Scene #5641: Mechanics

Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone's got a workshop in her ship, but she's back home in the west cost of Canad'as BC provice and Mai would have got the directions to get to the garage it's late the main bay is closed but the lights are on, a small hovering drone. Think the cheap ones that you can get at a sore hovers up to her when Mai arrive and Ko's voice comes over the speaker on it. "Come on in the main door's open." Mairead can also hear some rather high paced music of some sort playing in the garage itself.
Mairead Sandilands	Walking out of the Warpgate, Mairead Sandilands looks around and looks around as Clota pulls up a map in her mind, within her optic nerve and she walks on. As she approachs, she studies the place and is amazed at the sites and stops when she approaches the garage. "..." and she walks on as the drone approaches. "Hello," she says to the drone as it talks back in Kotone's voice. Blinking at the voice, Mairead walks around it and than looks at the garage and raises an eyebrow. "Thank you," she says to the drone as she bows before it and walks over, listening tot he music and slowly opens the door. AS she walks in, she blinks as she looks around, "Kotone?" she asks simply as she closes the door.
Kotone Yamakawa	There's an older looking car right now in the center of the Garage and there's someone working under it. Kotone is clad in a typical mechanics overalls which becomes more clear as she pushes out from under the car and pushes herself up off the wheelie she was on duisting herself off. "Hey, sorry about the mess." The Music shuts itself off from an mental command given by Kotone who seems to be chipper albeit pretty dirty from her work on the car.
Mairead Sandilands	Blinking, Mairead smiles, "It is ok," she says as she walks over and curtsy's, "A pleasure to meed you Miss Yamakawa," she says as she stands up. "I am Mairead Sandilands," and she looks at her and is not that much taller than she is, by about 1 inch. Looking around, this is different than what Mairead is use too, "I have never been in a garage liek this before, and it is ok. I am guessing that this is how all garages are," she asks as she thinks. "I am use to repair bays more, but I guess they are one and the smae." she mentions. Looking at the car, she blinks, "That is a Mustang?" she asks as she looks at it and blinks as she walks around and inside of it. "Ye are doi0gn all of the work your self?" she asks her as she walks back over.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa :grins "If you want something help yourself to the mini fridge but avoid anything labled Kotone on it. You'd not like cyborg food trust me on that." She grins a bit at the slightly shorter woman and shd nods. "Not all of it I ordered some of the replacement parts to be machined up but all the putting her back in working order? Yes, I have. Father still works here most of the time I just borrow the bay for work that's on this side of the Pacific."
Mairead Sandilands	Nodding, Mairead thinks fo ra moment and smiles, "Thank you for the offer, but I am not hungry," she says as she looks at Kotone "Can I help ye any?" she asks her as she looks aorund the garage. "I am not that good at fixing things, but I do know a wee bit of things," she comments as she smiles. Listening, she thinks, "Like I said I am not too familiar with the car, but I can see if I can find some parts that may help," she mentions to Kotone.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa says "Naw I'm good and I needed to take a break so what bring you down here?" She'll head to the fridge to get something to eat once she gets the greese off her hands. "You talked about ah hanger? What's your deal if I might ask."
Mairead Sandilands	Thinking, Mairead walks with her, "I am a pilot in a sense," she says to her. "I use an Infinite Stratos or IS," she adds as she looks with a shrug, "I have been busy with school work and workign with Admiral Nagato, so I have not been able to see much. Plus I was in a coma for about 6 months and trying to catchup on what I had missed," she mentions as she shrugs. The 18 year old thinks for a moment as she looks around the garage. "If ye want, I can show ye m power armor," she says and she grins, "Although, I would be better to do it outside than in here," she says to her.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa says "Ah, yes you have been artound hte base at timea nd I have heard you on the comm. Oh I'c like ot think and yes better outsifde but don't be shocked if it ends up on social media everything's wired here more or less." She grins for a moment heading for the door finishing off whatever snack she set herself upon.
Mairead Sandilands	Mairead looks and nods as she follows Kotone out, "I am not too worried on that," she says to her as she looks around and closes her eyes as she walks out a little away from the building. Turning she looks and simply thinks as her uniform begins to fade as it glows and than armor starts to appear once the uniform is gone. Under the uniform, there is a one piece suit that is lavender color, with violet and gray accents. Over this, her legs are covered in from her feet to just above her knees, with armor plating coming to a point of her upper legs/thighs with armor that is the same as the suit, gray in color with the color of lavender and violet on the secondary parts. Her arms are protected in the same armor as her legs, reaching form her hands to her shoulders. This armor looks more sleak than her legs, with black hands and elbows, while the same gray, lavender and violet covers the forearm and bicept area. On her shoulders, armor also appears and the armor extends out two to three feet and in the same color as the rest of the armor with dark grey, almost black vents. Moreover, floating near her shoulders and her knees are four pods, two on each side. Additionally, there are various sized thrusters on her back, shoulders and legs, plus whatlooks liek a shield in the middle of her back. On her head is a helmet in the same coloration as the rest of the armor, with gray and lavender being the primary, while the violet and drak grey being are secondary colors. Extending from the top of the helmet are two gold colors fins. Once the suit is formed, Mairead has grown about a foot in height and she smiles, "This is Clota," she states as she thinks and the IS fades like her cloths did and all that she has is the one piece style suit that the armor is attached too.
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa follows Mairead out with intrest for a moment grinning . All right then lets see what you got." She takes a moment to size up the armour she grins for a moment as she looks it over. "You also look good in it too." She notes and htinks heck of a lot like certian mobile suit girls she'd seen posters opf when she was younger but the shock is long gone for a moment. "I should show you my armed suit at some point. She grins a bit more as she sizes it up seeming to like it more and more. "So this is an airborne unit right?"
Mairead Sandilands	Blushes a little, "Thank you," she says as she looks and walks over. "Aye," she syas. "All IS's can fly, but mine is a close quarters unit, but I have ranged weapons that I can use," she comments. "I have missiles and dual beam gatling guns and for CQC, I have a broadsword, energy sword and a small knife." she adds. Looking at Kotone she blinks, "I would liek to see it sometime," she adds in response as she stands there in her trainign suit, which looks like a one piece swimsuit. "I can summon any part of my suit with a thought if needed, which helps to surprise people in a fight."
Kotone Yamakawa	Kotone Yamakawa says "I'd be glad to but you might like my ship more, I used to adventure before I joined the Paladins the Starbounders, and Rory took me in." She notes for a moment before grinning more looking the suit over. "So your packing firepower akin to a full on war cyborg then and then some. We don't do energy weapons on this world much that I'm aware of."
