Golden     The multiverse sure wasn't what it used to be. Golden doesn't even know where the heck the digital ruins went. Or his stuff for that matter. He wasn't there when the Big Multiversal Barf happened. But he is being drawn towards somewhere by his tenuous connection to his crest. He was glad to have Alden along for the the journey, since the metalmamemon wasn't doing well ever since he lost the crest.
This part of the tapestry was composed of a civilization similar to 22st century Earth's, with a bustling core cityscape, outlying suburbia, and encircled by agricultural lands. The locals call it "La Nueva Ciudad de Los Angeles" or 'Nueva Angeles' for short. Something about a lot of refugees from a pollution-choked version of California. The city seems to have been integerated into the Multiverse for awhile, as the strangeness of two digimon wandering along the paved boulevards and clean streets doesn't seem to bother the residents too much.
"So where did you end up when the Big Twist happened, Alden?" Golden asks, eying a corn dog vendor down the way. Smells delicious...
Alden The Gabumon was glad to be able to catch up with Golden again!, had been a while since he saw his friend, and seemed rather concerned about him since the crest was lost. "To be honest, I think I was lucky, I was back at home, I mean my world, when the things happened... it took me a while to find the Crystal valley again, and get back to my plants and my home there, thankfully things survived without me." he says, looking around, still amazed at so many people being just... used to him!. "I mean, it was rather distressing when the comlinks went out and I lost contat with my friends, but thankfully, seems that they made it out ok from all of this, for the most part.".
Golden     "Lucky. I haven't found the ruins yet. Maybe I should hang around your place and help plant more stuff." He says, sauntering over to the corn dog vendor. He gestures at the street food cart, looking at Alden. "Did you want a few?"
Alden "Sure!, to both things, you are welcome to help me there, or you can come visit my digital world too, I am sure there won't be any trouble." he says with a grin, following around, bushy tail wagging as he sniffs the food, "Sounds good, forgot to get us snacks."
Golden     Golden grins and hops onto the food cart so the vendor will notice him. "Four corn dogs, sir!" The vendor is a bit startled by a small being jumping onto the cart, but obliges, giving the digimon four corndogs in exchange for some 1.00 credit coins.
Having done this, Golden hops down and hands two of the freshly cooked corndogs to Alden. "Visiting another digital world would be nice! I should visit after I find my crest again though. Not sure how being in a foreign Digital world will affect me when I'm this unstable." With that, he chows down on the corndogs.
Alden He devours one of the corndogs with a happy rumble, and a wagging tail, "I dunno, I have never heard of those crest things back at home, maybe you'd be fine there?" he says softly, rubbing his chin, "But, in any case, I'd love to help any way I can, need to try my new forms some more in any case." he says with a grin, "Thanks for the snacks by the way." he says, before turning to the vendor, "They are great!"
Golden     Golden scratches his chin as he wanders along the sidewalk with Alden. "You're welcome, Alden! Yeah, you look a lot like some of the X Digimon from my old digital world, Alden. Sure you didn't pick up some tricks from some of the Digimon in the Multiverse?" He chuckles.
"I got an inkling where the crest is." He explains. He then points. In a specific direction. Without any context it seems like he is pointing anywhere. "The crest is calling for me, Alden. Like, pulling me towards it. Weird, huh?"
Alden Alden smiles and finishes the other corn dog, before patting Golden's side, "Not sure, I have to thank Mr. Stark for this... well, helping me achieve this." he says softly, before perking hsi ears. "Any idea of how far?" he askis with a grin, glancing in that direction, "It's not any weirder than my sense to detect digimon, or other stuff I have seen... I can feel my digivice as well."
Golden     Golden ehs. "I don't know. It gets a bit stronger as I get closer, but not by much. I feel like I'm going in circles, Alden."
Alden Alden rubs his chin and rumbles, "Hrm, well, first thing might be make sure you know the area at least, you know? then just work it piece by piece."
Golden     "Well, it's not here in this city anyway, so I guess I don't need to know this place well?" Golden hmms, watching the people walk by. "What about this Mr. Stark? Do you think he could help me?"
Alden The Gabumon rubs his ears at the question, "I... dunno, in my case it was a matter of fixed broken data... something hidden under broken code... in my world, someone can actually edit a digimon if they have access to their D-Ark, an dcna examine their code." he mumbles, "Wonder if that might work with you."
Golden     Golden shrugs with his whole body. "Couldn't hurt to have him take a look I guess? Where's this Mr. Stark at?" Golden climbs into a dumpster and is rummaging through it for /something/ or another.
Alden The digimon wonders, "I don't know if that works without a d-ark to help browse your data." he mumbles, "I mean at least so he can look at your stuff, and figure what's wrong." he rubs his chin, "I can try to ask my friend Toph about seeing Tony Stark for some help of course."
