Alucard Tepes     An odd situation, this one. /A/ Lunara, but not the one he'd met and fought alongside? Very strange indeed. However, Alucard has been told the Multiverse contains such dilemmas. However, the current situation, that with Xavius, does seem to be one that this new Lunara is familiar with. Thus, Alucard has offered her the coordinates where he and what he has come to understand as Lunara's past incarnation, fought the satyrs.

Alucard is at these coordinates, in the form of a wolf. While it's understood that this is likely a different Lunara, the form of the wolf is the one that the 'past' Lunara first saw him in. Besides that, his sense of smell is better like this. And so, at the coordinates is a wolf. White fur, but with a lavender dab to the tips of each hair, giving the white a soft lavender shading.
Sentinel Lunara
Indeed! This Lunara as well has been informed that such could occur within the Multiverse. She did not expect something to occur so quickly however, nor that she was going to run into her younger self. To think, a Lunara that hasn't experienced the turmoils of the Nexus at all! How naieve Lunara was in those days-- it will be interesting to interact with herself and see just how much she has grown.

Though that is a matter for she does eventually meet non-Nexus Lunara. She may be a bonna fide Multiversal Traveler now, but the forests of Ashenvale are still her home and her foremost priority.

Thus, it is with great joy that Lunara strides through the Ashenvale forest once more. A place she feels she has not seen in an eternity-- and indeed, she might have not. There is no telling how long she spent in the Nexus.

"Ah!! At last I am home!!" Calls the Dryad as she pumps her arms up in the air with joy and bounds through the grass, quickly making her way towards wolf Alucard.

This Lunara certainly looks differently. Taller, clad from head to hoof in purple armor. She also seems covered in scars and somehow-- older, even if she is immortal. Attitude wise she might also be very different from the other Lunara as she zeroes in on wolf!Alucard and trots towards him.

"Sir Alucard! Ah, I did not expect you to be a Worgen. Wait--" She tilts her head at the wolf sensing his aura. "Is that your realm form?"
Alucard Tepes     Alucard can smell Lunara before he sees her, thanks to his wolf's senses. He turns in her direction and tilts his head. When she comes into view, he realizes it. No, that is not the Lunara he fought alongside. And apparently doesn't know him either, even if the one he DID fight alongside was a younger version.

Her question draws a shake of his head. "It is not." He draws himself up then, his form seeming to blur as his body changes, until he appears as a human male with pale skin, gray eyes, and light blond hair. He wears an elaborate Victorian outfit in black -- yes, with a cape. He has, however, suppressed his vampiric nature.

"My apologies," he offers, with a bow. "That was the form that the Lunara I met had first seen me in. I had thought that, if something had happened to her memory, that it would assist. But I see that you are indeed not the same Lunara. Nonetheless, if Ashenvale is your home, you should know the goings-on here."
Sentinel Lunara
As she suspected! A shapeshifter and not even a Worgen at that, she thinks. Alucard's true nature is of little concern for Lunara right now though, if she helped her other self against the Satyrs then he is someone that can be trusted. "Well met, well met!" She says returning the bow, her lower half bending a foreleg mimicking the way horses kneel, whil her upper half takes a more knightly approach. "You are correct in your assumptions. Though this may not even be the same Ashenvale I came from, it is nonetheless still my home. Please, do tell me all you know! It would be of great help."
Alucard Tepes     Alucard nods, and gets right to the point. "The other Lunara was investigating some corruption in the forest." He turns to look at a part of the forest in the distance where the flora has taken on a sickly blood red color, and the plants seemed to be dying. "You see? Perhaps you can feel it as well."

"We encountered creatures that she called 'Satyrs'. One of which summoned several demons," Alucard continues. "Between the two of us, we banished his demons. Lunara defeated the summoner, but before he died, he said, 'You fools. Slaying us accomplishes nothing. The corruption will continue. Xavius has grand plans for your precious Emerald Dream'.

"She explained to me who Xavius was, and that if the Emerald Dream was corrupted, it would harm the aspects of the Kaldorei druids. That it would corrupt them as well. Does this sound familiar?" Alucard inquires.
Sentinel Lunara
Lunara's eyebrows raise in surprise, still visible right under her Night Elf helmet, and her elven ears wiggle slightly. "Really? That is -exactly- what first batch of Satyrs said when they were killed." The dryad brings her gauntleted hand to her chin and rubs, eyes narrowing as she tries to bring back long forgotten memories. "Interesting, so this really must be Ashenvale from the past." The Dryad then nods.

"Yes, this is all very familiar to me. Unnervingly so at that, if I remember correctly this all happened years before I was transported to the Nexus." She looks around, feeling the very familiar corruption that is staining Ashenvale. "Right down to the same spells being used to. Its almost as if.. I'm watching a movie of my past life." Funny, Lunara never thought she'd say the word 'movie' to describe her own life. That is something she learned outside of Azeroth.

"If I remember correctly the next step is to follow the Satyr summoners until they lead to Xavius himself. Then, something happens.." She blinks, confusion in her purple eyes. "It was so long ago, I can't remember all the details.. hmrg.. it feels like there are holes in my memories." She says rubbing the back of her helmet covered head.
Alucard Tepes     Alucard nods. "If this is Ashenvale in the past, your experiences will likely be invaluable in stopping the threat," he observes. He himself isn't completely familiar with the concept of a 'movie', though he had heard of 'moving pictures' from his own world. But, it's also a minor concern, so he doesn't ask. That can be addressed later.

Though as for following the summoners? "No one is following this first summoner," he replies. "The other Lunara made short work of him."
Sentinel Lunara
"Naturally." Responds Lunara all too quickly, only vaguely aware of her own pun. "At this point I've fought far greater foes than Xavius and his ilk. I suspect only those that are on the level of Ragnaros himself might pose a threat to me here in Azeroth." She looks sideways longingly. "To think that I could go out and conquer it if I had half a mind to do so." The dryad shakes her head though. She is not petty enough to abuse her powers, and besides, she has much bigger fish to fry at this point.

She chuckles though when Alucard assures her there are no more Satyrs. "Oh no, my friend. Xavius controls a whole cult of them and they will not back down until he is dead." She steps forward looking into the corrupting of the trees. "What you saw here was naught but a forward batallion. More will come."
Alucard Tepes     Alucard nods as she mentions having dealt with larger threats. "I have no doubt. But Xavius has access to the Multiverse as well, and may well gather allies from outside his world as well. They may yet have more in store for this place -- and any who would defend it -- than you remember," he cautions.

As for the Satyrs? "I have no doubt. Lunara said as much," he confirms. Pause. "The other Lunara. That particular summoner, though, is no longer a threat."
Sentinel Lunara
The dryad gives a hmm of concern when Alucard mentions Xavius and the Multiverse. "You are right, that is something I had not considered." Foolishly did she think that the threat would be contained within Azeroth, not realizing that her enemies would have the same advantage as her. "Then it is imperative we deal with Xavius immediatly before he has a chance to muck up the place. He is far too devious to be let loose in the Multiverse." Lunara's eyes widen at the though. If he were to somehow find the Nexus..

Thankfully, at least this first wave is done for. "Good, good. Defeating him will stall Xavius' army considerably. They no longer have scout." Lunara summons power to her hand and starts dispelling the corruption of the trees.

"Sir Alucard, do you think you could do me a huge favor and go find my other self? I'll need to warn her of all we spoke here."
Alucard Tepes     Alucard does not immediately speak when Lunara makes the realization that just as she can draw Multiversal allies, so can Xavius. His expressione is grave, though, with the understanding of it himself. The mention of finding the other Lunara gets a nod. "That would be best, for the two of you to work together," he agrees. "I will let her know that there is another iteration of herself here in the Multiverse who will likely be able to help in her quest."

Though then he remembers something. "...While battling, I startled Lunara with my... abilities, and she was injured because of it," he admits, with reluctance. "I would like to avoid such with you. I reveal these abilities to you now, to avoid such a thing." And as he speaks, he releases the bindings on his own powers.

It isn't a physical change. He looks the same either way. It is very much a metaphysical one. His aura seems to swell out from him, like a lantern uncovered. But that aura is not light. No, it is sharply dark. Does this Lunara know of vampires? His aura is dark and bloody, like a vampire's should be.
Sentinel Lunara
"Indeed it would be. I would go get her myself but I am not certain where she would be and I would not like to unnerve her by presenting myself such as this." Says Lunara. "Elune knows, if I saw another version of me galloping towards me at that age I would attack it immediatly."

"Be swift, sir and do not worry about your post. I will drive back any satyrs and demons that would dare come here."

The dryad stops as Alucard reveals that He Is Not What He Appears, and strangely, this Lunara at least waves it off. "Oh, don't worry. I am not my younger self. I've seen a lot in my equivalent of the Multiverse." And indeed, as Alucard reveals his true aura, Lunara's eyes does narrow when she senses the darkness but she merely waves it off.

"Hm, yes, I see. I can see why my other self would panic, it feels a lot like the aura of the Nathrezim. The vampires of our world." So she does know about it then! "Worry not, I've teamed with stranger allies. As long as you do not harm nature I shall equally not harm you."
Alucard Tepes     Alucard nods. "As would I," he agrees. "I have fought a doppelganger of myself, twice before." Unpleasant business that. Though it helps that he has enough self-loathing that beating himself up was probably cathartic!

Nonetheless, he has a task in front of him! He confirms, "I will go and find her, with all haste. Take care until I return. Contact me if you need my assistance in the meantime. I will return a quickly as I can." Then he changes again, into the wolf, and turns, speeding quickly out. In short over, before he disappears from sight, the four-legged animal runs so fast that it seems little more than a lavender-white streak disappearing into the distance.
Sentinel Lunara
Lunara rubs cher chin and watches Alucard run off, once again in wolf form. "Sort of reminds me of Reghar.. although more handsome at least. And not as smelly."
