Cirra Constantine     With the chaos of the multiverse's reorganization, Cirra has had to stay at Hikari until news of a workable route home can be found. The Judge hasn't made her pressence to the Fleet Daughters well known, preferring to stay either in her bunk room or out in the field.

Now however, she's in one of the common rooms, feet under the skirt of a lotatsu as she stares at the empty table. She isn't on duty and thus not wearing the uniform given from the special projects division, but just a plain black longsleeve shirt and skirt.

She stares into space, with only her eyebrows slightly knitted to show that she's thinking about something.
Shigure     Kotatsu, the universally welcomed furnishing in cold weather. The form may sometimes change, but the basis remains the same.

Shigure isn't on duty. She's been ordered by the Flagship to take time off and is doing exactly that... to a degree. The destroyer walks into the common room holding an open folder, going over the contents while adjusting a set of little red rimmed reading glasses. She's wearing a dark cardigan against the chill outside, but otherwise has made no consession to the cold, her short, frilly skirt still hanging half way down her thighs.

She looks up long enough to see if anyone is about to run into her coming the other way, when she spots Cirra on her own by the kotatsu. Shift rudder, three degrees port, ahead one third. She shifts course and approaches. "Cirra-san? I, am not interrupting, am I?" she asks once close, closing the file and bowing at the waist.
Cirra Constantine     It's unusual for Cirra not to notice someone close by, but she seems almost startled when Shigure speaks up. "Uh-" she blinks, pausing. "No. Not at all." She sits up properly, though there isn't anything to clear away or really any seats to move. "I was just... distracted."
Shigure     Shigure settles down at the next spot around on the low table, setting the file down to one side and folding her hands atop the empty space. "You are worried about your homeworld." she says softly, blue eyes searching Cirra's. She lifts a hand, removing her glasses and sets them to one side, folding the arms down atop the file.
Cirra Constantine     "I suppose I'm rather obvious about it." Cirra admits as Shigure sits down. "I swore an oath to protect Ramuh." she looks up at the girl sitting next to her. "Theres only one warp gate over stable ground in Galianda though, so I'm hoping the people at Afterus have simply not found that one."
Shigure     Shigure nods solemnly. "The Realignment has left many people uncertain, many more without a home to return to, and fewer but still significant dead..." she says, her voice wavering slightly, but remaining firm. A far cry from the uncertain young Destroyer the Judge met all those months prior. "The Hikari fleet and it's allies are doing what we are able. Ferrying supplies, protecting convoys, remapping sealanes and sea-based Warpgates... but we are only limited in number, and setting out alone is not advisable, else we could map twice as quickly..." she looks to the file, then back to Cirra. "If I hear anything I will let you know."
Cirra Constantine      The Judge nods as well. "Thank you." Normally with two quiet, self controlled people as these two that would be about the end of the conversation. But the Judge still looks ...off. "There's more however..."

"Prince Landon and I have...been seeing each other for some time." Her forehead knits tightly as she admits to her private affair, not that either of them are cheating on anyone, it'd be scandelous in the local tabloids. "I'm worried about him, and what might happen while we're...cut off."
Shigure     Shigure reaches one hand over, laying it gently over Cirra's in a comforting gesture. "I would not worry about Prince al Cid... He is a man of honour and integrity from what I know of him. He is also a competant fighter and a level headed tactician. Though again, if I hear anything about his whereabouts, I will let you know as a matter of priority."
Cirra Constantine     Cirra smiles slightly, Shigure really has changed and come a long way since she met her. She puts her free hand atop Shigure's and nods. "I know. It just seems impossible not to worry about him or about home in general. Things are always tense politically there." she looks at the window briefly. "I suppose I'm used to being able to navigate it from the inside, instead of just waiting."
