantom images flicker around Golden as he plummets, alternating between a heavily corrupted AeroVeedramon and a horrifically wounded WarGreymon. The MetalMamemon's limbs flail wildly on the descent, landing with a metallic thud as he hits the desert-like ground, dust roiling off the impact site.
Alden	The Sovereign seems to get somewhat surprised as he sees the sheer power shown by the others, and a rather misterious digimon that he did not see before!. Still, Baihumon is not going to let the foreigners get all the glory, the damaged Sovereign charges on the large figure glowing with power, "Kongou!" it roars, a much bigger, and brighter energy shockwave comes from its muzzle, engulfing the legs of the staggering Reaper agent, and seemingly turning them into bronze, forcing the monster to stay in place. The Divide By Zero attack causes the giant to glitch, emiting fractured noises, while the combined effort of the large magical talismans slashing and slamming into it and the piercing spear from Dukemon stabbing at it's core causes the giant to fall back, legs breaking, and finally starting to dissapear into the air as a purple mist!. There is one final target left, as a large, floating sphere raises from the dissapearing monster, cracked already from the lance tip, a group of orbs, and plates spinning around it swiftly, starting to fly up, while beams shoot randomly. Alden takes that moment to attack, the newly formed X digimon a bit unsteady as he calls towards Katze, "Now!". The shinki says something, that Erika (and Tatsuto) might catch, and ends with 'power chip'. The digimon glowing red as he aims at the struggling target. "Garuru burst!" he howls, as he attacks the orb with all his weapons simultaneously, the gatling gun coming alive, followed by a small group of missiles, and a series of short, bright burts of energy from the laser weapon on his shoulder, the attacks land, destroying most of the core's metal plates and orbs, and finally, is followed by a bright, broad beam of blue landing on the cracks from the previous attack. The thing stops in it's tracks as it is frozen completely, before falling to the ground and shattering on impact. As soon as it does, the 'aura' around them starts to fade, retreating away.
Reimu Hakurei	Reimu watches as the giant falls to the ground. As soon as she sees the core being shattered, she can't help but stare at the remnants of the core from above. She smiles immediately and begins to speak up, "Well, I guess that's that then." She glances back to Alden and politely calls out to him, "Well, I'm thankful that that's taken care of. Anyway, I'm happy that I was able to help out." She stops as she looks up at the newly transformed Alden and continues, "It feels good to actually work with others. Consider this to be my favor for helping out while I was temporarily away from Gensokyo."
Gaonoir	As soon as his attack is done, Gaonoir gets the hell out of the way by using his shadowplay to effectively blink away from ground zero. He does not want to be in the path of those other attacks. Specifically the Sovereign's. Or Alden now sporting enough guns to make the Terminator jealous, all unleashed on that thing. Nice thing about this form is that with the cloak he doesn't have to worry about having local, natural shadows to work with. A few moments later he steps back into reality not far from where Erika is still looking for Hina and her digimon. "You were suppose to watch them." Though, unlike his previous forms, his tone is much less harsh than one might expect. He's definately not scolding her. Battle can get hectic and confusing, even on the sidelines. "I know!" Not that it makes Erika any less worried. "But I kept her out of the way, then turned to warn you about the digimon coming through to Alden." The girl motions one way, then the other. "And when I turned around again, the two were... gone!"
Tatsuto Satou	...Wait. Where did Dianamon go? Hina is running up to Erika, holding a completely-tuckered-out Moonmon in her arms. Ah, there she is! ... Hina I mean. Not Dianamon. That would be silly.
Dukemon X	\ Dukemon X floats there in the space as their target vaporizes into digital energy. His teal blue eyes stare at nothing with dim light. His arms coming to his sides as his lance and shield flicker away. The day was won! It was time to celebrate! ... But he couldn't find the joy to do so... Not with the whispers haunting him, even if they are becoming more and more quiet. He turns to slowly face the others, his eyes looking over to Alden's new form, as Reimu speaks to him. From Tetsuya to Gaonoir who is not far from him. His voice was hesitant at first, soft, distant. "You did well." His eyes narrow slightly, "And you are fortunate-- even if you seem to squander it." He says to the other Knight before he drifts down a bit, to get a better look at Alden, he looks over to the Sovereigns now as well. "If you ever need of assistance... I will come when called upon." He looks to Alden, then to Reimu, "You both did well... and you," he says to Reimu directly, still seeming a bit distant. "Your form of attack is impressive. I hope we cross paths again." After that is all said, he drifts by Tetsuya, giving the young man a final glance, before he starts to head away. Only to hear Golden's scream and quickly turns to look. His eyes narrow and he quickly moves over, "Golden." Yes, he knows his name and kneels down. His hand reaching to carefully touch the other, smaller Digimon's shoulder.
Gaonoir	There's a slight shift in Gaonoir's posture when Dukemon remarks towards him, but it's barely noticable. This form is a lot better at the whole 'restraint' thing. That and he's a little more distracted when Hina comes running up with her digimon in her arms. "There you are!" Erika promptly kneels down to pull the younger girl into her arms, digimon and all. "You shouldn't run off like that!" Coincidence Dianamon disappeared and then the kid and her 'mon were found? Maybe. Probably!.. Likely? Fortunately Erika is too relieved at Hina and Moonmon being okay for her usual conspiracy theorist mentality to start making grasping connections.
Golden	Golden groggily gets up, grabbing Dukemon's hand as he does so. "It really is you. Glad you're back. Hey, let's go see how Alexis is doing, for old time's sake. We'll take Alden and Katze along too..." Man this guy sounds tired and battered.
Alden	Alden lets out a soft sigh when the monster seems to be destroyed, and a glance to the distance shows the other groups are having success as well!. Still, once the core dissapears, adn the effect fades, Alden slumps and lands, "Thank you for your help, Reimu." he says, smiling, before turning around hoping everyone was safe, certainly Gao and Erika seemed ok, same with the other humans!. "Thank you for your help Dukemon X... I hope to be able to repay you." he says softly, his form glowing brightly as he suddenly devolved!. There is something... not quite right with his form now, far less lizard like, and more doggish, if the fur, bushy tail, and canine muzzle he is now sporting is a sign!. Still, his focus moves to Golden when he hears the noises from his friend, rushing to check on him!. Baihumon also takes a moment to compose himself, and turns to address the others, doing the closest to a bow he can, "I offer you my deepest gratitude for your help during this fight, I owe you greatly, and so does the digital world... I hope that me, or the other Sovereigns are able to repay you somehow." he says, "I need to rush ahead and help with the Firewall, to stop the D-Reaper from trying to climb back to this level." he says politely, before running at full speed ahead, to meet with the others.
