Princess Luna      Thanks to who it was that captured her, Mitsu is being forced to work well into the night on her new project. Fixing the storefronts she damaged with her little escapade is proving to be actual work without the use of magic. And just to double make sure she couldn't use any, Luna had Mitsu's new horn affixed with a magic dampening ring.

Several guards are about, keeping an eye on Mitsu. And Luna is here as well, her slight frown and stern gaze almost constantly affixed to the Bunny of the TSAB. Although a big deal was made out of it there really wasn't -that- much damage. Just the windows and the banana cart. Of course, putting new glass in windows can be a bit tricky. Especially when you are in full hand and ankle cuffs, with a chain attaching the two. Obviously Luna trusts Mitsu about as far as she could kick her.

New glass panes have been provided, but not for free. Luna will be sending the invoice to the Concord with Mitsu's name attached.
Mitsu Mirage     It's been a good day of solitary for the newly christened Unicorn Mitsu... and now she was being put to work like a literal workhorse. She sighs a bit, grumbling some as she works on fixing some of the windows, though she shakes her head quite a bit as that mane of hair falls in front of her face, "Never had this much trouble with my hair..." she grouses, turning to look at Luna with a frown. "I don't know what you did, but this... hair is unmanageable!"

She goes back to putting in some windows, still not liking having to do this work for her. "There... windows replaced there. Shouldn't break soon, but did you really have to choose the most expensive windows?" she turns around, twisting her hands around to toss the gloves onto the ground. "And I understand the chains, but... that ring up there? Are you trying to turn me into a parade horse or something?"
Princess Luna      Luna listens to all of this, but the bit at the end makes her smirk slightly. "Yes. Thou art the parade pony displaying why it is ill-advised to cause hysteria and destruction within Canterlot." she says, then giggles a bit. "And yes, pony manes can be a bit difficult to tame. Perhaps thy preference is a very short, easily managed mane? I can give thee a haircut right now." she says, producing her scythe and giving it a little swing.

She dismisses her scythe after that, apparently assuming that joking offer will not be accepted. "As for the windows, perhaps a bit of a punch to thy wallet will disuade thee from attempting this again. We ponies worked hard for many generations to secure this land and route all known dangers. We do not appreciate troublemakers, much less one of thy variety."
Mitsu Mirage     The scythe gets a look and her eyes go bug eyed wide, backing up into the repaired building. "Okay, no... if.. if I'm going to have to stay stuck in this body for a considerable amount of time, I'd rather go to a stylist than your crackpot idea of weeding this hair." she shakes her head a bit... then sighs, "Okay, look... I'm going to level with you, Luna." MItsu's initial instinct is to go for that scythe but with the chains, hooves and just general unfamiliarity with being one of Luna's kind... she stops that thought.

"You value hard work, so do I. Do you know how hard I had to work to get to this level of magical power and artifact sensory?" she looks down to her hand, the ring upon her finger. A thought goes through her head. "Let me make a deal with you, ok? You restore my form, give me my human body again... and give me my magic back... and I'll use my ring to do something you or your kind... probably can't."

Mitsu pauses a moment, "Or can, but I can do it more efficently."
Princess Luna      Part of Luna's motivation to pull out the scythe was to see the look on Mitsu's face, and she has to admit it is as good as she was expecting. Luna laughs a bit at Mitsu's response to the scythe before her ears perk at the offer. "I shall perhaps restore thy form if this proposed 'something' is expceptional enough to warrant such an exchange. But, even if it is accepted, thy crime shalt not be expunged. Thou shalt still be expected to finish thy restitutions." she says, then approaches. "So, what is it thou art proposing to do that my kind might not?" she asks, then pauses a moment. "And, forgive me for saying so, but if thou didst work as hard as thy claim, it is a shame that thou hath chosen such a dishonorable route for thy career."
Mitsu Mirage     Assuming the ring upon her finger wasn't messed with during captitvity... she looks up. "I'll admit, I don't know /much/ about your kind." she looks up and down her body... "But I doubt your kind has the power to instantly change the weather." she smiled, "While it's a short range effect, I can practically make arid regions wet... swamp lands dry and everything else. You want hard work and the like? I can make the weather perfect for crops and such." a pause...

"The apples were delicious, haven't had a fruit that fresh in years." a little compliment, after all. Though, when Luna mentions that 'dishonorable route', Mitsu sighs and slumps down... only to yell in pain for sitting on that tail. "Look, you don't know why I persue magical objects, frankly, I don't think you really care... all you see me is a thief." she gives a shrug from her position, "Look, you wanna see what it does or not? Frankly, I'm too close to you and your guards to run and with my own weapon dormant because of this form, it's not like I can do much."
Princess Luna      Luna shakes her head a bit. "It is a...graceous offer, and thou art correct in saying that most ponies cannot instantly control the weather beyond causing a single cloud to rain or produce lightning. However, I myself possess the very power of which thou are speaking. I do not use it often because we have teams of pegasi that control the weather all across Equestria to maximize growing time and maintain proper seasons."

The next comment gives Luna pause. She considers a moment before blinking in surprise as Mitsu cries out. "Art thou alright?!" Luna asks quickly. When it seems Mitsu isn't seriously hurt, Luna sighs softly. "Thou art correct. I care little about thy reasons for attempting to steal others' magic items. Because it matters little. There are very few circumstances that would excuse thy behavior. However..." She motions to a nearby bench. "...I am willing to listen to thy 'justification' for these acts of theft and violence. And perhaps if thy reasons are somewhat valid I shall return thee to thy proper form." She takes a seat on the bench, then motions to the spot beside her. "If indeed thou hast any justification and are not simply attempting to deceive me."
Mitsu Mirage     Oh, so they /can/ do that. Well shit. There's a really loud sigh coming from Mitsu and she mutters, shaking her head some before lifting herself up from her 'sitting' position. She looks at the offered bench and she mutters something under her breath before taking the offered seat. "Eh, what point is there to decieve you? My fate is, quite literally, in your hands." she looks up towards the sky, then leans back, kicking up her hooves a bit. "So, I used to work for an orginzation, y'know. For good, believe it or not." Mitsu starts. She shakes her head slightly to get the mane out of the way and finally relaxes a bit.

"Was good at what I did, top ranked mage to boot." she peers over towards Luna and gives a light grin, "Not to toot my own horn but even without being able to fly, I was still one of the best. Nothing like Nanoha or Fate, but pretty close I think." she pauses to let this sink in, "My folks were treasure hunters, pretty good at it too. Inherited their magic power and their treasure sense." she holds up her ring, "I find these beauties faster and at a longer range. But enough about that."

She reaches into a pocket to pull out a hidden apple. "I was with my parents at the time to help their hunt... unfortunately, the orginzation I was with... kinda was there too. Something went off when the orginization and my folks found it and well, my parents livelyhood was stripped from them when they couldn't use magic anymore." there's a large munch on that apple, a content look upon her face as she savors it, "Anyways, the org decided to cover it up and consider it sabotage... and well, good luck for my folks trying to get anything anymore. And I tried fighting it, failed and got thrown out. So yea, I might look like a thief to some, but it's really just to get back at the people who threw me out and made my parents look bad. Not sure you'd understand though."
Princess Luna      Luna has heard little about the TSAB, and even less about Nanoha or Fate, so she doesn't dwell on that long. But, she can at least see why Mitsu might be obsessed with magical items. "That is terrible. I cannot say I know what that is like, but I can relate somewhat on feeling as though one has been dealt a bad hand. If I may ask, what art thy parents doing now? What did they find that was so terrible that their position and powers were stripped from them?" She watches Mitsu enjoy the apple and smiles a bit. "It is delicious, is it not? Perhaps thou art enjoying thy time as a pony more than thou art prepared to admit?"

Luna pauses a moment. "But, I still do not understand. Dost thou think that if thou art able to procure enough magical items that thy parents shall be restored?"
Mitsu Mirage     "Eh, right now my folks are in Tibet, just relaxing. The money I make for doing my 'thieving' helps support them. I haven't told them. They don't need to know." she shrugs, "They need to be happy." she pauses a moment, giving a shrug, "Yknow, I don't know. I wasn't there when their magic was sealed so, I couldn't tell you."

Though when Luna mentions enjoying her time as a pony, she chokes down the apple, coughing. "I just happen to enjoy apples, thank you very much!" she grumbles a bit, coughing some more. "Either enough magical items to restore them, or just that one item... or revenge, y'know. If they're happy living a normal life, I'm not going to interrupt it. I'll just take my revenge out on the TSAB when I have a good enough arsenal." a pause... "Mitsu... you idiot..."
Princess Luna      Luna giggles a bit when Mitsu chokes on the apple. "Art thou alright?" she asks before listening to the rest. The pony princess frowns a knowing frown at the mention of revenge. "Revenge...I myself made some...questionable decisions in what could be considered vengeance. But, I hope I can disuade thee from thy path. I was exiled for 1000 years, imprisoned in the moon for my crimes. Even when I returned I was blind to the consequences of my goal. I would have caused the desolation of this entire world had I not been stopped. I was quite lucky in that I had caused no lasting harm, and thus was able to be forgiven on the provisions that the very magical essense of my jealousy had overtaken my mind, and that I had served my time already. I hope thou art able to turn from vengeance before suffering a similar fate. There must be hundred of thousands of lost magical items in the many worlds. Why dost thou focus on those already owned? Especially if thy magic sensing power is as powerful as thou art claiming?"
Mitsu Mirage     "Eh, but I'm not you and you aren't me." Mitsu retorts, "Besides, a whole world is different than just one orginzation and government." she shrugs, "Completely different justifications, you know." she gives a brief chuckle and a light stretch. "As for that last part... I find fun in the chase and hunting of already owned items. Don't get me wrong, it's few and far between that I try to claim those. I mostly go after unclaimed ones. It's easier to get.. unless someone tries beating me to the punch."
Princess Luna      Princess Luna rolls her eyes at that first part. "Yes, I am aware they are different, but they are related. Revenge is a dark impulse that brings no resolution and plenty of misery." she says.

The part about the fun of the chase leaves Luna staring a bit before she sighs. "I see. And I am simply lucky enough to have an item that in thy eyes is of great enough value to warrant these attacks." she says, her voice rather sarcastic. She slumps forward, resting her head on her hands and looking out at the few windows remaining. "It might be different if there was even a sign from thee that thou didst not intend harm upon my people, but thou hast demonstrated thy lack of concern for those other than thyself. If we had not captured thee, wouldst thou have made any effort to make amends for the harm that was caused?"

Luna stands after that and looks sternly at Mitsu. "I do not believe so. Had thee shown regret for the damage that was caused, then these chains might not have been needed. I cannot help but wonder...would thy parents be proud of thy actions? Would they think it justified to harm innocent ponies in order to bring vengeance upon those that harmed thee and thy parents? We are of different worlds, but I cannot imagine such a thing."

Luna sighs again, then looks to the sky. "...I shall return thee to thy original form, but thy punishment shall still be carried out. And the magic inhibitors will stay in place. Despite thy claims that it would be pointless, I do not doubt for a moment that if given the opportunity thou wouldst attack again and attempt to escape. Once these buildings are restored, thou shalt be escorted to the warp gate. Only then shall the bonds be removed, and thou shalt leave Equestria immediately after. If thou insists on continuing to trouble our world...I shall only say that the last troublemaker of this kind found himself a fixture in the royal garden for longer than I was imprisoned."
Mitsu Mirage     "Eventually." MItsu replies, "Though should I point out that when I stole the armor, I didn't blast people in public? I don't harm civilians. Just those in important positions, such as guards and even princesses." she gives a bit of a chuckle at the sarcastic response... "I'm gonna cut my loss with Nightsong. It's becoming incredibly obvious that I'm not acquiring it without some serious effort and possibly irrepirable harm to something or someone. I already have enough blood on my hands from that accident." she mutters.

"I'll fix the cart, don't worry. I might be a 'thief', but I at least try to stay good to my word. Wouldn't stay with the Concord as long as I have." she taps a hoof on the ground, looking at it. She listens to the 'rules' there and she shrugs, "Eh, I'm done fighting. I didn't recover what I came here for. I'll mostly just visit here from now on. I know when something's a bit much for me."

She does, pointedly, avoid the question about her parent's pride... only to respond, "Would yours?" her eyes look up to the glass, and she hmms, "Might wanna improve the integrity of the structure on that building when you get a chance. Don't want my 'investment' of glass going to waste."

She turns to face Luna once more, "Oh, and thanks for returning me to normal. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to learn to walk on these feet... Mile in another pony's horseshoes... that white one was right... jeeze."
Princess Luna      Luna blinks in surprise as Mitsu claims she is done trying to take Nightsong, then finally offers a genuine smile. "Well, if thou art sincere then perhaps thy next visit will be more pleasant. But, if I learn thou art planning a heist somewhere, do not be surprised if I attempt to stop thee." she says. Her horn starts to glow and she holds up her hands, her smile turning to a light smirk. "Rarity is her name. And it is often helpful to walk in someone else's shoes. Though usually in the figurative sense." she says as she starts to weave her transformation magic. "Now, please relax. This may feel strange." A gentle beam of pale blue light washes over Mitsu from Luna's horn, and Mitsu feels a strange tingling all over as the transformative magic goes to work. Mitsu starts to glow as well, and soon that annoying muzzle and those unsteady hooves are gone, as is the soft pelt and the unruly mane and tail. It takes only about a minute before Mitsu is restored to her former self. Luna smiles again when Mitsu is restored. "Pity. The cutie mark suited thee." she says teasingly. Then she spreads her wings. "I believe the guards are sufficient to oversee thy last few windows. And I shall have a building inspector examine the building you mentioned. If thy words prove to be true, I look forward to seeing thee again under more amicable circumstances."
