Owner	Pose
Golden Topaz	It's a pretty slow, quiet night at the beach house. The other gems were out and about, leaving their new male-presenting ally alone at the house.. at least, to his knowledge. The TV was off, the kitchen was unmanned... and so he sat in the middle of the room, a stool pulled out for him to sit on, reaching into his bag to pull out.. an entire cello and bow?! He tuned his instrument and checked his bow to ensure it was strung correctly, tightly, and then reached into his bag to pull out several small card-like devices chuckking them to form a circle with him... and when they crackle to life, holograms of him in a similar position appear, all with their own cellos. They tap their feet in time, and then, begin to play, a few at a time, setting up a small symphony, the notes somewhat dark, almost remorseful. (Playing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPaGE24vpio )
Steven Universe	Steven appears at the door of his house looking a little bit sunburnt, hand in hand with Connie Maheswaran, having returned from a short camping trip with her family. "I'm hoooome! ... Music? Oh, hi!"
Golden Topaz	Golden Topaz doesn't seem to realize he's not alone anymore right away, his eyes closed behind his goggles, simply letting the music pour out of him, bringing his bow back and forth along his instrument, letting the tunes belt out among the house... but when he opens his eyes he acks and tries to stand, the cello not letting him, and instead falling back behind the stool, the holograms dissipating with the interruption. "Ow..."
Steven Universe	"Wow... Oh wow, you're really good, and that was really pretty! I mean, in a sorta sad way but still..." Steven grins welcomingly as if he's entirely used to finding people in his home who don't live there. Connie, however, is concerned by this development. "Umm, who are you? Where are the Crystal Gems?" She doesn't sound accusing or even worried, but her free hand rests subtly close to the hilt of Rose's sword hanging out of the gym bag she used to bring clothes on the trip.
Golden Topaz	Golden Topaz slowly works to get up, hefting his cello up to lean against the stool. He sighs and smiles to Steven. "Thanks, Steven. It.. is kinda sad, but it's a way for me to get the sadness out without having to cry, to wallow in it.. I jsut put it in music." He then looks to Connie and blinks, tilting his head. "Oh.. hello there. I'm Golden Topaz, one of the Crstyal Gems, actually." He moves to the pair and offers a hand to her. "Pleasure to meet you, young miss."
Steven Universe	Connie accepts the offered handshake seeming a bit more relaxed. "Sorry, I didn't realize... I haven't met you before, and we've had Homeworld gems invade before..." She looks a bit abashed now. "Hi, Golden Topaz! Umm, we need to go put stuff away, but feel free to keep playing pretty music if you want, don't let us interrupt! Pearl or Garnet say when they'd be back?"
Golden Topaz	Golden Topaz smiles to Connie, nodding. "Don't worry about it. I actually can appreciate the apprehensiveness. It's good to be prepared for the worst." He then looks to Steven and shakes his head. "No, they didn't. And I can play anytime. Let me help you guys put things away." He holds out his arms to help carry things.
Steven Universe	"Oh, hey, thanks! But I really only have the one bag, and it's mostly laundry." He digs his ukulele and an inflatable raft out of his hamburger backpack, then casually dumps the rest of its contents into the clothing hamper near the bathroom. "I can't really unpack until I get home. But I have some juice boxes we didn't drink yet, would you like one?" She digs out three apple juice cartons, handing Steven one and offering another to Topaz.
Golden Topaz	Golden Topaz nods slowly and picks up the clothing hamper. "I can at least go ahead and do the washing. I'd be happy to help." When he sees the juicebox he takes it and sips at it. "Thank you, miss."
Rose Quartz	For such a giant woman, Rose can move VERY quietly when she wants to. Which is how she appears behind Steven and Connie, lifting them off their feet and hugging them both just as tight as they can handle.
Steven Universe	"Mom!" Steven giggles, squirming around to hug back. "Camping was great! The Maheswarans really know how to do things right, we had radios, and we did a hike, and spent some time playing music and roasting marshmallows over a fire..." Connie seems awkward for a moment, but then hugs back warmly. "Hi, Ma'am. It's nice to see you again!"
Golden Topaz	Golden Topaz freezes when he sees Rose again, before he smiles wide and stands at attention. "Hello again, Rose. Good to see you again.." He seems very bashful in front of her again!
Rose Quartz	Rose Quartz grins as she picks up Topaz as well. You get a hug! And YOU get a hug! Hugs for everyone!
Rose Quartz	Rose Quartz also looks down at Connie especially. "So you're the little girl who's ggot her sights set on my boy?"
Golden Topaz	Golden Topaz chuckles and hugs back, tightly, happy to feel the warmth and kindness of being in Rose's hug. "Steven and his friend caught me while I was playing some music. I was just about to offer to help them by doing the laundry."
Rose Quartz	Rose Quartz nods and smiles at Topaz. "Is that so? Well, don't let me stop you. Play something calm and soothing." she says. "I'd love to hear something... Nice. for a change. It's been a while since I just listened to music."
