Starbound Flotilla     The Starbound Flotilla managed to establish a staging ground somewhere farther to the north of the Numbani region, out in more open savannah. They've dug an extensive underground base, with an elaborate disguised vertical hangar and launch bay. Sombra and Maaka won't find it difficult to lock onto the teleport coordinates with their respective teleporters. The base is a thick concrete sort of thing, looking sort of like a fallout shelter, but freshly constructed. Less than 24 hours ago, it was completed to perfection.

Incandescent lights are arranged in a harshly artificial lighting scheme. The teleporter is set into one of the walls of the central chamber, where the group seems to be working, giving the new arrivals a view of the spidery spread of passages out to where they've set up temporary residential stuff, power systems, and the like. In the main chamber, modern-industrial machinery is working away, churning out more ammo, repairing and reinforcing new armor, cranking out a few high-grade weapons.

Seft is currently operating the armor-crafting assembly apparatus. Pavo and George are hard at work on the hull and engines of the vessel, and there seem to be several smaller vessels -- maybe the size of a car each -- with their frames built. Moonfin works hard, operating mechanical assembly arms by hand on several melee weapons. Albert seems to be focused on assembling ranged weapons, crafting several heavy guns. All waiting for the new arrivals!
Sombra     It's not difficult to get ready to get here, even if she's still not in the best of shapes right now and still a bit shook up from what happened in the debriefing room. But this is not the time to go and lick her wounds, not when there are things that need to be done. With the intel gathered from last night there are things to plan, and it's better to strike quickly before the management realises just what kind of data was stolen.

The teleportation is a piece of cake, something she's used to. Maaka however might notice the effects a bit more considering she's not used to translocation to the same degree that Sombra is. A nausea, something that lingers for a little bit. Unwrapping her arm from around Maaka's shoulders, the hacker steps forward to inspect the area and look upon the new allies and members of the Concord. Unlike the last time, Sombra's not hiding. Not when there's no reason to. The notorious hacker grins slightly, her eyes glancing between the members present. "Buenos dias... nice to meet you face to face. You guys work quickly, huh...?" Her attention falls to the ship. "When will you be ready for the next mission? Do you need more resources first...?"
Alexis Maaka     Having a nicely stocked armory means Maaka has PLENTY of ordinance to spare, and upon honing on the signal Sombra gave, she arrives dragging a bunch of crates FULLA guns on a dolly. "Hey guys!" She greets with a crooked grin, as she approaches Albert and Moonfin, using a pry bar on one of the crates to reveal a crapton of AKM rifles. "Brought you guys some gifts, ammo and spare parts included." She begins to lay them out on a table, as well as a few cans worth of 7.62 ammo to accompany them. Magazines should be easy to replicate, either bakelite, polymer, or even steel, provided the materials are in the crew's possession.

"I know it's a bit low-tech for you guys, but I figured I'd bring you the most idiot-proof guns I have."

If she's suffering nausea, it's pretty faint given her cybernetic enhancements. She may be easily compensating for the feelings that translocation brings.
Starbound Flotilla     "Ahhhh, Ms. Maaka, our old ally. And Ms. Sombra, our new one. I am Moonfin. Welcome to you both." The fishman is the first one who looks up, stands, and bows in greeting. He was nearest the teleporter, and is their teleportation AND diplomacy expert after all! "Please excuse the lesser quality of our accommodations, as our full manufacturing prowess still eludes our abilities. Please, take a seat anywhere that suits you. Would you like some tea? The local blend is abhorrent to a Hylotl's refined palate, but perhaps it will be more palatable to you." Yep, there's even a little minikitchen off to one side of the massive chamber.

Albert grunts, picking up the weapons and examining them. "Good." He declares, simply. "We're low-tech right now. Fits fine. Easy manufacturing. Easy maintenance." He hoists the entire crate over one shoulder, using a powered lifting frame that is the current stage of rebuilding his armor. The proper armor was unfortunately utterly shattered yesterday in the fight.

George waves, and hops off of the ship. "We're gearing up for a solid prep in about forty-eight hours. Won't be able to manage the same high grade of materials as before, but we might be able to get something working. If you're lookin' for stuff to throw our way, we could use some more guns -- oh hey, that's covered, nice -- and maybe better metal for this armor, but what we could really use is some tech help. Our SAIL lattice had some data distributed on it and some of the network went down, you any good at hacky data recovery, Sombra?" Then he tosses his cigarette (it doesn't smell like tobacco for some reason) and stomps it. "Oh hey, Moonie's giving me a stinkeye so I've obviously forgotten my manners. George here, glad to meet you fleshwise S." He offers a handshake.
Sombra     The hacker bows in return, her arms out to the side as she does so. "I have been in far worse places, Moonfin," she assures him with a smirk. As for the offer of tea? "Gracias, I'll take a cup." Anything to help her raspy throat at this point. Does her eyes look slightly bloodshot?

Albert's reasoning makes Sombra turn towards him next, and then Maaka. It's good with their allies being armed properly. "If you need more high tech weaponry, let me know, si?"

Ah, so they're planning the next raid that soon? Excellent. "Good, so we head to the next target at that time..." she murmurs and glances upwards towards the ceiling. The question from George, now that makes the hacker snort. "Child's play." She was doing stuff like that early on.

Moonfin does strike her as the proper one of the Flotilla, indeed. So she smiles amiably, reaching out to take George's hand. "El placer es mio~" she assures him. "I do trust you understand why I had to conceal my identity until now, no? I'm glad our operation went as planned yesterday." Even if... some things afterwards didn't.
Alexis Maaka     "Tea sounds good to me." Maaka nods, grinning. She's glad the others approve of her gift, and she pries open another crate to reveal several Tokarev TT33 pistols. "These are equally idiot proof. Chinese copies I got a shipment of, real popular among criminals on most worlds." She explains calmly, producing one of the pistols, locking the slide back, and offering it up to Albert to inspect.
"I know a few friends who can get better tech, but it won't be easy or cheap to do so. I'm gonna have to grease their palms considerably for the fun toys." She says, shrugging her shoulders.
Starbound Flotilla     George shakes the hand firmly. Moonfin seems to be satisfied when he returns with tea. "I've made as close to a proper Hylotl blend as can be managed." He says. "Medicinal properties and taste in equal measure." He tilts his head and squints all three eyes, perhaps noticing those bloodshot eyes, as he hands her a cup. It's recently-crafted, the Hylotl having had no time to re-acquire any higher quality Hylotl teacups. "If you are able, once you are settled in, your assistance in recovering lost data would be quite helpful. Of course, you are invited to copy what might interest you, should any remain."

"Aye, lass!" Pavo calls down, from her perch on the ship. She stays up there as she speaks. "A face be a terrible thing to waste for one such as ye. No such luxury for me own mug, but what's a piraten without a few wanted posters, aye? Yarharharhar!" She gives a cawing laugh, before hopping to another spot on the ship to continue work. "Aye, matey, right to scheme! Me hope's a dozen more, and a dozen after! Yaaaah!" She seems... QUITE enthused about working with Sombra.

Albert looks over the pistol. He examines the sights. He rapidly -- with disturbing precision -- disassembles it and reassembles it in about ten seconds. "Good. Not great. Within our means." They can't afford to make or maintain "great" weapons right now. This is what they need. Albert makes a grateful sort of grunting sound. "Thanks." That's about all he can say here. "Don't spend too much. Can raid, can earn, can do whatever's needed." He says, wanting to make sure there's a chance at some point, in some way, to properly earn their keep. Albert still doesn't like the idea of not being fully independent, and he's keeping whatever independence he can manage.
Sombra     The latina lets go of George's hand, only to raise her hand and touch her index finger to his nose. "Boop."

Next she takes the offered tea, giving a polite nod to Moonfin. So they will let her look at the data? Perhaps it would be prudent to keep silent about the fact that she copied whatever she could get her hands on when she hacked into their chatroom the other day... "Gracias. I can do that while I enjoy this tea, amigo." With tea cup in hand she walks over to the ship, and she chuckles at Pavo's flattery. "I know, I know... I'm wanted in this world, though very few people know my face. Why, some even think that Sombra is a group," she chuckles, sipping her tea. Her free hand reaches up, and with a few movements of her fingers her gloves come to life it appears, purple lines appearing between her and the ship. In response the circuits on the ship light up, looking quite alien as Sombra brings up a screen. "Hmm. This shouldn't take long."

For now she remains on the ground, crouching down into a sitting pose, looking over the data and information from the SAIL unit. "Hmmm. You reset it after my visit the other day, did you?" she smirks. It was to be expected.
Alexis Maaka     Teeeeea. Maaka snags a cup, sipping it as she raises the cup to Moonfin. "Cheers." she grins, before she leans against the table Albert's at. Watching him disassemble and reassemble the pistol is impressive considering he's only had it for ten seconds. "Sure know your weapons, mate." She muses.

She goes over inventory, as well as potential hot zones. "I'm thinking we could go for another raid once you guys are back to snuff. What do you need to fix your armor?" she asks suddenly, wheels turning in her head as she tries to narrow down targets; ANother Izunagi site, South America, Seoul, Dubai...
Starbound Flotilla     George is booped. For some reason, it makes him laugh a single, solid laugh. "Ha!" He says, for no particular reason. Moonfin has more to say. "Quite an understandable position. George's extensive history is a bit troubled by that sort of revelation. As Concord members, your face shall be safe with us. Though, is there perhaps something you might wish for us to call you, should you find yourself in the physical presence of our group and of non-Concord individuals, during work?"

"Ssskull friend!" Biteblade calls out. Where was she? Wherever she was, she's falling down from above now, and landing with the group. "Floran isss baaaaack! Wasss patrol! All clear! Perimeter, very tight!" She looks proud of herself. "Floran kill many big prey! Meat isss menu for tonight! You!" She says, gesturing strongly to Sombra. "Ssskull friend! Ssstay for eat meal with Floran? Floran hunt big prey! Show you!" And there's also Maaka here! "Cyborg friend! Floran missssed!" She immediately launches at Maaka, intending to basically glomp her hard. "You, definitely ssstay! Come come come! Floran cook for you now! Now now pleeeeeeaaaaassse pleassse!"

She's practically trying to drag Maaka away for some delicious meals. Very proud of her kills, apparently! And just as friendly as Maaka might remember. Then she nods to Sombra. "Yeah! You break in, Floran ressset! Make sssense. Hope, isss not offend? Floran trussst, but alwaysss caution. Right?" More :>-style eager grins on her way out.
Alexis Maaka     Maaka is about to say things, but suddenly

SUDDENLY BITEBLADE. Maaka is glomped full force by the Floran, and she's dragged off. She can barely resist or protest, beyond the initial 'Oh hey I miss-OH GOD!' Flailing, she's forced to do nothing but indulge Biteblade. THis could either be amazing, or terrible, knowing the Floran's habits.
Sombra     "People will know about me sooner or later," Sombra says, brushing it off with her free hand as she crouches. "Call me Sombra. The Overwatch has already seen me, as long as the entire multiverse doesn't know my face I can't be too bothered. Nicknames are fine if you got them, si?"

Which Biteblade seems to have covered. The floran's arrival earns an amused look from the hacker as she glances upwards, then down to where she lands among the group. Skull friend, huh? "That works, amiga. And si, I will stay for dinner." It's not like she has other stuff planned, and perhaps it's better to stay away from the Concord base for now.

No, there are no hard feelings. Sombra shakes her head, her gaze on her screen as she works. "No, it's okay. Caution is wise. I would have done the same." It's more amusing than anything, really. After a few more seconds Sombra arches an eyebrow, then brings up a section. "Ah, I found your missing data. I will have to get it back into your system, anything specific you don't want overwritten?" she inquires Pavo and George.
Starbound Flotilla     "Certainly, then. I shall endeavor to hasten it little, but will make no inconvenience of the matter." Moonfin says, doing that little bow-like nod he used to do. He looks at Biteblade with a little distaste, and seems relieved when she disappears. "Thank you for the company, then, Ms. Sombra. And of course, for the assistance."

Albert grunts, hefting crates of weapons onto the shuttle. He interposes on the question to George and Pavo. "Plenty of room now. Lattices being repaired. No need to overwrite. Avoid deleting designs. Delete sensor records if necessary. Extraneous now. We'll figure things out later." He says, as he walks. "Thanks." He says, again. More terse. He's about as well-spoken and friendly as Reaper, albeit less constantly angry and less constantly edgy.

Seft remains conspicuously lacking in contact. She looks rather Omnic over there, robotically toiling away at the manufacturing station. Pavo calls out, "Aye! Thank ye, lass! Lackin' the materials to use those designs again, but whatever of 'em we can keep in our back pockets is a blessing! Yarharharharhar!" She finally finishes up on the top of the vessel, leaping down to Sombra. "Thinkin', anything we can't use, we sell! Anything left, we'll find a way to make it useful! Thinkin' we can use some dregs of the Spellsword Project ye restored already! Aye, wager Moonfin can do somethin' useful..."
Sombra     "We're amigos now, si? So we help each other. You helped me get the intel I wanted yesterday, and you got a start to rebuilding your group again. After our next raid then you ought to have even more resources, and so will I. Keep on assisting me, and I will lend my help in return." Having their skills is worth lending her hacking talent for, indeed.

Even as Albert cuts in and gives her a runover on what needs to preserved and not, Sombra gets to work. Delete sensor records... design folders? Let's clean those up there. Such a messy system, but then again, if they've had little room to store all their data, that's only to be expected. "Are you always so eloquent, Alberto?" she muses. Perhaps Seft is a bit uneasy around somebody who wields tech as easily as a sorcerer utilises magic. Nevermind that, Sombra sees no reason to hack her. Instead she focuses on the friendly Pavo. "I've cleaned up your system a bit too, made things a bit easier to read for you." Another sip of her tea, and then the hacker smirks. "After our next operation you might not need to sell. The tech up there should be easy enough to convert to something usable for you, and huh... maybe you have some information to sell after we've done." After she's found the stuff that she wants to keep for herself, that is.
Starbound Flotilla     Albert grunts. "Albert. Albert Petrov." He clarifies. It's got a vaguely Russian tone. "I don't bother with to much speaking. No use in more words than the minimum. Goals and mission, only thing relevant." Another grunt is fairly final about that point, indicating Albert is unlikely to budge on his philosophy, flawed as it may be.

"Albert over there was chosen as a test subject in the unethical scientific pursuit of permanently lodging a stick up someone's ass." George offers, doing a little fingergun gesture at Albert. He makes an angry grunt in return. "Don't worry about him, he's kind of a shut-in. What's on the menu next time, S?" George seems quite eager to get into the next mission.

Seft cocks her head slightly, and her eyes briefly display an icon of a mic's sensitivity turning up. Pavo calls out, "Aye, lass! Tell yer tales! Me ship's light on loads, and ready to take a new mark! What's ye plan with yer new data?" All five of the present Starbounders take an attentive posture, eyes lit up with dramatic attention. Just like before, Sombra might feel that weight in the air, of the group ready to bring their tremendous force against their objective.
Sombra     "Si si, whatever you say, Alberto~" Sombra agrees. Well, if this guy reminds her about Reaper, then he might as well take a joke or two. This guy is less likely to apply threats of asphyxiation. She hopes.

George's joke earns a wry grin, clearly the latina appreciates his sense of humour. His question, now that makes Sombra smile with amusement, eagerness twinkling in her eyes. "Next time, chicos... we're going to the moon."

All it takes is a gesture of her fingers, laquered titanium nails tapping into the air with a 'boop' as a holographic projection appears. The moon, indeed. Using two fingers Sombra zooms in on a section of it for them all to see. "Horizon Lunar Colony... constructed by Lucheng Interstellar. Home for genetic experiments and space exploration. The data they hold might give me some new leads as well... and the equipment there has been abandoned, ripe for the taking." Yes, this will do just nicely. "With nobody there the risk of interference is low, though beware... there might be genetically enhanced gorillas about." Winston's family might prove a problem, but not too much. There's a major difference between the crew she'll be bringing and the scientists that used to work there.

Turning her gaze towards the Flotilla captains, Sombra stands up, sipping her tea. "So how do you vote, capitanes...? Si? No?" Not that she can't imagine their answer already...
Starbound Flotilla     Albert fires an exhalation out of his nose like it was a return volley against the attack. Classic gorilla style. But he doesn't seem like the kind to start hurting allies. Just to get all worked up in a bad way at some point.

George and Pavo both circle in on the data. Moonfin joins them, standing behind, ominously. George raises an eyebrow. "Lunar colony, huh? Genetic engineering, monkeys... Well! I got some experience with this sort of business! I used to be a genetically enhanced monkey!"

"No you weren't." Moonfin crosses his arms critically, and shakes his head. Then he leans in on this. "But, quite a useful goal to take. If we can extract even a few small samples, even a single access point's worth of data... The technological advancement that we could undertake would be tremendous."

"Aye, and the profits! A great chance, lass! See yer goal now, and I love it, matey! Ye will have our crew on this job for sure! Yaaaaah!" Pavo calls out, cheering again. "We'll get ye to the moon, and get ye what yer after, no question! Pick a boat, lass, and it'll be yers for the ride! Let's get the Concord to the /moon/!"

They seem quite excited. And they seem quite prepared. Come Saturday, they'll be ready to launch... And to make their way to the moon.
Sombra     As expected... this is the ideal mission, high gain and low risk. With the exact resources that they all want. Sombra smirks knowingly as the Flotilla members gather around her projection, and with a flourish of her hand she brings up more data for them to read, a list of inventory and specs regarding the lunar colony. "Make a new shopping list, amigos. We shall take what we want, and after this our fleet ought to be ready for some real missions." It's useful making friends like this, especially if they can help her in the long run. Firepower is just what she needs.

"Any boat?" she muses, then brings up yet another screen, using her fingers to flick pages as she inspects the various vessels that the Flotilla has. Finally she settles on one, the one that's the most technological and most useful to her. "That one." It doesn't matter whether she gets along with the captain well or not, they have a job to do. "Si. A la Luna." A smirk crosses her lips, and a single touch to the projections causes them all to burst into a firework of pixels.

    "Boop."
